With more than 20 pita fillings & 40 toppings to pick from, Pita Pit offers you millions of flavour combinations. Pita Pit was at the forefront of the growing “fresh and healthy” eating revolution, when we opened the first Pita Pit in Kingston, Ontario near Queen’s University back in 1995. Pita Pit delivered what students, families and young professionals wanted but couldn’t find nearby; an affordable yet great-tasting fresh and healthy alternative to high-fat and high-carb fast food.
$8 for these Halloumi sticks. The image speaks for itself.
The staff are nice and the food is always consistently good and ready pretty quick. Overall, can't complain. The Buffalo pita is great, so is the gyro and the west coast club. Super yummy!
West Coast Club is an absolute banger, must try. A little spicy but Im just bad at handling spice but trust me it is very good. And the cashier was polite. And good vibes, nice and quiet place. But Im telling you, West Coast Club MMMMMMM oh and the lettuce is delish. i love lettuce. nice and crispy.
Went there yesterday to pick up lunch 2 regular pitas 30.00 just ridiculous both saugy and fell apart
I really and truly don’t know how this place stays in business. Every-time I go it’s closed. Hours say it’s open but they decide to close early….
Ordered falafel and a buffalo chicken. We both thought they were really really good. But, most importantly, is the friendly atmosphere of the owner and his son. They are exemplary and make this Pita Pita extra special.
Love pita pit! Tops are always fresh, and the food is always good. 👌🏽
I went in recently for a chicken ceasar wrap and I was served by Brooke. She made my warp nice and big which is how I liked it. Way better than the previous time I was in. I'd go again now. Yummy and big!
Fresh ingredients, personable staff. The perfect pita
Super tasty, always have friendly staff
Really annoying they close almost ten minutes before posted hours
workers are not wearing hats or hair nets. Worker bent over meat drawer with her long hair hanging into the drawer. Very unsanitary. No one wants hair in their food.
Kid-friendliness: They were so nice to my son Food
The lettuce always tastes weird and ruined the pita but with romaine it s actually good
I m sure it s great but google lied about it being open so it was super disappointing. I new why I wanted and it wasn t open google is a liar.
I don t recommend this pita pit. I ve been here a few times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but each time I ve always been disappointed. My boyfriend and I went in at 8:20 and ordered pitas as they close at 9 pm. The girl making them went to put them in the bag and we asked for them toasted. She said they turn the toaster off at 8:15 and she can t turn it back on. I said I can see the on/off switch right there, why would you turn the toaster off at 8:15 when you close at 9 ? She said because no one usually comes after 8:15. I said so what s the point in staying open until 9 pm then ? She said it s the bosses decision to turn it off and was rude about it when we told her we want it toasted. It s like going to Tim hortons and asking for your toasted bagel and they say sorry we turned the toaster off and not finding out until after you ve paid. We wouldn t have wasted our money here tonight if we had known the toaster was turned off. She could have easily turned it back on as it was off for 5 minutes. Their pitas are stale and need to be toasted to be get past the stale part. When they get rolled they fall apart they are full of holes because the pitas are hard from being stale. Some of the girls that work here too make them so sloppy as soon as you throw a tip in the jar before they make the pita. The owner of this establishment needs to look at these negative reviews and make a change. I can see I m not the first person to complain.
The employees and service were good. I just cant get over how awful the portions and food are. 14$ for a regular pita for them to put half a cup of chicken into it. But theyll slam lettuce in it for ya. What a rip off. Cant even imagine what would be on a small if I ordered that.
Good food.... Just stop microwaving your pitas...they eventually go hard.. no one wants hard pita bread!
Was grate chicken charger diff veg s good under 20.00.just me
Had a terrible experience Saturday Evening April 16th. We re somewhat regulars but the new young lady working there tonight was absolutely miserable and seemed to really hate her job while also sloppily throwing together our food. Poor customer service and definitely not a welcoming environment.
Go often to grab lunch with the ladies from work.
