Very basic food. No taste and stroppy service

I actually really like the dim sum and food here and have been many times. Maybe I hadn t noticed before or maybe it s a new practice either way it s WRONG, they bring you the bill with no prices on, I asked for an itemised one and they said they would get me one once I paid, they then ask if you would like to add service when giving you the credit card machine, which of course I did, not that the service is that great TBH. When they brought me the itemised bill, they had already charged me service charge (something like 15%) and then CONNED me into paying again with the CC machine. Not that I am sure they care but that is the last time I will ever go there, practices like this are should be illegal!

I used to come here 20 years ago and it was great. Now the food is awful. Havent been got a few years. One of my fried Dimsum dishes was cold inside when it arrived, they apologised, heated in microwave and gave back the rest of the half eaten portion and was not sorry. When bill came, no breakdown, asked for more tip on top of the already 12.5% service charge - only knew as read the menu small print carefully. I speak Chinese, but the waitress was still very evasive and wouldnt clarify completely. This place has really gone down hill and its not recommended anyone eats here. Most service I think is from people that cant get into golden dragon next door. I dont care about service, but when the food is really bad and they try to add hidden charges, no thank you.

Dimsum are very tasty with great service to go with. Will come back again.

Delicious, feels like returning to China

Price was alright, service charge a bit high for what the service was. Dim sum was great, ate in a group of seven, really great spot to eat.

Well, a very normal Chinese restaurant except for the price, since it is very expensive. The quality of the food was very average, except for the Cantonese duck which was quite good. The service was good, fast and friendly. The price was bad, very expensive and even more so considering the quality of the food

This is going to be a real struggle to find a positive. The service was non existent and the food was not good. Whilst looking at the menu outside my husband really fancied some of the dishes, especially the dim sum, so we thought we would give it a go for lunch, one of the staff asked if we were just two persons, which was practically the whole effort at being welcoming or even interested in the customers in general, for the duration of our visit. We were marched to a table, without a single word, then given a piece of paper and a pen, that was it, no recommendations or would you like a drink or anything, absolutely nothing. We looked through the menus and made a few choices to share, did our best to find them on the piece of paper supplied and waited an age to get the attention of anyone working there, by the way I should also add at this point it was not very busy. The woman came and took our paper and we asked if we could get some drinks too, we were not asked if we would like any. After about 10 - 15 minutes some of our food arrived... Stir Fry Glass Noodles with Beef Brisket, ok, this was probably the dish that had the most flavour, even then it wasnt great. Noodles with Shredded Chicken, salty as hell, not one single distinctive taste, I could have literally been eating anything, bland and flavourless apart from the excessive salt. Chicken Feet in Black Bean - awful (or maybe foul :) ), tasted like it had been sat cooking away to itself for hours, absolutely devoid of any taste, just a greasy mess. Fried Yam with Meat, the low point of the meal, which in itself is impressive, Im struggle to even describe this, again tasted of nothing, but the filling was absolutely alien to my palette, it somehow managed to be moist, dry and flavourless all at the same time, if you can imagine watering down a tin of corned beef and boiling it to death, then thickening it with way too much cornstarch you are in the ballpark of what this was, one bite was more than enough of this dish for the rest of my life, dreadful. After a wait of another 10-15 minutes our final dishes arrived, but by this point we had truly lost our appetite. Again no interaction or engagement from the staff, just threw the dishes on the table and left without a single word. One of the final dishes was dim sum, this was what had originally enticed my husband into the restaurant, this was served without any condiments like chilli oil or chilli crisp or dipping sauces, my husband asked for chilli crisp and again this was dumped at our table without a word. The dim sum were so generic and flavourless that they could have been any frozen cheap supermarket variety on the planet, there were no distinctive flavours or textures, and that seemed an appropriate underline for our dining experience.... until we finally got some more interaction from one of the staff, asking if we would like to add a tip when paying the bill!!!. Possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten in my whole life, flavourless, over priced, and accompanied by the worst service we received anywhere in London over our 4 day stay. Avoid this place like the plague. Awful, just truly awful.

London Chinatown is an amazing place. There are so many different Asian restaurants, bubble tea shops, supermarkets. I enjoyed walking there and getting a tast of Asia.

Authentic Hong Kong cuisine in the China Town!

