It's a beautiful setting but the food was honestly not very good, and no where near close to the standard expected for the price. Sitting under a baking bright red heater also really ruins the dinig experience. It would be worth moving tables further away from these.
My experience at The Garden in Corinthia was a delightful yet somewhat perplexing evening. The ambiance was serene, and the culinary offerings truly exceptional. My dining companion and I indulged in the Za'atar Spiced & Baked Cauliflower and the Atlantic Octopus with Potato Salad, both of which were not only artfully presented but exceeded all expectations in flavor and finesse. Our waiter, Juan Carlo, deserves particular commendation. His attentiveness and gracious manner elevated the evening, attending to every detail with a quiet elegance that enhanced the overall experience. However, there was a regrettable incident that marred the otherwise impeccable evening. The garden's supposed policy on smoking was handled with a lack of tact and decorum by the manager, Joe. While we complied with the request to purchase cigars from the establishment, it became apparent that inconsistency in enforcement—observing others smoking their own cigarettes, we then smoked our own cigars after the purchased one— Joe created an unnecessary and awkward confrontation. Joe's handling of the situation, especially his insistence on removing a lighter from the table, felt unnecessarily pedantic and discourteous, ultimately detracting from the refined atmosphere one would expect from such an establishment. That said, the frozen cocktail Sgroppino is an absolute must-try, offering a refreshing and sophisticated conclusion to the evening. While there were unfortunate moments, the overall quality of the food, service (thanks to Juan Carlo), and ambiance make The Garden a destination worth visiting—albeit with an awareness of potential hiccups in customer relations.
Great service, lovely food and beautiful floral surroundings. We were able to enjoy a nice summers day Al fresco in this hidden oasis.
The service is really strange. Went for cigars & drinks with friends. I bought a cigar from their humidor & decided I will save it for later & smoke one of my other cigars instead. I was then charged an extra £20 for smoking my own cigar. This rules makes no sense & is just a way to charge customers more. We then asked to split the bill, and split the cigars separately from the drinks. The waiter decided to charge us service charge on both bills. This place is pretentious & has no class. They also have fake plants for decor & served us wine in short stubby glasses. [Update to your response - no corkage fee was previously mentioned, and we were the only guests in the lounge at the time. If I knew I could smoke my own cigar I would have paid the corkage fee gladly and not have bought another cigar + pay extra on service charge. The waiter was being busy for no reason.]
Came here on our first night in London, and had a great time. The food and drinks were awesome. My pasta could have been cooked slightly longer, but it was still good. The waiters did seem like they were trying to rush us through our meal which didn’t make sense because it was not like the restaurant was packed and had a long waiting list to be seated. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would recommend going for a casual dinner.
Had a lovely meal in The Garden, lovely atmosphere and food was lovely. May have been my error but when booking I didn’t realise it was a cigar lounge and people can smoke cigars and cigarettes at the table. This was really unpleasant while eating our meal, as a pregnant non-smoker especially. This put a dampener on what was otherwise a lovely meal. Beautiful setting, so cosy.
Lovely service from start to finish. Attentive and charming staff. The menu you is expensive but that is expected and worth it. We had the baked Alaska and kaiserschmarn and both were delicious. The baked Alaska is definitely worth it. A decent portion with delicate meringue and balanced ice cream. The venue is lovely, nice lighting with warm fires and charming with the patter of light rain.
Cosy atmosphere and ,as expected, great food with generous portions. I’ll definitely be back to see what the menus like in the summer. I also love when the servers are friendly and go out of their way to make a great experience for you. 10/10 thank you Corinthia.

The place is very beautiful and the service is wonderful I ordered a flower, a salad, and half a boneless chicken, and I got the tiramisu dessert. It is a fantastic tea and it is worth a visit

In the garden restaurant in the hotel Corinthia, there is a shed and a stove with lamps to keep you warm when dining in winter. The risotto is delicious and has a strong taste. The staff will cut the cheese and black pepper freshly. It is very suitable for sharing with many people. The pizza is average and has pistachios. The brûlée is very fragrant and dense. We had a great birthday here.

Me and my partner celebrated our anniversary at The Garden and it was a fantastic experience. Great location, food was delicious and the service was perfect. Our waiter Luca made sure we were well taken care of and was very attentive. He even brought us a dog bed so our very spoiled pup could enjoy his evening too. A special mention to the complimentary grissini and dip, thwy are phenomenal! Well worth the money, will be back to try the new menu!
Spectacular attention from the very friendly staff, the place is charming and very well decorated, the food is exquisite, a place to repeat, then you can have a drink at the hotels interior bar which is also spectacular, I will definitely repeat

I booked this restaurant on TheFork to eat a dessert and when I got there I was told that I had to have a main course, even though it wasnt indicated on TheFork or on their website. I had to negotiate for a few minutes before they accepted my entry into the restaurant. And finally, when I left, they didnt apply my TheFork discount, so I had to ask for it back. Apart from these negative points, the service is good, the produce is fresh and the decor is pleasant. I would still recommend it.
A group of four of us have lunch every month at different London hotels and The Garden at the Corinthia was one of our favourites. The entrance to the hotel is calm and elegant. It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the Garden, but having asked the directions were clear. The location of the Garden is a central courtyard which feels both indoors and outdoors simultaneously. It is richly decorated and looks sumptuous. We had a table right next to the kitchen and whilst we got a glimpse, there was no aroma and we never once heard any noise from there. The service was impeccable and was as good as, if not better than any other five star hotel restaurant we ve tried. The food was great, tasty and imaginative. The menu isn t haut cuisine (that s not a criticism) but it s much better than many hotel restaurants that have predictable international and safe menu. It was perfect for an interesting, creative choice of dishes, perfectly cooked. My only criticism would be the lack of choice for dessert. Overall a great experience and one that I would wholeheartedly recommend.
A cozy and inviting French patisserie with an array of delectable pastries. From buttery croissants to elegant tarts, the sweets were a delight. The charming ambiance and delightful treats made it a perfect spot for a sweet escape.

