I was here to watch the leafs game and had a a great time! Food was amazing and the drinks were just as good. I cant wait to come back!

I had a very nice time with the grandkids I ordered the sanoma salad with chicken and I could tell it was made with love and care

Rarely do we complain about food at restaurants expecting any compensation or discounts. Our reasons are we worked in many different restaurant jobs in our past and stuff happens, human beings are not perfect so we usually let most things slide. Tonight we couldnt for a few reasons. #1 we voiced our complaint and our waitresss response was to conduct herself as if we had never brought up a very cleary rotten chicken wing. She returned to our table with our bill put it down and said nothing about our complaint about the rotten wing. #2 - the excuses - waitresses had many, lots of wings back there was one comment, so volume on discount wing night means we take our chances? Another was we cant discount already discounted items. That really reinforced that 1/2 price wing night is a risky business. #3 - we requested a manager We, the already uncomfortable complainers were having to BEG. 2 lame excuses from waitress now we have to ask for a manager. It wasnt offered to us, as I said, just the bill given no mention of sorry about that wing, if you wish to speak to a manager....Yada. Nobody there wants to take responsibility that they served us a rotten wing and our dinner has been negatively affected but also we could get sick. Manager came and apologized. But the possible compensation is a negotiating act. Uncomfortable for the customer. First the manager offers more wings,or dessert. We had eaten our wings but we were fine to be done eating. The putting the bill down with no acknowledgement of the issue was not making us want to stay for more food. So we asked for 1 beer off the bill, no we cant do that. Couldnt take 1 order of wings off, either. couldnt do anything, lots of excuses regarding computers. Pfffttttt. Give me a break. When items go on wrong bills they figure it out. More like we WONT take things off your bill. We reluctantly accepted a $10 gift certificate for our next visit. This situation has to have happened before. There should be a consistent way servers and managers deal with kitchen errors, not making customers grovel to get results. Pictures below

We headed over to Kelseys for dinner. I saw the Smashburger Quesdilla and thought that would be good I do enjoy a goid smash Burger. I got onion rings instead of fries for an additional dollar. This location or the cook has no idea what a smash Burger is, normally a ball of seasoned beef placed on a flattop and pressed or smashed to cook. The menu photo looked really good compared to my actual order. In my photo I had eaten ¼ of the quesadilla. It was cold and dry the meat was 2 very small frozen patties cut in halves. 1 patty half per ¼ of tortilla. Looking at the rest of the menu I suspect the kids Burger has the same size patty (thats how small it was) I paid 18.99 plus the extra buck for this meal. So disappointing.

Ordered the 10 oz steak and I got was a triangle of meat not a steak and a small amount of mashed potato not worth the money I paid. Will not go again

This Lindsay location deserves an A+ in every category here, its such a great restaurant, the staff here always goes out of their way to ensure that youre completely satisfied. Appetisers were ok Steak dinner was fabulous. cooked perfectly & the mashed potatoes were delicious as well as veggies but the white chocolate. Went for my birthday dinner last night. Sabrina was our awesome server! Honestly, this was the BEST dinner weve ever had at Kelseys - any location! Sabrina was so attentive and gave excellent recommendations. The cooks in the back made the best food too. Everything we ordered was 10/10. Fries were crispy. Potato skins were perfect. Burger looked (and tasted) like it was out of an ad! Literally so good. And the free birthday funnel cake fries were on another level. (The choc and caramel sauces were thick, not thin -iykyk) Great dinner!

Popped in for a post-round meal after golfing at Oliver s Nest service was very friendly and prompt. Food was quite obviously freshly prepared and very warm (I got my favourite Ultimate Bacon & Cheeseburger w/a loaded baked potato ). Our server was new and being trained, however there was zero awkwardness at all!

Poorly made Beet Salad with Grilled Chicken... the goat cheese was just blobbed about, the onion was all connected and in general looked empty

I love coming here! They always make me feel like family! Not to mention everything Ive tried on the menu has been great (a burger , hot wings and some fish and chips) Love the variety of drinks and cocktails, some interesting stuff but also all the old favorites! I will be back soon!

Pros: The place was moderately busy, my steak and cheese sandwich was tasty, and they had Olympics coverage on the TVs. Cons: 3 at our table received their food lukewarm, mine didnt arrive until 5-10 mins later after I flagged our waitress (they literally forgot to carry it to our table), no offers for drink refills despite walking by and looking at the empty glasses, etc.

