Customer service was horrible from the the guy taking the order and one of the cooks, no patience and just plain rude while I was ordering. Wouldn t recommend even if your starving.

Chef is very rude and disrespectful after he messed up my order and started shouting and blaming me for not calling up the store to confirm my order placed online. Needs to be taught how to deal with customers properly, will never go back or order again, and I live locally.

I have tried first time. Terrible service along with atmosphere ( specially staff is non professional, as I understand the local language extremely loses conversations no manners or lack of professionalism. Food is terrible most of the grill items were under cooked! Prices what is showing is just to attract the customer and at charging different prices.

The size of the wings are tiny, and the portion sizes of the meals are not cost effective for the price. Staff are friendly but the food is not up to scratch with what I paid for.

We went and there chicken strips were secret tandoori chicken and I ordered a crispy breaded burger but it was grilled

Went there for lunch ordered a Beef Wrap and the portion was small. It wouldnt even be enough for a child. Asked the guy why the portion is so small, he just laughed and said thats the standard portion. Never going back there again. Total rubbish.

If I could give this place one star I would it is the worst restaurant I ve ever been to in my entire life. The chicken was super dry. The crispy chicken burger was burnt. The chips were overcooked and the place was a shambles. I explained to the chef that the chicken was burnt and he blamed the cooking grill. customer service was extremely poor they don t care about their customers. I don t even like McDonald s, but after seeing their food I went to McDonald s and it tasted like food from heaven. Tables dirty sticky floor greasy and full of left over food. Waited 2 hours and our food still hasnt been delivered, attempted to call but all calls go directly to busy tone. They ve clearly scammed us and taken money with no plans to deliver.

People who are serviving at front don t have minimum common sense to speak with customers. One bearded Pakistani guy at front always with red eye and showing silent attitude which is not customer oriented behaviour. I inteneded to ask for extra sauce and my receipt but when i see him, i didn t ask because he was behaving weird. Management should think about this because its all about their reputation.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Food Poisoning I recently visited BBQ Express with high hopes for a delicious meal. However, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing, particularly due to the quality of the pizza and the subsequent food poisoning that I suffered. The pizza I ordered was far from satisfactory. The crust was limp and undercooked, leaving an unpleasant texture, while the toppings lacked flavor and seemed poorly assembled. The overall taste was subpar, to say the least. It is evident that little effort was put into ensuring a quality pizza. Regrettably, my distress didnt end there. Shortly after consuming the pizza, I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. This unfortunate incident left me feeling extremely unwell and ruined my day. Such a blatant disregard for food safety is absolutely unacceptable. I found the overall service at BBQ Express to be underwhelming as well. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked attentiveness, failing to handle the situation appropriately when I shared my concerns about both the taste of the pizza and my subsequent ailment. Needless to say, I would strongly discourage patrons from visiting BBQ Express. This establishment needs to seriously reevaluate its commitment to providing quality food and ensuring customer safety. i got food poison on here

Purchased a chicken burger meal, was absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of burger. It wasn t tender, juicy and flavourful. It was overcooked, lacking flavour, and the lettuce wasn t fresh. The packaging we received our meal, was burnt. The staff need to be attentive to their customer s need s. I certainly will not return I do not recommend this place!!!

Ordered he food through just eat, the charge was almost 20£, it was supposed ot be delivered at 1:15am. The order never came, the restaurant could not be reached even though I called couple of times, at 2 o clock I filled a claim regarding the order that never arrived and the status they changed to was that the order arrived on time!!! No one contacted me, they charged me and they never delivered!!!!

Don t eat from here. Basically they don t have any idea what they are serving. Tried lamb chops and pizza lamb was definitely old one. The attitude of the staff is disgusting. They need to be trained properly. Not worth at all. I think their boss is blind. The guy who does the till thinks he owns the shop.

I ordered food from and my order had been delayed for a long time and it suddenly changed to delivered. I have tried to call the restaurant numerous times for an update but they keep cancelling my calls or refuse to pick up. I m so sorry but I find this so unprofessional considering I ve paid for my food? The least you can do is pick up the phone to a customer whose wondering where their food is?

Ordered from here a few times, first time chips were really crispy, overall a great meal. After that I was never able to get an edible meal again. Everything comes in cold and/or soggy and the chicken is always so rubbery. No idea how this happens cause they usually deliver really quick.

It was a very dirty place making disgusting jokes and laughing around. They should change there management and actually listen to there customers when they ask for something. Disgraceful and disappointing.

dont order you food online, you will just gonna be disappointed, the size are too small, and they will not going to follow your instruction. if you want food from them, just go to the shop, it will be much cheaper and much healthier too, as you will be able to know what are you getting . i regreat to spend my money for nothing.

Been ordering from them for a very long time and overall their food is quite nice but to be expected with the prices. The chicken pieces have always been quite small but thats ok. My real issue is the freshness of the chicken several times the chicken didnt look, taste or smell fresh but the last time I ordered took it too another level of bad quality chicken. I am not exaggerating when I say the smell of fecal matter was radiating from the chicken and it was impossible to finish the food eventhough I am not a fussy eater. My whole family were affected by food poisoning. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined.

