Absolutely banging food, heartwarming, flavorful and cosy - it cured my soul on that gloomy day. Got the jerk chicken rice box, £8 and the amount of food was mad. Bossman was absolutely lovely, polite and welcoming. Will definitely come back, been thinking about it ever since i had it.

I went and I ordered the jerk chicken regular size. It was absolutely perfect the seasoning was one of the best I have ever had and the chicken was so tender and juicy I would deffo come back. This place is God s blessing upon Stratford. come here after a hard day of work and have the jerk chicken and rice. Flavour was absolutely incredible spicy and smoky. Halal as well. I will definitely coming here to eat over anything else in Westfield. May your business prosper for years to come.

Friend just bought back Veg Red Pea Soup for £7. Watery extremely salty with no veg apart from around 10 peas and a small spoon worth of veg and two twigs of thyme. It was too salty to consume. Update: I have received a refund and an apology which I accepted. With an assurance that the food I received was not of the usual quality.

A work mate told me about this place, plantain had finished however had oxtail, with rice and mixed salad. Oxtail was tender and tasty. Definitely come back for the mutton.

Only tried the curry chicken and rice&peas and both were delicious! Next time I want to get there earlier to try the jerk chicken before it gets sold out. Also make sure to try some of their pepper sauce made with mangoes and carrots. Dylan the owner was very friendly. Will be back again soon!

I visited for the first time and had the oxtail meal. This comes with rice &peas and a side salad. It was very tasty. The portion size was perfect and the portion matched the price. The service was flawless. The owner was polite and attentive. Will definitely be coming back as want to try the curry goat. Oh side note, first visit and got a freebie taste test! I can only assume it was an ackee and saltfish spring roll and it was absolutely divine. 10/10 defo recommend. Im Trini btw, so I definitely have an idea about flavours and seasonings lol.

First visited this place this week, Tuesday 18th if I remember rightly. Spoke to the manager (Darryl?), who used to work over at Rhythm Kitchen in Westfield Stratford I first tried one of the patties, which had a good heat without being too overbearing, and well-seasoned dough Going back to the manager, he freely informed me that they were bought in from their supplier. Given that, I decided to try one of their many varied dishes that were all made on-site I tried the goat, rice&beans, & salad bowl. The manager was patient as I asked questions throughout service (Im a foodie, & was interested in how my food is prepared/served). I took it away, paired it with a couple of coconut drinks for a more caribbean feel. It reminded me of my trip to Barbados; the food better even - the red kidney beans had just a touch more firmness than the rice, the meat was well spiced, and practically fell off the bone, and the salad, which was an admittedly limited portion, was fresh and, when paired with the mango dressing, tropical Suffice to say, I went back later that week for the oxtail, which was similarly scrumptious. It takes the staff a bit of time to set up at lunchtime, but popping in there at the end of the day, when youve worked a full shift & need something made for you that is simultaneously flavoursome & filling? I couldnt recommend anywhere better in Stratford Mall

Thought Id try this shop out as the other local ones are too hit and miss and have disappointed of late, so glad I did, lovely fella serving, took my order and sat me down to wait, not very long, got home and when opened the box there was loads of rice peas and oxtail, enough for now and later, throughly enjoyed it and Will be making hot scoth my local carribbean go to, very happy