Patio was great cover the service was great, and fast and the drinks was great

Went for wing night with a group of friends it was a great time, had the best server Jack he went above and beyond for all of us, very friendly and attentive the entire meal and we will definitely be going back!

The new renovations are fabulous. A great refresher to lighten things up. Always fun to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers on the patio. Keep up the good work Jack.

Let me just start with I have never been a fan of Kelsey s before but despite that me and my boyfriend went in today. The host was quick to seat us and our server Bella did a phenomenal job. I want to give her props for being on the ball and looking like she actually wanted to be at work today. You do not find that these days. Not only did she get our meals to us while they were still hot, but the quality of service was better today than i have ever experienced at Kelsey s before. Great Job Bella!!

Brought a coupon to give to our server, she forgot to subtract on our bill. We also didn t notice and paid our tab! But apparently Kelsey s in Lindsay is the only place in the world who can t void and adjust a bill . Will never come back, terrible response to a problem created by the server.

Ordered takeout over the phone, picked it up no issue. After returning home, realized multiple sides were missing and they missed a modification. Checked the receipt and confirmed the order was taken correctly. Returned to have it fixed - great service from the hostess and had it corrected. However the food was AWFUL. Not impressed with the ribs or salmon (and have ordered here before multiple times without issue so it was a big disappointment, birthday dinner). Found a hair wrapped around one of the chicken wings. Not impressed with the lack of care from kitchen staff with this order. Would maybe be a little more understandable if we had ordered during weekend dinner rush, but this much error at 3pm on a Wednesday is unfortunate.

Had a late lunch with some girl friends and Shannon was our waitress. We all received wonderful, attentive service, even tho we were taking forever to decide what we should eat. I used to love coming here, and have for years. Tonight will be my last time going to kelseys because the food, service and atmosphere were terrible. My chicken fajitas were so greasy when they brought it to the table, it was spitting out like bubbling bacon grease. The rice they put on the skillet just burned to the skillet, so it was crunchy and burnt. The chicken quality is lower than it used to. You can taste the cheap quality and it was chewy. My moms chicken bites were very crunchy and overcooked. My dads pasta wasnt even hot, so were guessing they made his first and forgot to the other 2 entrees, so his sat out. No refills, which drives me insane. Even when we asked, our server forgot until we were paying. Our server looked like the only person serving on the side we were on and all tables were full, so he seemed very overworked and could use some help. The restaurant was also very hot and humid and uncomfortable. If there was AC on, it wasnt cold enough cuz we were sweating. Sorry kelseys, but that was absolutely awful and we wont be back.

The restaurant is newly reno-ed. We have been customers from before yet decided to give it a shot after reopening. It was nothing special to dine as overpriced meals with meager quantity and not too great of quality ingredients make for a mediocre experience. Staff was accommodating for the most part and trying to give customers a good experience, but the food falls flat and does not help to hit a home run. Hope they improve on that. Not sure why they are so busy all the time...

Ive never submitted a review before. I went early evening, not busy, to order food to take home. Service not advising that I had qualified for special with the one beer before 5:00 nor the Stella and Spinach Dip special (both which I had ordered). The mixed greens in the Sonoma salad was head lettuce. No red peppers, trace of feta cheese, and 2 sunflower seeds - all ingredients on the menu. Not a meal ($20) as I was told with the 4 shrimp. The spinach dip - not like photo! - was a tiny container with way too much pita bread. Disappointed. Not the Kelseys I remember at other locations.

Great lunch today. The new lighter-lunch menu options are helpful. Service from Shannon was top notch and we will be back soon! We will try and leave room for dessert next time

Went in for dinner at about 7pm last night. They were not busy so that was not the reason for the burnt Mediterranean Salmon I received. Paid for the full meal though I ate maybe 4 bites before the charcoal taste ruined my appetite. I will not be going there again

After confirming the restaurant was pet-friendly, we ordered food. Drinks were served, and then someone asked us to keep our dog outside on the sidewalk. Our dog is a very small, well-behaved emotional support animal, and there was nobody else on the patio at 8:30 PM. The lady claimed it was the law and that they would get a ticket. However, there is no such law, and we bring our dog to many other Kelseys locations in Ontario. Please inform patrons if dogs are not welcome before we enter, sit, and start drinking. This was very unreasonable!

We came in for lunch, as we put of town, and everything seemed good until our food came out, they Nachos came out with almost zero cheese, and what ever cheese was on was thrown in the middle and not cooked, The queso has an odd bitter taste and doesnt go well with the rest of the flavors, and the salsa is very acidic, then I had to watch the rest of the table eat while I waited a good 20 mins for new nachos, then came out with more cheese, but at this time had lost my appetite. When getting the bill nothing was compt and just disappointed by the end, our server was good, as I know its not her fault for the food was awful.

