Food was horrible compared to other Popeyes Ive been too. My wife and I had a burger and they werent hot let alone warm. The fries were some what warm and when I talked to the guy at the til about it I got told its impossible its made fresh Ill never go back what a waste of money

I had Al as my order taker and fell in love with him. He s the most beautiful person I ve ever seen, and he was so nice to me.

Crazy wait times with little to no customer service. Though the first time was a fluke but no....consistently bad service.

It was a little different cashing in my free Elks coupon. Eventually, things got straightened out.

This place is definitely a hit!! Walked in yesterday and asked for my food made to be fresh which was really delicious:)) Clean place and friendly service

One of the worst locations Ive been to. 12 pm and they have no chicken, youd think they have some cooking but nope. When ask to get some cooking, the cook ask why? so sad this is the only location near me

Service can be made more better by taking order wisely and making sure all what has been ordered can be prepared on time for the customer so they do not have to wait more than given time for example while waiting for my order I saw a customer ordered nuggets and when he was supposed to collect the order he was told that there is few pieces short and will have to wait for it and the customer insisted that what ever is available can be packed and secondly my order same thing happened I ordered 16 pieces spicy chicken and told to wait for 8 minutes and at the end my order was also short with 4 pieces and was told if I can take normal chicken so that is what I observe which should me handled and service should be made accordingly other wise food was delicious

Parking: There is a pay charging station for two electric vehicles at the front sidewalk. Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicap parking with a ramp to get on the sidewalk. The door didnt have an automatic door opener and is too heavy but the cashier held it open for her. She also held open the washroom door. There are two proper handicap washrooms with a high toilet, grab bars, and plenty of room to maneuver a walker or wheelchair.

Shirmp was a ripoff.

I really like Popeyes. There chicken isnt insanely greasy and it has a good crunch. Keepmupmyhe good work and thanks again!

The people working inside were fabulous so helpful and smiles on their faces. The chicken piece big box was delicious. Everything was fresh and hot!!

Food was good. Restaurant layout is terrible. Takes forever to get service when you realize you have to ask for napkins and ketchup for dine in, as they are not on the tray and they are behind the counter.

There is nothing fast about this place. Decent chicken but literally every time I go through the drive thru it s a 15 minute wait out front after paying. Might as well just go to a restaurant.

Everyone else in line was complaining or canceled their order and left. Insanely disappointed since I always love going to popeyes but this was horrible

A good take-out chicken sandwiche for when you re driving down the highway.

I was told ahead of time they were apparently short staffed. 40 minutes after waiting for my food I finally was noticed and they jumped to make my order. Only to make someone elses order then realize they didnt put my order on with the other orders. They couldnt offer anything more for almost an hour of my time but a measly pie and I told them I dont like pie! Brutal. Wont be stopping there on my way through anymore. Only gets 2 starts cause the chicken sandwich was great.

Drive thru was fast

In Lloyd for work and I wanted to try Popeyes as Id heard good things. Nope, nothing good there. 17 bucks for a 3 piece meal and guess what you get? A thigh, a leg and a...wait for it...a WING. Are you kidding me. I asked about what I was going to get for that wonderful news and I foolishly asked if I had to pay more to get a breast. Haha, silly me. No you just get what you get. Popeyes is much too important for us little people. The young lady that served me went above and beyond as she first tried to get a small breast thrown in for the wing. Nope! She was working against management and that wasnt going to happen. She did manage to get me another thigh and I appreciated it. In the end she ended up slipping in a breast as they didnt have any more thighs and I didnt want to wait all day. You could see by the people waiting when I walked in that its a normal thing...but for what? Some of the finest chicken money can buy? Nope! I got back to the hotel and found that my coleslaw was missing. Oh well, a small price to pay for the breast. The chicken was amazingly...meh... Not memorable at all. Needed salt, needed flavor. The onion rings were average. The blueberry cream cheese doodad was alright. Everything was greasy. So if you like: Long waits for your fast food Chicken thats no better than KFC and is average at best And not getting a breast piece in a 3 piece meal for 17 dollars Then Popeyes is for you! Ive got a new corporate slogan for them: Popeyes: Lowering expectations! Dont bother, I know I wont be. Glad I was able to try it but I wont bother in the future. Its not worth it. The only reason I gave two stars is for the young lady that served me.

I do not appreciate when I check hours of operation and then say open until 8:00 and. I show up at 7:45 to a closed restaurant.

I loved going to Popeyes Louisiana kitchen in Lloydminster. Staff is very friendly??? but the service was terrible yesterday at the lloydminster Popeyes. They told me to wait 4:17 pm minutes. I waited and waited. Apparently they gave my order away and expecting me to wait another 15 minutes for a meal that I paid $73 for and I didnt get what I ordered. Half spicy and medium. Why did they make me pay 73 and gave it away and made me wait long??? Very disappointed!!!

It was my first time trying Popeyes and I think the hype of it all got the better of me. I was expecting something different. It was a tad too greasy and just underwhelming.

Convenient location for those traveling through town.