In the blink of an eye, more than ten years have passed... It still tastes as good as ever, I think when I first came here, it still had a prefix with the prefix 2 Now it s Ben 5 The Hong Kong food is really delicious and the service is friendly~ Crab meat xiaolongbao is really fresh and delicious~ I will definitely visit again when I fly to London in the future. I m really happy, thank you~

I only had 1 thing to takeaway, and I didnt really enjoy it. It wasnt the worse food Ive had but I wouldnt come back to eat here. The customer service also seemed a bit like they were rushing me.

Great food. If you want to enjoy a quick meal. Food is delivered promptly, and each dish as and when it is ready. Makes the table much neater than you would have altogether.

Was there in May, absolutely not recommended. The taste of the food was very bland and the service left a lot to be desired. Order, pay and get out immediately. Its more like a factory, so if you want to eat here in a relaxed manner, youd better move on. All of them (11 women) got sick the next day (food compensation). Never again.

We were here for dinner in August 2024 with 6 people. They immediately found us a seat even though we hadnt booked and placed us at a nice round table with a turntable in the centre. I was there with my daughter. It was a busy day as it was London Pride in the streets. I ordered food, paid for food, got one of the dishes... then we waited... And waited. As my daughter had finished her dish and I was still waiting for my dish, I was about to give up. I tried to get the attention of the waitress - I asked for a refund of the missing dishes - she then ran away and some seconds later my dish finally got served.... Also, I ordered coca cola zero but got coca cola regular. Food was not very exciting. The atmosphere was interesting. We were sitting outside, and this was a special evening with London Pride ongoing. Lots of people in the streets. Suddenly a fight started in the streets, but it didnt last very long. I guess someone was very intoxicated.

Quite a disappointment.. You think authentic Chinese restaurant in the heart of London s Chinatown would be better. The portion sizes are very small and the dishes were largely bland.

Whilst the food is very good the customer service is appalling. We chose to dine outside and were happy to pay in advance of our food but staff kept clearing the table before we finished eating then requested we vacate the table before we had finished our drinks.

Freshly made dim sum, fried rice noodles with beef and fried rice with chicken and salted fish are excellent! Our family enjoyed a delicious meal. Thank you very much!

Honestly, I don t leave reviews, but this is a scam. Re-heated food with small portions. And most of all, NO TRANSPARENCY with the bill. None of the prices were listed, only the total amount was given. The tip was already included in the total, but they still asked a tip! DO NOT COME HERE.

Great location, but the service is terrible. Four of us ordered, and three received our meals promptly and finished quickly. After waiting 15 minutes, we complained, and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, we are still waiting... I recommend you dine elsewhere.

What a horror, the dough covering the dumplins was falling apart, the fried rolls were fatal and the filling became dough . Bathrooms upstairs on the 1st and 2nd floor. Ive been coming for years and this is the first time Ive been so horrified by a meal. Everything tastes the same and with the same texture. £61 - 2 dimsums - 2 rolls (Vietnamese and ?) - 1 flat rice noodels with vegetables - 1 glass of red wine (£7.5)

Simply not recommended

Consistently great dimsum, some of the best weve had outside Hong Kong. XO Turnip Cake, Chilli Dumplings, Chiu Chow Dumplings and Duck Tongues were all great today.

Food wasn t that good too much to pay for shredded pork with rice and you jagged to pay extra. Staff wasn t very friendly and I didn t think it was worth visiting I expected something more special for a traditional restaurant.

Very friendly and attentive staff, prices are fair and the food tastes great. My only gripe if any, are that the portion sizes could be bigger but regarding of this, I left with a full stomach. Would recommend!

Tourist trap! This restaurant is not worth the detour. During our stay in London, we wanted to eat in the ChinaTown district. But it was already 11 p.m. and no one was taking any more customers in this restaurant. I regret not going to a simple fast food restaurant. Anyway the food was bland and very greasy. A plate of crispy noodles with just a few pieces of meat in it for £15.50. Its expensive for what it is, although the service was quick. I advise against it.

The worst service ever !! they sat us all the way in the back in a tiny secluded area which was narrow and lacking space while there were many empty tables in the main dining room area. we only ordered 2 types of dumplings, it took them over 45 mins and upon questioning about our food the waiter had the worst attitude. The food finally arrived and it was mediocre at best . They did not check up on us while waiting for the food for drink refills or anything. They overpriced the dumplings since we were dressed well, it costs $50 dollars or 40 pounds for 2 orders of dumplings??? thats like 8 pieces of dumplings!! this place is a total joke and not to mention being unsanitary. The place next to it had a long line, please go to that one instead. AVOID this dumpster of a place. I would pay $100 for 4 nuggets for McDonalds gladly without any hesitation than this rotting garbage

My friend and I were looking for another dim sum restaurant but by chance we walked into this restaurant instead. Both of us loved in Hong Kong previously, so, we know what good dim sum looks and tastes like. We ordered only three dishes as we both had lunch and were not that hungry; sticky rice in lotus wrap was the best out of all we ever had in the past, we ordered twoore for takeaway at the end; prawns dumplings was very good, even after it got a bit cold , that is quality and both of us agreed. We also tried crispy taro dumplings, again the flavour was exquisite. We definitely will revisit. Such a lucky discovery. Paul (Manager) was very accommodating, polite and all staff seemed very happy to be there. Thank you.

