I put in a order for delivery and had to wait 1 hr to be told no their not delivering I got my refund but that's the only good i got from the exchange.
The general service was very good and friendly but the chicken was very dry and tough which is not the standard when I've been to other MBs

We have ordered takeout from here a few times, but honestly, this most recent time will likely be the last. Should we have checked before we left, yes, but we didn't. We drove 40 mins back to the farm, only to find that half of the large chicken feast meal was never put in the bag
Came here to grab a quick snack at lunch. The young lady work was extremely nice and pleasing to deal with. Coming from a serving back ground as well as management background her costumer service is above par. It got busy pretty quick and she never faltered and remaind calm. The kitchen staff also came out to give her a hand while the other prepared meals. Great team work
We went through the drive through, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The employee was pleasant. The food was good. Being as I hadn't been there for quite awhile, I was surprised at how much the prices had gone up.
My first time here. Pretty good chicken sandwich & taters! I had the Big Mary with spicy mayo, and a Dr. Pepper. It hit the spot! There was a slice of pickle on top of the bun.. I’m not sure why it’s supposed to be outside of the sandwich, if you’re supposed to snack on it first, but I kept it on top & ate it when I got to it as part of a neat first experience. Maybe next time I’ll snack it first. The only thing I’d maybe change is more batter on the taters as to better soak up the vinegar, but that’s more personal taste. Excellent service, clean restaurant & restroom. I’m glad I stopped here for a break in my travels. I’ll have to make it a regular stop!
1 star due to price gouging. Every Mary Browns in damn near Canada has a set price. Tyler Davis here is charging extra. Youd think hed save some money with the LMIA exploits, how much money is enough?

It was great to visit that location The place was clean and the ataff was very friendly and helpfull very good and hot food. This is the very first time we visited the Mary Browns chicken in Lloydminster and we really really enjoyed our visit. Food

Love coming here, Wonderful staff. They always try to have little conversations with customers which I think would make a lot of peoples day. Multiple occasions where I would order a small gravy and they would upgrade it for free. Keep up the good work

Not a place to sit in really very small. Also be careful what you are adding or exchanging with your meal. Upgrades are alot. The Big Mary Monday special is totally worth it.
Consistently good food and great service. My only complaint is the awful, soggy, fries as well as the wedges - no matter what day, or time of day, they are always gross.
We travel often through Lloyd and thought we d try fried chicken this time. The reviews seemed pretty good so we chose Mary Brown s. I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The staff were nice but the food was very sub par. We ordered from the app and were there right at the time it indicated it would be ready. It was barely warm and the waffle potatoes were soggy, as well as the chicken. And greasy ! The coleslaw was bland and the macaroni salad was very sweet. I m not sure if we had a very very off day but we definitely won t be back. Other franchise options in Lloyd have wayyy better fresh fried chicken. Parking: Parking was good- only one other customer at the time.
Super good! Always amazing. It was about a 15 minute wait. Nice lady gave me a free strawberry pie becuase it was going to be a little bit. It was so dang good haha, ill be getting one of those every time now..

We had some of the best service at this location! Especially from Trysten. He was so polite and really explained the menu options well to us as new customers to this franchise! Chicken Pop-ins are pretty amazing! Would highly recommend. Kid-friendliness: My little guy is 2 and it was great for him!

Ive never had fast food employees act so friendly. I like drumsticks too, theyre pretty neat. Edit: I went to write a review, but then I realized I already left one. Just needed to add that Trystan NAILS it, everytime I come in here.
The chicken was very good, that was all I ordered. It was prompt, and the lady was very pleasant. Id definitely go back.

Had chicken tenders and tatars. Small pieces of chicken tender. And taters were over cooked, greasy. Like it was old oil. Felt like I got the end of the bag of taters, like the crumbs from a bottom of a chip bag. Very disappointing food.

Great staff, good food. I really like the sweet heat on my burgers! Easy to deal with for the most part and they own their mistakes when or if they are made. I am satisfied with my experiences thus far.
Very good! Only one visit so far but I had the popcorn chicken and it was delicious. You can just tell the quality and far beyond any other chicken chain restaurant! Would like to try some other items on the menu. Highly recommend and will be back!

Omg!! How did I not know about this place sooner? Its my new favorite chicken place. The chicken was juicy light and crispy. Not overly seasoned with salt not greasy at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
If you love big Mary sandwiches go mondays, they are on sale on Mondays.

Lovely food.
Fast, friendly service and the food is always amazing! I had a happy surprise on my most recent visit, they now have desserts! I got personal sized cheese cakes for the family it was a nice treat for after the delicious main meal!

Meh. Its fried chicken. Better than KFCs soggy mess they call chicken, for sure. Chicken popcorn was tasty and not too salty. Sandwich was pretty good, except I hate pickles.

We went through the drive thru today around 3 pm and the employee that served us, Shane, was amazing. Patient waiting for us to decide what we wanted and asking all the right questions and didnt rush us through. Mary Browns is lucky to have him as an employee. Great job!

The chicken was dry, greasy and under seasoned.
I remember how fried chick was done 50 years ago and these folks have nailed it. Crispy juicy deep fried to perfection chicken. If you like fried chicken youll be hard pressed to find a better place than this.

Awesome food, and service. Girl working the DT was very friendly and apologetic for them not having any dressing on hand for a tater poutine. Ordered a big mary meal, chicken was really fresh. Tasted great as always. 5 star recommendation. Best chicken in town.

Good food and the gravy is great the only problem I found was the buffalo wings had an off taste and by off taste I mean they had heat but that s where the similarity ends, the chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside I will eat here again
