Billy s Restaurant is a mainstay for any foodie who loves breakfast and big portions. Great selection of deli dishes and an amazing selection of fresh made dessert pies. Can t wait to go back!

Great food and service

Its a hole in the wall but its good food and friendly staff. Massive portions and decent prices.

First experience at the restaurant this morning, food was amazing and the restaurant is quite nice! Which is why its such a shame the service was some of the worst ive experienced in a while. Rude, dismissive, clearly annoyed by being asked to do basic tasks (refilling water, coffee) and just overall tactless. When my partner asked for a box she took his plate and tossed it, leaving us a box just for his toast. I guess she didnt think wed also want the entire slice of french toast and sausage left of the plate lol. Plenty of places in London with service to match the food. I reccomend The Early Bird just down the road.

Great place for breakfast downtown!

We came in to dine here with our infant baby. The restaurant was about half full so we figured accommodating our stroller would be no issue. Unfortunately the waitress told us there were no strollers allowed for space reasons, and that we would need to leave it at the front of the restaurant. This was not an option for us, as it s hard to hold a sleeping baby while dining. We had to leave and find somewhere else.

We enjoyed our Saturday lunch date and had the best club sandwiches at Billys restaurant. We love a good triple decker clubhouse and this is one of the best in the citym The service was great and we will definitely keep on coming back !

Best overall breakfast restaurant in London. Billys greatest strengths are the consistency of their food and the the quality of their service. As far as I know most, if not all, of their food is cooked or overseen by a single person (one of the owners) which results in a consistently tasty result every visit/order. Other than a slight variance in the cook on their home fries (which ranges from pretty good to awesome), everything they serve is absolutely delicious! If Billys could somehow copy the breakfast burrito from The Early Bird (godly) and swap out their current breakfast wrap option (IMO the weakest item on their menu) with a similar recipe to what Campus Hi-fi is doing, then I would never need to visit another breakfast spot in London. My favorites include the Mixed Grill (apple pancakes for the sweet option), Spicy Jumbo Omelette and any version of their skillet, but honestly you cant really go wrong with anything on their menu. Check Billys Facebook for weekend specials as the crunchy french toast and big grill specials are borderline life changing events!

My favorite part about my takeout order was how i walked in and not even 1 table was empty. Everyone enjoying something to where even though its downtown its up there in the ranks. Got the reuben,the club,and the egg benny...... WOW. VERY IMPRESSED BREAKFAST WELL SERVED A table of 8 came in and asked if they were to full the server had asked if they could have 20 minutes even though they were PACKED she said 20 minutes they got seated not even 20 minutes later.

Best fries in town so far!! Best burger too!! This place has been here forever, thought I would try and was shocked by how good the food was, and very comfortable greasy spoon. Friendly servers as well.

What a great place to stop in for lunch! I ordered a Western sandwich and a coffee. The sandwich was fresh and delivered in less than 5 minutes.

Had an amazing eggs Benny here.

Came here in the 90s back in the day. Its similar but not quite as good as I remember. They used to have Oktoberfest sausage with eggs but last time I just got regular farmers sausage. I still recommend the place.

Just what we were looking for last Sunday for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was great.

The staff were so friendly over the phone & in person, made ordering over the phone an amazing experience. We bought two sandwhiches- the super Sandwhich & the Ruben Sandwhich, both were sided with a really good saucy Caesar salad. The sandwhiches were DELICIOUS & were individually packaged so that nothing got soggy (which I really appreciated) 10/10 recommend if you re looking for a lunch spot downtown!

I ordered the Billy clubhouse with a Caesar salad for my first time here today. I ate m y salad and could only eat 2 bites of my sandwich. I was sooo full. Now I have supper too! Very yummy and fresh.

We went there Saturday for breakfast and Sunday for brunch both visits were amazing the 2 different waitresses we had were great if back in London would i definitely go back for that homemade strawberry jam..

Went to get a meal, google says they close at 2:00 pm, outside sign says 2:00pm also, but I guess girl with the broom was not feeling like serving costumers today, (she said today they were closing at 1:00 pm).

Still the latke capital of London, served with sour cream and homemade apple sauce! Bacon on point, cook perfectly and lovely rye toast. Keep up the good work, Billys. Saw a sour cream rhubarb pie on my way out and will need to try for sure!!

Stopped in for breakfast. Cute little place. Friendly service, I was recommended to try this place. Really liked the little chilli dip sauce, not hot and full of yummy flavours.

Had an amazing breakfast here with friends. The 3 taco special with hollandaise sauce was absolutely huge and delicious. We had had great food. Service was good. Really enjoyed our time here and the menu was quite good with a lot of variety!!

I just got my breakfast. The woman at the cashier is friendly and welcoming. She helped me to order my food properly when she said the egg sandwich does not have any adds, just the egg. The sandwich was very good as I added cheese based on the advice from the cashier woman. The coffee was warm and tasty. I will visit them again and again :)

The French toast was spectacular! Decent coffee, and good hashbrowns. Service was prompt and friendly, and prices were relatively cheap as well. Heavily recommend!