I ordered by Door Dash at Kelseys Original Roadhouse at Lindsay location. My order was the Alfredo Chicken Pasta and White Chocolate Cheesecake. Kelseys most times is quite good so I thought I would try the Alfredo Chicken Pasta and thought it would be a great meal for lunch. I was disappointed, greatly. Within the APP you can add Parmaesan cheese and normally it is the grated finely kind but they seemed to have the shredded kind. As I found that when I placed the fork in the middle it was stuck together. I didnt enjoy the taste and most how it looked overall. I know Kelseys in person when you dine they are pretty good but, I find with some orders you have to pick and choose as it may not be as you wanted. One thing I can say their White Chocolate Cheesecake is always a winner. I didnt take a picture of it as I was hungry and I just ate it but the above meal I had to throw out. Future orders I will stick more to the burgers and fries.

Another party dining at the table beside us had a misbehaving child who was disrupting our dinner. The family became confrontational with us coming up to our table and trying to start a fight. The manager told us that we could move tables. Did nothing about the issue.

I ordered delivery of chicken bites through Door Dash. Our dasher was great, however, I can t same for the food. We had these in the restaurant recently & really enjoyed them. Most of this order went in the garbage because it was just deep fried batter with very little chicken & impossible to bite in to. In addition, the order was delivered 30 minutes early, despite given the option to choose a time. Very disappointing.

I ll start by saying I m not usually a fan of chain restaurants, however we go back weekly and sometimes more because the staff is great, they make you feel welcome, and the food is consistently good. Prices are reasonable too!

To get to achieve mediocre status, this restaurant would need to improve greatly That said. If the goal of the steak sandwich was to make me chew so many times that it provided much needed dental cardio, then Curia

Decided to go try this place one more time , the last time in the summer we went for dinner , asked for a highchair , it was absolutely disgusting covered in old food and baby spit ! I lost my appetite , I told the server why and we left . Fast forward to today , waked in and asked for a highchair , told the story to our server politely and asked please make sure the chair is sanitary, we have a baby on oxygen, feeding tube and central line , our baby can not get sick . Bernadette (server ) brings the high chair over , it was sticky and had old pasted left over food stuck all over the chair and belt . We got caught cleaning it and she said did I miss something! Food was terrible , steak was like chewing gum , chicken was like dry jerky , the booth was disgusting, glass between booths looked like it had never been cleaned , splashed food all over the walls and wood behind bench . I will be calling an inspector over this one , waitress should be fired ! I looked for the manager on the way out but this might be a better way to warn people . If you visit Lindsay and need a meal go to Boston Pizza first or Esso for chips before ever going here ! This is no joke absolutely disgusting place to eat , NEVER AGAIN !!!

I gave two stars ...had the mushroom melt burger , was delicious but immediately after having the plate put infront of me the fries were barely warm , and the beef patties were not even hot ...barely warm as well ...had to ask for HOT fries ...so for $20 I paid for barely warm food ...not impressed and likely wont be back ...I even overheard the people next to us complain that their food wasnt hot ...you guys need to serve HOT FOOD before this visit I hadnt been there for 13 years because of the same problem and I see its not fixed again . So I wont be back...unfortunately...nobody likes to pay for barely warm food ..

Tonight (Jan 29th) my 2 kids, myself, and my mom went to have dinner. Even though they were understaffed (I dont think they expected that many people on a Monday) they all had the best attitudes. The wait staff were really helping each other out. Our server Jack was awesome with my kids and the food was delicious! Great job team

We are regular diners at our local Kelseys in Lindsay. We really like the food, its always great. For us though, what keeps us coming back is the service. We have had alot of great servers, but we are lucky to have Shannon almost all the time, and she is fantastic! She makes you feel so welcome, shes so friendly and happy to see you , and always remembers what we like. Kelseys Lindsay is lucky to have her

Shannon served us and was honestly one of the most friendly and accommodating servers Ive ever experienced in a very long time. She was very down to earth and professional. Will definitely be back and hope to get her as my server again. Food was great and came in a timely manner as well.

Just walked out. Was seated. Sat for 20 minutes and no one came to our table. Got up to ask if a server was coming and was told she was busy. I pointed her out and asked if that was her. She served everyone around us that came in after us. Never going back.