Had an amazing dinner here. The surroundings are beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. We were served by Alex who was a real delight.
I always come here and the british guy with the moustache always served us. 10/10 service. Today I came back December 7, 2022 at 9pm at night. We came as a party of 9 and I think the manager (was using a grey suit) pointed us to the bar bcs we only wanted to order drinks and showed a very disgusted face. He said they dont accept customers who only order drinks even tho the restaurant was empty. He was rlly annoying the whole time and was continuously sent the other waiters to pressure us to order food. Not to mention, he was non-stop staring at our table. We came here to order drinks and chill. Its not like were not gonna order anything and just sit in the restaurant. 0/0 service please get ur workforce and manners checked.
Went here today to celebrate my friends 19th Birthday. It was absolutely amazing, the staff was super friendly and the restaurant itself was stunning. I highly recommend the Lobster linguine and the panna cotta - it was delicious. They even offered vegan dishes to my friend.
Friendly and attentive service, but Michelin star prices for incredibly average food. Badly seasoned tartare and overcooked pasta cannot be forgiven.
We have just eaten in the garden, it is the last meal after celebrating our 20th anniversary and my wife s 50th birthday in the hotel, all weekend, we have had a fantastic time till now,, for what you are paying, the standard of the food should be much higher,,, I gave 3 stars as it s a great space,,, plus they have a fantastic Humidor and cigar collection. The staff are faultless
Usually I m a big fan of The Corinthia, however The Garden at the Corinthia was pretty average. Although the decoration and ambience is beautiful, the service was not up to scratch. - There was this one host/manager who in particular who annoyed me, appreciate we were slightly late to our reservation, however the staff kept making it a point that we had a limited time available on our table, although there were a lot of tables that were empty. There was one host/manager who came up to our table and practically shouted that we only have one hour on our table which all the other guests could hear - pretty embarrassing and unnecessary. We actually were able to have our table for almost 2.5 hours in the end, so not sure what all the fuss is about. - Had to chase for my drinks more than once with different waiters. - The lobster linguine wasn t very flavoursome and the lobster didn t strike me as being of great quality, it was perhaps overcooked. - Quite limited menu options and even more limited deserts menu. When asked if we could order something from the afternoon tea menu which is in the next room they simply said no. Overall, aside from the pretty flowers, and The Corinthia hasn t got much to offer

Fantastic service the tour given to us around the humidor was an eye opener. The cigar expert walked us through our options and gave us the information we required to make our decision. I will be going back as I enjoyed my experience and the service we received was awesome.

Disgusting service. Booked a table for the last night before lockdown via google (had a confirmation email from the fork as well). When we arrived, they said that they had no booking under and despite showing them the confirmation email they refused us entry. Furthermore they said they could seat us only in the Northall which lacked atmosphere, was dark and bland. Despite being a regular visitor to the garden terrace, I shall not be returning nor shall anyone in our company. What s more shocking is that upon confirmation they ask for card details to secure the booking and would charge £30 a head for no show. Understandable but given that they messed up the booking we should be offered the same level of compensation. Disgusting service. Not a 5* experience at all.

Rude staff, drinks overly priced and watery, ordered an espresso martini and got given an iced coffee basically. Refused to re-make one. Came here cause recommended as one of the best clubs in Zadar. So disappointing.

I was disappointed with the garden lounge. Garden is a bit of a stretch. There is no garden and its not very lush with much greenery at all. Its outside, hence they call it a garden lounge. Their new policy is a £35.00 minimum spend (as of 3 weeks ago). Wow! Can you imagine?! I guess theyd really like you to get completely hammered?! Secondly, their garden lounge reminds me of outdoor dining in San Jose California. No frills, cheap looking furniture. Plus they managed to get my very simple drink order wrong. They got a G&T wrong! A better choice is The Lanesborough cigar lounge which is quite beautiful, quite luxurious actually - there is also a minimum spend, but its £25.00 (last I was there). They serve all their cocktails in gorgeous crystal and their serveware is all silver. Beautiful. There are other much more pleasant places around London where you dont feel so blatantly ripped off while sitting in a cement patio for £35.00 min! Keep in mind one must drink 2-3 Martinis to meet the £35.00 min! Or... how many half pints is that at their prices? 5! 5 half pints for £35.00! They dont do pints, they only do half pints of beer we were told... and those are £7.00! Never going back and wont be recommending it anymore.
The minimum spend is after 6pm on a weekday but there is no mention of it anywhere so best ask. They didnt say what it was either or mention it beforehand but I guess as it wasnt time yet it was acceptable.
