Subway in Lindsay

When there is a line up out the door you should use more than one toaster instead of not wanting to use both. Ridiculous to make people wait when you could be moving twice as fast

2 12 subs $ 27.32 ridiculous prices when has a cold sandwich cost this much could have sat down at a restaurant and had a good meal for this price

Tasty food as usual, new bun selection was a hit. Friendly staff provided quick service for my family.

You guys have been on doordash for months and are never open. I dont know if its because your employees dont want to activate it, but you may as well just take the restraunt down..

Lack of customer service

Don t bother helping them out with busy times by pre ordering. They ignore the online orders!!!!!! 2 times in a row over 20 minutes past time was to be ready .. 50 minute wait for a pre order, not acceptable. They need to learn how to get themselves organized to complete orders!

I got sick from my wrap

Ordered online, super easy to navigate, checkout and pay. Drove to pick up for 6:15, ready by 6:11pm. Friendly young lady working there. Will order again from this Subway.

Love their Canadian club on the grulled flat bread

Overall have had no bad experiences, however I do wish the poor staff werent always so understaffed during rush hours, even if an employee is only in for an hour it would make the quality and speed do much better

Ive called a few times now at the last minute to get a sandwich platter made up and they accommodate every time. Wonderful people!!!

Terrible unfriendly service and they were completely out of bread! It was this Tuesday night that just passed, just after 9pm! There was an hour or so to go until they were supposed to close. How is Subway Restaurant, a restaurant which built its reputation and popularity on making sandwiches! Subway promotes that they make their bread fresh right there throughout the day. So hows there no bread available besides a single 6 inch Italian Herb bun and some flatbread? To make it worse the person behind the counter had a serious attitude problem. They were rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and because of that, my family and I will be boycotting this particular Subway Restaurant in Lindsay Ontario. People who work in customer service type jobs that involve interacting with customers/consumers shouldnt have a nasty attitude EVER! Gotta leave the other stuff in your life at the door when you get to work. Its not easy but its also necessary to be the best employee possible during your shift. Were boycotting this store. Family & friends that know about this are joining us in the boycott. Nothing will change until we decide to do something about it! Its not a big place Lindsay, words gonna spread like wildfire. Im sorry for the review, truly I feel bad about it, but its not okay to be treated in such disrespectful ways. Enough is enough! What a horrible experience ordering online from this store. Using the app my son and I ordered from Subway at 370 Kent Street West. Seconds after the order was placed the order was auto canceled so I called the store to inquire. I was told the system canceled the order because we selected delivery and we werent supposed to do that. I asked why is the option there then, I was not given a clear answer instead was told not to select that option again. I then asked since it was assistant problem we can redo it manually and they can deliver my order since Ive already paid online. I was told the order needed to be canceled and refunded before it can be done again but it could not be refunded until three business days later. So now I have no food the store has taken my money and is refusing to either satisfy the order or refund the payment. Theyre not even answering the phone nor has anyone calling me back to resolve this issue. Quite effectively the store has stolen my money and is refusing to resolve the issue. Never again.

If I could post a 0 I would. The staff lie, steal and avoid issues. My son ordered food. Was told they could not deliver but wouldnt refund the money. The store then would not answer his call and lied about the interaction. They refused to answer his calls and hung up on him. Head office is now trying to tell my son this is his fault. Buyer beware! Do not give this store your business .

I m not sure what all the bad reviews were inspired by, and I m not trying to undermine anyones experiences. But this location is great and the staff are too, maybe these 1-stars were written when there was different management/staff or that one member is still there, because I won t disagree that there is a grumpy person there that doesn t seem to like their job or the customers that much. But every time me, my mom, dad or anyone with me really, wants to stop in for some lunch. The staff is really friendly, helpful and efficient. And the foods always great. Sure I have absolutely ran into grumpy staff, I couldn t recall their name to tell you. But I m confident that this individual does not reflect on the goodness of the rest of the team. And regardless the staff running this location (as of Sept 1st 2022) are so kind and patient, they get your order done in a timely manner and accommodate any changes or additions, anything you need even when they re at their busiest. Please give this review and location a chance. You re not going to have some miserable time getting a sandwich you re more likely to run into some really great people, at least from my experiences stopping in through the afternoon-early evening and I do believe they re on door-dash or regular delivery, and they offer pick up

I really dont like giving 1 star reviews but unfortunately my visit here was unpleasant. Upon ordering I was informed they only had whole wheat which was fine but then was told they only have 2 sub buns left leaving me 3 subs short of my order and this was not near closing time. Staff was moody. I just left got a bad vibe from this location. Generally I love Subway just not this location.

I had the unfortunate interaction with nyash. My girlfriend and I bought a sub on the app and when we came in to take it back because it was made wrong nyash basically told my girlfriend she was stupid. Very poor service and even worse food.

The girl serving me didnt listen or understand what i was saying, had to repeat myself 3 times before she understood that i didnt want tomatoes. Theyre also slow as molasses

They never have any bread!!!!. Its Saturday night and Im sitting outside their store at 7:30 PM they dont close until 9 PM and they have no bread only flat bread from now until 9 PM I come to this Subway probably 2 to 3 times a month and at least once or twice a month they have no bread Just seems once they finish their dinner rush at 6:30 they stop making anything and theyre not worried about serving the product that they provide I mean youre a sandwich store and you cant even make a sandwich past 7 oclock its ridiculous.

Terrible service, began with not having cold cuts. Every time I go to this location its either the bread there out of or something. Then I ask for more than 6 Olives across my foot long sub and they tell me their limiting people now because of covid!

Dont go there if your a women, there brown staff will refuse to serve you. Even after other staff members had agreed to your orders. Not meaning to be racist just an expeiance my mother had

This Subway is located on Kent st. In Lindsay Ontario. The staff is very friendly..the store is very clean and the food is always fresh....and the prices cant be beat.....daily specials are amazing...if you havent tried them already, give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

A good place to go for quick food. However staff needs to communicate a little more during busy times to not get mixed up

I think I got the day old bread. Overall service seems slower. Its just not the same as it used to be.

Chicken breast should have been warned up before toasting, was cold. Other than that, fresh veggies, clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Maybe it was bad timing but all the employees were very unhappy at the time and very rushed from start to finish with everything. The prep to putting on the toppings just very sloppy wont ever be going to that location again.
