A place not to miss if you are a foodie! From the moment walked in, the staff made feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was absolutely delicious , every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It's clear that the chefs take great pride in their work. Overall, Heavenly desserts Stratford offers a perfect blend of great food, excellent service, and a wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
Heavenly desserts is my favorite dessert place in Stratford. Being a cheesecake lover, I think I've tried them all in there. Most of all, I liked the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake. It's served with ice cream. I would like to rate this place 5 stars 🌟 in all categories, but unfortunately, not all my visits were 5-star experiences. The food is absolutely delicious, 5 stars. The servers are lovely and friendly, but there were occasions when I was in a hurry and had to wait long to get the bill or for the waiter to come back with the card machine. The atmosphere is cozy, but again, I have had one incident. I needed to use the bathroom (it's accessible, by the way), and the toilet bowl was dirty and all covered with human waste. Of course, this was not the staff's fault, but it ruined the atmosphere. In general, I would recommend the place because most of my visits there were really enjoyable.
The ambiance was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting outside under the night sky. The service was exceptional, with a very friendly waitress. The facilities were modern and spotless, with excellent seating options both indoors and outdoors. They also cater to cyclists, letting us keep our bikes close by. Just a heads-up: the prices are a bit on the higher side.
Lovely dessert shop next to westfield stratford. Beautiful atmosphere and the staff is really friendly. They make my favourite milk chocolate cookie dough which is warm and gooey on the inside served with ice cream. I personally wasn’t a fan of their macaroons but definetely a spot to try if you’re craving something sweet.
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DISCRIMINATE AND MISTREAT PEOPLE OF COLOUR!! And as you can see from the owners response there is no remorse or accountability towards our experience as there is no apology. I have even posted the mangers response to other reviews in comparison to the one I have been given. Just because that is ‘supposedly not’ what you do, does not mean it did not happen. Just because staff are people of colour does not stop discrimination from happening. And for your information, after leaving, I had relocated to another branch and funny enough l was seated happily and without problem at a 4 seater table. So Stratford Westfield Heavenly Desserts if discrimination is not apart of your culture, why was I able to be serviced at another branch without mistreatment ? It truly disheartens me to write this review as I have been going to this establishment for a few years now and have never had a horrible encounter until today. My partner and I were subject to discrimination and inexcusable customer service by all staff on duty this evening. We were bullied into leaving the restaurant due to sitting at a 4 seater table during an empty period instead of a two seater due to ‘new establishment rules.’ Mind you, the place was practically empty and I had explained to the waiter multiple times that I would be conducting business and needed the space to write as well as eat and the table set for two would be too small to do so. I also explained in the event that the place should get crowded we would be happy to move to a two seater area but was constantly met with refusal due to “new establishment policies”. Bear in mind I was offered to have two tables put together this creating the same 4 seater that was already available without the hassle. After 15 minutes and back and forth I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were not available via phone and could only be contacted through email. By now, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by such a simple situation I went to take my seat at the 4 seater where I originally was and following that was met with practically no service until I called for a waiter. After taking my order a few minutes later the waiter arrived with the bill and told us that we must pay before ordering due to sitting in this 4 seating area. When I asked why I was told that the manager said to enforce this due to sitting in this area and that he had checked cctv and called the store. I then asked to speak to the manager and was once again told I could not speak with him but given a piece of paper with an email on it. After once again trying to understand why we were being subjected to this unusual and rude behaviour we had decided to leave. As someone who has also worked in customer service never have I ever treated PAYING customers the way we were treated especially on the basis of “ potential customer to come.” AND I REPEAT- After leaving, I had relocated to another branch and funny enough l was seated happily and without problem at a 4 seater table. So Stratford Westfield Heavenly Desserts if discrimination is not apart of your culture, why was I able to be serviced at another branch without mistreatment ?
Came in to try their new brunch menu, the best I have had in a long time compared to other local spots, all matched with their high service.
Food GREAT! Overall experience was quite disappointing. Things were forgotten, we had to continuously remind Divya for things she'd forgotten on our order. Waiting for the bill was ridiculous, temptation to just walk out was there but I persevered and awaited before continuing with my day.
The brunch was so lovely💕 if you’re ever looking for food and dessert this is the place for you!!! It’s a reason for you to get out of bed. I had the shakshuka and the bagel and truly one of the best I’ve had.
The desserts were delicious, the order was fast. The only thing that the the cups are very very small. It should be a bigger cup. Other than that, this place is good.
I AM DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE HERE! CAME AS PAER OF A LARGE GROUP OF AROUND 20 FRIENDS. WAS TOLD WE CANNOT ORDER VIA THE TILL IF WE WANTED TO PAY SEPERATELY WE HAVE TO ORDER VIA THE APP. IT IS NOT A SIMPLE PROCESS. Food

Yesterday I visited to this place it was heaven for me. The food I ordered was superb and service was very nice. I like the way they talk with customers. The atmosphere was so peaceful and calm.

Ordered a sticky toffee pudding and tasted nothing like it. More of a cinnamon cake. Not very fresh bit dry like it was heated in the microwave. Custard tasted like it was ready made from a carton. There was fruit flies around are food. Would not go there again

Very very good desserts. You wont be disappointed about the taste. They really taste homemade. Went for my daughter birthday. Theyve managed to decorate the plate very nicely. I would definitely come back for a family out. Boja and all the other waiters were very nice and patient with us while taking our orders from all the choices they had. If you see this, no need to think more. Just go. Thanks me later

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. From the moment I arrived until I left, Divya and the team made me feel truly welcomed and pampered. The food was outstanding, especially the raspberry waffle, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delightful balance of sweet and flavors. The service, combined with such delicious offerings, made for an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend it.

The dessert I had was delicious, but the service was poor. Staff were really slow to take the order and also slow to take payment. Not sure I d go back.
Yesterday around 22:45 I visited this place, the service was so poor that we were waiting for 20 mins for the person to come and take our order. When we were giving our order we told the staff to give a jar of tap water, but unfortunately the staff seems like ignoring us on requesting them for a jar of tap water for several times. We received tap water when we went on the desk to pay bill. Horrible service. I think you need to look after the staff and trained them very well for the services when it gets busy I will never come back again

Our lady server was very quick and had a good nature about her. She did took our order in good time and even checked up on us during our food to make sure everything was okay, leaves a great mark on the company and a happy, satisfied customer. I think the servers name was Hashimi?