Raising prices on bank holidays by 50% is absurd.

Please check your bill, the staff give us bill which is 50% more than the menu. I asked for breakdown and came back with each item are all marked up. They corrected it 2 times. It is intentionally, it is a scam so be aware. Rice is cold and food is not good.

Was asked to pay and tip as soon as we placed the order , we paid but said we have not received any service to tip yet (mandatory 10% was already included with the bill they were asking for additionaltip) ... the server left and did not come back to check on the table anymore. Needed some late night food after the theatre. Food was amazing, piping hot and the duck was really good. Fast service. Atmosphere not the best, but probably because it was near close and very quiet.

The toilets were not up to the 5 star rating of the FSA. Apart from that, the place is good.

You have to be very careful when paying: the 12.5% tip is already included and they still offer you the option to choose additional tips on the card payment terminal. You have to be very careful because the invoice does not have details. Limit scam. Otherwise acceptable dishes.

Very poor customer service. They adjusted a large group by moving tables. We had to get up twice and my daughter almost got hit by the table and servers when they were moving the tables. Space between the tables is bare minimum and the people on table next door were almost falling over us. Food was just average for so much trouble. In short it was utter chaos and mismanaged. Better avoid the place.

Expensive and lacking in taste

Seriously, try the brisket with ginger & spring onion. Ive never eaten anything so tender, tasty and juicy. Very lovely staff (even though they were dealing with a real a-hole of customer behind us, who we could hear lying and complaining about his order! - if they can continue to serve after that, I have all the respect in the world for the staff here) What a lovely meal. (also sell alcohol on the premesis!) Service charge is added automatically, read as subcharge on the reciept and not labelled as optional. We came in a big group (12) and they made us pay before the food even came. (though we were sitting outside.) :/ They also added the surcharge to every bill (we paid seperately). Insanely expensive, £20 at least each and only ordered two items. Service was not up to the standard of paying for it, and the charge was more than 20% of the bill. Is this Uber Eats?? Two stars because the food was good, but definitely MUCH better places to eat in Chinatown. This place is a money trap and a joke.

After more than 30 minutes of waiting for the service our order was finally taken. The waiter serving us was unable to answer sufficiently on our questions in english about the dishes. We felt a very tense and heavy atmosphere among the waiters. Other guests also seemed nervous and stressed as the waiting time for food was so long. Sadly that was complete opposite of what the guest expects from a visit to a restaurant. Despite the fact that they were not able to decently serve the already seated guests, they were still letting new guests inside and taking more orders... The food was ordinary and totally not worth the money and time we have lost in that odd place as well. In the end we waited another 20 minutes to make a payment. Finally, the waiter accepting the payment from us asked for an extra tip for that poor service even though the service charge was already included in the bill. One of the worst experience I have ever had. Stay away from this place.

Fantastic food and service.

I ve been eating here with my step son that love dumpling. The food was nice but i never ever going to give my money in chinatown. When you order you need pay straight away so i did it. I order more and i ask to dont include the service charge, they answer that they not going to serve me if i dont want to pay the service charge. I ll explain them because look like they dont know the English law that i could call the police for this. I order anyway because i dont want to create trouble on front my step son. They Apologies but they told me they dont get pay without it. Now i m wondering why in chinatown are aloud to have this kind of behaviour on top of the british law. Where are the control? This is absolutly horrible. I m not a tourist i live in london and i never hear nobody in none of restaurant i ve been tell me that i m not going to be serve without service charge. I would love to inform authority about this, but i dont really know who call if you have any number for this frode please tell me. Wasnt enough the chinese pandemic they even want to pay the wages of their own people with the service charge. Shame on them

Had an all veggie meal. Mock chicken, tofu in mushroom, egg fried rice, and veggie noodles. Tasted good. The veggie noodles tasted the best. I will return for the noodles. Price was okay. Overall taste was good. Quality was good.

