We are from out of town, this was our first time here. The service was really good, the food portion was also really good and tasted great. The homemade carrot was very fresh and tasty. We appreciated the managers visits to our table and kind gesture. Thank you ..

We came in with a rather large party (18 people) we had a reservation for 6:30 our waitress came about 10 minutes after we sat down and got our drink orders (mostly waters and a few other drinks nothing special) it took about 20 minutes for us to receive our drinks which is wild and our Denver didnt even deliver them, it was someone else who said your drinks were getting a little lonely at the bar so I thought I would deliver them at this point we had been there for 30 minutes without even getting to order our food, we waited for another 30 minutes to order at which this point tables that had arrived after we had gotten there had ordered and received their food already. It took another 30 minutes after ordering our food to get our appetizers and mains so when we had finally gotten our food we had been there for an hour and a half. In that hour and a half our waitress only came twice to refill waters. One of the patrons at our table asked for No Pico on her chicken tacos, she got her tacos and their was Pico on top. We sent it back to the kitchen, they just scraped it off and sent it back (they left some one thats how we know) I ordered dry ribs and they were so burnt I didnt eat half of them and another lady got yam fries that were also burnt. After we had all eaten and were ready to pay it took our waitress multiple trys to get our bills right. Overall the service and wait times were terrible.

Had the Fancy tomato sandwich with smokey bacon. 20/10. Hands down the best tomato sandwich I ve ever had in a restaurant. Delicious doesn t seem like it s an adequate description.

Food was ok, portions were small. Service was below acceptable for how empty the restaurant was. Bar tender seemed to care more about her few friends that were here than the customers. If youre thinking of going here, just dont there are better restaurants close by like Montanas or Original Joes!

I am a repeat customer at this location. Service is always great, the waitresses are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the gyoza, it will knock your socks off. I am also not a huge dessert person but the carrot cake is unreal! Served with cream cheese/whip cream and a little vat of hot caramel, you can t go wrong! Parking: There is large parking lot, you will not have trouble finding a spot near by.

This was a great place to stop and have a bite to eat. The food was very good, the service was very good and the atmosphere was busy but not too loud you could still have a conversation with whoever you are with. I would definitely recommend Browns Social House in Lloydminster.

We went for the first time for my moms birthday and the food was so good. We had the gyoza as a starter and it was absolutely incredible. All of our entrees were delicious and our waitress was great. Food and service were 10/10!!

Atmosphere was very inviting. I was greeted with a smile and told I could sit where I wanted. My servers name was Sydnie and she was absolutely Amazing. A delightful person to chat with, my order was taken perfectly, food came out hot. I did find that the portions for the fries was a little lacking but Sydnie rectified that immediately. I had asked for dessert recommendations and her opinion was spot on in my opinion. Only comment I had was that the caramel for the carrot cake could have been warmed up slightly. My drinking glass was never empty and I tried a couple drinks after I explained to her my taste preferences. Ill definitely be going back and I hope Sydnie is working as Ill be sitting in her area. Bathroom was very clean. Well done. Keep up the great work.

Wow !!! Boyfriend and I only had wings(8 pieces) and small plate on nachos with 2 Pepsis.. Totally came up to 57$ before we tip her.. I was in shock with those prices but our Waitress was so happy and kind to us so we tip her 20 (we did appreciate The hospitality there) Ps: kitchen could be A LOT cleaner as well

Takeout experience Ordered the blackened chicken fettuccine Alfredo with no bacon. Pick it up get home it s just fettuccine Alfredo. Check the receipt did in fact order the blackened chicken and there is a note that says no bacon. Go back. Ask for a side of blackened chicken. Receive a full order, but instead of blackened chicken, it s just burnt grilled chicken. I know working in the food industry is not easy but it s a give-and-take homies.

Probably one of the best social restaurants in Lloydminster. Nice to be about to bring the kids along as well. Wish theyd have a few more states and more than 1 flavour for wings Kid-friendliness: Not a place to bring chaos kids, but definitely kid friendly.

Here is the deal, my wife and I were in town to visit Nelson Homes, we decided to stop in for something to eat. We have never had any negative experiences with Browns in Spruce Grove so we have a good opinion of the place to start. Anyway, things went well and we left the restaurant happy....as we got in our car our server came busting out of the restaurant with my baseball cap that I FORGOT! I can not express how much gratitude I have to Mitchell. A hat is a hat, but this one holds significance to me so that single action meant a lot. (Server on my receipt was Mitchell37) I wanted to extend my gratitude and tell everyone out there Browns in Lloyd is WORTH THE STOP!. Please keep up the good work and we will see you again.

Sad af 35 dollar plate of pasta and steak should never be cold. Service was lacking burnt ground beef on the nachos and the chicken and pickle thing on the bites menu was way over cooked and they say kid friendly but didnt even have a kids menu at least the beer was cold Kid-friendliness: None

Comparable to any other restaurant chain that thinks its a step above, but is really just like any other. Good service at the last visit, inaccurate order from the kitchen, and sub-par sides. 3rd try at this location, never walked away thinking it was anything more than less than average.

