The crispy coating on this chicken is amazing and non greasy. I've eaten here about 3 times now and each time it leaves me satisfied. The fries are tasty too, but I think the staff are a bit on the stingy side (give us more fries) 😊
Food was awesome 😍 and there is no place to seat at peak hours So when u came with group please check first seating is available or not because their service is so fast and at peak time you don't get Quality food as you think #Hygiene :Coming to hygiene the staff dont clean tables just they clean when ever they want so don't expect hygiene at peak hours
Came for dinner with family but very disappointed with food quality. Wrap was ok but Hot wings were so dry and hard. All the fried items were very dark then usual colour. Do not recommend this restaurant.

Aswathwi was very helpful and the food was made quickly. The service staff is always willing to help and guide. Aswathwi was keen on getting to ask me if this was my first time ordering and guided me through the options.
Finally got to try out Popeyes & see what the hype was about, fortunately the hype is real! I ordered my food on the self service machine, quick and easy, card only! After ordering A wrap meal, 8 hot wings & a drink I can say the food there was great! Came really hot and crispy, the chips were perfect and came at a great portion! Definitely recommend trying it out. Besides that the wait time was 10 - 15 minutes long, very hot and crowded. You might not find a spot to eat downstairs but just head over to the food court upstairs more space available to eat! The customer service there is a little off, had a random staff member no hi or nothing forcing me to give a review and asking to give a 5 star, when I haven’t even tried out the food yet, or gotten any service from them personally, I think they need to be more careful when asking people. Overall great place/ great food!

Well done! Could u be more careful when handing the food to the customer. If you gonna use a box for burger, make sure the box is properly used and not damaged or just use a damx wrap, or just give a f bag. This is an unforgivable mistake given it s literally 11am in the morning and it is not busy at all. I ordered a take away for saving time not giving me more trouble. What a disappointing and unpleasant experience. Instead of always asking customers for five star reviews, why not spend time to make final checks before yelling the order numbers. Disappointing. Staff not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone if you are in a rush.

I ordered the 12 wings meal that comes with 2 fries and 2 drinks for takeaway at the Westfield Stratford branch. Firstly the drinks spilt during my journey home because the lids were not equipped for takeaway. I got shortchanged with the wings they only put 8 wings in the bag. And the fries tasted awful. I contacted customer services to log a complaint and they just disregard of how i was put out of pocket and offered a £8 voucher to eat at their stores which does not cover the fact I had to get addtional food elsewhere to cover the let down of what they provided. This was my first time getting popeyes and will be the last.

I was so looking forward to my first Popeyes chicken, now that I ve tried it, I m not impressed. The only good thing is the hot chilli sauce which hit the spot; IMHO, I don t think it was hot enough. Although the chicken wings were nice and crispy/crunchy, there wasn t much flavour in the coating, though the fries were flavoursome. The biscuit (a savoury scone), was slightly over done and was more like a British biscuit than fluffy American biscuit, so disappointing. Would I go back again? Unfortunately no. I have made fried chicken wings in the past and they were flavoursome and spicy, much nicer than Popeyes. The next time I m out and fancy some fried chicken, I ll be going to KFC, sorry Popeyes.

UPDATE: if you arrive at opening times there is no queue and food is freshly cooked. I tried chicken burger spicy meal only and it was nice. PREVIOUS: I have had food here twice so feel can review after trying majority of menu (burger/tenders/chicken pieces). Concept is good and fact it is Halal will appeal to visitors. waiting time to order and receive food is ridiculously long so if you have few hours to spare for fast food then dont visit. I tried the spicy tenders which were nice. The spicy burger is Not nice, bland with no flavour. I cant review chicken pieces as ordered 3 piece meal but received 3 wing pieces which was definitely disappointing. I did not bother returning to get correct order as staff are very busy and uninterested in helping resolve their errors. The biscuit is plain and bland so not really something that is an appeal. the cajun gravy is OK but twice I ordered gravy and received mash and gravy. The plus points: chicken size and portions are on average larger than competition . spicy coating has a nice taste, but its not spicy at all. Thats All! The concept is good however there is clear leadership and hygiene issues at present. The staff use bare hands to handle food in kitchen and the chicken is either refried or slightly stale as twice iv had indigestion and stomach cramps from this place. There needs to be more meal variety as only having 3 things to chose will lose interest from customers. Please fix up as I like the concept and flavour but not quality at present. 2 stars for concept. Food I dont wish to rate as can get better from local fried chicken shops.

Last week I visited Popeyes in the Stratford Westfield. Specially Thanking *Manju* and *Sneha* for their hospitality. These people are awesome because I won t forget their name as they know how to treat a customer in a busy working environment as you can imagine how busy will be in the food court stratford. I really enjoyed the food offered especially the Louisiana wings this is their signature that I would recommend for everyone as a must try!

Manju was great but I found the whole customer experience a bit odd. Popeyes appear to have employed 3-4 staff to be helpful in order to boost their google review ratings. It created a pushy and unpleasant environment on the whole.