Always great service & fresh ingredients. The owner is super friendly and Amanda makes the BEST pitas. I stopped ordering online because I love the staff and atmosphere :)
Staff was friendly but their portions suck! Almost $14 for a pita thats not even a lb! Ate it and am still hungry for more.
Will never go to this place again. If I could add a picture of the unsatisfactory pita I got I would. Definitely not worth the $12 I paid for a small pita
Delicious food Cant wait to come back n get a Greek Feta salad.
The food was delicious and the service excellent! :)
Always fresh. Great staff!
Friendly staff and quick service from my experience. What I expect from Pita Pit. I was a classic club guy for the longest time but since Ive switched to a veggie diet Ive been rocking the Falafel. Nice to have a good veggie option that fills me up.
Ive been going to this location since it opened and I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience. Very polite staff, fresh toppings and a large selection.
Super good food. Very Friendly
Brunette older woman should really wear a hair net or a hat while making food
Go here probably once a month. Food is great, fresh, quick, and actually good for you!
Pita chips where stale but pitas where okay.
It was amazing, I would definitely go again
Excellent
Great Pita!
Great service and amazing food
As a person who use to work in a pita shop, I know sometimes pitas can be difficult to open and sometimes difficult to roll, but when the pita isnt fresh or the bags have been left open theyre even more terrible to work with. As I stood there watching the girl open the pita all I was thinking was how it was one I would have tossed out and started again. When it came to rolling the pita, I was tempted to ask if I could do it myself as it was simply tucked in and flipped over... not rolled. After taking my first bite, the entire end blew apart and my toppings are all over the place and the pita bread itself was dried out like I suspected when watching the opening. As an overall experience, I am not impressed. From now on, Ill be grabbing my pitas elsewhere!!
Had a large chicken ceaser pita. Turned my stomach.. the portion was small.. Ive had snack wraps at Wendys bigger then what I got
The Pitas are delicious but the staff are extremely rude.
Staff were friendly and they have deep fried jalapeno slices which Ive never seen at any other location.
Pita was made with a huge rip in it the guy making it noticed but continued, some of my requests were acknowledged but completely ignored. Paid $10 for food that was inedible. pita was very rubbery and because of the huge rip I spilled half the contents onto my lap. Should have came with a knife and fork or made properly.
So slow. Need more staff during lunch time rush.
Used to go regularly until I stood waiting for over 10 minutes because the employee was too busy trying to pickup the female customer ahead of me. I wont be back
Very friendly and efficient staff. Fantastic delicious pitas!! 10/10 would recommend.
Great pitas ! Have been going here for about 8 years . If you get a chance to meet the owner consider yourself lucky because he is a great guy . Will have my business indefinitely.
The greatest place for pitas with different choices and the staff is great and very polite
The staff was very professional, they treated me with care and were very health conscious, gloves, masks. Pita was excellent.i highly recommend.
Great pita! Happy to see such good gluten free options. Very good service.
Quality sandwich joint
Like the service and food
The pita pot use to be so much better. They truely jew you now. There is barely any meat in the pita! They dont even chop up the meat so when you take a bite you get one long strip and then the next 3-4 bites there are no meat just all veggies. I get its supposed to be healthy but come on! Whats the point of paying $16 for just veggies.
Fresh toppings. Quick service. Custom ordering. We prefer to do take out because the seating is dated and the dining area has very loud fan noises.
Really good
Friendly staff and delicious menu. Restaurant is always very clean as well.
Pita pits my goto food spot. These guys are amazing
Treat employees very poorly, improper training and very unsanitary, I definitely wouldnt eat here
Wonderful
Great food huge portions
We walked in and a man was ordering it took forever for his order to be made. Then a young lady ordered and that took forever so we walked out and are now at Pizza Nova eating delicious Panzarotti
Great vegan options!
This place has amazing quality ingredients and is so fresh and delicious not to mention healthy and gluten free options!!! One of my absolute favorite places in Lindsay!!

Great variety of pita choices and toppings. A bit pricey.