Amazing food,. Atmosphere, and great furniture. Everybody there is happy, and having a great time. What a perfect spot for socializing and being cool. They have a deck, bar, restaurant, sports, specials. My new favorite place to go. Edit: no one served us this time... So sad. Only 2 tables in the whole place, and not even brought water or told a server would be right with us. Waiteded 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us but to no avail. Wont be back for a bit

While driving through town on a stat holiday with our 3 month old we found ourselves in the middle of a massive storm and our kiddo needed fed and changed, and we needed food. Very few restaurants were open, and most wouldn t accept kids. Not only did Browns let our daughter in, they helped us find a table that worked for us, and they have change tables in the restrooms. The customer service was amazing! Thank you so much for making our first family trip a success.

Taste of meals were just mediocre. But I enjoyed this place. The service was not really good compared to other chain pubs though. Im so sorry to say about this to the owner or employees, personally , Cactus club or Earls have better services.

The food was incredible and our waitress was super sweet and helpful. She was quick to bring us our food and our drinks. I recommend getting their Caesar s with horseradish they were the best Caesar s we have ever had!

Hadnt seen my buddies for quite sometime. Lost track of time (didnt realize it was closing time) but our server didnt rush us at all. Great atmosphere and the food was decent.

Not up to par with other Browns locations. Service decent but portions and quality subpar. Disappointing as expected all Browns to be good but this one is not.

Service sucks! The last 3 times I have gone here its the worst service. Bit I love the food so Im a sucker for punishment. As a woman I am ignored by staff to point my partner has to order my plates for me as waitresses refuse to even look at me. Orders were wrong and balme was set on me by staff. I ordered my drink shortly after arriving and received it a hr later the straw wasnt even a straw anymore it was falling apart and was wrobg drink. Never got my appy then blame was put on me by waitress. Still entire time she spoke and looked only at my partner. NEVER AGAIN! And try to reach management for the day following was like pulling teeth being told that evening and following afternoon that management is not available. If you a woman and reading this go to a different establishment they will make you feel like garbage! Parking: They share parking lot with other restaurants and is walking distance to a hotel. Theres a few spots but they fill up very quickly and I wouldnt recommend attempting to drive a larger truck in there. Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible however tables are high booths and high pub style tables there is limited asseeeible tables and the layout is not chair friendly at all.

Got the Searrd Ahi Tuna Crunch salad, and it was phenomenal. Host and waiter were fantastic, and I extremely enjoyed my indulgent birthday dessert (even though I could only finish half)! My wifes dietary needs were followed exceptionally, and she really enjoyed her nachos as well. I keep forgetting to take pictures, SMH... Vegetarian options: Decent selection for my wife, and they executed her order perfectly. Dietary restrictions: No issues ordering for my wifes extremely limited diet, thanks!

Something needs to be done with this TV at the bar that has the blue screen. Are they going for some kind of Guiness book of world records for how long you can have a TV with a blue screen mounted??? Rumor on the street is they have a new TV ready to be installed. Unbox the TV and Dean Waters and myself will do it, as I see he is another Google reviewer expressing the same annoyance. Good food though and the beer is cold. The TV issue has been rectified and the picture quality is pristine. I have increased this review to a 3 star. The next issue at hand is the old fashions. To take this to a 5 star review, they need to bring in the large ice cubes for this drink. Adding a swirl of smoke would be the icing on the cake. Sincerely,

Ordered the dragon bowl and two piece fish and chips and Terrible portions for the amount you pay. Food was tasteless. The worst fish and chips I ve ever had. Will never again be ordering from there again. Wouldn t even feed this food to my dog

Ive been to Browns many times but I must say my experience this afternoon was the most disappointing. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with a side caesar salad. I took one bite out of the sandwich only to find a large chicken bone inside. I immediately spat it out and waited for our waitress to return so I could order something else. I let her know what had happened and was not offered a substitution but rather, she asked if I wanted it packed up to bring home. I declined politely as I had no intention of eating a chicken bone sandwich ever again. I asked to order a side caesar to replace the meal I couldnt eat. She brought it out quickly and I thought all was well. However, when the bill came, I was charged $19.00 for the chicken sandwich meal plus an additional $3.00 for the caesar salad, and then another $9.00 for the extra side caesar I ordered because I couldnt eat my sandwich! I understand paying for the salad I ate, but I dont understand paying for a meal that I couldnt. I asked the waitress to void the chicken sandwich meal due to what happened and the manager only permitted her to discount 50%. So essentially, I ended up paying $13.00 for a side caesar salad and then another $9.00 for the extra caesar in lieu of my actual meal. It was a huge waste of money overall and such a poor customer service experience. I expected better from the restaurant, both in terms of the food and in terms of how the situation was handled. No one intended there to be a bone in the chicken but regardless of that fact, the staff should have made it right. Of all the restaurants in Lloydminster, Browns will be the last on my list to visit in the future.

