Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. Tasted and looked like it had been sitting on the counter all day. Not hot old dried up pepperoni. Tasteless. Will never order again. Having said that the chicken bites were delish. Expensive lesson learned. Delivery was exceptionally fast, no wonder it was not made fresh.

Pre order a pizza for delivery and they wait an hour before calling, just before its supposed to arrive and my family is expecting dinner to say they don’t have cheese to make our pizza… really disappointing and inconvenient. If they just told us when we ordered we could have ordered from somewhere else instead of scrambling to find food that delivers at 9pm in this small town on a weeknight while I’m at work. (Pre ordered delivery because I was on my way to work and no one was available to go get it for them… so my kids got to starve for the night, thanks so f much… )
UPDATED Oct 6 2024 And without fail came the generic response from the bot, that shows that they absolutely dont care about customers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- All the family was ill after eating out from this place... Looks like there is a hygiene problem... Looking forward for the generic reply from owner below...
Was honestly a shame to go in one night and have a rather conceited employee behind the counter begin to speak about me to their coworkers after I had placed my order, assuming a look I had given her a few nights before was a wink or something like that, when she simply looked like she was having a long night and I tried to give a look as if to say I understand. Rather than speaking to me politely and directly, I heard gossip from behind the counter. This would also explain the glare I thought I received the night before. Rude as hell, the male employee that previously gave me a nice attitude wouldn't even look at me to hand me my order and acted as if I was unwelcome. I would suggest telling what I've noticed to be your only female employee not to gossip, and instead politely confront a customer. There's professional ways of dealing with things, so people can explain why they're not seeking anything beyond food.
Service and food were pretty good! The younger cashier 23 or 24 years old served another customer in front of my girlfriend as she was standing in line right behind me, also the bathroom has no signage which kinda confused me as i thought I was walking into kitchen
Ordered 44 pizzas for a large party. Management went out of their way to make it a seamless & flawless experience. Thank you so much for making it possible and delivering out of your way for us. Pizza arrived hot & our guests were very happy. Thank you again!

I have been hung up on because I didnt have a postal code (Im working here and from out of town). Then I called back and said I was hung up on, was placed on hold for 12 minutes. Called back again and now I have been on hold for 6 minutes. Im just trying to order a pizza!!
The to pizza pizza after work at 11:00pm on March 6,2024. They only had 4 slices looked like they sitting there all night. Very disappointed they had a sale one two for $6 and could not get it due to they did not have any of Pepperoni or cheese thats what the deal was .

The staff here is great , the food is always on point. But the location, sadly is crawling with drug addicts. Using the washroom for injection, and making a really uncomfortable place to eat in.

Made my grandma and I fresh slices and was super polite and friendly! Forgot to thank him because I received a call while we were leaving! Vegetarian options: Made fresh veggie slices because that s my preference and made fresh Hawaiian because that s what my grandma loves !

I only do pickup, but this pizza pizza is always good. Friendly staff, fast, tasty, and consistent. I usually get the 4 topping xl for $16.99 and the leftovers make a couple extra meals.
First of all Id like to say the jalapeño poppers are extremely delicious and I can never get enough of them. I bought a buffalo chicken sandwich as well and deducted a star for these reasons - very little sauce- couldnt really taste or tell there was much of any. As well as the bun could not contain the large breaded chicken and was pretty squishy and hard to hold. But it was still yummy and I cant complain about the massive piece of breaded chicken...it was nice and crispy and honestly? Better than the popeyes in town

Exactly what you would expect for chain pizza. Always consistent. They have slices available late at night. 2 or 3 tables to eat in but they assume you will be taking your slice or full pizza to go. A few other chain restaurant items on the menu. Order online is available.

We have been ordering delivery from the Kent St location for at least 12 years. We ordered delivery a few weeks ago, to only receive a phone call saying they dont deliver to this address. We said you have for the past 12 years only to hear your money will be refunded within 48hrs. Very disappointing considering this was our go to for pizza places
All 4 of the planted based sandwiches we ordered are missing crunchy pickles. And the tiniest swirl of secret vegan spicy sauce. They definitely are missing the love and attention to detail we expect from Pizza Pizza.
Im not a big fan of Pizza Pizza but this location is serving up great pies. Surprised with the quality and fresh ingredients. Store is very clean and customer service on point.

Picked up an Xtra large pizza and some half moon cheesy bread. The pizza was really just OK. The cheesy bread had less than a teaspoon of cheese on it and was cold and hard.