Then we tell you that you have to write down the name of the dish They make you pay in advance, it really doesnt give confidence, with a tip already placed! try all your effort to avoid them...they are fraud. if you are eating there by any chance, make sure you ask for a receipt with full breakdown otherwise they will give you a customised receipt and let you overpay 30% while pressurising you for tips. no wonder all other restaurants have a long queue and they are empty at peak time

The service attitude was very poor, and the clerk was obviously discriminatory. When getting the cutlery, he threw the bowls heavily on the table for us to divide among ourselves. However, the speed of serving foreigners was very timely, and the service attitude was also very good. We had to wait for 20 minutes to add two bowls of rice (we had to wait three times during this period) before they were served. The taste, portion, and price of the dishes are completely inconsistent. The boiled fish is 35 pounds but there are only 9 pieces of fish. The service was so bad that there was a service charge, and the bill given at the beginning did not include the service charge at all. Horrible experience. The service was one of the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant. The waitress was very grumpy and arrogant. After ordering, he orders us to pay before eating, which is rare in a restaurant, acceptable at most in bars and fast food outlets. At times there was a smell of rubbish. The waitress repeatedly slams things on the table (for example the order number, receipts, etc.) and when the dishes arrive they are almost thrown at us, brutally delivered to the edge of the table, with absolute carelessness. I have been eating here for many years and have spent alot of money here with family and friends over the years. Today we ate here, the service was apalling, made to feel not welcome. Gave our food to someone else, then picked it back up and put it at our table. Asked for it to be changed. It was taken away and brought back out 2 mins later. Then asked again to change. Was brought out burnt food like it had been thrown in the wok again. Asked for a manager only to be told there isnt one. Staff members everywhere but nobody to help. Food quality has dropped massively, no salt in the food, rude staff, dirty plates, the list goes on. What has happened to this establishment????? Avoid, avoid, avoid! We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on!

Extremely poor customer service. Not sure why they have a waitress that cannot even take basic orders. Made us wait 30mins to even take the order from us and it wasnt even busy, seemed like she had just forgotten about us. Had to ask multiple times for basic things like soy sauce and salt because she wouldnt bring them, and at the end I got tired and just walked up to the counter myself to get some salt as the food was getting cold. I needed these because the food was so bland. Got the order wrong as well and when I tried to explain why its wrong, she couldnt understand basic English. I even pointed at the item on the menu but even then she could not understand why the order is wrong and started talking loudly to me and telling me that I had asked for it to be like that, which I hadnt..made me feel so embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant making it appear like it was my fault when I was polite throughout. At the end she called another waiter who understood and replaced the item right away, but it wasnt really replaced and they had just made corrections to the food which was initially brought (which is fair) but the food was now cold, at least warm it up if youre gonna send the same food back out Dont know why they have a person like that serving people food, seems like they hate the job

we were seated at a table for 3/4 even though there were 5 of us. It was really super tight, especially since they didnt even clean the table properly. we waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come and she just threw out the menus with a sheet to fill out, without explaining to us. then she came back 15 minutes later to take our order, as we were recapitulating, she left in the middle of our order. It pissed me off but since we are polite (unlike them) we stayed and waited for her to come back and finish taking the order. the food was really bland; noodle, broth, meat. we ordered grilled pork and the pieces were dry, with only fat. the noodle soup was tasteless, it stank of anise. IN ADDITION, THEY DID NOT GIVE THE CURRENCY. Thieves, to be avoided.

The Chinese name, , of this restaurant suggested it is a Hong Kong style food to me. My standard will set to Hong Kong. Dim Sum is tasty but it s dumpling were a little dry. It will be better if it was freshly streamed. The fried rice has nice taste from fried egg, shrimp and all important ingredients, including HK BBQ pork. But it was too oily, the colour of fried rice was different than a typical dish from HK. I won t order it if that s the photo on its menu. The taste of rice noodle was close to HK, but too oily and wet. Perhaps I ordered a wrong dishes, It would be great if the dumpling of Dim Sum would has little oil and wet but the other two dishes are more dry and less oily.

I cant understand the bad reviews at all: the food was great (although it could have been spicier) at a good price and the people were friendly.

Expensive as total and not transparent at all. Portions are small and rather cold.

Such a shame nice food but just add 12.5% service charge onto a £100 bill without asking and would not remove it! Very Disappointed. I dont mind tipping but I also dont like someone else deciding for me what I will give.

Friendly staff good food

We were offered Bill before we even got our food, the waiters and waitresses were quite rude.

