Had a double shack and a chicken shack and was extremely impressed. For me both were one of the best burger experiences I have ever had. Its a shame that there are no branches in Germany.

The taste of the food was lovely, however the portion size you get for the price is quite pathetic, rather overpriced in my opinion. Got a small burger, 6 chicken nuggets & a small sprite for £20.05. If it were a bit cheaper then I d probably return. Fast food shouldn t charge restaurant prices.

We tried the days special burger, and it was absolutely amazing. We loved the setting of the place. Geos humble and welcoming approach was very comforting. The size of the was smaller than an average size, but the taste was great. The shake was also awesome, though the caramel shake was extremely sweet.

Last time I had Shake Shack was in NYC ... it was very nice, tasted just like then. Fast service.

Excellent burger restaurant! The meat is incredibly tasty, the brioche bread is delicious, and the sauces that accompany the burger are perfectly balanced. The service is fast, the waiters smiling, and the restaurant impeccably clean.

This should be zero stars We order our delivery at 4.55pm the delivery said it would be 25-35 minutes its now almost 4 hours later and we are without delivery - the preparing order keeps changing we have tried to contact the restaurant many times and no one is answering, we are unable to cancel the order as we have been charged and at this rate i doubt we will ever get the food before it closes- This is dreadful customer service we ordered 1 burger a side of chips and some chicken wings so not a lot of food and we are not based far from shake shack Stratford. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time at Stratford Westfield shake shack. First time eating alone in a restaurant and felt very relaxed here Fatima (staff) was very welcoming and friendly. I was apprehensive what to order but she showed me the menu and gave me suggestions. Was super helpful! She also took away my tray with a smile . Highly recommended esp with Fatima s around! Vegetarian options: Pleased to hear there are some veg and halal options!

I recently visited Shake Shack for the first time, and I had a great experience thanks to Fatima who was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to go through the menu with me, explaining the options and making me feel comfortable. Her politeness and excellent customer service really stood out and made my first visit a pleasant one. As for the food, I ordered a chicken burger, which was absolutely delicious. The flavours were on point and the quality was great. But I found the prices to be quite high, the chicken burger alone was expensive. Overall, the service was top-notch while the food was tasty the high cost is something to keep in mind.

Every Saturday when I take my kids to acting classes, I have to pass by Westfield. I cross the bridge and walk straight to ShakeShack. I quickly order some fried chicken and fries and I m on my way to the afternoon class. My kids love coming here. Fried chicken nuggets are my kids favorite. The employee Jio was very friendly. Seeing that I was taking care of my baby, he helped me find a seat and helped bring the dinner plate to the table. There are plenty of seats here, very suitable for family dining, we will come here often

Me and a couple of friends went to Shake Shack for a meal before a festival a week ago and we loved the food! It is on the expensive side for fast food but I personally had the Shroom Burger and it was really nice. We were also served by Ridita who was very friendly and welcoming. It was lovely to have a little chat with her.

I had lunch with my little daughter today everything was fine until they made mistakes on my order which I was upset but staff Jio made me happy with his excellent service.

Waited 20 mins for our food despite ordering our food before a number of people and they were being served quicker. Chips were left on the side the entire time while our burger was being made, we had to ask for fresh ones, the fresh chips were not hot, more on the cold side. For the value of money I will not be coming to Stratford shake shack, so disappointing. I would have enjoyed a meal from Macdonalds more

The owners massively understaff this place so theres not enough people to help you, or to cook orders when its even slightly busy and I have never ever seen a clean table in this huge place even when its quiet or anyone attempting to clean the place. Its pretty gross and in a lovely location. It all speaks to owners pocketing profits and not caring about staff or customers experience. They are taking liberties. We need to speak up

I only just starting dining at shake shack after a trip to Seoul and fell in love with it. This was my first time having it since being back in London and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The restaurant wasn t busy at the time I placed my order but it still took a bit of time for it to be ready. This was fine at the the time until I sat down to eat and my fries were completely ice cold and my hot dog felt like it had been reheated (chewy and rubbery) I was going to head back up to the counter but I noticed a crowd had come in and knew that it would be an even longer wait to get my food remade if that was even an option but as I had an appointment to get to in the area I decided against it. I feel a lot more care should be put into the preparation of food. I ve worked in food services and I am very sure the fries were made long before the hotdog and the hotdog I was served was probably a previous order that had been put back on the grill All in all a pretty awful dining experience.