Was there on Monday December 4/23 about 15:00. They young guy working made my son and I an amazing pizza and was extremely nice.
They got our pizza wrong. When we called the store they sent us to customer service for a runaround argued with us about the pizza we ordered online in their app. And by the end of it we were out $50 and no pizza. Will not be ordering from pizza pizza again.

The online ordering was atrocious. Ill never order through their app again. We waited on hold for customer Service for about 15 minutes just to get hung up on. When we finally got our pizza it wasnt fully cooked. Not cool.
Favorite pizza place for myself and granddaughter
Went downhill since new owners. Theyre SO CHEAP. Last time I paid for extra vegan cheese and they didnt put any on. This time I payed for extra for Spinach and there was 2 small pieces of Spinach on the whole pizza. What a joke. Everyone ive talked to is saying the same thing. Will not be going anymore.
Placed my order through the app, and picked it up when it was ready, amd it was done exactly how I ordered it! I love Pizza Pizza! Its always the best, cause you can make your pizza just the way you like it! Or if your feeling a little adventurous, you can custom make your pizza with different base sauces, like donair!

Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say it wasnt their fault but I got a pizza, had 3 pieces and had diarrhea within ten minutes, now that could have been just my stomach being off, so I put the rest in the fridge and had another slice for dinner tomorrow. Same result.
Pizza Pizza is alright that being said its bland. We use to eat here all the time growing up but over the years the chain has lost its flavor still dont mind it.

My family bought pizza tonight for my birthday 2 large pizzas 2 toppings with 4 cans of pop and 4 dips and a cauliflower crust for myself due to my allergy with 2 toppings and 1 dip delivery was rude, both large pizzas were so undercooked it was like dough and the cauliflower crust was wrong not cauliflower it was just regular thin crust was the worst service we ever had with this place we never had a problem for 2 years until now we wont be back thank you for the stomach ache!!!

Please be careful eating here as I recently purchased a pizza and became immediately sick after eating it. Vomiting the pizza out after eating it. Stay away from their olives. I reached out to pizza pizza and they have not refunded me and they could actually care less about their customers getting sick from their careless workers. Really disappointing. I used to love pizza pizza now Im sick just thinking about them.
My wife bought a pepperoni pizza today. We dont really go to this place. Sorry to say that but even the frozen pizzas at food basics taste better. No taste, no flavour nothing... I hope there are better pizza places in this town. Very disappointed

Pizza came out better then ever and staff was very friendly. They were very patient even though we spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what to order. Probably one of the best pizza pizzas I have went to!
Poor quality pizza, slices less then an inch wide, theres a 1$ fee on trying to use debit out of nowhere. All sides were cold or malformed. Tried to call and complain for a new pizza and got put on hold for 45 minutes. And still nothing was done

So, I tried to call and ask for a delivery to a subdivision thats been here over 2 years. Apparently I cannot speak to someone at the store directly to see if they could help. I have to call a number in Hamilton. They tell me they cannot deliver to me as they cant find our home address. Well good bye pizza pizza. After waiting on hold over 15 minutes, spoke to a non English speaking customer service Rep, who was quite rude and I couldnt understand. See ya!

Wow, ok, ordered the two medium special. Our one pizza has no meat on it. It was still ok. But we called to inform them - and they started yelling and being rude and saying we lied. On the phone for over 30 mins. Customer service is terrible.

Pizza was undercooked even asking for it to be well done ! Expect to add ten mins before you eat to re heat /cook it properly.
Usually pizza is alright but sometimes it comes way overdone despite me putting down lightly done and easy on the sauce apparently means bunch all of the sauce Into the crust so when I go to bit into the upper part of my pizza slice I want to die
Almost always gets it wrong for the past few months. I always order thick crust, lightly done yet for past few months its regular and often well done.

The ready slices had flies and small insects crawling over. Staff discarded it after we pointed it out. Ended up getting jalapeño poppers but the jalapeños tasted more like tomatoes. Not a good experience, ate two pieces and tossed it out as well.

Showed up for a pick up order, they said they had burned it and had to remake it. Ordered delivery, it never showed up, I called and they told me I placed a pickup order while I was still looking at the order confirmation for delivery. They then told me I could re-order and pay full price for the delivery. Ridiculous. EDIT- They called back to see if I was going to order it again. Terrible service.
