The fruit fleas are disgusting all in the bathroom and in the dining room. It would be cleaner to eat in a barn then eating in the restaurant

I believe it was the manager who served me. She was unbelievably rude. Some reason didnt understand my order, because she kept angrily asking me to repeat myself. The problem was she wasnt even listening to me. It was fifteen minutes until close so maybe she really wanted to get out of there. Dont know why she was so angry, but she shouldnt take it out on customers! You should really look into your managers, because this one sucks. Not going back! The other employees were fine. They were even looking at her like she was acting ridiculous.

Front counter server was extremely rude. No manners what so ever. Will never return

Got a chicken burger meal and a strip basket with a float and got some kind of blue raspberry ice cream with ice chunks in it...not enough liquid to even call it a drink much less a float...didnt even want to ice cream after that.

This placed reeked of rotting garbage. It was sticky. Every place was filthy behind the counter was filthy. The counter was filthy. The kitchen looked filthy. The employees took a very long time to get our order. It was wrong. They were rude.

Not really happy my sauced chicken fingers were cold this is the second time its been like that and theres a awful smell around the pop machine and bathrooms going into the dining room you should get a inspector in there something isnt right its a awful moldy smell

The layout is a little strange but works

Watch out for their delivery person driving the black Toyota corolla lic plate number #czyv 142. This person flew in the parking lot off lindsay st and almost hit my wife and little girl in the parking lot. lucky they both took a step back to avoid the Toyota or they would have got clipped by him & when he noticed that he almost hit them he didnt even stop he continued to fly into the spot crooked like his delivery was more important then peoples safty on the property. I reminded the driver it was a parking lot & to slow down his response was ya-so with a shoulder shrug. His only concern was to pick up a delivery that wasnt even made yet. Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly but watch the delivery guy they use cause he will fly thru the lot without a care in the world.

They need to completely revamp this location. There is nowhere to lineup. The prep area is cramped. Staff trip over each other. When its busy you wait 20 min or more to get your order and its half melted because it takes too long to prepare. Get rid of sitting area and expand prep and service space.

Guy at cash was super pleasant, but the ladies making the cold items were horrible. Apparently this location doesnt flip blizzards according to them, so we didnt get free ones. Then they continued to give our family pure attitude. I dont think Id recommend this location. Washroom was quite unkept as well. Parking: 25 parking spots, 2 entrances

I only ever get the ice cream cakes. You cant go wrong with a Dairy Queen birthday cake. I was offered the option to email back and forth for my order, which was helpful to ensure they received they exact photo and writing I wanted. Price is reasonable and ataff was friendly. I will return for every birthday :)

I m not normally one to complain.. but I ve ordered from here a few times now and EVERY time my food is cold like not even warm. The cheese isn t melted it s so cold. It makes it very unappetizing.. if it was a one time thing that s understandable but it has been atleast 4 within the last year.

Food was cold and not made fresh. Probably had been sitting for a long time. Mushroom burger was extra soggy, and the fries were cold.

Paid for food got receipt waited got some food but not all . Missing the ice cream asked about it waited ignored So I told them I was leaving . I know its a busy place but I wanted the icream the most. Wont go back again

Food is always amazing. Staff - are subject to time of day. I hate to be critical of workers - but I also recognize that we are in Canada. I have travelled to some very remote parts of the world, and I have never seen washrooms in Canada in this condition. I have also never seen workers sneaking food - except in Cuba. I struggled if I would make this review, but this is not acceptable.

I like this DQ. Since it is fairly close to my home, we go here fairly frequently. In all the time Ive been going there I can honestly say that I havent had an error in an order. The food is okay for a fast food outlet. At the time I write this they still have two meal deals under $10 that come with a drink, a main, fries and a small sundae. We particularly love DQ french fries.

We havent been in quite some time, the food and the service was fantastic!

I spent over $30 on 2 burgers 2 onion rings 1 large 1 small and 2 med drinks. The box of large onion rings wasnt half full. When I went to a manager about it was told a large is 2 smalls together even though the price is more than double. If I am going to spend that much money on fast food I might as well go to A&W better quality and portions. Very disappointed not value for your money.

workers here are all slow to take orders, they game my order to the wrong person even after checking with me, the blizards which are supposed to be the best thing about DQ are never frozen and are always watery.