Turned away half an hour before closing, which was unfortunate. Likely needed time to close shop, but would prefer their advertised hours to be adjusted if so. Will have to try again another day as the food looks great

The thing about Billy s is that it s perfect. It s the perfect diner. Perfect lovely staff, very good coffee, frequent refills, hash browns OR home fries!!! They have their OWN jam and their OWN chili sauce if you like that kind of thing. There s ALWAYS enough cream on the table. I love them! Bless Billy s. (Oh and they their sunny side eggs are always EXACTLY right. Harder to find than you think!)

First time visiting today and they were awesome! Great portions, good prices and you can taste the homemade quality in the food/sauces they serve.

This place is Awesome. Not our first time there but this occassiin was the BEST...were still chatting on how good it was. Kid-friendliness: Lots to chose from chocolate pancakes to fruit bowls. Wheelchair accessibility: Downstaira ia off the side walk. Walkers should not have problems getting into this place.

This place is an enjoyable downtown old-school deli with delicious full breakfast dishes for a reasonable price as a treat for myself.

Hands down the best place I ve had breakfast in London. I had a skillet. For me it was enough for two meals. It was delicious. Service was very good. I m coming back after the lockdown ends to be sure.

Delicious weekend brunch spot

I had lunch today with two friends. We had quite a wait but the meal was delicious with generous servings and reasonably priced as well. The restaurant was following COVID protocols. The tea was delicious and served in a large mug.

For me this is the best breakfast spot in London. Ive tried many of the menu items and have always left happy. Had a skillet last time and it was excellent. Service is excellent. There is parking close by but I live close enough to walk. Highest recommendation.

Great brunch food

Hands down the best traditional eggs benny Ive had. Comes with hash browns or home fries and a side fresh fruit salad for $14.25 . Note u can swap the ham for smoked meat or whatever . It is a deli . Single diner my food was ready in 5 minutes!!! Will be coming back for sure

I have been here a total of three times, and I am always impressed by the courteous service, and the awesome quality of the food. The serving sizes are impressive and the price is very reasonable. If they still have it, you need to try the chocolate pecan pie. It will blow your mind.

My husband wanted to have a nice breakfast for his birthday and we came because the place had a good review on it. The food came cold and eggs had a piece of shell in it. After waiting for a while for no reason (there were three tables nobody cleaned for a while), we had to ask to be moved inside. The waitresses had the brilliant idea of putting little cups with honey, maple syrup and jam besides our table to attract the wasps. We couldnt chew for more than two times without waving our phones and napkins to take them out of our faces. We werent moved inside at all - they came to offer after over 30 minutes, when we were almost done eating. I wouldnt come back even if I could eat for free. Food is not exceptional, you can eat at other diners for the same price (better food and way better experience).

I dont know why this place have such a high score here. The place is a mess. There were 3 tables outside that needs to be cleaned and a lot of people waiting to sit. A lot of bees that makes impossible to eat outside. Food came cold and without cutlery, my eggs came with the egg shells and my sausage wasnt cooked. I dont recommend this place

I went for breakfast with my wife and it was all excellent. The food is very good and well prepared. The attention was too good, they always asked if I needed something more and how was everything. Very nice atmosphere. I recommend it to go to breakfast

This is a great place for lunch. The sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. We ordered the Ruben, Montreal smoked meat and the corn beef sandwiches. The portion size was perfect. The French fries were fresh cut and not greasy. The restaurant was clean and bright. The staff was friendly. The pies looked really good but we were too full to try them, maybe next visit. The breakfast menu looked really good as well.

Thos place was super packed. Excellent customer service and great quality food. Will be back very soon. They have one of the most creative breakfast options I have ever seen. I had the skillet. Delicious!

Really great London breakfast spot. I had the latkes breakfast with smoked meat. Latkes were crispy and perfectly cooked and smoked meat was spot on. Really appreciated that they had a lot of different options than the regular breakfast go-tos. They had a really great looking skillet, huevos rancheros and tasty pancakes. Our server wasnt great though, the Tae had to ask for coffee Andre times and for jam that was asked for when ordered.

Where do I even begin?! The food is always great and its our familys fav spot for brekkie in London. Our kiddo loves it at Billys and the service is awesome (the gals always listen to his stories and even let him name the fish!). Its our go-to when we need a bit of comfort outside of home.

Was in town and looked up Best breakfast in London. Was not disappointed! The owner actually came out of the kitchen and engaged in conversation with me and the other patrons while he had a minute. Both the owner and server were very personable and created a nice, chill vibe. I didnt know what to choose because everything looked so good. The owner mentioned the skillet, it was perfect. They also had proper covid protocols in place. Very clean. Next time Im in London, Ill visit again.

The food was terrific. Homemade blueberry jam for my toast, shredded hash browns and terrific wait staff. The inside is nothing fancy but we weren t there for the ambiance. :)

The salmon eggs benedict on potato pancake was a special but it really should be on the menu permanently. Very tasty. Flapjacks are cheap with a generous portion.

Had a skillet breakfast, it was luke warm at best. The skillet had a sleeve on the handle yet it wasnt even warm at all. Also added a side of fruit - absolutely not worth the price at all. You get like 5 pieces of fruits. I also had a bowl of potato soup, terrible. Couldnt even finish after one bite. The server was nice but also seemed like she was having a bad day or something.

Food was okay, but the service was really poor. The server never checked if food was okay, never came to refill my coffee. I had no water served as well. She dropped the bill on the table and I wasnt finished yet. When I asked her for a little bit of coffee, she never came.
