Great venue, the menu is well put together with a plethora of choices, I would go again to try more food on the menu. Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options including spinach and artichoke dip which I love. Dietary restrictions: There are some gluten free options, but you must tell them how you want uour food, they are very accommodating. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes easy to access, first floor and they allowe support animals

Food was great. We went for lunch and it took 45 minutes to get out food. Biggest order was fish and chips. Had to try to find server to finally order, had to get her ourselves for our bill.

Tired of their luke warm or cold food and more tired of having to report it, so didnt bother today. I thought this might be a safe choice, but the bruschetta bread was barely warm, topped with thick rubbery cheese & a few pieces of lettuce randomly scattered on the plate. Definitely do not recommend it. Their kitchen is mediocre at best & they do not know how to deliver hot food to the table. I have eaten there several times in 10 months with similar outcomes which has lead me to giving this review. Only the first 2x were good, all others not so good and required food to be sent back. Time to move on, there are many other restaurants in Lindsay.

Since discovering Castle John s in Lindsay we never miss a stop there when travelling to Severn Bridge to see our kids. The servers are beyond awesome & Kristin remembers our beer each visit. Food is excellent & atmosphere very cheerful. Highly recommend it.

Well I mistakenly walked past the please wait to be seated sign because it was not visible. Went to sit on the patio (with my Senior Mother) and the blonde waitress, called out to us, like we were 2yr olds, for not waiting for her. After that, she ensured we sat for quite awhile as punishment for not letting her ladyship seat us. Now let me be clear, there were 2 other ladies outside and inside a maximum 10 people with 2 waitresses. Waitress finally came and dropped the menus on the table and walked away. She did not introduce herself or ask if she could get us something to drink while looked at the menus. She finally returned and took our order. Again a very long wait for 2 draft beers and a plate of Nachos. That was the end of seeing her at all! She did not come to see if we needed anything else or if everything was ok and this goes the same for the other 2 ladies sitting on the patio. At the end of the meal she magically reappeared, not to ask if we needed anything else but to grab our dishes. We asked for our bill and a take away box. Not a place I would return and might I suggest a simple kind exchange of words, with your patrons, gets you far more positive reviews.

Average food to be expected from a chain. Not the servers fault at all, but 1230 lunch on a Sunday, shouldnt have 1 server and 1 bartender. Slowest service Ive ever had, again not servers fault...poor management.

I had a great experience here. My server was Mady. She was very friendly and efficient very knowledgeable of the menu, never stopped smiling Ill be back forsure.

I would not recommend this place it may have great reviews but unfortunately we went the next day after our wedding it had taken forever to get our food. For some the food was good but the breakfast food was cold because the timing in the kitchen couldn t match the pastas to the eggs. So the breakfast food sat and got cold they had broke a yoke and said they would be right back with the egg they messed up and 45 min later had to ask where the egg was. Did not have a server come back to our table to check in to see how things were and to get another drink until we left an hr and a half later. A ketchup bottle exploded when opened all over our guests and the girl who came to the table rudely after my wife was asking for something to clean it up pretty much said I need to put these plates down shrugged her off and sent someone else to bring us something to clean it up. Also had bones in my pasta and because we hadn t seen a server to mention it too. I had just left without eating it. Worst experience in a restaurant ever and worst server(Nicole)I have ever met in my life. She needs to find a new day job!

We always have a fantastic experience at here, especially when Nicole is tending the bar. The staff are always cheerful and attentive, making us feel welcome. The portions are generous, the food is consistently served hot, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is great. We love spending our evenings at CJs!

Never go there again!! It wasnt busy at all Sunday afternoon . Made us wait for a table.....and waiting and waiting to be served and start with drinks. Finally just left. Not sure if just laziness employees or pissed off cause my hubby requested that booth we wanted to sit at. Not the ones with the booth bench. Good thing Im not your boss cause your fired!

Our server closing on the night of July 10th was so chill, although we showed up 20 mins before closing after a quick confirmation. Waiting staff everywhere needs to learn hospitality lessons from her, and not just think about tips, etc. Food was good quality, again with the fact, we were their last customers in a restaurant all to ourselves. On a personal note, Just based on how invited we felt, i would certainly want to bring my business back here (assuming we recieve same treatment), instead of ungrateful businesses that are too blessed to have their seats full but not having enough gratitude for it.

