Worst experience I have ever had. Took 18 min to get the orders and they were wrong! This location needs better trained staff and better managers to train the staff.

This location seems to really struggle to give people what they order. I constantly get the wrong stuff, not the right pop or donuts that dont have any cinnamon sugar on them, GAVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER TRY , TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. 25 MINS IN DRIVE THREW WITH ONLY 3 CARS INFRONT . GIRL THAT TOOK MY ORDER MADE A MISTAKE AND immediately got her back up when I told her she made a mistake. This place is not worth your time or money

Drive thru what is going on here so slow 25 min just to get up to order another 15 to get to window unbelievably slow

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Paid for a big Harv burger just to only get one patty rip off

If you go to this Harvey s drive through, take a sleeping bag as you ll be waiting for about 30 minutes. It is absolutely absurd how long it takes to get food here. Something is seriously wrong with this place.

They clearly don t have mindful workers as you literally have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes ONE car infront of you. Please either train your staff better or get new employees. I will not be returning until this gets sorted out because this happens literally ALL of the time. Get with it.

if you re using the drive thru give yourself time of an hour because you ll sit there, stuck, hungry and sad. on the bright side i was able to enjoy the ambience of the overflowing garbage, hangry people and made my way through an entire playlist before getting my food. sleeping bags, face masks and slippers are advised.

Dont bother with the drive thru, october 18th 2024 25min wait to get to the order speaker another 20 mins to get to the window. Next time will be walking in

I can t believe a restaurant that is so busy serves cold food ! That s twice now and there won t be a third time . The staff seemed a little disgruntled as well . ( not like they had to eat the food )

Absolutley wild wait times. Ordered in advanced online. Presently 15 minutes later I am still waiting for my food. Saw a good few burnt burgers get served while waiting.

Spent $38 for two burger combos. The Burgers were absolutely burnt and tasted like char. The fries and onion rings were cold. This was the worst burger Ive ever had. I will not be returning.

The service was brutal. Went through the drive thru, worker was very abrasive and rude. She interrupting me and cutting me off in a very rude tone. Ordered dipping sauce on the side, it came in a takeout cup and the lid was not secured. The sauce spilled all over the rest of my food and my car.

Gave them another chance today NO better. My food was slow and sat there waiting for someone to do it. It wasnt busy. Not worth the time or money. Should be managers watching more to see how service is going

Very busy but the staff were organized and friendly. Crispy chicken was horrible. It was tough. Thin. No meat. Absolutely terrible. After working a10 hour shift, I was hungry and looking forward to it. Such a disappointment and waste of time and money

Love their food and love to support Canadian franchises. But in a Friday night, the floors had spilled fries that staff cared to sweep up and they turned off their fountain pop machine 1 hour before closing.

Food is always slapped together, took 30 mins for 2 chicken burgers at drive through, staff is usually in bad mood. Not worth your money, go down town

open till 1030 hours posted by the business 1 week ago on google. show up at 1015 and apparently they are closed. fix your hours. or tell ur employees to stay open till they are suppose to

Gone downhill fast

Harvey s Lindsay needs to step up their game. From pulling into the drive thru to upon exiting it was 27 minutes today. So much for fast food .. plus the burgers were just mashed together.

Pretty fast service and good food. One of the only places left that still has Dr.Pepper. Parking: If its really busy you might have to park at the back of the Loblaws lot, next to the restaurant.

Worst customer service ever in canada.

My burger was absolutely disgusting, meat was burned and pretty much dehydrated, the patty most had been on the side of the grill for a long time, they just warmed it up, nothing fresh there, they had semi fresh French fries hiding the old fries that should really have been thrown out.

Not terrible, not great. They have raised prices enough I no longer find much value for the money spent.

Its 8:00pm on a Thursday evening, thought Id do drive-thru for my dinner ~ burger and a shake. Cars were lined up to order, so I parked and went inside to order takeout, the line up was just as long. One fellow on the grill, one girl dressing the burgers as they came up, two associates on drive-thru orders. Even the doordash pickup fellow left upset with out his order. Whats with the lack of service? Disappointed!

