Stopped in for a late lunch sub and I will say that this location in Lindsay goes above and beyond most other locations I have been to. The 2 servers were super friendly and great to chat with. They also made my assorted sub perfectly as I ordered it. The freshest bun I have ever enjoyed for a sub. I will definitely stop back again when in Lindsay. Thanks for a great visit

September 29 my boyfriend and I had went to gets some subs for dinner. Waited almost 40 minutes in total just for two subs. The worker had just baked the bread and it wasn’t fully cooled so we had to wait awhile. She then goes on to make 5 wraps for the people behind but failing to offer us wraps in the first place. As well as my boyfriend’s bread was still raw at the end. Should really have people working in sub joints capable and able to do their jobs correctly. Probably won’t be going back.
The girls are very rude don't even hand u sandwich to my hand terrible customer service they r very unhappy I wouldn't recommend this place at all
When you ask for double meat and cheese and receive the same amount of meat you would have if you didn't order it and still paid for it 😞 pathetic ! Mr. Sub Lindsay location has gone down hill very badly and it's employees don't care. It's very sad I used to love going there ... Now I guess I'll settle for subway.
It’s unfortunate when you’re half way through your 12” sub and start to see what looks to be some sort of mold through out the bread… called the store to see if they could take my information to come back in and get another sub another time and gentleman on the phone simply says “I can not help you”
I just ordered four subs for my family. The one lady who was a trainee may not have been getting everything properly, but she was definitely taking the time being patient and having a positive attitude she was trying to make the subs. Perfect which I definitely appreciate although not fast she was trying to get the job done right Unfortunately who I would assume was her manager was actually down, talking her in front of me a customer and was shaking her head at different things that the lady was doing I had mentioned that’s OK. We all have to learn and you have to do it well before we can get fast And the lady went on to say “that this trainee had already been working a month and still doesn’t know how much meat to put on the subs “I said wow for only a month. This lady is amazing I offered to give a tip. Unfortunately I did not have any change, but this lady deserved it out just for her kind manner and Care to do a job properly and not quickly as her manager insisted. Sorry, using voice to text trying to hurry home to get my family their subs all the best and I hope this lady can advance and show her manager how it’s properly done and how to properly treat customers

Friendly and attentive customer service, great timely assembling of subs and very nice and thoughtful, patient, and flexible staff during a large order.
What a joke. I am so disappointed in the service and quality provided from this location. There are two businesses ant this location and can t seem to get either of them right. 1) meatball subs come with marinara on them. It s in the actual photo you provide showing what a meatball sub looks like with marinara sauce. I mean who orders a meatball sub without it. 2) the sun was COLD. Why seriously though it was very disappointing. I know you do things differently from subway but at least their sauce and meatballs are cooked together and hot when you purchase it. 3) your employee who served us seemed bothered when asked to serve someone waiting at the country style cash it s a part of their job and it seemed rude to be bothered when asked for a coffee at a place that claims to be a country style. 4) apparently they couldn t provide several of the options of the select few options on their menu as well. I m unsure if this is just lazy or didn t have it. Either way, the attitude was unwarranted. This location is in trouble and I m absolutely disappointed in my last few visits. This is my first review and made an account just for this. Maybe the owner will wake up and smell the lack of coffee, it s better to do one thing right then two things wrong.
Clean, food was very fresh. Service was excellent.
They need to FINISH serving a customer. Half way through making a sub, they stop and start another order(different customer). So you gotta wait til they finish the second order, to pay for yours. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If you cant complete an order from start to finish then maybe the food service industry is not for you.
Got an assorted sub bun very stale white bread i usually get but this time terrible crust is falling off its hard in centre cold cuts good lettuce and onion
Terrible, insulting and offending experience! Me and a friend walked in to order food on Feb 12, in afternoon! the moment we stepped in, the lady behind the counter SHOUTED at us , no we are not hiring! I was just there to get food. and when i replied so, she goes oh there are so many students coming in these days looking for jobs! No apology for this assumption, rudeness, needless to say We werent even greeted with a hi at first place. While being seated there, we noticed the same rudeness and exact words being shouted at two young boys, who were trying to drop their resumes there. I hope you guys train your employees the meaning of micro aggression and kindness. Spent around $20 there, only to witness this offensive behaviour not only towards us, but other two guys. Is this how you treat every single person who walks into your doors? or is it just young guys and girls who have to be shouted in their faces? or is it just a group of particular color who are just trying to make a livelihood and are trying their best to do a job search who get shouted at your business? there are better ways of saying no to them . A little bit of kindness and professionalism maybe ?
Slow as molasses. I asked for no ham please use other cold cut.she made my large sub with 3 slices of salami and 3 slices of luncheon meat.She then made my wifes with 4 slices of the 3 meats on an assorted.50 yes a Mr sub customer and I will not return here again.
Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. I visited 5-6pm nearly and one of a girl served me with a veggie sub, it was really too delicious and appreciated for her service. Best place for eating sub!!