Steak sandwich was good but burnt and ashy on the outside (asked for well done) while my friend s was pink and very rare on the inside (asked for medium well). Service was good and food was otherwise yummy.

Went there with family for the first time to celebrate my birthday everything thing was excellent. I loved it so much that I went back the next afternoon for brunch. Will definitely be back soon!

This place has decent food and really great servers and bartenders, However takeout service definitely needs work. I placed decent size pick up order almost an hour prior to my designated pickup time yet when I got there I was subjected to an added 20 min wait. This would have been fine if they were busy but they had just opened and only had 2 tables at the time . Definitely not the way you respect you customers valuable time. Be cautious ordering from this establishment if your on tight time restraints and be clear of your pick up expectation. hopefully the staff will be honest and provide you with a realistic pick up time if they cant meet your deadline rather then just keeping you in the dark.

Well, that was good fun. Girls get together last night. Nice to catch up with old friends and have a lovely meal and not feel rushed to leave. Enjoyed a lovely mac & cheese dinner and chocolate cheesecake. Our server, Peggy, was very nice - attentive, helpful & fun and thats always a blessing in a busy restaurant!

If I could give it 0 stars I would, Samantha was super disrespectful and super rude, aswell as the manger. I ordered wings they came cold and I got food poisoning the next day would recommend people stay away and go to one eyed jacks for a better dining experience.

I went in tonight for my birthday dinner and was quite disappointed. The server seemed like she was lost, or didn t know what she was doing. After waiting an hour for the food and watching the other servers run like chickens with their heads cut off, our meals were finally delivered cold and unappetizing. The salad was practically yellow, and the butter chicken poutine was definitely not a good example of butter chicken. The server completely disregards the look of the food. It was just disgusting. After waiting another 15 minutes for the debit machine, the server was right on the payment and was not too happy with her tip that reflected her service. I won t be coming back here again, absolutely ridiculous. I have never heard so many people ask where their food was as someone who works in the kitchen industry. Just honestly sad.

As a staff member, I come in here regularly with my kids to eat. I very much enjoy the people I work with and always have a great time while I am here and they take extra great care of my kids while here too!!! The food is always a hit too, especially the wings and yorkies!!

I have never been disappointed with the food or service. The staff are always polite, and efficient. The food is always hot and a great size portion. Also very reasonably priced. The restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can actually have a conversation without shouting across the table like some other restaurants I have visited. Parking: The parking lot is huge so there is never a problem finding a parking spot. It is easy to get in and out of when driving. Kid-friendliness: The staff is polite with whatever age of children Whether it be the owner, manager or waitresses. I have seen the waitresses go out of the way to have conversations with the children as well. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide so there is no problem getting through the doors. There are no stairs anywhere so access to the bathrooms are easily accessible. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs at a table.

Had lunch with friends today and it was a first visit for all of us. Pleasantly surprised for a change. The food was good and the service was great. Mel was our server and she not only gave us prompt service but kept us entertained as well. Well be back.

My wife and I had a great experience here!

Sunday we booked a birthday reservation for six. The coffee was cold and 3 creams it still looked like mud. The server did bring us a new cup but it was the same as the first cup, absolutely horrible. My 86 year old mother ordered the liver and onions and specifically asked the waitress to speak to the chef and tell him not to over cook it because she wouldnt be able to chew it. The liver came out looking like boot leather. When I asked the waitress to remove to dinner from our bill she said she would discuss with the manager. My mother ate very little of the mashed potatoes and could chew any of the liver. 20% a whole $4.00 came off the bill. I am so tried of paying well over $160+ with a tip over $189 and getting food you cannot eat or poor service. Very disappointed and will not go back!

I delete my old review. I come back and restaurant has gotten very much better. Genny was waitress and she is very sweet, she brought my steak and make sure it had everything. All the workers busy and treat customers very well. Even the painted nail boy was talking and being friendly with people.

Been coming here for some time now and love it every time, every one has always been nice and on key and if things are a bit behind they are always aware and trying to fix it. All the waitresses are welcoming and kind and aimed to please which you don t find much now a days in many restaurants as they expect regardless of service, not here. Very happy and also pleased that they have not down their portion unlike some places in town.

We had an amazing Valentines dinner at Castle Johns. We enjoyed a delicious 3 course dinner. The prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food that we were served. We were also entertained by a band. We would definitely come again!!!!