12.5% service charge should be discretionary and optional. But they made us pay on the bill even though the service was not great. We only let it go because the food was decent. Not great but decent. I think it is very weird that despite being such a beautiful place the servers are really disinterested. Sorry but I cannot give this place any praises. You need to have a good hospitality team not just good chefs in the kitchen.

I was really impressed with the service today the water that was serviced was in a fancy bottle and I loved how they poured the coke for us the food tasted like something you d get from a local takeaway (I might as well have gone to my friend s restaurant for the food for a lower price) I did like the chicken ball sauce and the chicken balls itself

A SCAM, DISAPPOINTING The worst restaurant I have ever tried in my life, very very expensive for what it is, we ordered three dishes and left all 3 of them, they were inedible. The attention, not bad, the next thing, some exorbitant tips, the waiters little more and they put their hand in the food in the middle of the service, they moved all the plates looking for a note , not to mention that they ask you to pay before . Dont be fooled by the atmosphere like we were, its the only good thing about the place. One of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten, with the sweet and sour pork they wanted to compete with the flintstones and the noodles had been cooking for at least 3 days to taste burnt. Luxurious appearance, which are still tablecloths that hide IKEA tables and bland dishes, with disproportionate prices.

No service attitude but the service fee charged is amazing. We spent just over fifty pounds and ended up collecting eighty pounds. There is no list of charged items one by one, only a handwritten total price. It can be said to be a black shop, I will not patronize it again. The service attitude was lacking, but the service fee charged was astonishing. We only consumed over 50 pounds, but in the end, they charged us 80 pounds. They didnt itemize the charges, just provided a handwritten total price. You could say its a shady business. We wont be visit it again.

They didn t list item and provided the breakdown in their final bills. I trust them and paid it straight away. But I calculated it later and obviously I was charged at least 20 pounds more (you can say it was service charge but 20 pounds charges out of 50-60 pounds food ordered I would say it was excessive). The price listed on the menu is meaningless indeed. Apparently the shop cheated their customers this way for many years from what I saw in the comments. Food taste is decent but I would not recommend to anyone as you won t know how much you will be charged. As a Chinese myself, I am shame on the Chinese people who run their business in this way.

Terrible food and very expensive

I give 1 star because there is no other way. Disastrous service, food was served lukewarm. My husband got his order first and mine arrived 15 minutes later. The first bite made me feel sick. You cant expect anyone to do what they serve. If you dont want food poisoning, dont sit there. A little tip: before you work in the catering industry you should learn how to deal with clients as a service provider. Thanks for nothing.

Food average at best, service not exactly friendly and inattentive, food was only brought after a good hour (only after we complained); I find it rather suspicious that the meal has to be paid for immediately.

The food is delicious, the service is lousy. Before you could even enjoy the food and rate the service, you had to pay... with a tip. For what?

Awful. Very long wait for food, when we asked where our meal was we were told Dim Sum takes a very long time! We had ribs with absolutely no meat on, just bone and gristle and were told thats what ribs are! The waitress was rude and the meal was very overpriced - expected due to the location (the only plus side to the restaurant). Avoid.

We were grumpily ordered to pay first because we were sitting outside. Dumplings were pretty good but overpriced. Spare ribs in black bean sauce: one black bean present; bone and gristle with no meat drenched in oil. Mmm! Six dumplings, inedible ribs and Chinese tea for two was £26. What a rip off! My advice is choose anywhere but here.

Bland food with average service

During our visit to London we also wanted to visit China Town and have something to eat there. We found the atmosphere very appealing and tried the food here. We had a mixed platter with duck and 2 types of pork. You should know that the Asians chop the poultry with bones. Since I knew that from my last trip there, the duck was no surprise. I thought everything tasted ok. A little more temperature would have been nice. The service was friendly. Its just that you noticed here that youre designed for mass. As quickly as we got the bill, we couldnt even look. Unfortunately, the table we were seated at was not that appealing. The rest of the location looked attractive.

Food is just average as weekend can be very busy. Service is okay but not too friendly. Be mindful of 12.5% surcharges. Menu has lots of options to choose from.

Me and my friends wanted dim sum , our go to is usually next door but as we arrived around 1pm on a Saturday it was packed so we decided to try this place out. I must say I loved it the portion sizes were slightly bigger . Especially the Thai style chicken feet, it was a bigger than all of the places we have went to. I also recommend their xo sauce with turnip cake.... its fried with turnip cake with xo sauce , egg and some beansprouts. The century egg congee was perfect. The xiaolongbao was massive l as it It had a thicker wrap it was very juicy. Overall I really enjoyed our experience and would deffo go back !!!

