Pizza Hut in Lloydminster

Very testy & delicious.

Was delicious and good service at the same time as well

I ordered a thin crust pizza, they also put a very thin layer of toppings. Almost no sauce at all. Basically tast like cardboard. Very disappointed.

Didnt like how they acted towards me. They act like Im beneath them.

Would love if the inside opened up again in Lloydminster

Service? What service. Order at the window and sit down to an empty, dead seating area. Not even water offered. Meals in to-go containers. Food was ish. Food : 3/5

People behind the counter are rude and unfriendly

No buffet offered. No waitresses or dine-in service. No prices on menus. No Kids Menu available. No special offers honored.

Everything was undercooked, both pizzas being the worst.

Very poor service. They don t know what people are asking for their order . Sent the wrong items .

Pizza is good. And there are some good deals. No in restaurant dining unless you want to get takeout and go sit a table. No table service by waiters or waitresses. And still no lunch buffet. Really starting to question whether itll go back to normal Pizza Hut or not. Will it just stay takeout.

Great pizza to go. Im a little disappointed on the size of the wing addon, but otherwise great deal.

Pizza Hut is the standard of any pizza that you can have , this was no different except the customer service was a little bit too slow

No breadstick seasoning on breadsticks or on my 2 melts. And my cheese pulls parts were RAW in the middle. The only good thing was my Cinnabons. Definwont be ordering from here again.

Staff was too busy chatting than check on my order. I have to remind him if my order is ready and immediately returned with my order upon saying. Made me wait 30 minutes when they promised 15 minutes!

I will not recommend this restaurant. I ordered vegetarian pizza, they provided me pizza without veggies; and said that we are out of veggies.

I ordered my favorite pizza but unfortunately it was under cooked.

Very good, Im not sure if its just me but I felt like puking after I had a few slices (3-6). But it tasted good and everything.

I always order on app and pickup, the past couple of years or so they have been burning the food, always thinking they wont this time, I think its under new management, but they sure dont know what pizza is all about, I am done going to this location, it also seems like walking into a dungeon, black ceiling?

Dont have dine in anymore

Horrible food and a horrible manager. I ordered online for pickup, and somehow they messed up. Instead of being polite and offering to fix it, the manager placed all the blame on me saying that i must have ordered wrong. Refused to fix my order and didnt want to give me my money back.

Spent 7 minutes on the phone to order the 2 mybox special. Explained repeatedly that I wanted cheddar cheese on both. One with extra cheese, one with plain cheese. I also do not care for the $1.50 charge for the debit machine. If a guy orders pizza, he just wants what he ordered.

Pizza hut has the best pizza but I found the take out people didnt seem to care much about communication with us on our order. The restaurant is usually empty. The parking lot is always full. Its easy to find right off the highway. The nest part is delivery service.

I was close by & hungry.... lets say I wont make that mistake again. $38 for one terrible pizza, restaurant was dirty, service was hardly there. What a shame for a large franchise

We ordered online. It took them almost an hour to arrive, the pizza is cold and soggy! To top it off, the driver didnt have change on them when we selected that we will be paying cash. The order came to 47$ and I have 60$. I asked for 10$ change and had to remind it about 4 times that I will take the 5 dollars he had in his wallet. I didnt feel like tipping him more then 3 dollars due to how long it took and the temperature of the pizza. Will likely not order from them again. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Also, Im pretty sure its ILLEGAL to charge people anything to use debit but they routinely do it. So the choices are, pay more then you want because the delivery driver doesnt have a minimum of 20$ in 5s on them OR get charged extra to use their debit machine.

Good food, the service needs improvement. A very popular place for residents of Lyodd.

Dine in is still closed

Dumb hours, came by a few times. Dining room closed weird hours. Called to order, drove in from out of town for pickup, discovered closed for pickup! Waste of time! 7pm on Friday! (Number to call goes to central call centre and they don t even know the place is closed) Pizza 73 all the way. 825-7373 for food that won t let you down.

Bad service, mediocre pizza. Seems like most staff doesn t care, waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone helped. No bell to ring, inside restaurant was closed, so it couldn t have been that busy . Won t be ordering again

Wanted to eat in. They do not have any serving staff. But we were welcome to sit at one of the tables. No glasses or water had to buy a 2litre to go and Styrofoam cups to drink out of. Nice dining area but seems they have no staff.

Id rate it -5 stars but its not an option. My order never came for 2 hours. Drove to the establishment to receive my order myself.The guy in the back was allegedly drunk and and said you wanna test and stepped towards my friend. Definitely not a place Id recommend anyone!!.

I love Pizza Hut s food but this is by far the worst location I ve ever ordered from. I cannot speak on their dine in experience, but I worked for this company years ago and am fully aware of how their food should be prepared. This location definitely does not meet the standards. Countless times have ordered flavoured boneless wings and they are completely dry, have called and gotten them re-made and have even asked for sauce on the side and it is still hardly enough to even cover the wings. Don t recommend and unfortunately will no longer be ordering again from this location.

I arrange for my order to be hear at 12:45 and I called them at 1 to see were my order was at the person whi answer was very rude and she said yeah, they are on there way to deliver and hung up, not only that but there pizza size are very small. Not order from the company again

I give Lloydminster pizza a one star the star is for how fast Ur food arrives, but. No stars for how half cooked pizza we have received few days ago pepperoni pizza was cooked on the outside but cold n doughy in the center. Maybe a little tip for them check the temperature of the oven take Ur time also make sure pizza is cooked well..

The food is not the reason why this rating is 2 stars the reason was, they where overwhelmed with the amount of people they had ordering for takeout. The line up was almost out the door and some people, my self included, had waited for over 45 minutes for their food. We had placed an order for a specific time and they did not meet said time limit.

Good lunch buffet. Nice renovations. Update Feb 02 2019 I went with my wife and kids today, I had difficulty getting to the door from the handicap parking. When I told the manager he went out right away and cleared all the snow, chipped the ice and put salt down. I was very impressed with his attitude and action. Keep up the good work

The buffet was great

Horrible. Took our kids to the buffet, no one refilled any pizza, wings or deserts . Our table was stacked high with plates till there was no room, and they didnt refill our drinks. Next time tried to use the app and it didnt work so we phoned in. The price was different so my wife inquired why, but couldnt understand the gentleman on the phone. Picked up the order and was told the price was 2 dollars higher than advertised because it was online only. I cancelled the order (it was ready). They would not honor the advertised price, and they wouldnt give me my food unless I over payed I wasted 1/2 hour of my time and still have no food

Pizza is not that great. But good place to go there with family

Awesome stop for lunch. Hardly anyone there, 21 at most and constantly refilling the buffet. Well worth the money. $11.00 for an adult

Place has been completely remodeled into a more open concept. I like the lunch buffet but they do have a hard time with supply and demand at times but the additional wait is really only about 5 minutes. All and all Pizza Hut is still one of my favorite franchises to eat it.

I had a bad experience at Pizza Hut in Lloyd,I went for dinner with my kids,I payed the bill,Told the waitress someone else at the table was paying the tip.When I got home I was going do some banking business .I checked my account balance ,there was a tip amount put on my bill.I was not pleased,I called twice ,the second call I got to speak to the manager.I explained the situation ,he said sorry,and he would reimburse me, and talk to the waitress.I told him this was not an honest thing to do to a customer.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. Very similar no matter which location you go to and generally is pretty decent food. The buffet is great for the price. BRING BACK THE PRIAZZO
