This is my favourite restaurant to grab a bite when I need something quick and delicious. The food is very well priced. Their wings are probably better than just about anything at other bars and restaurants I've tried in Lindsay and a lot less $! Their chicken (or vegetable) roti is a great meal in itself for about $12. I love their chicken chow mein, and their home made samosas and spring rolls are fantastic. This is a very under appreciated take out restaurant in Lindsay. I really appreciate what they offer and get food there regularly. It's one of my 3 favourite places to eat in Lindsay!
Had the fish and Chips with my husband. Really delicious. A tad greasy then most but really enjoyed it overall. The tartar sauce was perfect to. The place was very quiet - needed some music or something but overall enjoyed it. Next I'm coming back to try the roti.
Lady was working by herself. They were out of several things we wanted to order (including noodles). We ordered some food and paid, the lady did not say how long though we asked. Other people came and went, and then she announced that she would cook our food. She said she would have to cook it from scratch (including rice) as they were 'out'. Long story short, we got food 45 minutes after ordering. What was supposed to be a red chicken curry was in a very thin red sauce, and what was supposed to be a Chinese food chicken dish was in the same red sauce. We did get broccoli in the curry. The thai soup was OK but short on ingredients. Overall, a disappointing food experience. The menu is too big for what the kitchen can do, it appears. While I was waiting, I heard the lady's son ordering a pizza on his phone. Pizza is one of their menu items. This place may be good for burgs and fries and wings and roti, if you go stick to those things. Not planning on returning.
We love this place. An amazing deal on beer & wings. So delicious. Rotis are also amazing! It is a small family business. They are super friendly & we have always enjoyed the food. It was a beautiful ride from Scarborough just to come here & enjoy the food.
I bought chicken roti and the chicken chunks in it were full of fat and carcass. Paid a decent chunk of money to just get some potato and rare grizzly fatty chunks of chicken in it here and there!. It wasn't even that flavorful either. Waste of money and FIRST TIME I TRIED IT. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION.
Ok had the burger and fish and chips here before and they were good. But had the to here and wow, Raj didn't disappoint. It tasted authentically Trini.
General Tao's Chicken was not great and super expensive! You would expect being a "small business" they would have at LEAST, grocery store level of quality, but the chicken was chewy, tasted processed, and had inconsistent textures. Especially for 22$!!! I have had better quality chicken for half the price!! The breading on the chicken was super soggy and most certainly not “crispy.” I think overall, the quality of ingredients needs to be improved. However, the flavour of the sauce was great and the steamed rice was good, and the Spring Rolls were also very good. Just please get better chicken!!!
Just got my order and I regret purchasing it. We ordered the chicken noodle soup because we're sick and opted for contactless delivery. What I wasn't expecting was liquid chow mein and Texas toast. Furthermore, the third party delivery person had to wait for spotstar to open despite them being advertised as open. The food was disappointing and I ended up throwing it out. I don't think I'll ever consider this restaurant again..
Always enjoyed my meals here. Great roti, and fishnchips. Dinning are under construction but I was able to eat outside at their picnic tables. Front area now a varierty store with house hold supplies, beer and wine. Finally had their goat roti...it was excellent. You have to walk around to the back door to enter their dinning area which still needs some work.
Great food at affordable prices
Really greasy spoon experience....in the resturaunt and the food. Wash down your tables and windows please. Smelled like you cooked the fries on really old grease. Sorry not impressed Food

Surprisingly great little quick food restaurant. I was impressed with menu which includes Canadian, Indian, Carribean and Thai! I had the chicken roti and am looking forward to trying the Thai food. Picnic tables in front where you can enjoy food to the noisy Lindsay traffic on Kent - and lots of inside seating. The owner Raj, seems like a great guy.

Best wings at the best price! And the roti is on point as well. Always friendly, consistent, and caters to large groups as well. But seriously BEST WINGS in town!
Arrived at 645pm. Sat down. No other people in restaurant. Tables were filthy. Luckily I had wipes in my purse. We were given 1 menu for the two of us. We ordered our food and water which was not drinkable. Tasted terrible. Food came 30 later. Burger and fries. Burger had no condiments on it at all. I was not given any cutlery. My son ordered a pizza. It came to the table in a take out box. No plate. Will not return
Certainly the best price in town. I tried 2lbs of naked hot wings and considering the price and taste, you can argue they really are the best wings in town.

