Good was average but there is no mobile order status indicator. I stood by the pickup and no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I was unsure if I even placed the order at the correct restaurant. Food appeared 10 minutes later without the drink.
I went through the drive thru it wasent even that busy at the time. I was ordering just one burger and I was parked at the stop sign, As I was sitting more cars started to come in but it was almost as if they forgot my burger, I waited 15 minutes for one buddy burger so I went in and the person upfront (arsh I believe) had a stuck up attitude and to the point I asked for my money back he sighed and looked at me annoyed like I was the problem terrible service and staff
Walking in the cashiers were on their phones Ordering was easy Got food in a timely manner My burger was not made right and brought back for remake and still not made correctly, and onion rings were cold. Husbands poutine was cold. Sad part I used to work at an a&w and know the standards and this was not it at all!! Won’t be going back.
Food was delicious as always, but it would have been better if I didn't have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through window for a chicken burger that takes 7 minutes to cook in the fryer. I had to wait 5 minutes just to pay in the drive through with no one ahead of me. Had to wait another 5 minutes just for the drink too. This store is often on the slower side, but this was borderline infuriating. Really took the *fast* out of fast food tonight.
I recently tried the new A&W Ruffles Burger, and I must say, it’s a unique take on the classic burger experience! The addition of Ruffles chips adds an exciting crunch that I didn’t expect, making each bite a mix of savory flavors and textures. The beef patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and well-seasoned, as you’d expect from A&W. The pairing of creamy cheddar sauce with the salty, crispy Ruffles chips created a fun contrast that really elevated the overall taste. While it’s definitely a novelty, it didn’t overpower the burger, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something outside the usual fast-food fare. However, if you’re not a fan of chips in your sandwich, it might not be for you. All in all, it’s a creative and satisfying addition to the A&W menu. However, the drive through took like 20 mins and the prices are extremely expensive
Came here at 6:00 pm, peak supper rush. The bag of fry crumbs I got were cold, the burger patties were dried out from sitting in the warmer, and the root beer had been sitting in the fridge in an open mug for who knows how long. The top of the root beer had ice forming and was completely flat. Also the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned for a year or two, so who knows what the kitchen looks like. Brutal.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at an A&W. ordered and then had to wait a half an hour for my food for my two children and I. Meanwhile the food that was made and ready got taken out from under the warmer and out in a bag and left on the counter out in the cold for my food to get cold. And then when I did finally get all my food and I said something about my food getting cold the ladies at the front argued with me. Then took my food around back and I watch them through the food warmer slide thing, pull my cold good out the bag, put their hands all over it, and then slide it back into the warmer and then the lady came back from the kitchen and put it all back into a bag and said here you go. Absolutely gross!!! They just kept trying to give me cold food that they went and put their hands all over. They weren’t going to give me fresh food until I said I wanted my money back instead. Needless to say I will never ever be stopping at this A&W ever again, and I travel through here multiple times a year with my children and it’s typically one of their favorite stops.
The food itself was good besides the fact that the fries had ZERO salt... they had signs all over promoting their new sweet cream shakes and yeah they were out of sweat cream sooo... and just overall the staff seemed a little slow.. we stood there for a while before we could get our order taken and it took a while before we got our food. Just a mediocre experience.

The woman at the counter greeted every customer that watched through the door with a smile. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean.
Waiting 25 minutes for cold fries and the place wasnt even busy! No sense of urgency with the staff. Zero Fs given. They should all be fired!
Had the privilege of Marissa being a worker that day she was the nicest person I have ever met and had the best service.

This is our favorite A&W restaurant. Friendly staff and the owner is eager to make our visit memorable. My wife and I enjoy checking our emails on their free Wifi.

Title: Disappointing Experience: Stale Burger and Poor Customer Service Rating: Review: I recently visited A & W and was utterly disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. The burger I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, completely devoid of any freshness. The bun was stale, and the patty was dry and flavorless. It was evident that the ingredients were not fresh, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant claiming to serve quality meals. To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with the area manager, Stacey Patey, I was met with indifference and lack of professionalism. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, there was no positive response or acknowledgment of my complaint. Overall, my experience at A & W was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal or decent customer service. Its a shame to see such a decline in standards at what used to be a reputable establishment.

Food is good but the staff needs help, one person running the front/taking orders lead to confusion and 15+ minute wait times for customers, saw at least 6 people leave before placing a order.

Worst drive through i have ever been through. Waited 30 minutes to get my food, when there was only me and one other person in the drive through. All i ordered was a single meal. And the person in front of me also only ordered a single meal, as i saw from my truck. Food wasn t great either, it is A&W so it wasn t horrible, but worst A&W experience i have ever had. Employees didn t seem to care that they had customers. The drive through attendant didn t say a word to me. They didn t tell me how much my order was going to be or anything. Just all around the worst drive through ever. Give A&W your service, but steer far away from this place. This place is a mockery of the A&W name. If the employees would appreciate that they have a job and have at least a morsel of pride in what they do then the place could be good

I got a take out including an onion ring. When I opened the bag at home they put all the deformed and oily rings from the bottom of their container together with all brown oil which make every thing oily in the bag. Not recommended

Just had breakfast there. Never again. My over easy eggs were hard, orange juice tasted watered down, and the hash browns were disgusting - don t think they ve changed the cooking oil for months, maybe even years. We threw the hash browns out that we took a bite out of and took the last untouched one to the counter to show them and express our opinion. The guy simply said - thanks for your feedback. There always seems to be to be something missing from our order. Make sure you check the bag carefully it is always 1 thing of fries or 1 hash brown or even worse the syrup!! They have been given many chances to make it up but continue to fail.

There burgers are good. my son loves the bacon & egg breakfast sandwich and chicken strips. But the last time I visited this location is the tall Indian lady who took our order, shes so rude didnt even show appreciation, did not greet customer who are coming. Shes not too busy not to put effort to greet and say thank you.

Not great experience... They are charging extra than whatever showing on the menu board. E.g. Chhese and egger is $2.50 but cashier is charging $3.00. When I asked for the help from the management team no body was there and cashier said its not in my hand. If you want to buy in $3.00 than buy or I cant help you out.

The location isnt terrible. When I first walked in, the heat was set to death. Upon mentioning it, they had an employee turn it down to a manageable level. The food itself is ok. Nothing special, but not terrible either. Three stars is to dictate that it is purely an average fast food place with nothing really special about it to make them stand out.

Didnt have such a great experience here once, hopefully it was an anomaly. Their debit machine went down. Our food was in trays on the counter and they wouldnt let us have it until they got their machine back up. Took about 15 minutes, enough for our burgers to go cold. Weird, I thought.
