Been a while since I've been to a independent stand alone taco bell..... Especially one not located in a mall at the food court. Staff were really friendly, knew what was on their menu and was even able to tell me they brought the double decker back (but with a different name that was also slightly different in ingredients but I was happy). Thank you so much!!!! Service was quick and staff were responsive when they ran out of pop cup lids. Would of taken a pic of my food but I scoffed it down so fast, I didn't even think about it. Very satisfied!!!! 🫶🏼

I placed my order via the App for the first time. I placed the order at 4:50 and thought I was being nice by selecting pick up at 5:30. Apparently it doesn't matter what time you pick it up, they make your food as soon as they get the order and leave it on the counter so when you pick it up, it's ice cold. Very disappointed!!!!! And they can't say it got cold on the way home because even the boxes had cooled by the time I picked it up. Not to mention I live literally 2 minutes away.

Absolutely disgusting bf got Taco Bell last night and sent me a photo of his cup after he had drank over half and it was dirt in the bottom of it his tacos were all broken and cold .

This is the 4th and last time going to this taco Hell. Each time I ve been there the order is wrong. Today I ordered 3 soft taco supremes and a Pepsi. I received 3 soft tacos each with only 1-2 tomatoes and no sour cream along with a Diet Pepsi. How difficult is it to get such a simple order right? When I showed the tacos to the worker, she dug around in them with her fingers to show me the 2 tomatoes. When I asked for fresh ones (because she fingered all of them) I was told I would have to pay for new ones! Never again will I go to this location.

I ordered two cinnamon twists through the drive-thru, but they tasted very bitter.I had to throw them away because of the unpleasant taste. Ive always loved these twists, so Im not sure why they were off today. I wont be ordering them again.
I have always loved Taco Bell and was so excited when it returned to Lindsay. Unfortunately I have not had many good experiences from orders through the drive through and door dash. The orders are often wrong and missing items. This time I didnt receive chicken in my chicken quesadilla. They have you move up through the drive through before you can see your order on the screen and despite them repeating it back to you they clearly are making a mistake somewhere.

Been here 3 or so times now. Its always clean, staff always try their best, never waited an excessive time. Its Taco Bell, what more do you expect people. Though, $5 for 5 tacos would be great again....
First time online order completely wrong. Lost customizations, missing items food cold on delivery. Items received that I didnt order. Restaurant refused to refund my online order, online. I was told Id have to come into the store. Im a 60 yo disabled senior.
My family has purchased meals 3 times over the last month at this location and on all 3 occasions we didnt receive the order that we paid for. Staff are substituting cheaper ingredients (ie refried beans) for more expensive ones (ie beef). They have also shorted us whole items on a delivery order and the last time we went through the drive through the person handing food out at the window did a second take on the food, but the person in the kitchen waved the food out. All staff and management at this location need to be replaced. When I tried to submit a complaint on the Taco Bell website the form submission failed, apparently Taco Bell doesnt want to know how poorly their franchises are being operated.
We ve come a bunch of times since they came back to Lindsay. We always get a beefy triple melt for each of us, hey come with chips which I really hate, the girl assured me they had changed the recipe and there was no chips in the wrap anymore. When I got the wrap there was chips, but the (im assuming) manager is always amazing, not only did he let us keep the messed up ones, but we got new perfect ones, a coupon for next time, and a nice apology. Yes they messed up, however they are human employees after all and people mess up, it s how happy he was to fix the mistake that really made the visit! I m sorry I didn t get his name, but he s always there with a big smile on his face ready for the next order! Thankyou for making it right Taco Bell

Disgusting meal
Food was okay. Restaurant is pretty small and cramped. Parking lot is not layed out well, with a lot of people parking and going over to the greenhouse/nursery next door. Ill try them again in a few months and update my review then.

Went there and specifically asked if the fries were hot, of course they lied. Didn t feel like waiting around so asked for a refund. The manager didn t know how to do it. Really tired of going to a drive thru and it s ALWAYS English as a second language
Ive always loved taco bell and was really excited that they finally came back to Lindsay. At first they were great! But lately my experiences have not been good. The food is over salted especially the fries. I started asking for fries with no salt which was fine until today. The drive thru cashier was very curt and said they cant do it without salt. I explained that theyve accommodated this request several times. She still insisted that they cant do it and to order something else. When I got my order, the plain beef burrito was exceptionally spicy. Ive ordered the same order for years so I know what it tastes like. I could not eat it.

Okay my first time so we bought 3 box value meals. Paid way over 40 and the hard shell taco s were stale and gross. Had to throw them away. Customer service was great place was clean, but very disappointing food wise. We had travelled home before eating so we couldn t return. Vegetarian options: Any taco can be vegetarian if you ask for no meat.
Ordered a nachos supreme and 2 soft taco supreme...tomatoes were disgusting, hardly a taste of sour cream and I ordered and paid for extra cheese which I didnt receive. Worst taco bell experience Ive ever had in 30 years!

I usually don t like to complain, but I am happy they are bringing new restaurants to Lindsay. We went there for the first time today there was two or three tables with garbage on the tables. There was mud on the floor, and the pop station was disgusting. Also looking at the staff they was 5-6 behind the counter and the place was quiet.
The worst Taco Bell ever! Only two items in our 8 were right. Purple Cabbage in taco s now? A fries supreme had refried beans not beef. No tomatoes on one fries supreme. It also seem like burritos were reheated because they were totally stuck to the wrappers. Last but not least what was supposed to be plain chicken was some sort of fried. Oh ya, we had to go back to get cutlery

The food they do have (I say this because they seem to be always out of one thing or another most recently rice) has been tasty as you would expect from Taco Bell. Service is average as with almost any fast food place these days. Wish they would set the location up on the app won t be back until they do. Also the fake reviews on this store are pretty obvious guys.

Worst taco vell I have ever ate at. They employees dont speak English when you have an issue with your food. I spent 45.00 on food and the burrito didnt have any rice and the cheese quesadilla was so spicy my daughter couldnt eat it. Called the store and was told I would get a refund went back after getting food else where and there is an issue getting my refund. Unreal. Will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN. The employees are so rude.

Food was pretty good... but the guy at the drive thru did not secure the cup in the tray before handing it to me, and a full drink came in all over my lap, seat, down my door. Literally everywhere. He left and just got a new drink, and I had to ask for napkins.. no apology even. Then on my way home, another drink came out of the tray all over my passenger side. Not a great first experience that is for sure.
Music is too loud to hear anything said by the cashier. They dont carry rice either so the burritos are just mushy
Going to preface this by saying Ive had as many good experiences as I have bad. Im willing to give the benefit of the doubt, and chalk some of it up to training new staff since the location is only recently opened. Service is most of the time decent. Staff is friendly, somewhat efficient, and the food is pretty good.... Most of the time. There was one night when I waited close to an hour; the place was packed, it felt like the line wasnt moving at all. Another time, tonight actually (Feb 7 2024), I used a coupon for a meal deal- 2 taco, 2 burrito, 2 drinks.... Unfortunately whoever took my order rang it in as a completely different coupon; I do understand I could have looked at the screen and asked about it so it is partially on me... Im not terribly upset about it, but it certainly was surprising to open the bag and instead of having 2 tacos and 2 burritos, having 4 burritos instead.... But do understand these were some of the best taco bell burritos Ive had yet. Like I said, Im giving them the benefit of the doubt on my negative experiences since theyre probably still training staff, but everyone does work hard there!
