Quiet day made for delicious pizza. Usually it's very busy so the quality isn't as good as it should be but today it was amazing! Staff was kind and courteous.
I attempted to redeem the, "free Emergency Pizza" recently advertised on television and in response to a direct email offer from Dominos. There was no coupon on my profile, and staff at the Lindsay location couldn't help. After a few emails, Dominos head office made good on sending me a code for a free 12" 2 topping pizza. Nice. Sometimes a companies response to a problem is more important than the initial issue.
Never had a bad pizza from here. I feel like Dominos in general has a pretty solid quality base everywhere.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and had it delivered. Wrong choice. Pizza arrived and o looked at it and thought it doesn't look too fresh. O decided to eat it as I did not wish to wait another 40 minutes or so for another one. It certainly was not fresh in the least. It seemed like either it was reheated or it was sitting on one of those pizza warming bsgs for sometime. It did not look fresh nor did it taste fresh. It was also just luke warm. Not the best from Domino's. I think I may just be switching my pizzeria.
The emloyee named Sharan was very very rude. Its a long weekend and we are very very hungry. We were 3 people selecting the menu and deciding the toppings and he got irritated. He said you can go somewhere else and said I am the manager Only I can cool no one else. You guys should replace him by a girl. She will be polite. We will never buy pizza from Lindsay Dominos just bcz of him. Thats it good bye
This Dominos used to be the best pizzeria in town but unfortunately, my recent experience has left me greatly disappointed. I ordered a medium pizza with chicken and bacon toppings, expecting the usual quality I've come to enjoy. However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the chicken topping was severely lacking – only five measly pieces scattered across the entire pizza. As a customer who pays a premium for quality toppings, I expect better attention to detail and consistency in my orders. It's disheartening to see a decline in the quality of a once-reliable establishment. I hope Domino's takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to regain the trust of their customers.
I ordered online and could see the progress of my pizza being made. Pizza was ready right on time. Cashier new that I had not been served yet and ask if she could help me. Very friendly attitude considering very busy and some customers seemingly impatient. Great experience.

We like this Dominos location! The pepperoni feast, spinach & feta and 6 cheese are our favourites! I think our only complaint is some evenings/the later you order sometimes the crust is super thin and way too greasy... but it doesnt happen often. The staff is always friendly and service is fast!

I paid for my pizza that wasnt ready yet, so I took a seat. No one ever let me know it was done and just ignored me for a while. Good pizza but disorganized inside. While I was there someone paid for another persons order by mistake due to no one knowing which order was which.

ALLERGY HAZARD! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! We were extremely clear 1 of our 2 pizzas needed to be gluten free due to a serious allergy. Celiac disease. Upon receiving the pizzas we determined that both pizzas contained gluten. Our Celiac guest is currently on the way to the hospital having consumed the pizza which was supposed to be gluten free. Beware of this place if you have allergies! They clearly dont take life or death allergies seriously! A lawyer will be in touch in the near future! Customer service is not good enough, google maps shows store is open until 1am but when we reached at the store at 11.15pm employees closed the store door and not allowed in and didnt served. Mentioned only do delivery after 11.30,that didnt explain anything.

This location is incredible! The staff are VERY welcoming, friendly & pleasant! I have never seen any of them without a smile; even when theyre super busy, they keep their friendly demeanor! The food is delicious; warm, made just right and quickly too! The prices are perfect too! Definitely a MUST if youre looking for pizza! This Dominos is the only pizza place I go to in Lindsay!
Everything is smaller and not as good as the past
I tried giving them a fair chance on 2 separate orders/occasions before giving a negative review. My first negative experience was when I had a pizza and 2 lava cakes delivered, I opened the large box meant to fit 2 lava cakes and it only had one, the disturbing part is that I could clearly see the marks in the box where there was a second cake previously.. someone must have ate it before it arrived to my house. They said they would give me a gift card to reimburse me but never did. A couple weeks later I ordered a 5 topping pizza, they delivered it with only one of the five toppings I paid for. Once again I called to complain, I was told I d receive a gift card in the mail within a week, and once again never did. There s enough good pizza places in town so I won t be giving this location my business anymore.
Literally the best pizza place in Lindsay. They always have coupons available on the app for delivery or takeout as well as takeout specials in store. Also the management here is amazing and super friendly.

Domino s (in general) needs to fix their online ordering system. A sorry something is not working, call the store is not good enough. Tell me why it s not working so I can fix it or fix the awful online ordering system, so tired of this always popping up, I just want pizza.

Absolutely love dominos pizza, one of my new favorites is their spinach and feta, if your looking for something different definitely worth trying. Ive had it in two different versions, pan and normal and both are phenomenal.

Ordered the 16 MeatZZa the dough was so thin in the middle you couldnt pick a slice up, very salty tasting pretty gross actually. First time trying since January and I definitely wont be buying their anymore waste of $30!

My husband and I love Dominos and right now any pizza is 50% off if you do an online order. We did and for the first time ever both had an adverse reaction to the pizza sauce. It made my guts hurt. For the first time ever it had a black peppery kick that I didnt like as well. My husband who usually eats 4 sices in about 10 minutes couldnt finish one slice without the uncomfortable guts. Loved the toppings and pizza dough.

Very satisfied with this Dominos location . I ordered for the first time online at 11:30 in the morning on a hot day my kids were in the pool and I was not about to make lunch so I decided to give dominos a try for a change and I was so happy to see how early they had a delivery driver on plus decent prices and pizza was delicious. And as a bonus they even sent me a thank you letter and 50 % off my next order. Ill definitely be ordering again soon. Thanks