My first impression walking up to the door was a turnoff. Walking through cigarette butts is not very appetizing. Waitress was good , although she did get the order wrong and there was no compensation offered when the customer said they would eat it although it was a more expensive choice. I thought she could have least charged them the lower price seeing as it was her fault. The cream of chicken and cheese soup was dreadful. The cheese hadn t melted and that left a weird texture and the garlic bread was ok at best. There was six of us at the table and three out of the six enjoyed their meal. Oh and those that ordered an alcoholic beverage had to wait because the bartender wasn t available. We only learned that after we waited for a period of time and asked what the holdup was. It would have been nice if we were told it would be a wait when we placed the order. Perhaps they will be better once they ve gotten through the growing pains. I know other locations have had much better reviews, but please, clean up the entrance way. Nothing worse than a bad impression before you even get through the door!

Food was wonderful, wait staff - meh. The waitress at the next table spilled fries on the table, scooped them back onto the plate. Our waitress asked about my coffee 3 times and when I said Yes please each time she did not return with coffee (after the meal a different waitress asked and immediately refilled the coffee). My wife ordered the special, which is normally the quickest meal. Three times the waitress came back to say she would check on it and it finally arrived after the rest of us at the table were more than half through. (The second time, the waitress assured us it was on the bill - as if that was relevant to having it on the table.) The place was 2/3 full and did not appear slammed. At the table we had ribs & wings; chicken parm; steak frites; and prime rib (my wife). We all loved the food - and the waitresses who had more experience were efficient and friendly.

We had a group of over 30 Lawn Bowlers. It was at least 10 more than we/they expected. Katrina was our waitress and did an amazing job. They were polite, food was very good, was timely and hot. Prices were competitive, but less expensive than some others and portions were huge. First time there, but I will definitely go again. Parking: Plenty of parking.

We sat there for 40 minutes waiting to be asked what we would like to drink or eat and no one came! We left and ate at another restaurant. Horrendous service!!! Never again

I have been in multiple times to eat since they opened and every single time the food and service is amazing! Very generous portions, cold drinks and smiling faces! 10/10 reccomend the Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap, Lobster Ravioli and so much more. The soups are always hearty and flavorful!

The meat part of the Philly steak smelled bad .. took one bite, and that was all.. poutine was very salty. Tatter tots was good.

Wait forever for a beer. Noise was unbearable, they need some type of wall coverings or other form of white noise. Tables jammed so close together, I thought it was family dining night. Prices too high in my opinion. I might give it a year to work out the bugs, and try it again, if it lasts that long.

I live in this town and we thought to try it. We came in family of 8 with friends and waited for waitress to come over she took our drink order and came back in a good time manner then took our food order but After that it was she totally ignored us we all finished our drinks and waited for 30 minutes or more until we had to get her attention for another round of drinks and when she did she finally she brought our second drinks but not all at once it was at least 10 minutes or so for the rest of us. In the meantime we noticed other couples with families come in got there drinks and food and already finished eating and paid and unfortunately we had to ask once again for her attention and asked what is the hold up she replied it s coming rudely. Anyways after we got our food not all at once it was all wrong not the right food we had ordered but we didn t say anything because of the 1 hour and 30 minutes until we got it and we didn t want to wait any longer. The food was horrible the service was worse and we will never eat there again and I will certainly tell everyone about this and never recommend going there. It completely left us with a bad experience the worst service and especially the food. Our family friends were with us and said they will never return or recommend this restaurant.

Our server spilled gravy on one of the guys at our table. She replaced the gravy and gave him a wet rag from kitchen to clean up. His meal was not on the house, discount or any real Apology. The Food was ok, nothing special. I had the Cajun steak pasta, that lack the heat of Cajun spice, and the sauce was very Oily and lack flavor. Price was Average.

If you like greasy over cooked ribs,and dried out lasagna this is the place to go, manager took a little of the bill ,I came home with heartburn, the ribs fell of the bone only to leave a trail of grease behind ,the lasagna was so dry we sent it back only to get the same order back soaked with sauce and cheese, I brought it home and my dog wouldnt even eat it ,we had a 4 people reservation for Saturday ,but if you the manager is reading this you can cancel I would be embarrassed to bring my friends there,You say most of her lasagna was gone,my wife had 1 mouthful,we complained 1min after it arrived, I showed the waitress the rib plate, she said nothing and just took the plate away, she should have told YOU,we already had a problem with 1 dish to complain about another would have been embarrassing, thanks for your reply

First visit to Castle Johns Lindsay today and we were very impressed. Our server, Emma, was professional, courteous and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was hot and delicious and generous portion sizes. The menu is extensive, with something for everyone. We will definitely be making this our new favourite place to dine in Lindsay.