They are the most rude, I inviting staff of a restaurant I have ever encountered every time I go in they are rude. I worked fast food so I get it but come on, atleast try to act like you don t hate your life

Kind of good. When youre in Kawartha and you dont go to Kawartha dairy, youre making the wrong choice. This is just a typical DQ. Dirty floors, broken machines, and awkward, clumsy layout. This location does have everything from burgers (which are great) to cakes. Parking lot has potholes big enough to lose your grandma in.

Customer service is good, their blizzards have practically melted ice-cream in the cup. You cannot turn it upside down. Clean and friendly place to eat. I only eat the blizzard.

Can you really go wrong with an ice cream cake?? Ive never had a bad one. I was there on Mothers Day when they opened. Plenty of staff and full selection available.

Flat pop, 1out of 3 servers was capable, twice my orders were overlooked. Took more than 12 minutes just to make a runny small sundae. Definitely NOT the place to come

5 staff behind counter, 6 people waiting to order only one taking orders Made sundaes and blizzard ,which was half melted before food came up and missed half order. Thank goodness I was watching as they bagged or I would have been home before I knew. Poor management, not customer orientated.

i ordered 6 chicken strips with 2 flame thrower wraps with a drink and i asked for a side of ranch. When i got my order i sat down and found no ranch when i went to ask for ranch i literally had to say excuses me across the counter to the kid in the back making the food. There ice machine has been down since for ever and the place is a mess inside and out. Fries on the floor and garbage is jam packed tables dont seem to be washed down. Its a shame cuz i love there food but if the service is garbage and they cant do there part to keep it clean then its not good.

Always a lineup and busy. No complaints about food. Service is hard to keep everyone happy, but it would be nice if staff would smile a little. Staff look like strangers, dont seem to communicate or smile at each other or customers. Attitude goes a long way

I went here during summer so maybe thats why it was very crowded. Staff looks tired and provides very little effort to assist customer. Its also the only ice cream place in the area.

This is the dirtiest food place we have ever stepped into! This place is never clean with garbage and blizzard/ice cream be-brie everywhere. They are always way over staffed with miserable people who are always filthy and unprofessional looking and care more about chatting to each other than carrying out even the slightest bit of customer service. The place is never clean! Today however was the icing on the cake! The lady making our blizzards was too busy chatting and took so long to make them they were melted by the time we got them. While watching her make them we witnessed her wipe her hands on her shirt and pants countless times but then we seen the unthinkable, she wiped her hand on the rim of the garbage then proceeded to make our blizzards!!! The one blizzard was over flowing so instead of discarding the extra or dumping it into a larger cup she just put the cup full of her dirty fingerprints and germs into a larger one. Overall this Dairy Queen is a very unhygienic place with well blow standards for staff and service. Will not be returning again and 10000% do not recommend anyone go either!

These ladies are beautiful human beings. I gave a very vague description of what I wanted and they last minute understood my vision, made this absolute art piece and exceeded everything I dreamt this cake would be. 10 out of 10 hot fire.

Got the order correct and food was tasty. The lady who took our order did a GREAT job at getting everyone helped in the busy line in a good time. Also heard her asking customers if they needed any condiments.

The employee who worked November 4th around 8pm made an order of 4 medium blizzards (cheesecake, cookie dough, pb cup pie & pb cup pie w/ cheesecake) YOU MADE THE BEST BLIZZARDS EVER!!!! Fantastic job, we would drive an hour again just for those blizzards!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this Dairy Queen location in Lindsay. The kitchen staff, particularly a young male with a tattoo on his right arm, exhibited shockingly rude behavior towards his colleagues. The condescending words and unprofessional attitude were absolutely disgraceful, especially towards the cashier staff of Indian descent. I couldnt believe the level of disrespect and hostility I witnessed. The young male in question seemed to take pleasure in berating his coworkers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone, including the customers. Its disheartening to see such behavior, especially in a public setting where customers are supposed to feel welcome and comfortable. The incident was so blatant that many customers, myself included, were left appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed. Its unacceptable for an employee, especially in a managerial role, to treat their colleagues with such disrespect, and in this case, the cashier staff seemed to be the target of particularly condescending remarks. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Dairy Queen location. The overall experience was marred by the disgraceful behavior of the kitchen staff, and I cannot in good conscience support an establishment that allows such unprofessional conduct to persist. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that all employees are treated with the respect they deserve.