Have not been here in a long time. Today on March 15 ,2024. I went in got and Angus Combo. The fries were cold and the Burger was burnt not impressed.. Food

I know I showed up at noon for lunch but to wait for 45 minutes for ultimately a cold burger and a poutine that was wrong is crazy! who needs 45 minutes to make a burger and poutine if you have the time to stand around and wait head over if your on lunch and have to get back to work don t go here Food

placed an order online, went through the drive through and was missing a drink. lady started yelling at us so we went through, checked back on our receipt and we ordered the drink, it was clearly in our order and we have the online receipt since the order was placed online. went back into the store to get the drink and the ladys start yelling and agruing that it just wasnt possible, even though we showed the online receipt that clearly showed we paid. im truely baffled by this experience, as we left they informed that this happens all the time. you continuously forget peoples drinks even though they paid for them?? this was terrible customer service and i really cant believe the experience i had here.

Good location, but they insist on putting cheese on burgers when you don t want it, and charging for it. No means no.

Worst Restaurant in Lindsay!! I dont even know how they still open , they should be closed down immediately!! Longest, wait time for a basic 1st food chain , you also end up with cold buggers , the staff at the drive through is so rude no manners at all they have a laundry list of why they are the worst . I will never set foot there again , I even made all my friends aware of what to expect when they go here and surprisingly they all agree.

Make sure you check your orders I ordered 4 sandwich and fringe and they never gave me the onion rings but took my payment I bought swish chalet here as well and never got any butter or fork or napkins to eat the meal the staffs run down unfortunately

Always make sure youre getting the food you ordered before you leave the drive-thru. Because theyre not checking before handing out the food. This isnt the first time.

Burger was cold, fries were cold, chicken fingers were cooked so Long they were too hard to eat and burnt.

Hehe ever I visit Harveys,, I wonder why I ever bother going to the other fast food chains. With veggies piled high and thick cut fries, for basically the same price. Ordered on line. At 6:15 pulled into the drive thru to pick up at just before 6:25 the time its supposed to be ready. 4 cars in front of me. I finally get to the window at 6:45. Insane. Food like warm at best. Last time I was here and had what I ordered today I got food poisoning. Thought Id give it a try again. Huge mistake. Wont be back

Just went through drive through ordered 2 meals with frings got food pulled into parking lot too eat less then a minute and fries were cold. Not warm at all. As a fast food worker myself I can say they were not under any heat for at least 10 minutes. Very disappointing and extremely disgusting. The onion rings were good same with the burger but the fries being that cold is surprising to say the least. The manager on shift needs to Pay more attention to the food being served by the employees.

Harvey s is good but this one gives them a bad name , don t know where they learned to put toppings in a burger but more ended up on the wrapper than it did the burger , what a mess

Normal harveys food. However not accepting cash ? Drive thru Sign saying no cash is located at order kiosk instead of the Drive thru enterance. So Dont get in dive thru line with cash or your stuck until everyone in front of you gets food. Food

Drive thru is an absolute joke. Minimum 25 min wait sitting in the drive thru for your order and food. Thats if your the first car in line. By the looks of the reviews this is the standard for this harveys. Absolutely shameful!

Chicken in the salad was very dry, couldnt order a cup of water, had to pay for a bottle. Slow service for a Saturday evening

Painfully Slow. I ordered online, arrived 5 minutes AFTER my scheduled pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes as they hadn t even dressed the burger yet. 6 months later I thought I d try the place again and went through the drive-thru it took 5 minutes of me waiting just for them to take my order, then another 10 minutes at the window waiting for the food. The food is up to typical standard but it s not fast food. If I m going to consistently wait 20+ minutes just to get my food, I d much rather go to a restaurant.

Great vege burger. Became vegetarian over 40 years ago. Only thing I missed was Harveys burgers.

This is the worst location I have ever been to across Canada . Very disorganized, and your meal comes out separately. Management really needs to organize their stuff in order to handle the flow of clients and no make them wait 15-20 min for a burger and fries

We dined in & the young girls @ counter were very nice, polite & listened when we ordered unlike some places where they are busy talking to people they work with. This place deserves a 5 star rating. We always like Harveys. To all the people that cry about waiting, they should realize these burgers are grilled to order as you ask. They are NOT sitting on a hot plate like they are in McDonalds etc. You get freshly grilled at HARVEYS.

The young person at the drive thru window, was absolutely lovely. She was patient and polite. I told her that id just left another chain burger place, because their staff was rude to me. She apologized profusely! Very sweetly left me a hand written note in my order bag, that she hoped my day got better ( in CURSIVE!) You should be very proud of your staff!

People are really nice. But the burger was not juicy as I expected. It was all dried out and had a slightly burnt taste.

