I had the pleasure of being served by Amber at Boston Pizza, and she truly made the experience exceptional! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was quick to answer questions about the menu, made great recommendations, and ensured our food and drinks were served promptly. Amber’s upbeat attitude and genuine care for her guests set her apart. She turned a good meal into a memorable outing. Boston Pizza is lucky to have such a dedicated and professional server. Hope to have Amber serve again if I come back to Ontario in the future!
Dining inside this restaurant is always a great experience, but for some reason, the people who are in charge of take out just can’t get it right. Previously, I had to call because items were missing upon delivery, and management called me a liar. I had to go into the restaurant to show proof, and barely received a half apology for the items being different from the app to the restaurant. But this time, is the final straw. Getting actual plastic wrapper in our food, that has been baked in. It’s disgusting. I’m so unimpressed with this restaurants take out service. I don’t even want to call this time because of the previous experience where I was told that I was a liar. I’m at a loss. My husband wanted a nice snack after an extremely hectic day, and it’s just gross.
Went out for a birthday dinner for a family member and ordered something different then what I would. The waitress Jenica was very prompt and friendly to us, Jenica got our drink order and brought our drinks fast. Shortly after that Jenica ask us for our food order without pushing us or leaving us waiting to order. The food was very good and lots of food, definitely didn't go home hungry. Thanks for a great experience we will definitely be back
Good ol' reliable Lindsay BP! It's always a good time here, and great service from Jenica. She had the patience to let my kindergartener practice ordering by herself and it made our night!
I took my two daughters in for dinner and the food was quite good a quick to come out. My one daughter has a nut allergy and our server Shawna was extremely helpful in directing us on anything to stay clear of and really helped my younger daughter (picky eater) in deciding between a few options. Thank you to the entire staff and especially to Shawna for the help. Will be back again for sure.
I don't normally leave reviews but I was so blown away by the amazing service we received at Lindsay Boston Pizza. Great customer service, friendly staff and great food. Good customer service and friendly staff are very hard to find nowadays. Sarah was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly, professional and overall just wonderful with us. She is the reason we will continue to go back to this location! She makes you feel like family and treats everyone like regulars.
Sarah was our server and she was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to serve our table of 5 and she never let our drinks run empty. She was there to help our 3 kids with all their add ons and never once seemed bothered like most! We will absolutely be back to sit in her area when she’s working. She was so great! I frequently visit BP in Lindsay, ON for a pizza lunch when Im in town. Shawna is regularly my server and she is awesome! Very friendly, attentive and my meal always comes hot and delicious! Try their soup of the day as an appetizer. You wont be disappointed!

She checks on us as needed and always makes sure we have everything we need!! Best food around and so thankful for your Gluten-Wise menu choices!! Dietary restrictions: As a family of Celiacs and needing gluten free, safe options. I find Boston Pizza is always super when it comes to checking with the chef and manager to ensure the food is being prepared safely for us all to enjoy a nice time out as a family! Kid-friendliness: One of my most favorite restaurants to bring my children and family too. Always so kind and generous with the children.

Kirsty was are waitress on the bar side. We love having her as our server. She is our go to server. Only night we dont like going is Friday its too loud with the music for a family dinner. We go there on the way home from my sons hockey games as he plays for Stouffville. Kirsty is always engaged and wants to know how my sons game went. Service is fast and always correct. She is the best waitress there. Feels like she is actually a part of our family outing as she is so engaged and always happy to be there.
Took my elderly mother out on the 2 and 17 of October and were fortunate to have Shawna on both visits! She remembers our orders, is very attentive, even when busy, and helps to make the outing an enjoyable experience! Thanks Shawna!

Boston Pizza Lindsay is our go to place for a night of take out. Shawna is one of the servers who regularly waits on us and she does a fantastic job! She s attentive, friendly and always helpful The restaurant is always clean and they frequently have theme nights including trivia.. We will be back!

Brett the host walked us through the menu while seating us & SARAH (our server) was amazing, friendly and made killer recommendations. We love going to BP in Lindsay! The food is always great, and the service is consistently excellent. On our last visit, our server Shawna really went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed and that our experience was top-notch. Everytime I come to Boston the beers are always cold and delicious. Alyssa is by far the best server there is at Boston! She is always friendly and happy! She knows how to connect with her customers and remembers everything they talk about! Even when Alyssa is not my server she will make sure that my glass never gets empty and always makes sure I m good! We aren t simple but we both like rocks * insert funny rock video here*