Best Vegetable Roti! I drive over 30mins away for it! The owners are also the nicest people! So happy I can get real good authetic Roti in the Kawartha lakes! Vegetarian options: Amazing Vegetable Roti!
The food is horrible please do not order food from here I ended up throwing up 15 minutes after eating the food .. Fish was oily fries were uncooked with a nasty taste to it ...not happy at all ... spent 15 dollars on literally garbage ! Food

They dont lie when they say best wings in town, some of the best hot wings Ive had. The trini food tasted 100% authentic. Welcoming staff and atmosphere.
I got the chicken roti and wow delicious.
I have called this restaurant numerous times and the first couple times everything went well, but the last 5 times a man has picked up and his ascent is very thick. I place my order and then he proceeds to say something I can t understand, I say pardon and he repeats himself yet again I can not understand him. This goes on a couple more times and he just hangs up on me. I really like the food here but this language barrier has denied me from ordering from here. Next steps I think should be putting another person on the phones.
These guys are a sad replacement for the last restaurant that used to be in this location. The even sound like the old name Spudsters
Their hours were posted differently in three places - including their storefront. The chicken roti wasnt consistent between visits. I will try again to make sure it wasnt a one time error..

Ive now had the wings, ribs and fish and chips. Overall Ive enjoyed the food. I ordered the haddock and chips for the first time. Fish was great, chips not so much. Im pretty sure they were cooked twice. Super brown and dried out. Also their gravy is like water. Please thicken your gravy.
I have been to many bad restaurants but this is hands down one of the worst ever. The food was disgusting, my pizza tasted like ragu smeared on a wet paper towel. Absolutely revolting. However, the service is what really made this experience extra horrible. My food was not brought to my table but instead left out on the bar for me stand up and retrieve. Then I witnessed who I assume is the owner/waiter straight up lie to another customer about only having one type of beer, despite a beer fridge with several options being in plane view. A bizarre and disappointing experience.
Nice guy made a really good pizza. They have a big list of stuff they make. Samosas are good too.

Just got take-out for the 1st time from here... Ordered fish and chips....and a dinner for 2...nothing was fresh... Nothing tasted good...the sweet and sour chicken was horrible. We are not even sure if it was chicken or not...most of the food went into the garbage.... I will not go back.
Just ordered and my oh my is this ever the worst food Ive ate in Lindsay. Never again. Gross! If you are interested in butter chicken go to aroma. 100000000% better. Just gross!
great value. 2 tall boys and a pound of wings with fries for $15. Aint nuttin wrong with that! Food was hot and tasty. Beer was good and cold. Ill be back.

This establishment needs to reduce menu size to a few specialties. Their chicken balls and samosas are not at all authentic. Green thai curry was too sweet, not pleasing at all. Butter chicken tastes like Campbells Tomato Soup and chicken was hard to bite into. Curry chicken roti was not bad, though not the best Ive had

The food was good. The service was slow and expensive.
Grabbed this on the way home. We had lemon chicken and curry. The curry looked like snot also had the same slimmy consistency. The Lemmon chicken was way over deep fried so the skin was hard to chew. Also went to chew on a carrot and there was some kind of slime that was hard attached to it. The worst food I have personally ever eaten.
Affordable deals, good food. Chicken was a little dry, but the poutine and somosas are great. Bacon Poutine with a little extra gravy is highly recommended, and the veggies were great.

Yummy food, affordable, chicken was a little disappointing, but the veggies And sides are very well made. Fiancé loves their poutines, considerably large portions for the price.
The service is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home I have never seen such kind service before definitely recommending this restaurant to my friends and family
by far the worst food ive ever eaten i ordered dinner for 2 i wanted to get normal curry chicken instead of green curry i even said that on the phone ill pay the difference i ended up getting nasty green soup that was disgusting i called back and the guy is so rude arguing with me saying i ordered green curry no i didnt if you cant understand people that speak english get someone that speaks english to take phone calls their food is gross doesnt even taste like curry and he wouldnt send me back out normal curry

Not really a fan. The food wasnt that great and it was very over-priced. The staff member there was pretty nice to. It might be higher if I didnt know the place that used to be there. But all in all I was pretty disappointed.