The worst dining experience ever! We thought we would check it out since we had such a great experience at the one in Peterborough. We waited an hour for our meal to arrive after we ordered (I think the waitress forgot to enter it in the system). Everyone who was seated after us were getting their meals before us which really irritated me. When our meal finally came out, the manager is the one who brought it and she stopped to talk to the table behind us even though we were waiting sooo long for our food. My husband s burger was burnt and cold on the inside and was never brought any condiments for it and there was no one around to ask for them. My chicken stir fry was also burnt. The whole time we were eating, our waitress never once came and asked if we had everything and if it was good. She came after we finished our meal and when we complained, she barely gave an apology and never offered some type of compensation for our experience. Once we were finished eating, the waitress never came back to clear our table or to ask us if we would like anything else. I had to hail down the hostess and ask her for the bill so we could pay. The table behind us had to do the same thing and also said they would never be back again. We were there from 5:30pm-7:00pm and it only took us 15 minutes to eat .you do the math! We will never be back and will be sure to tell everyone about our experience!

Group of 40 + people for a birthday celebration mid-week. Overall a great experience. Food was fantastic. A few minor issues with orders but to be expected with that many people. The two Mels handled our group. I would highly recommend!

UNDERSTAFFED!!!! We where first in line when we walked in the door. Restaurant was lets say 60% capacity inside and 10% capacity on the patio. Took 15 mins just to be seated. After being seated first waitress came over 10 mins later to take a drink order. We ordered pop. No bubbles it was flat. Orders the wing special. Says online you can order 2 per person. Your waitress said no you can not do that its only one per person. So I had to show her online it says 2 orders per person ( so need better training there) Now over an hour later we finally got our wing order. They came out stone cold. They must have been made in the 10 mins it takes to fry wings and sat on the pass for the next 50. So had to eat cold wings and cold fries. Only good thing is that since it was cold we decided to take half home and when we re heated it. The taste was better. Extremely sub par experience. Was happy about a potential restaurant in Lindsay with good wing special. Unfortunately will not be returning for cold food.

Food and service was great. Maddie was our server and she was very nice and checked on us often. Everything arrived quickly to our table and was accurate. New Castle Johns location just opened up in Lindsay. Nice location, great setup inside and nice patio. Standard Castle Johns menu with lots to choose from. We had the burger, some wings and a mac n cheese dish, all were excellent, along with the service.

My husband asked me to choose the restaurant for my 65th birthday and I suggested we try Castle Johns which was new here but had been open for a few weeks. We were very disappointed. We waited for 10 minutes before anyone offered us a table. The waitress did take our drink order quickly but for some reason also brought me a glass of ice but forgot the lemon in my water. Once we ordered it took 50 minutes for our meal to arrive. (It was very cold in the restaurant!) My chicken was very dry and my husband had the shepherds pie. It was salty and there was only a hint of veggies mixed with the meat. The edges were burnt. At no time did the waitress return to ask if our meal was fine. The portion size was good and I took half my chicken home although it was so dry I am not sure why. She asked my husband if he wanted more coffee and when he said no she handed us the bill and machine. No offer of a dessert menu. She left the debit machine but it had already timed out and she walked away. Needless to say it will not be a place I choose to return, nor will I recommend it to others. A disappointing birthday dinner for sure!

For the amount of servers walking around, it was very slow - and we were there around 5:00, not even half full. The food was mediocre at best, atmosphere was dated and the bathrooms were pretty substandard. Doubtful Id be back. Not sure what all the buzz is about.

We called and asked a question about an ingredient because of an allergy and was very rudely told NO when we asked to look into it and then had the phone slammed down on us. We were looking forward to trying this place out, but won t be going now.

Great restaurant and location. Food is great. However been here twice and still no change table in bathrooms. I shouldnt have to change my child in my chair. You have been open for 2months.