Typical tourist restaurant. The food was okay. The service was really bad. One of us had to wait over 20 minutes for food - the rest of us were already finished when it arrived.

Service was slow. We ordered set meal B for 3 people with prawns replaced by beef. They brought main courses out before we had finished starters so we sent them back. When they had cleared starters and brought the mains the food was lukewarm at best. We ate about 2 mouthfuls each due to temperature of food and beef in black bean being extremely chewy. We complained and they took the 3 soft drinks off the bill. £12 pounds off a £100 bill is a joke in this situation. Avoid at all cost!!!

BEWARE PEOPLE .. This restaurant SCAMS their customers. When we were brought our bill it was simply a piece of paper with a list of the food without the food prices next to each item, but had the total cost underneath. It wasn t until we asked for the itemised full bill did we see they charged a 12.5% surcharge! This, as I ve always known for all restaurants in the U.K is something that is actually discretionary and optional. You are not obligated/obliged to pay it! The service was absolutely appalling with zero attentiveness, at no point did staff ask if we needed anything else, ask if the food was ok, and took ages just to come over to take our order. Staff were not at all friendly or welcoming, our drinks were not even poured and there was no offer for them to put out food into the containers we asked for. When I challenged the service charge, the man was refusing to take it off, and even said the charge is for staff smiling ! What they are doing to customers here should be illegal. It s cheeky, sneaky and dam right greedy! Particularly when the menu is pricy as it is and the service isn t good. NOBODY should feel forced or bullied into paying service charge if they don t want to, regardless of their reason. If a customer asks for it to be taken off then it SHOULD NOT BE REFUSED by members of staff. How they can get away with this is beyond me. If you do decide to eat here, please make sure you ask for a receipt with a full breakdown of the prices of each item and if they try and add service charge, don t let them bully you into paying it! So many people are given the receipt as described earlier with no idea about the big service charge they add on top, and are paying more than they should unknowingly and none the wiser. Absolutely terrible.

Good value Chinese food in London. The volume was huge, and the vegetables and meat were huge and satisfying. The taste is also good.

After long time I tasted good dumplings it was superb love it! And the squid was taste delicious

The waiters there told us to pay first and eat later like it was a fast food restaurant. When we order 3 person set from the menu the price didn t specify per person on the menu and the waitress there suggested it would be enough for us 3 people so we chose to go with that and they brought the bill with just the total amount and no price for the individual item we had to ask for proper receipt which the waiter brought and showed the price was inaccurate! they had placed X3 on the item that we order Just one, and then said it s per head, they tried to scam us so we wanted to leave the place since we hadn t touched any of their food but the waiter there got rude, stopped us and told us we should pay even though we didn t touch any of the food they brought, the waiter then said to pay for what ever was in the table and got us a new receipt which was still over priced and not worth staying there for, they made us uncomfortable at this place and made us pay for the food which we didn t even try and I suggest to anyone reading this to not try anything from this restaurant! they are running scam business, please avoid. Overall ruined our night and respect for Chinese cuisine.

Only go there if you re white because you ll get better service as I viewed this last night. The service was poor and offensive, before we even had our food at the table they ask you to pay only if you re a certain customer as the table next to us got to wait until they finished eating to pay. The server was rude and rushy when we said to take the service charge off she was rude about it and said we will charge you a pound for tap water. Disgusting . our food arrives and it s basic at best, my partner asked for dim sum or soup if they didn t have any as she kept saying but brought out both. When asking for a take away box they laughed and made us feel uncomfortable. Will never ever be going back. Looking through the reviews they don t care for people of colour.

Way too expensive for the average food

Very very tasty! Peking duck is something extraordinary! Lobsters with garlic, eel, soup.... Thats it, everything was very tasty! Ill definitely come again. The ratio of quality, service and price is very pleasing. I recommend

The food was good but the service was poor. They forgot about us and took a very long time to give us our mains. They never apologised and then gave us the bill without being itemised which included the 12.5% service charge. We asked them to remove the service charge and they refused. They tried to emotionally blackmail us and insisted that we should pay it. We had to call the manager to intervene. In the end the waiter removed it, still complaining and calling us racists. We will never return there.

Food good service very slow. Very expensive

Everything was going Ok until the bill came and on top of the service charge already included they are so pushy until you give another 10%. I hope this is not the norm in Chinatown, will try a different place next time. A shame.