I would like to say that I have been a good customer for over 10 years now and they used to make the best gourmet lamb burger in town But they have changed management and now the food and customer service is terrible I Order a gourmet lamb burger meal with chips and drink I tell them 3 times put the chips in a separate container as my daughter is vegetarian I waited 50 minutes for my order When they delivered my food the chips were mixed in with the burger so my daughter could not eat them + the burger taste like rubber (well over cooked ) Could not eat it out in garbage + they forgot my drink And last of all when the guy come to deliver my meal He had the meal in one hand And smoking a cigarette in the other Absolutely disgusting customer service All the guys that work in there are age from 17-22 years old .too young to care a guess Will never be ordering from there again They have just lost a 10 year customer

I ordered on Uber eats and the delivery time was absolutely horrible. I HAVE WAITED NEARLY 2 HOURS NOW. One of the people that work there said my order would be there in a few minutes but an hour has passed since he has said that.

Honestly they are not clean in this store!! No welcoming when I went in there. Lack of customer service with no knowledge of the menu. Dont wash hands, hair nets are not worn or aprons. Salad bar is not covered properly so lots of fruit flys. I came last night, had to ask for fresh salad & bun. The man took the salad off then said what sauces, after the old salad being left out he had a cheek then not getting a new bun to just carry on. No gloves were worn yet alone he wasnt wearing uniform. Me & my partner have a bad stomach right now (food poisening) probably didnt defrost the burgers correctly or more like cross contamination can cause this. Delivery drivers walking near food area and hanging around like its ok. Man had a cig outside then came in got the tongs and put our food in the buns whilst being on the phone. Personally I wouldnt order from here again. I can see why its dead! If only delivery customers saw the standards in here, trust me they wouldnt think twice. I wish I read the reviews first. The big ratings are a set up clearly. Disgusting !

Wasted 2hrs waiting for an order via JustEat only for it to be cancelled! Im a 10min drive away from these guys, ordered 3 small meals at 7pm. I Called at 730 for an eta, they said 20mins. Called at 8pm for another eta, they said 20mins. At this point I requested to cancel the order, they said it wasnt possible as the food was out for delivery. Called at 830 for another eta, told another 20mins as the driver left 10mins ago. Again I requested a cancellation as it was now 90mins since I placed the order. Told not possible as the driver is on route. 845 I get a text saying order was cancelled. I called the restaurant, the guy who answered said he cancelled the order as a new shift started work and didnt know anything about this pending order. I told him his previous colleague told me the order had left many times, the guy on the phone just said he doesnt know as he just took over the shift and decided to cancel my order without informing me. What a joke.

I have been ordering from here for a while and they are excellent. OMG the peri peri chicken whole is an amazing value and comes with an amazing sauce selection. you can have the mango sweet chili, or just standard peri peri. VERY GOOD FOOD. i have not had a chance to try other things as this is all i get.

Order food through uber eats, loved the BBQ wings & Lamb chops are okay. They followed the notes to keep chips in separate box and they did followed. Delivered in time and food was still warm. Loved the sauce supplied in 4 varieties. Definitely go for BBQ wings if you want to order from here. Next I gonna try the Peri Peri wings for sure.

Do not order from this restaurant. Incredibly fraudulent and dishonest. Ordered at 2:22 and they never delivered it but they said it has been delivered from the app, everytime we called they said it was coming in 10 mins only for us to called finally at 4:35 to be told the driver attempted to deliver even through we had no missed calls, no knock and all the previous times we d called, they didn t mention anything like that. Whilst talking, we could hear people laughing and sniggering at the call in the background. So now say here trying to get a refund at 5:08 in the morning and the sun is rising. Really disgusting behaviour and will not recommend this to anyone ever again.

BBQ Express best grill in East London. Price little bit gone up but still I like it. Whole Grill chicken BBQ Flavour with 2 Rice and 10 grill wings BBQ Flavour wow very tasty. Food always arrived Warm. Chips Crunchy. Own delivery driver delivered to local even you order by Uber eats. Driver very polite and always smile, very friendly. I ordered Peru peri wing lamb konta with rice I can say rice was good I did not enjoy peri peri wings at all strongly not recommended. About lamb konta I paid 10£ and received konta with absolutely hard pitta bird which i can not even bite i removed pitta bird and just eat konta. Very very bad experience. Not recommended high price with low quality of food and service.

Ordered here from Uber eats (their name on a Uber eats showed something different- Wing Fellas ) waited over and hour and a half for our food when the ETA stayed 30-40 mins. Tried contacting Uber Eats too as they are to share some of the blame too. Our food was not delivered and we missed out on finding a suitable replacement due to the curfew restrictions in London at this time. 02/10/2020. They did not provide an adequate response to why the food took so late and constantly cut us off the phone. Would not recommend here as the customer service and professionalism is extremely poor and ruined a Friday evening. I hope you all don t have the same experience as I did.

Worst place..... yesterday me and my gf bought chicken... both got sick... poisoned.. i thought i will die.