10/10 reccomend this place to everyone. Theres literally something for everyone on the menu, great vibes inside and outside on the beautiful patio. The service is impressive and every waitress weve had has been amazing. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the portions generous.

We went for the first time and the waitress Justeen was an amazing server and was kind and was a pleasure to have wait us food was amazing and service was even better thank you Justeen.

We have been to this location 3 times now. The first two times everything was great! Food service atmosphere etc. Etc. Today, not so much! We understand they had cleaning issues on the floors...okay. My wrap with sweet potato fries was good and the home made soup, chicken veg was also very good. We also ordered the Yorkies, and they came cold. Not warm, cold. Meat cold, potatoes cold, Gravy barely over room temperature. Then my husband gets up to use the restroom and the only cubical was out of service. We were told he could go over to the Ramada. We will give them another chance since they are newly open and the first two dates were quite awesome, but real disappointed this time. We think it is a managerial issue as the actual staff we have experienced all awesome.

Nice pub for the Lindsay area, which desperately needs more establishments like this. Gave medium marks because we have been to Castle Johns in Peterborough and the staff there are like a Cheers Episode. They make you feel like family there....

First time to Castle John s; large group for a celebration. Found the servers very attentive. Felt the good can t reasonably quick for the number (20+ people) had the ribs and yes the meat did fall if the bone. Would Definetly go again! Little noisy when we got there; but seemed to be several celebrations going on that evening!

Our server, Nicole was fantastic!! Super friendly, personable and attentive. Best service we ve had in any restaurant in a long time. Food was fresh, tasty and hot! Love the variety in this menu - it never disappoints!! Something for everyone. We ll be back!!

So disappointed. Went last night sat for 15+ minutes before anyone aknowleged us. We had been 4 times before . The first 3 timeswere great no complaints . The waitress we had the last 2 times ( loads of makeup never introduced herself so i cant give a name. Drinks and appetizers arrived with no cutlerly. Then i ordered the brushetta chicken it was good last time i ordered. This time the chicken was rubbery ( like it had been reheated many times. The cold potatoes ere yellow in color and had a mushroom flavour and were watery. No one showed up to check how our meal was until my husband had finished. The two options offered were another entree or it taked off the bill. . Left hungry . Best yet she apoligized while walkig away Smell ofdishwsher on glass spoils the wine

We came on a Thursday night for dinner with the kids. Although we were seated quickly after that it all fell apart. We ordered, and our waitress was great. Unfortunately we waited for over an hour for our food to arrive at our table. We had to move inside as it was getting dark and cold on the patio. Even inside was freezing and the music was way too loud and lights obnoxiously bright. When the food arrived it was mediocre at best, definitely not worth the wait. We had nachos, wings and a burger. We had heard bad things from friends but wanted to give it a chance. What a waste of time and money.

For a restaurant that has been opened not long ago it sure its pretty good, family visited busy Thursday afternoon and we had to wait a long while for our main dishes but it was alright in end. Seems like there understaffed there still doing the most for the customers. For the few staff they look like they work together good

on a hot day ..air condition is great. but when its only 70 degrees outside, it was uncomfortable inside.. servers moving all the time . they dont feel how cool it is. really liked food but just thought of getting out into warmth outside. one wall especially as cold air blowing on us continuiosly.

Service was a little slow for how busy it was. Fish tacos were really good but the burger was overcooked. Will come back again though and try something else. There are alot of choices on the menu.

Went for dinner for the first time at the Lindsay location. Had a reservation for 5:30 (only for 3 people) and waited until 6:05 to get our drinks. The food took about 50 minutes to an hour. All meals were cold, didn t get what we asked for. Waitress didn t care. Definitely won t go back.

Food was horrible

I was excited to go here tonight for my birthday because we used to go to the one in Newcastle and then we moved away. My husband and daughter got their food and I had to wait another 10 Minutes for mine. Then when my pasta arrived it was like noodles in soup and there was no bacon. I returned it and our server brought me a new meal. Still not thick sauce and didn t cover the noodles. All you tasted was noodles and the bacon they had now thrown on top . I didn t eat it . So decided to get red velvet cake to share with my daughter . It tasted like mold. I got up and walked out. My daughter agreed about the cake we both spit it out . Server was good not on her. Likely not going back.

