We had a smash burger with a chipotle chicken poutine and spring rolls. The burger tasted old - like the tomato and bread had been left out. The meat tasted like it was just reheated. The Chipotle chicken poutin was awful. The chicken tasted like it was reheated as well. The spring rolls looked amazing, crispy. We had high hopes. We each took a bite and there was hardly anything in them, what was in them was all mush. Neither of us will be going back. We are disappointed to have wasted money.
Stopped here on our way through town. We ordered the meatball sub, smash burger and 2 Canadian poutine. Food was delicious, fries crispy and portions were definitely generous (2 of us have supper now too). The place was clean and staff were super pleasant as well. I rated the atmosphere a 4, only because it’s pretty standard but everything else got a 5. Would definitely recommend.
Great selection of so many different foods! Great service and absolutely delicious food! We ordered 3 different types of poutine which were better than any we’ve have in Lloyd; fries had that perfect crunch to them.
Food is delicious! A very nicely priced smashburger, crispy fries, crispy onion rings, lots of choices for poutine, wings. Always tough to try something new because I like my usual favourites so much. Always smiles and great service!
We tried Yummo the other day. We had the smash burger and a poutine. The smash burger was a bit too salty for my taste, but it was still enjoyable with its juicy patty and fresh toppings. The poutine, on the other hand, was good – the fries were crispy, and the gravy and cheese curds were just right. Yummo provided a solid, casual dining experience, and it's a good spot for a quick and satisfying meal.
Finally tried it out after hearing so many reviews. I got the meat lovers poutine (you get to choose mozza or cheese curds for the poutines, I went curds) for supper. When I received my order I asked the front counter girl if it was drowning in gravy. She asked me to look it over & if I wanted more gravy, to which I said yes, lol. Just for that she gets 5 stars. However I gave the poutine I got 4 stars. I found some of the meat to be a bit salty, which combined with the gravy (which had a bit of saltiness itself) made it extra salty for me (everyone has different taste levels). The portion size was decent although at $19.99 + Gst a little bit steep. I likely will try 1 of the other poutines down the road eventually, as I seldom eat out or get takeout.
We got the smash burger, american poutine, boring poutine and chicken parm sandwich. the portions were outrageous and so fair for the price. each item was 10/10 we will absolutely be coming back again
For a burger joint claiming to be different they did not exceed expectations. The burger was mediocre at best. Ordered the onion rings and they were very greasy and tasted like they were dipped in 5 year old grease. Way too much bread for the amount of burger you get. Definitely was not a great first impression
Best burger I have ever had. It was delicious! We had the original smash burger so good.
Our first time there,it was absolutely delicious, and we also got to sample their mushroom smash burger which Id recommend all to try
Great customer service o highly recommend eating here if you go to the comp with the lchs meal combo 6-7$
Delicious! Service with a smile!
Awesome smash burgers
Best chicken wings in alberta.
Holy smokes. The name never came across appealing to me so didnt try it until buddy suggested it... hands down best burgers in town unbelievable poutines fries coated with a batter makes em crunchy. And wings and ribs are a homerun as well. It be hard to see myself ever getting sick of this place. Just do urself and the family a favour and head there asap for your next meal. Mind blown
My wife and I tried there for the first time last night and we were both very impressed with everything. I love spicy food, and they even made me a custom recipe for my taste. The food is truly amazing Food
Great place to eat. Very hospitable. Would recommend 100%
Definitely going to be my go to place for a meal on my lunch breaks.
Delicious, must try
They have the best smash burger in town. Their funnel fries are also a must try.
Best burgers and fries in all of Lloydminster, would recommend, will be trying the poutine next time
Edit: I m so glad that the owner reached out and we gave Yummo a second chance. We went last night and our second round of food was so good! We really enjoyed the burger and this time we got the Boring Poutine and it was amazing. The fries were super crispy and the flavor of the gravy was create! We got the wings again and the seasoning was way better and was delicious. Finally, we got the Chicken Parm Burger and it was super delicious! We both thought maybe a bit more of a garlic flavor would be good but overall tie was all delicious! Original: We really wanted to like this place! The reviews have been so good on Facebook, but unfortunately we were really disappointed. The dill pickle wings were extremely under seasoned. Honestly we thought they forgot the seasoning but there was small amounts of dill flakes in the container. Couldn t taste the dill at all. The poutine was okay, but we ordered the Canadian poutine and the bacon was extremely undercooked and all fat. Not crispy or cut up or anything. The burger was good, but again kinda lacked flavor and was not crispy like it was grilled a while ago and then sat in a warmer. Finally the samosas were good but served with sweet chili sauce instead of tamarind sauce as advertised. Unsure if we d go again.
Good food, need to fix the AC unit though
I went here for the first time before leaving for camp up north 3 weeks ago. I cant wait to go there again tomorrow!! Its that good! Lol
I got the cheese spinach ravioli with alfredo sauce, it was the best in town. Better than Boston pizzas and Three Trees ravioli!!!
Food we had was delicious! It s a little pricier than expected, but everything we had was fresh, hot, and so tasty! The staff were very welcoming and willing to answer my questions. The dine-in space was small, but I think it s mostly a take-out place.
