Fantastic meal in London after a show, Manwel made the whole experience and made sure mums nut allergy was taken care of.

Mr. Frayer treated us exceptionally, making us feel very comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Highly recommend. Went for a special date night with my husband. Delicious food and attentive service in a buzzy atmosphere (but still very possible to talk!) with some people-watching thrown in. Great value on the pre-theatre menu but costly the moment you venture off, which it was hard not to do - nevertheless worth it.

Manuel was lovely and attentive, the vibe was quiet and pleasant, food presentation and taste were great although the portions were a bit small. Chicken was sous-vide, so please consider if you dont like your food being cooked in a plastic bag. Good vegetarian suggestions on the menu and excellent attention to food allergies from the waiter. Charging 13.5% service charge and then asking the guest to state an additional sum for the tip and to write the new total has put us in an uncomfortable situation but overall a pleasant experience.

Pre-theatre dinner. Excellent service, attended to extremely well. Food was very good,but a bit disappointed with the green goddess salad main course, as a lot of kale clogged the plate. But would definitely eat here again!

The waiter, Mauel was wonderful - brilliant service. It was my mums birthday which I mentioned in passing and he brought a cake on a bday plate with a candle. The food (pre-theatre menu) and cocktails were good. We were short of time but the main menu looked really good. Atmosphere good even though we were pre-theatre so assuming it gets better and better!

I ve eaten crispy poached egg as a starter and seabass as main dish and it was superrr delicious I really recommend this place. Last but not least I ve been served by a lovely girl called Marcela and she has been very helpful and kind.

Wonderful Afternoon Tea at the Den! And wonderful service from Kohinoor we ll surely come back again!

The afternoon tea at The Den was amazing, the taste and look of everything was amazing. We went with a 8 mo baby and the seating disposition left enough space for him not to be overwhelmed, besides that the staff was super friendly. Kahinoor served us the whole time and made us feel very comfortable and accommodated. My mum, who is very picky about food, and my husband who is picky about the amount of food both left very happy after it. The next table had a dog so it seems it is also pet friendly. Finally, I cant help mentioning the decoration of the room that was funny and interesting, we had a nice moment checking the paintings. Kid-friendliness: There are chairs for babies and the staff is very nice with them. We were seated in a couch so we were able to play with the baby ahead while waiting so he wasnt tired of the high chair by the time the food came.

His fluency in Spanish added a personal touch that impressed us as my grandparents do not know english. Throughout our meal, Frayer was attentive and ensured everything was perfect without being intrusive. If you dine here, definitely ask for him, we had an amazing time.

Celebrated our anniversary at St. Martin s Lane. The food was excellent. And the service provided by Aarati was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great service from the start, was seated and seen to promptly ordered a prawn starter which we honestly did not enjoy as much but I believe that was due to our palette and not the dish however the staff still noticed this even though we had not mentioned this to them and comped the dish from our final bill which we found very kind steak was great and even managed to convert my partner to eating medium rare instead of well done after enough convincing from me the presentation of all courses was great as well which is always important as id mentioned it was a birthday occasion on our open table reservation the chef was kind enough to send out beautiful desserts for us making the day more special and after this the staff even invited us to visit Blind Spot for cocktails after our meal, where the atmosphere and drinks were amazing here i was served a great old fashioned even though i asked for this specially as it was not on the menu, i would also reccomend the sydney and the copenhagen overall great products with even better service thank you :)

We had a lovely dinner before our show. Our waiter, Manuel, made sure that the food came out in time, and helped us celebrate our anniversary.

Inventive and fairly priced, and everything we had was subtly seasoned and cooked. Our dinner, on the lovely (and quiet) terrace, was never less than superb and with dessert reached the sublime. The skilled and hilarious service from Manuel was a treat in itself. It was a meal none of us will forget, or want to forget either.

I want to emphasize that I am 100% satisfied with the excellent service provided by Mr. Manuel Kyle, in a beautiful sharing with very good recommendations of the delicious dishes, complemented the enjoyment and pleasant moments we had. Very soon we will visit you again

I had a delightful late dinner upon my arrival at the hotel. Manuel was a wonderful server who I wish could be at every restaurant!

Very good restaurant in the center of London very close to Covent Garden. The staff is attentive, but knows how to be discreet. The dishes are succulent and well stocked. The wine list is well stocked with reasonable prices. Reservation strongly recommended

I can understand it s a high end restaurant but let us breathe don t come to the table every couple of minutes to check on the food or pour the water which is a very kind gesture but no need at all! This one staff member was absolutely amazing and super friendly which i loved and wished i got his name!

Great service, and food was quite nice. Went here for dinner with a friend. Sadly they hadnt noticed my advanced request for gluten-free in the booking, so the bread I got was old and very dry compared to my friends lovely big portions of standard bread. Note that if you use a voucher (we used a Timeout deal), the portions are smaller than normal, so you then have to pay more on side dishes. Nice enough venue, good music (quite loud which was fine for us, but may not be to everyones taste). Was practically empty on a Friday night The lights are too bright which impacts the intimacy of dining out.

We ordered an omelette and acai bowl. The acai bowl was not an acai bowl. It actually contained no acai at all and was just a yogurt base. When we asked our waitress about it she confirmed there was no acai in it at all and that it was just a yogurt bowl with fruit. It would have been nice if she would have flagged that the name was incorrect on the menu as we assumed the acai was mixed with the yogurt based off the name and description. It was good, but very disappointing at the same time as it was not what I ordered. I would have definitely ordered something else if I would have been aware. The omelette was very good with a lot of spinach which was a nice change up from other places that skimp on it.

The restaurant is at the ground floor of the hotel s lobby. Nice interior and ambience. Staffs are friendly and service was fantastic. Ordered the pre-theatre menu via Timeout. We paid £30pp for 3 courses including a glass of house wine. Had the octopus for starters, pan seared cod for mains and pear tart for dessert. Pear tart was quite good, the rest were ok. Great place to catch up with friends in a less noisy setting. We also didn t feel rushed to leave the restaurant.

My wife and I came here on our first night in London and feel it is one of the top 5 meals weve had in our lives. Everything was superb, the variety of tastes were incredible, service impeccable. Server Eriko was perfection.

I ve been staying at the St Martins Lane hotel for years and love it. Everything from the staff to the accommodations, hidden bar and breakfast menu are fantastic! But only recently tried the reset Aurand for dinner and it is just as good. The food is very good, and the servers, including Manuel are a true treat. Restaurant could borrow some of the mood and setting from the hidden bar. But outside of that, I give a very large thumbs up!

Trying way too hard. It feels like the food has lost its soul. Maybe the chef has lost the joy of cooking. Beautifully presented and will have your eyes salivating, until you taste it. Bland, underwhelming. An insult to the fresh ingredients. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Dinner last night was a joke. Ordered olives and nuts with our drinks which never arrived. Service was extremely slow. My starter of rabbit terrine was dry and tasteless my main course of chicken Was overcooked and extremely dry. Water for the table had to be chased up. The manager disappeared and I think he probably ended up working in the kitchen. They did take my main course off the bill but it was still over £400 for four of us. There is something very wrong here.this place used to be fantastic. On a Saturday in December with every other bar/restaurant in the west end totally full this restaurant was almost empty which show that this level of extremely poor service has been going on for some time and the word has got around.
