Not good service for the drive through. Order one coffe in midnight and wait almost 30 mins but coffee was delicious
So. The food was ok, but the staff was horrific! I come in, place is dead. I’m smiling, happy, order my meal. Had to repeat my order three times. That’s fine. It’s ’to go’. I wait. Get my bag and drinks, head to the car. Get in look inside the bag. Rings instead of fries. Go back in. Tell them a fourth time I wanted fries. Rings are too salty. They apologize and proceed to get the fries. I wait. Again. Fries come, I go to grab them, but the staff member asks me to pay for them. I refuse. She looks dumbfounded. I walk out. Never coming back. Ever.
Not only is this one of the slowest drive throughs Ive been through but this place gave me food poisoning I’ve just recovered from. Not saying all A&W’s are like this but this one IS. Do yourselves a favor, Save your money and save your gut because food poisoning sucks.
1 counter person that also covers drive thru while 2000 people are temporarily working nearby at a refinery. That was shameful. 15 minute waits. Standard a&w fare. The chicken is paste now. Not real chicken. The post at the drive thru is way too far out from the building and is hit constantly.
This has been my go to A&W for over 10 years. Love the atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh. If there's ever a problem with my meal they always fix it with no issues.
Had to wait for an online order that should have been ready. The burger was cold and dry, even though I ordered it customized, so thought it would be fresh. Luckily, it was a promotion, so I didn't pay much for it.
The food is ok. But the male bathroom was HORRIBLE. The floor was sticky and gross and the toilet 🤮 had literal sh1t on the toilet bowl and rim, garbage over flowing with paper towels really gross bathroom. The floors inside were not the worst, although it’s obvious they haven’t been mopped in a while. The condiment table with ketchup cups was gross. Had stains and the ketchup cup had whatever this is in the photo is. Service wasn’t bad. But I do not recommend anyone to go here.
I feel even more sick writing this. I bought 2 chubby chicken burgers, a papa burger and 2 poutines. Wanted to grab a quick bite... when I get home. I get a bite of someone's hair (that was on the chubby chicken burger).🤢 Jesus Christ

the chicken strip i received were over 8$ and dry with barely any breading. they were shriveled, burnt, and the complete opposite of crunchy. i don t know what it is, do better A&W
This is the worst A&W I have ever been to in Alberta. The heavyset lady there is so rude and stereotypical, asking for the car I drove before she can take my order. The food is so poor that I wish I had someone there to report it to. I advise visitors to stay away.

Amazing food
The East Side A&W was a perfect stop on a cold day. The food was fresh and hot, all the tables were clean, and they even advised us on which tables would be the warmest to sit at.
Always like a dbl teen with onion rings and a root beer but $17 for a drivethrough burger does seem pricey.
No publicly accessible washrooms. I understand the difficulty maintaining public washrooms, but everywhere else does it. At this location, you need to get a member of the busy staff to open the washroom for you. Its not a good pit stop if youre coming off the highway.

My burger was burnt, my fries were over salted plus some not cooked. My pop was flat. Plus never got my hash browns in my my order. Very unpleased with them. The other a&w I will go to.

I went for breakfast and the service was good. Rep greeted me and happy to take my order. I ordered 2 coffees with egg n cheese with english muffin & hashbrowns. Everything was fresh and hot. Difficult to carry altogether and was offered coffee tray. Parking: Next to Shell gas station so have optimal parking space
Its the worst place for the food as a truck drivers theyre not understand the feeling of driving when he is on the road. they dont care if if truck drivers walk and take the food by the driveway. Theyre not allowed to take the food, so I recommended to the truck driver not to use this A&W anymore. thank you

A lot of late night meals here and the cook makes the food taste and look top tier.
Stopped for a quick restroom stop for my kid. The staff was friendly and we loved the vegan burger. A&W finally got things right by not putting mayonaise in a vegan burger. Kudos to that!!

This is my best location A&W, but we were not so lucky ordering 2 large of their Mushroom Mozzarella burger today as it had a strong metalic after taste to it. I have informed the front desk but there was no practical reaction to my complain.

I was so looking forward to the onion rings and a burger. The onion rings were cold and disgusting. And the burger was even worse than McDonald s I couldn t believe it. You can tell that the staff doesn t care whatsoever, they just serve themselves, not there customers.
We were not served today in this location because only one of four people in our family did not have a mask! All other people inside have been seated without masks and gathered together! It is ridiculous!!!
The food and service was great! Dilpreep served me and I asked for chipotle for my burger and he suggested dipping my poutine in the chipotle as he does it himself every time he has it. He had service with a smile I could tell even under his mask and was very polite. I was a bit reluctant to try the chipotle on the poutine but I did try it and it was great!

Went through the drive thru and put in order. Went to pay and pick up and the order was wrong. Finally got it straight, paid and drove away to find a sauce was on the burger that was requested not to be on the burger. Drove back to the store and the manager didnt seem friendly or helpful at all. Got a new burger but the ordeal was time consuming and I didnt feel welcome.
Fast service. Chicken nuggets and fries seemed like they were old. Rootbeer premix was not right either. Wont be stopping here next time on my way thru.
Its been a long while since Ive had the perfect meal at an a&w but it happened here! My onion rings were perfectly cooked and seasoned along with the papa burger I had. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.