Great store

Ordered a banana split and the banana was so rotten the girl clearly knew when she saw it but put it on anyway. By the time I got home and opened lid the banana was almost black. Disgusting

Ive had a good experience, however sometimes the staff seem super stressed out. On busy shifts I hope another person can be called in.

The food is alright, but the restaurant itself is actually disgusting. Your shoes stick to the floor as you walk, indoor mystery puddles, dirty tables, booth seats are shredded, the self serve drink station is just covered with soda everywhere. The staff arent rude but they certainly arent friendly. The parking lot has a dysfunctional layout and is always littered. If youre going to take your food and leave, youll have a better experience than you would by dining in.

Mothers Day visit, and although I didnt get it, they offered all mothers a free sundae of any size or flavour, no coupon or purchase required, wow right? I got a Blizzard, chocolate chip cookie dough, first one of the season, and damn was it what the doctor ordered, it was thick creamy and full of those little nuggets of goodness (dough balls), at least one in every spoonful. A zillion calories, but it was Mothers Day and I didnt care. It was busy and the staff were on point--both friendly and efficient. Clean establishment with adequate parking availability.

Who doesn t love DQ during summertime

This place was really dirty behind counter...plus the banana split i ordered came with a moldy banana.

DQ is not what it used to be especially when it comes to their Blizzards...what happen to the days when DQ employees would make your Blizzard, hang it upside down infront of you before handing it to you...this showed that their soft serve also had some stability...now what a joke if you tried that...your Blizzard is on its way to being a Milkshake within seconds of getting it... These days my family and I always toss our Blizzards in the freezer to try and get it back to the Brands (DQ) traditional consistently!!

Quick service, forvrhe most part friendly staff. Good prices. One issue recently was a chicken sandwich ... it was so tough, I threw it out after a couple bites. Seemed like it had been cooked, then reheated too long

Went here today June 26 at 7:00pm. Notice the store does not do well in busy-rush. 3 girls in the back talking. One women working in the front, she was doing great busting her a** off. however I was in and out due to this lady because she was doing So well, but definitely needs more help up front.

The kids working there didnt pay attention to the food that was to be dispersed to customers as it sat there and they chatted amongst themselves.

Dirty location, bathrooms were disgusting and smelled. I brought a friend there and told her about the flip you blizzard upside down even showed her the write up on their sign saying if they didnt do it the next one is free well all 3 of ours didnt get flipped I said something something the employee said we dont do that here.

Filty dirty place. Managements reason was short staffed.

They served 4 people that ordered after me took almost 15 min for our order to be served bc the one making our order could not stop talking with her 2 friends huddled in a group. When I finnaly got my order it was basically soup being passed off as a blizzard, poring over the sides as they put too much in cup. I will not be returning again (too bad they not giving me the option to post the pictures)

No outside seating and not a lick of shade to even stand in while you eat your ice cream, yet the location has so much outside space.

I always use the drive thru, its fast and order is always right, not expensive, and it is the #1 place my grandkids love to go to!!

Got a birthday cake and when we went to eat it, it had plastic film on the pieces of chocolate chunks within the cake. We got our money back but still disappointing to not get an apology and to mess up a birthday celebration. Will not be going to this location again.

Always fast and good, love the blizzards, cherry shakes and the real grilled taste of their burgers, watch for their coupons with the paper.

They did a great job getting all our orders straight and there was a clean space to sit and enjoy our treats :)

Great food, but I bought a bunch of poutines and they werent made well. Very little bit of fries and gravy. The bowls were like half full. I spend like 60 dollars just on poutines alone and all my guests were disappointed they got so little.

The cake maker is amazing, always gets my picture that I want, no matter what I ask for. The cakes are amazing. The problem is the person taking the order, no matter how many times you go over what you want inside, or how much extra you pay for the extra you want, its never right, because the cake maker doesnt take the order. The younger cashiers are very rude, almost always. So I very rarely go there to get food or ice cream. The owner should send in secret shoppers of all shapes, sizes and monetary background.