I and my husband decided to go out for dinner on a Saturday night. We decided to try Browns Social House. Terrible service. We ordered 3 different appetizers, waited over an hour. Put it this way... how poor the service was, I manage to go out for 2 cigarettes while waiting for drinks and appetizers. I had to clear the dirty dishes off our table, and definitely did not leave a tip. I and my husband give it a thumbs down.

I went here with some friends I hadnt seen in some time. the service was decent but the food was cold upon arrival and did take quite some time to arrive. the dry ribs had very little substance to them. The friends I was there with also stated that their meals were not very hot either. we kind of wondered if our food had been under the hot light/warmer for too long.

Had the cauliflower and fettuccini blackened chicken and it was delicious. Portion ratio to cost was fair, worth going again!!

The portions for the appetizers are very small considering the price. The quality is average; portions are small.

Its an ok place. It would be nicer if they leaned into the pub side more. Very strong menu, but no gluten free options, only gluten friendly which is pretty meaningless. Pretty costly for the basics, but the better dishes are appropriately priced though. In a larger centre they would probably struggle but they fill a niche here that only competes with OJs and Three Trees really. Last time we went for lunch our server wasnt terribly attentive or friendly until the bill came.

We had the chicken lettuce wraps and the dynamite roll for take out as we are staying at the hotel across the street. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and watched 2 tables leave because their meals hadnt show up. The chicken was like swallowing marbles, and there was hardly any sauce. The shrimp in the roll was so over cooked with so much batter that it tasted like sawdust. I would recommend McDonalds and eat the pink slime meat instead of here. And its 1/2 the price!!

I normally loathe team meals, because the food takes so long and the kids are going crazy with hunger. You have renewed my outlook, and I thank you for that. Absolutely horrible, worst service ever! I live in Lloydminster and we keep giving this restaurant another chance but every time we go it s slow service wrong orders and just overall incompetence. Partially my fault for going back over and over expecting a different result > definition of insanity.

Great place for good food and good atmosphere. Quite busy at the start (6:30 pm) but if you come a little later in the evening the dinner rush is done. Quality of the service was good and attentive.

I ve called twice to get pickup and specifically asked for no pickles,lettuce,tomatoes, and sauce and each time it had all the toppings I specifically requested to be taken off. While I m grateful they sell gluten free products I feel you should also be able to follow specific instructions. I have never had this issue when ordering Brown s social house with SkipTheDishes.

They ve had a blue screen on the north side of the bar for over two years now. Management obviously cares about customers. Couldn t dish out $400 for a new TV? However the staff are amazing.

I live and work in North Vancouver, where browns started. The service and management at this location out shines all of the Vancouver locations. Consistent great food, drinks and ambience. Recommend: Beef dip, Poke Bowl any mixed drink recommended/ made by bar manager Lily. BEST Moscow mule in town made by Lily, who sprung to the rescue when a little one mistook hotsauce for ketchup. (Why cant we find staff like this in YVR?) The manager Alicia is awesome and made sure our experience was top notch, especially for our large group which included 6 kids during the busiest hours. Summary: Best place for Pub n Grub in Lloydminster, and the happy hour specials are great. ( When Oil prices get high enough I will open a location and hire Alicia and Lily because awesome people make all the difference!& are the key to success)

Food was okay but overpriced for what it is. Was a good thing we ordered appetizer separate from entree. Only saw waitress when came back to take entree order and at very end. When food was brought out and asked for water asked that server for a water refill. It never came, nor did our waitress u til we were finished our meal. Every visit since theyve opened has had okayish food and poor service, will not be returning. Decided to eat here as it was a special occasion and had been 3 years so hoped it would have improved, sadly it has not.

Good place to eat, been eating here serveral times the past 2 weeks for bussiness travel. Forget starters and save room for dessert, the Oreo Mug is a blast! Service was perfect, needed to continue some work on my laptop during dinner, waitress knew exactly not to bother me to mutch. Straight to the point and very polite. If I could 1 extra star for Hannah, she is amazing. she had a hard time remembering my name but did her upmost best. And she was very entertaining and nice to talk to. Mixed feelings on our experience tonight. We were sat and it took 20 minutes for our order to be taken. After we placed our order it took close to 1.5 hr to get our food. I don t think I have ever waited that long at a restaurant. And to top it off, when my partner got her pasta it was over cooked. There was only 3 other tables in the restaurant yet they were understaffed . The saving grace was our waitress who comp d the pasta and gave us a free desert. Her service is the only reason we would ever consider returning.

Our waitress was awesome! However the food was lack luster at best. I got the ramen and dynamite rolls both of which were unexpectedly spicy, which would be fine but they had no other flavour. My husband got the chicken fettuccine alfredo and found it to be lacking in flavour as well and the portion size small for the price. Definitely an overpriced meal but thats what happens when a menu has so many options, lots of okay food not a lot of good food. Not likely to return.
