Worst experience Ive ever had at a fast food place in westfield. Service was so poor, literally serving cold food, staff are unbothered about their own mistakes in not assigning buzzers correctly, very strange behaviour, rather spend your money elsewhere

Its not always that you receive such amazing service from a fast food restaurant especially on days like black friday and weekend when there is thousands of people in westfield! But Usmaan made my recent visit to thunderbird memorable with his outstanding service and amazing hospitality. He was kind enough to guide us through the menu and suggest what to order and everything tasted great. His behaviour and positivity is what will bring me and my family back to Thunderbird Westfield. To be able to hold a smile till the end of your shift in such a fast paced environment is no easy task and anyone who has worked any retail/restaurant jobs will know what a feat that is.

I saw a lot of promotional content for the new Thai Tamarind wings. It was such a big let down. The wings were tiny and just warm, not fresh nor crispy. The sauce was too sweet and the coriander that was scattered on top looked freeze dried, not fresh. The only saving grace was that the service was good. Youll be better off getting a full meal with drink downstairs at Popeyes for the same price as 6 cold tiny wings from Thunderbird. --- Update: the burgers are not burgers, they are a big bap with tiny chicken strips inside and lots of sauce. The thing falls apart because they use strips instead of a proper burger fillet.

I visited this place on Sunday and was very disappointed after reading all reviews. The chicken strips were soggy and the guy at the till took forever to serve us because was chatting with another employee and felt like we were bothering him And it s a very bad marketing practice to ask for a 5 star review on the ticket in exchange for a prize

Sadly, the vegan nuggets are not great. Tiny portion for the money and almost flavourless with barely any detectable seasoning. Dips are tasty though.

Food today was average, but service extremely bad. Rude staff ignoring customers, letting people jump line to order and ignoring customers there to pick up ready food. Maybe a bad day for the staff but definitely disappointed by the experience and when I told the guy that seemed like a manager he did nothing. I d choose a different venue next time

What can I say... free food from the app which I grabbed just before popping into Vue to catch a movie. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fast food at its finest as it was really fast prepped and tasted great. Large portion size too. Defo visiting again.