Place is hit or miss. Went through the drive-thru, trusted they put the pop lid on tight lid popped off and got dumped all over my car. Another time, got chicken strips and poutine; didn t give me dips I asked for, no napkins or cutlery. Foods better than other fast food places in town.

Not so happy with my last 3 visits. The customer service is great. The food preparation is horrible. Missing things from our orders. Last night really did it! What my man wanted he did not get. The sad part Harveys was his favorite place to eat. He threw his burger in the garbage. It look like it was in the fridge over night. He did ask for everything, but relish and onions. We are definitely not happy customers sad burger!

I normally get really good customer service here, one lady in particular is lovely. But today is absolutely miserable. I had to correct my order multiple times which is fine considering masks and barriers, but my order ended up being wrong anyway, and when I took 2 seconds to think about what I wanted as a drink I got an eye roll, cool. Then my friend ordered and she was even more rude trying to once again correct her order, and giving crazy attitude. Then while the next lady was making the burger we asked if she could add a sauce we had asked for and she told us we didnt ask for it if it wasnt there even though the lady at the cash argued with us the whole time. Totally unpleasant and Im shocked.

The Lindsay location is better than average for food quality, Ive never really had a bad experience, except they NEVER give me double pickles at the drive thru, no matter how often I ask! Excellent otherwise!

This is by far the SLOWEST drive through I have ever used EVERY time. It doesnt matter if theres one car or 6 your waiting a minimum of 15 minutes for orders. When you go inside the employees are always huddled in a corner gossiping and take forever to even acknowledge your there. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and asked for extra lettuce on my burger. They put maybe 6 pieces of lettuce on. Two stars because the people at the window are polite.

Over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru,trapped traffic and design. Watched my order sit next to the cold window for another 5 minutes while I paid and waited for fountain pop. Disgraceful, microwave take out for us tonight

Harveys makes a really good burger . Very good fries and onion rings too. Lindsay location is a clean Harveys . Good service.

I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, I was told they forgot to make it. I was then told they would bring it out to me when it was ready. I waited an additional 25 minutes (40 minutes) at this point and went back into the store to see where my food was and request a refund.The food was sitting there and I didnt receive an apology just my money back and no food. I left the restaurant without any food, no apology and an hour of my life gone.

Good burgers but I wish they get the toppings on the burger I ask for ever time they mess it up I dont know why it so hard to listen and put the right toppings on that I asked for

We ordered 2 original combos They forgot our drinks and ended up giving us only one combo..told us we would have to wait to cook another one. Unfortunately we had a schedule to keep & could not wait. Very disappointed...

Line up at drive thru wasnt too bad and moved fairly quickly. Order was correct (I asked for a modification on 1 item) and the food was good. The staff working the drive thru was friendly and polite. She read my order back to me and gave me my total before I proceeded to the window which I appreciate since they do not have a screen at the menu board.

Sloooooow every time, for years. I m in the drive through right now and people are actually honking. Last time I d go except for maybe late at night.

My wife and I experienced a variety of digestive ailments from our takeout order. She had a Mama burger and onion rings. I had a Papa burger, rings and root beer. We both found the rings to be overly salty (she could only eat half her order). If my burger didnt have condiments, it would not have had any taste at all. $26.62 was a lot to pay for indigestion.

The quality has gone down with the move to the bigger location sadly. Many orders messed up and the pride taken in hybrid jobs isn t the same.

Great guest service. Excellent taste and all the items were fresh. Lady who was taking orders was very patient and helpful. Amazing suggestive selling. Owner is lucky to have such an outstanding staff.

Fast friendly service and the 2 Jr. burgers for three bucks is unbeatable, very tasty. The google pin is outdated and we went to the Popeyes lot at first but then figured it out. Way to go guys!

Harveys is one of my favorite burgers, best pickles, however it would be nice to get served. We all understand that they dont have their food premade and that is good but waiting at the drive through speaker for over a minute with no cars in line is not acceptable. There was not even a car at the window. I left and may not stop there again. So off to Wends I went even though I had to backtrack and leave making the worst left turn in Lindsay to do so. Ohh by the way nobody even acknowledged I was there. Should be zero stars for yesterdays visit.

French fries were terrible didnt even look like their fries. Harveys used to have the best fries not anymore.

We ate at the Swiss Chalet. The food is reliably good and prices aren t bad. The service wasn t great. We wanted something a couple of times and couldn t find a server. We were with a lovely gentleman in his nineties. Servers need to understand how difficult it can be for the aged to be left waiting