Good subs for a quick meal, atmosphere a bit dated and a cold feeling. Been there when one young lady sits in the back texting on her phone when the lady up front runs her butt off. Father needs to give her a lesson in customer service and team work.

MY HUSBAND BILL AND MYSELF DURING COVID LOCCK-DOWN CELEBRATED THEIR 25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY WITH A MR.SUB AND SOME BUBBLY. BOUGHT MONDAY JANUARY 24TH IN LINDSAY . IT WAS GREAT AS USUAL AND FUN.
Was there the other day and got a Louisiana chicken sub everything seem fine till about 2 hours later I started to feel sick then to become the worst sickness I ve ever had so much that I went to the hospital to find out I had food poisoning safe to say there will be no more Mr sub for me

I love Mr Sub but I give up going to this one late at night. They never have the bread I enjoy ( Italian). I just went here and I like to have my sub toasted with Italian bread and as usual the bread wasnt available. I choose cheese bread when I asked for it to be toasted the girl told me she just cleaned it for the night and wasnt available at 915 when they close at 10pm. I passed on the sub and went to Pizza Noza instead. Its the second time that Ive been to this location and the grill wasnt available in the evening.
The food is always good. They make my subs the way I want them as long as they have the veggies, etc which is hard atm due to the pandemic and stuff

Really frustrated with my most recent visit to this Mr. Sub. The food is always good and it s a great sub shop but unfortunately upon my entry to this Mr. Sub there was no greating by the employee who was just standing at the counter. The only greating I received by this employee was what do you want, I believe customer service is a big part of the food service. When I had asked for my specific topping this employee gave me crazy attitude about the toppings I had asked for which is unfortunate... Once at the cash register purchasing my sub, I had to prompt the employee to show some customer service by telling them to have a great day first even then the response I received was a quick and dull Bye. . The employee was wearing a blue bandanna mask, red coloured glasses and a small bun with a loose fitting hat with hair in their face. I hope this employee learns how to treat customers come the near future.
Great location! Staff has always been fast, friendly and efficient. The bread is always cooked to perfection ( most sub shops these days have squishy undercooked dough logs) . If you like subs then this is a great spot!
Great food and service not much to say its one of the best places in town to get food. And they almost never mess up, Being a food delivery guy I will get orders from many people so I mess up too sometimes...meaning its not always their fault. The point is they always replace it and say theyre and very sorry even if its my fault. Ps it get a foot long because its 2 dollars more and how they make it allows it to stay fresh in the fridge so u can get another meal out of it.

This was great! The subs were fresh and delicious and the employees were polite, friendly and professional.
Worst sub ever! Inedible! When I unwrapped my sub, that was only supposed to have a taste of mayo and sub sauce, was totally drenched! The top and ingredients were an inch and a half removed from the bottom! Was made so poorly made, it could not even be picked up! And the wrapper was so soggy from the sauces, that there were hunks stuck to the meat! Slow as molasses in January to boot! Straight to the trash!

The service was very slow
Was so disappoinyed to see that mr. Sub doesnt have an actual toaster. And that they no longer offer kawartha dairy, but now they offer a garbage milk that is powder based and tastes like garbage.
Normally theyre very good but but I just had the worst experience yet ordered subs and the girls behind the counter never put my sons sub in our bag then after driving a 1/2 hour home and a 1/2 hour back They said to me that I forgot his sub when they never handed it to me or put it in the bag varry disappeared

Ordered subs for the coworkers... Never again will we go here. Was told to order by fax and then phone to tell them that I faxed it so they can run to get the fax. There are only 4 subs for us, so basically if you have a family of 4, fax it in, and then phone them! What a joke!!

Ordered 3 subs. Found out when we got home only two In the bag. Called the store they said come back when we can and they would replace the sub. I came back a couple weeks later to get our sub. The owner Pete told an employee there is no note I has to wait until Manager Shelly was back in. Thanks Shelly for forgetting my sub the first time and now not following through on the communication. This is not the first time we have had problems With our order. Don t waste your money or time at this location.

Very friendly, fast good food! My wife and I visit this establishment twice a month and are always pleased with the food and service. The staff keep the wash rooms and dinning area spotless and are extremely polite (happy) which make it a no Brainer when we are in a rush and just want a quick healthy meal. Not to mention they sell beer when in the mood.
Would give less than 1 but couldnt. Last 2 times have been horrible. You need to hire people who actually want to work customer service. Students have more respect.

I previously gave this place a bad review due to poor service and lack of toppings. This is no longer an issue, asking for extra toppings is not a problem now. Bread is always fresh, service is very good and the subs are great! Going from 1 star to a 5 :)
