Worse burger I ever had.... Through it to the garbage... Very disappointed.

The cashier was so unprofessional and rude!

Food is very good and the service is way to fast so no problem in that part. Its a good place to go while shopping. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options but the taste was not so good.

Very busy location. From out of town stopped in and had a nice coffee and double whopper with cheese. Food and drink great. Staff wonderful. Expect food to take time as cooked properly and very busy.

They have increased the meal deal to 6 50 at least they could do is up the drink size or something. Spent like 30 dollars and asked for a cup of water for the kids and they wanted 55 cents for the cup keep your cup keep your garbage food good luck Kid-friendliness: No high chairs not kid friendly at all .

The food here is actually pretty decent, but what sticks out is the staff is cheerful. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available and when we send our kids up to get things like napkins and ketchup etc, always very friendly

I love the whole store but nothing beats the workers there is a worker named Charli and she was the sweetest and kindest person to me and my daughters we had a lovely experience there and I would highly recommend it to my other friends and family

Makayla is an excellent employee, I didnt know what to get so she recommended the wrap and oreo milkshake. I dont usually try new things but the food was delicious. Great staff, personable and funny. Good place for kids, high chairs and cool crowns.

I only eat fast food once every 3 months. And then it has to be Burger King and a whopper. Thats all I eat when it comes to fast food anymore.

Rob is the manager of the store and is super mean when you call to get something exchanged on your order. He s more worried about his employee and himself getting breaks Then giving his hundred percent to his 20 customer he will ignore your call so you can t order and make you feel bad. I will never order from this place again very disappointing where is our kindness for the people that give them a pay check

Had a wonderful ordering and dining experience here today. I had two toddlers with me today who couldn t make up their minds what they wanted. They were ordering lunches for their stuffies, changed their minds, said they weren t hungry and then one eventually ordered two lunches because he couldn t make up his mind. Haylee was soooo patient with us. She smiled through it all, even when I felt like I was gonna lose it, and she made it all work out in the end while giving this frazzled gramma a renewed sense of peace and calm. And I would also like to thank Jessie because while I was waiting for number 98 to be called she called 97 about four times, which was my actual number and which I completely ignored. She actually was on her way to deliver our tray of food when I finally realized my number WAS 97. lol. Thank you ladies, for making our lunch experience and our day wonderful.

$12.00 for a junior whopper combo. Yesterday was my last whopper. 51 yrs old started eating at BK when I was 12 yrs old. I am going to miss you. Food

Absolutely the worst customer service of any fast food resteraunt Ive been too, and its consistent. They are absolutely miserable to be there and make no attempt to be happy, courteous or friendly to anybody. The older woman is training the new staff to be miserable too. This place needs an overhaul

Rude staff wont do free refill, wouldnt give dipping sauce, reason.... we burn threw it !!! Unreal!!! The older woman miserable and acted as she paid for the sauce. Reason for not wanted to refill my drink was covid ... lmao. But taking my cash was not an issue. And ataff has their backs to the counter and dont realize there is a line up forming. Last time!!

The food was fresh, delicious, and didnt take much time. The customer service was very good. All in all it was a gre Burger King Location!

Ive only been here once, passing thru Lindsay on my way to somewhere else. I had a small, quick, cheap, under 500 calorie lunch consisting of a dbl cheeseburger only. I like Burger Kings products and this burger was fine as far as taste and freshness goes. Top marks for the sandwich. The location is a PITA tho. Its in a mall, a long walk from the parking lot. And...I was a bit surprised as the over all price was about 50% higher than my hometown BK. 40 cents more for the basic sandwich ($2.49 regularly, loaded with vegies, but $2.89 here plus an extra 75 cent charge for lettuce, tomato and onion that Im not usually charged for, which effectively brings the price up to $3.64.) Plus the extra tax on that additional surcharge. Its a small thing but its a small burger and it was only 1 item. Im not sure what the extra costs would have been on a larger order. Anyway, it kind of turned me off, especially as the location is not easily accessible. The Lindsay McDonalds is easier to access, a regular restaurant with a drive-thru, and better coffee options too. Ive used McDs on past trips, Id stick with them in the future.

Dropped in for a burger but they were behind in orders, so I didnt stay as I had ice cream in my vehicle. Will try another time.

Line up at lunch with almost a dozen people outside never mind people inside waiting and they had one cash open and having pleasant conversations with people is nice but not when you have 18 customers behind them. Third time this has happened. Never going again.

The staff is unbelievablely rude been going in there for years and everytime I go in there the ladys role there eyes when asking for ketchup. The employee themselves have nothing but negitive things to say to themselves. I never seen a workplace treat there customers so bad. Recommend not going.

Go in often and there is always something wrong service is always slow and the manager ROBB is rude to customers and definitely staff March 31 2021 went to get my replacement order that I called in after finding hair my family of 5 refused to eat the rest ROBB refused to refund or replace order given me only two chicken sandwiches on a 70 dollar order never going back

The food was normal quality for a fast food chain but not amazing. The time to serve was very slow. Otherwise 4 star. I believe the Door dash fulfillment is what slowed their service.

Honestly folks ..its fast food place...and good for what it is. Grandson loves it ...was fast n hot. Came over from the lasik cateract center and the kid wanted burger king...we all were happy with the food and the pleasant servers.

Stood in line for about 40 mins, a sign on door said they were short staffed, there were about 6 employees. I have never seen more than 3 during day. The it reason I ever stop here is for my husband he loves the chicken sandwich. I ended up being over charged and given the wrong sandwiches anyway

Went to this location today at 2:15pm and the service and food was HORRIBLE. The chicken fries/fries were so overcooked that my daughter wouldnt eat them. I ordered two 4pc mozzarella sticks and both orders only came with 3 pieces each. On the bill it says 4pc mozzarella sticks.......it shouldnt be difficult to count to 4. The tall young kid was obviously not pleased to be there and more concerned about getting his own pop and drinking it than getting my order.but he

Website gives mall hours not actual restaurant hours. Twice ent because web indicated open, first time was closed completely due to COVID restrictions and 2nd time we got there at 10:30 but actual open time for restaurant was 11:00 am. Don t live close and don t have a Burger King nearby so was very frustrating

Busy spot only one till in use. I waited 10 minutes to put my order in & another 10 to get the food. Workers stood joking around with each other and a customer in front of us for 5 mins after she had ordered. Food was good at least.

Always my plan A for Burger

I was super hungry! So I ordered a snack...some fries. Dont get me wrong I love me some salt, but I had to wipe off each fry to eat them and even then they were pretty terrible. My husband usually prefers not to eat here also, as his food has been pretty bad. I would have gone back up to the counter to get new fries but this is probably the 3rd chance Id given this place, and knew if I got them remade they would have come out the same way. Im done. Sorry I dont usually like leaving bad comments but its TRUE
