Food was the very best Indian I d ever tasted. Awesome

We stopped at PalmAsia longing for typical and delicious Indian food and we were not disappointed. We ordered chicken tikka masala which came accompanied with plenty of rice and some naan, and we could not stop eating The staff is nice and friendly, real Indian. They even suggested for us to try their typical beverage Mango Lassi and it was so refreshing to combine with the chill and spicy of the dish. Excellent place, we strongly recommend it.

Absolutely horrendous service. The waiters are insanely slow. I always say leave the game befire it leaves you. These waiters had no passion, no commitment, no love for the game. It took more than an hour until we finally received our food. It was good but the portion sice was scandalously small. One should expect to be full after a starter, a main rish and two sides. I will definitely not come back to this place.

What a hidden gem in a very busy part of London. The reviews are confusing because its an Indian restaurant. The place was quiet, but very nice. Food was the best Ive ever had. They were super kind and accommodating to my 6 year old son who is an extremely picky eater. Will definitely return.

Only recently opened, many reviews are still about the old Italian place. The service was polite and quick, but they forgot our keema nan. The fresh papadums were nice, but the curries we ordered tasted exactly the same. The pieces of chicken were warmer than the curries themselves. It was okay for a quick dinner, but we would not recommend for good Indian food, sadly...

This is not an Italian authentic place and it s way overpriced for what it actually offers. We ordered a burrata, a plate of fried calamari and a plate of cured meats + 2 Aperol spritz. The plate of calamari was £13 for six of them (2 pounds per calamari!!) and the plate of cured meats was just poor, the quality of the meats was so low. I m an Italian and I can clearly tell this place is a scam. They are just leveraging the Italian brand to charge insane margins for low quality food. Definitely not recommended.

Main course food was good BUT my wifes lasagne was cold in the middle and had to be reheated. Wifes expensive desert lacked whipped cream as advertised and she was too shy to complain until afterwards and they did nothing.

The best service we had in London. Really sweet lady, her name was Sam. She made our day with her kindness. Tasty spaghetti and a comfortable place. I definitely recommend.

Came for a pre-theatre meal on a Saturday, as I imagine quite a few people do judging how busy it was when we arrived and how empty it was when we left. I got a note from Resy saying I didnt turn up, which isnt a surprise because despite telling them we had booked, they just showed us to table without checking. That should have been a sign. No one asked if we had any allergies. We had barely been given the menus before we were asked what we wanted. The menu is indistinguishable from any other Italian restaurant, with all the classics. The food was OK, although nothing special. Some of the bruschetta topping from my guests starter was on my plate. When they came to take away our starter plates my guests plate was plunked on top of mine and then hoisted away. The plate for my main was taken away before my guest had finished his meal. I had to remind them to bring our water, which wasnt 750ml as on the menu. We overheard two tables complain that the wrong food had been brought. Servers were constantly dropping cutlery and generally shouting to one another. Havent seen service this poor in London for years. We should have risked a queue at Pizza Express a few doors down.

Great for a pre-theatre meal

We went to eat at this restaurant on a Saturday evening and were a little disappointed. In fact we dont have time to drink our cocktail as the dish is already on the table. In addition, our dish arrived and the plate wasnt even cleaned, thats pretty average for a restaurant. We took the pasta with cream, chicken and mushrooms and we were disappointed by the quantity and quality of the food (canned mushrooms). The price of the dish is equivalent to truffle pasta in France... unfortunately it was more of a canteen dish that was served to us... We barely have time to put the last pasta in our mouths before our plate is no longer on the table... Very disappointed with this restaurant which seemed good on the internet.

We went to the restaurant for my daughters 11th birthday and when we ordered chocolate ice cream for dessert, the kitchen prepared a birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday. The staff are so nice, food is delicious and if we come back to London then we are definitely going back.

We arrived at 10:00 p.m., the person told us that the kitchen closes in 5 minutes while on the internet the closing time is 00:00, and then told us that it was good but dragging our feet! The food is really not exceptional. And luckily, they brought us the bill without even asking us if we wanted dessert or coffee.. Very disappointed, I do not recommend at all.

I was with my friends at the end of the year, and only later did I understand why the restaurant was empty. The restaurant claims to be Italian however, the menu has very few Italian food options, there was no starter option and the main course had very little quantity! The waiters didnt seem very hygienic and confused, they werent well trained, but the big icing on the cake was the poor service from the owner, who in addition to intimidating us into paying for the terrible service, shouted at his employees in front of everyone. , not feeling intimidated at all!! Such a lack of respect for everyone, in addition to the food having nothing to do with Italian food. If you can, stay away from this restaurant!

Very poor greeting we arrived as a party of 12 x the table wasn t ready and they said they were busy but had a table of 8 available which was unacceptable as this not what had been booked and reserved x eventually after 30 mins they sorted a table out for our party x one of our party wanted a cocktail that was on the drinks menu but was told they couldn t do them as they wasn t allowed x very poor choice for vegan/veggie choice x this was booked for a birthday party to say the least this was disappointing to eat here x when the food came it took 45 mins to arrive x some of the food was not cooked properly and burnt x the manager was rude from start to finish x the poor staff tried their best x wouldn t recommend it to anyone

Terrible place! Manager was totally rude - we had booked in advance for 12, but when we arrived on time, we were told that he could not seat us and to basically go elsewhere!! We insisted that he honour the booking so after much delay, we were seated upstairs. Menus were tatty and dirty, despite the place only having opened in December; We were refused cocktails, but after taking our drinks order, they forgot to come back for our meal order until prompted. When food eventually arrived the pzza was burnt around the edge yet raw in the middle; Salmon was burnt, 1 pasta dish was undercooked, 2 other pasta dishes were so miniscule that even a toddler might have still been hungry after, the medium steak came out raw - if we could have put a plaster on it, it would have been back in the field today!; 2 tiny new potatoe-sized roasts constitued a £6.50 charge and 1 meal was completely missing altogether. ordered 2 portions of chips, received 1 mothfull apiece, ordered 2 Garlic bread, no cheese, received 1 only and smothered in melted fatty cheese. Naturally we refused to pay, and after a heated discussion with the manager, we left, wallets intact.