To whom it may concern , I was not impressed with this restaurant washrooms or the sitting area. They very dirty unpleasant dirty toilets . tables were very dirty and floors. Should be more observant on Hygiene , but covid is still present.

I love the blackened chicken when they have it. Unfortunately, its available only in sandwiches here. In other locations, its also available as blackened chicken tenders.

After walking from my hotel and given wrong items not much courtesy or apologies from their behalf. I m just gone chalk it up and never return . Good not spicy like I said, was not fresh and hot and it was wrong . Yeah not the best customer service.

Told it was a 5 minute wait for strips. We waited over 15. With waiting that long none of the food was even remotely warm.

Ordered at the drive through and repeated my order 3 times to make sure my four piece only was wings and legs. Got home order was wrong

I have never had an experience like that in my life. Staff were yelling and screaming at each other. They locked the doors with customers inside. 45 minutes to get our food and others had been waiting longer. NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The girl that served me was so comical, and makes me want to go back. In fact I will go back and hopefully she serves me again.

The chicken was extremely greasy, the biscuits taste like cake and I dont know what that stuff they call coleslaw is.

Ordered drive thru.. told me to wait out front will be 5 min. 45min later still waiting.. this isnt the first time. But Im done . There is no 3rd chance.

My mouth is a little on fire but they gave us apple pies for waiting.

Ordered through drive thru, asked for dark meat chicken, staff told me its going to be less than 5minute wait. Waited for 15 minutes instead, went home just to see my order is wrong.

It just seemed like they were waddling and not walking/rushing to get things done. I was waiting the one just doing nothing for almost 8 minutes straight and they messing around laughing. Not sure if they short staff but it seemed like it. Could of told people that burgers were slow but didnt until 3 orders after me. Or even let me and the others know I could change my order if I didnt want to wait that long. Seen 8 groups of orders go while I was still waiting and told others that its slow to save them time if they wish. The food, fries were cold and didnt get the extra Lettuce or Large Fries like I asked, ngl the burger but that extra Lettuce would been great and it was alright, didnt get charged for those at least after getting back at work. Waited 20 minutes for my order... could of and should of went somewhere else. This was a horrible experience for rush hour. Wont be goin there for a while.

I love popeyes chicken that s why we always go to this place as this is the nearest popeyes restaurant to us. Service is good, however, no one seems to check and empty the trash bins. We came before supper rush and looks like no one checked the garbage since lunch rush like how full both of their trash bins in dining area.

The chicken set price was much more expensive than other stores. It also took more than 40 minutes to make. I wont go back to the service, which is too expensive and too slow.

I come here every Friday for a reason. Delicious chicken (quite large too) and polite staff.

This place has something against putting chicken breasts in their family meals. Every time we ask them to include some. Every time they don t give any. I can t stand the taste of dark meat! And tendons gross me out! They either don t know what a chicken breast is, or they re too cheap to flipping have them on hand. If that s the case, they could at least say so rather than assume the customer is too stupid to know the difference between a breast and a thigh. There is a clear difference. This is ridiculous. Done with this place. Don t recommend them.

They use a medium mashed potatoes and gravy just dumped into a large container to make it look more. The wild berry desserts is about the size of a two dollar coin and very raw! The only thing they had going was the chicken! It was very poor and let down. What are we actually paying for? Really bad visit. Very slow service

Chicken was good and juicy. Didn t really like the spicy chicken but regular was quite good. Fries and onion rings were only average. Price of two can eat for $18 was good

They were super nice! My husband went in to get me some because he said I just HAD to try Popeyes (Ive never ate there) and he came back with the sweetest story. They heard I was a First-timer and made the 4pc chicken box into a variety pack of sorts. I got to try the tenders, the nuggets, and the fries so I can honestly say that its all delicious. The breading isnt super greasy like KFC, and the chicken is actually infused with flavour, almost like it was cooked in broth and then fried. The service is of course, super sweet and kind. The box only had a small bit of each item, but that was plenty enough, and even then it was packed. They were so nice to my husband. Five stars

Dietary restrictions: I was the passenger on a trip home and being gluten free, not by choice, your menu presented quite a problem. Rice and beans I thought would be ok, but it was so spicy I was unable to eat it. Maybe a baby spice version? Chicken that is tossed in rice flour and spices, because once the batter was off ,the chicken was amazing. Thats what my friend did. All in all, I enjoyed the children swooping up and down the aisle, they were a delight.

There is always something missing or the order is made wrong. More often here then other places. They can even somehow misplace the burger. I just got Frys and a drink for 18$

I was really pleased with the time to make the meal and they asked me to park around front and brought it to my window which was a 5 for service. However this was my first time at Popeyes a d while the food was good and Id recommend it I think 3 stars is fair as there wasnt a bunch of flavoring on my shrimp and the fries were just standard fries.

Employees at the cashier are ULTRA FRIENDLY! They also checked us for proof of vaccination which gave us peace of mind dining in! Place was clean and well-spaced. Sanitisers are available and food was served around 5-10 mins. Well done, Popeyes!