8 of us for dinner, food was delicious! Huge portions, price in line with amount you get. Server was very good, friendly. Bit noisy, hard to hear each other talk. That was the only downfall. Well be there again. Parking: We had to park towards the back of the lot. Alot of hazards walking - holes, etc. Just need to be careful

Sat 15 minutes and waited for waitresses (passing us by) to stop and serve us. They never did so left very dissatisfied!!!!

The good is really good and so is the service. They have draught beer. Its a really jive atmosphere as well. Prices are gopd as well

My wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, so we decided to try Captain Jacks. We had heard from friends that it was good so we went. The restaurant is easy to get into; there are no steps involved and it is not cramped. The atmosphere reads as a sports pub with many tvs showing sporting events. The interior is new, modern and comfortable. The menu is very robust with many options. I also have to say that the prices were really good! My wife had the peppercorn steak, lobster tail, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, while I had a chicken parmesan. One odd thing we encountered was the waitress; she seemed ...detached for lack of a better word regarding questions we had. My wife hates peppercorns and asked to keep the peppercorn sauce off the steak. The waitress very weakly responded ummm...it pretty much comes on it. A logical thinker would conclude that if you ask for a sauce to be omitted from a steak, it would be a simple matter for the chef to leave it off. That said, our waitress did come to our table 4 times to check in on us, which was pretty good. I had the chicken parm but found it really cloying. Dont get me wrong, the dish was really good at first, but it was so one note I had problems finishing it. Overall this place is one of the best eateries in our region.

Our waitress was clearly Drunk... It was an awful experience for my children to witness.. I heard another waitress refer to her as Cat... We definitely wont be returning

Service was slow, took 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and expected us to order drinks and food at the same time. Not impressed. Not the first time the service was slow either. Someone needs to do something about the sloppy service. It wasnt even busy and we saw a few people leave without ordering because it took so long for them to be acknowledged by a server.

An ok place. Its not going to knock your socks off. The food was ok, the Chipotle chicken sandwich had a drop of Chipotle mayo and about half the bottle of BBQ sauce. Not what I expected and pretty disappointed. Fries were good and drinks were cold. I have to give huge praise to our waitress, we were a big party and she managed everyones drinks and orders and had a fabulous attitude.

Wow...we are staying at the attached Ramada for three nights. We had diner at Castle Johns which is attached all three nights. Each night, we had a different meal, and each time, the food was fabulous. The three waitresses (Grace, Jennica and Nicole were fantastic, super friendly and great hosts. We have eaten in many different places since we do a lot of travelling, the the food was 1st rate each time. Beef Poutine, Shepards Pie and Fish & Chips were a 6 star. The lighting could be tones down a bit to give more of a pub atmosphere, but we will most certainly come back and eat here again. We Geocache Everywhere and eat in many places. This place is 2nd to none. Thanks to the staff and the Chefs in the Kitchen, Great job.

Was very cold in the restaurant. Coffee was not hot. Took a long time to get our food and was not very hot This was our third time there not sure if we will return

This is the 2nd time my wife and I went there on a Saturday for lunch. Tons of seating available but NO ONE would seat anyone. 3 couples standing at the door 5 mins...10 mins 15 mins and still no one would seat the 6 people waiting. We seen 3 staff standing at far the end of the bar yapping and doing SFA !! The people in front of us even walked to the middle of the restaurant in hopes one of the 3 lazy staff would see customers waiting and come and seat everyone...NOPE !! Finally we simply left and went to Boston Pizza instead. If this is the kind of customer service you think is acceotable and will work, then you are in for a big surprise and wont be in business very long here in Lindsay...We will not be back

Last night I had a waitress accidentally spill a beer on my coat, there was a pool of beer in my pocket hours later when I left. As a non drinker that was lovely having my coat smell like floor beer for the rest of the night/the next day. My food was included on the bill as an extra thank you from Castle Johns. How nice. Maybe next time say sorry your meals on us ;) Just because Im a younger male doesnt mean you can get away with absolutely poor service.

Its been awhile since we were here. Food was excellent. Service was very good and enjoyed the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend trying this place

Placed an order at 6pm for take out, was told to arrive at 6:30 for pick up, I arrived at the specified time to be told 5 minutes left after another 30 minutes I was told again 5 minutes I did not receive my food until 8:15pm, and when I did finally receive it, I came to realize it had been sitting in the kitchen waiting for a server to bring it to me and it was now room temperature, wouldnt recommend ordering takeout.
