Had the Brim box which is basically loaded fries. It was apparent that the fries were not fried freshly. I could tell thr fries had already been fried and it was very crispy and hard and the beef on the fries was crispy and hard indicating it was not fresh. Very disappointed!

Overrated - waited 45 mins for my order & the service was poor. Overpriced, not even worth the prices. Commando fries lacked any flavour. Extra dip was a tiny portion and for the price ridiculous.

Is it delicious? Yes it is. Is it worth the money? Absolutely no! The portions are too small for what you pay. Im a girl that doesnt not eat that much, and I couldnt get full from one hot dog and fries. Also, better pay with a card because they dont have change and will not give you one back. Delicious hot dog, flavoursome, plenty of sauce, brioche bun was a great touch. 4 stars because I don t rate the tin foil wrap - it made it quite hard to eat and a lot of sauce was left in the wrapper. That said I will definitely go back when next in the area.

We decided to try brim burgers tonight on the off chance as we didn t know what to eat and it smelt so good when we walked past! Our burgers were honestly AMAZING! The lady cooked them to absolute perfection and the chips were so fresh and crispy and fluffy on the inside. They let us swap and change the fillings inside without any issues and were really friendly and helpful Generally a 10/10 place to get burgers and we will definitely be going back there when we are in Westfield Stratford again!

Tasted alright but, my goodness, I ve never experienced something so slow. It was painful to watch and not worth the wait. They literally cooked one item on each ticket at a time.

Just 3 lovely gents, friendly and welcoming. We were on our way to the cinema and we had some time to kill. They made us some amazing burgers, if you like cheese, the meltdown is the absolute top! My partner got a Brim burger and it was really decent. Last but not least, they were super fast! Would highly recommend

Visiting our son for a few days from Glasgow and he took us along to the Westfield Centre. Stopping for a bite to eat, what can I say about Brim burger but the food here is fabulous. It may look like a fast food burger van but that s where the similarity ends - you would be hard pressed finding a better burger and fries in a high price restaurant. Food was piping hot, tasty and served with a smile. 5 of us had food and drink for about a tenner a head - absolute magic! Never mind going into the pricier establishments nearby - have a seat on the wooden benches outside instead and treat yourself to a Brim burger (or a hotdog which we re just as lush)

Work in the area and gave it a try. I ll be honest taste was decent but the food was cold (pick up order). Ordered and was told to come back 20mins later, got home within 10mins and had to microwave it. Bun was almost solid, Chips were very cold too, more than likely they were already cooked and not fresh. No idea why it was like this. Had this been a delivery order I would ve probably got a refund on it. However, I can see the potential and taste is there.

I love Brim when I get it delivered (although sometimes the chips come in small portions). We did come today and while I don t mind the wait, I did mind getting home to a completely different burger with a burnt bun my partner loved theirs so thats one plus, but going from the shrooms to the basic one with nothing but cheese really was a let down.

Got this while looking around Westfield and the Olympic park and I have to say it s the best burger I ve had in my entire life. I had the Brim in the medium size (forget what it s called) and a side of chips. Everything tasted juicy and great. The staff were also helpful and polite and order was processed within 10 minutes. I work in Stratford and always walked past BRIM but never tried it until today. I ordered the loaded hot dog which I really enjoyed and the dynamite fries which were decent but if you re not a fan of spice don t go for this. The service was decent. I would say I waited about 10 minutes which I didn t mind as it was a sunny day. The person serving me also offered me a drink on the house which was a lovely gesture. Will definitely be returning for my work lunch at some point!

It was so busy when I visited (due to a concert). Waited about 30 mins for a brim burger each - more than understandable given how busy it was. It really was an amazing tasting burger. Its worth visiting Stratford just for a brim burger. Nice and polite men serving as well.

The service was fantastic! However, the food let me down. There s something in the meat for sure!! I don t think it was poor hygiene, and I don t think they gave me raw/undercooked foods; I think it has to do with their supplier and what animals they are *actually* cooking. Anyway, because of that, I don t think I can come back. My stomach and throat hasn t stopped hurting and it s been 5 hours I almost feel like becoming a vegetarian after eating that.

Burgers are sooo goodd, but pricey. I had 2 standard fiery brimstone with caramelised onions and commando fries no drinks of £25. It s good but over time the burger becomes tangy so tell em to add more onions. Fries were crispy and cheesy. I had double stacked ones before but fall apart and annoying to eat, also can t get flavours as much cuz overdone by the meat, atleast for me.

The hotdog was really sad. Had no flavour was barley cooked, not charred or crispy. No mustard!!!! Covered in tomatoe sauce with grated cheese that didnt melt. It was gross!! Overpriced at £5.95 Food : 1/5

We were looking for places to eat and walked past and the food smelt so nice we had to stop and we didn t regret it! We got a burger, hot dog and skin on fries which were all amazing. The sauces were really good and the burger tasted like burgers from upscale burger chains but cost way less. All the flavours paired so well together. 10/10 would recommend, better food than the other restaurants in the area that charge much more. It was all really fresh and hot too and the service was great. The food is also halal.

We enjoyed fresh homemade meat hamburger it was delicious specially due to their meat quality and burger sauce and we also orders a fries and meat box with melted cheese and sauce on top. We went here on a whim at 7pm and found the most delicious burgers we ve ever had. We bought the basic burger each which was only £6 per burger. The burger tasted amazing and had a little spicy kick at the end. The chips were really good too. Ordered the serious bbq rasher and it came quick, burger was very juicy and cooked perfectly, the bacon was nice as well not chewy at all. Fries are fairly standard straight-cut but they dont cheap out, you get what you pay for. Service was easy and friendly as well. Will definitely be back here.