No table was ready for us upon arrival, and the staff seemed confused and unprepared 2. **Unnecessary Inconvenience:** Our experience was further marred by being asked to move up and down the stairs as the staff scrambled to find us a table. This lack of organization not only wasted our time but also conveyed a clear disregard for guest comfort. 3. **Lack of Basic Service:** Once we were finally seated, the service did not improve. We were left without menus, forcing us to wait aimlessly and wonder about the meal options. 4. **Inadequate Seating Arrangement:** Adding insult to injury, the proposed seating arrangement was to split our group of six into two separate tables four at one and two at another. This suggestion was not only inconvenient but also detracted significantly from our dining experience, as we had intended to enjoy our meal together as a single group. Given these compounded issues, we felt our only option was to leave as we had 2 children with us as well. I hope this feedback prompts this place to improve its service and treatment of guests.

You must trust Google reviews. Vongole pasta without vongole costs 33 pounds (even the booger-sized clams only have shells other than the decorative clams on top). It wasnt seasoned at all, so I added salt myself. The steak was not juicy at all and was burnt. The Google reviews were not good, but I was hungry and had nowhere to go, so I tried my best to ignore it. I spent 120,000 won on this terrible food. I ordered 3 menus.

Charming restaurant, very cheaply decorated. Poor service, staff speaks poor English. Starter was fine. Main course pizza carbonara was not tasty. It was more of a bread and cheese. It had very little bacon. Cheese was a piece of rubber. Tasteless. And then they charge a lot of tips that you have to pay. They dont deserve that, sorry.

All whole Chicken dishes were identical and not prepared there and then from what we saw from other dishes served with our 30 minute wait. Manager not Italian but Asian , Indian and totally out of there depth. Lucky someone has not caught something eating here. Thankfully it will not be me. Looks amazing from the outside. Walk in and pick up a menu that you would get in a greasy spoon cafe.

Popped in for a few drinks after a long day in the city, got chatting to Dean who was on the bar very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyable few drinks and a friendly atmosphere.

Great little Sicilian restaurant just off Leicester Square, and a breath of fresh air, really nice authentic food, great desserts. Wine was nice too and they have Messina bottled lager which was the icing on the cake. Great for the theatre too which is opposite. Recommended. Have since been back some 3 years later and still a great Italian restaurant, glad they survived the lock down, it would have been a big loss to the area

Went with a party of 16 from work and we were sat in our own private room upstairs which was just as well as we got a little noisy but well behaved. The staff were very patient with us considering the size of our group, professional and attentive without being intrusive. We had a really good time. Would have given 5 stars across the board but didnt get to sample the atmosphere in the main restaurant.

Booked this place for my sisters 30th, dinner after a day full of activities. Service was good however about five of the guests mentioned that the pasta was undercooked as a result the entire Sunday we have all been in bed feeling poor. We spent just over £200 at this restaurant and truly appalling, money down the drain. Further a day wasted as a result of food poisoning!

The place is very nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing and my friends and I felt like we were in Italy! We ordered two Neapolitan-style margherita pizzas with a high and soft crust, really delicious. The quality of the ingredients was also very high as regards the other two first courses we took (the ravioli and the carbonara). Not to mention the absolutely crazy grandmas cake! Culinary experience to try because it is truly worth it!

The food, unfortunately, lacked salt and seasoning. Eating in the evening, we had to pay for a very small plate which was on top of that not very good, a stomach ache when eating under the carbo pasta or the salmon one, personally I wouldnt come back here again!

We asked for 3 quick pizzas, we were in a hurry, he promised he would serve us fast. After half an hour we didnt even have the drinks on the table. Simply unacceptable.

Never been to a restaurant with such a lack of atmosphere. I ordered the chicken in cream sauce, it was shocking! I sent it back as it was cold so ended up eating on my own as the rest of my family has finished. The chicken was such poor quality with no taste, it said that it came with roast potatoes and I specifically asked the waitress if it had veg also, She said yes. It came with no veg and 5 wedges that were like the bag ones that you can get from the supermarket. All the waiting on staff were very young and could not understand our requests. Asked for meat, either pepperoni or ham to be put on a margarita pizza and she just said no!! My son enjoyed the pizza that came and the lasagne and carbona was just ok. When we asked for the bill I told a gentleman that appeared to be in charge that my meal was cold and had to be sent back, he just looked, shrugged and walked away. When the bill came I told the waitress that I was not really happy to pay for my meal and why. She went off and came back to say that she had took it off the bill and also 20% which was appreciated. But what should have been a nice family meal on our weekend away in London was ruined by the not great food and poor service. I really think that the young staff need more training on the menu, clearing glasses and plates that are not being used etc and sort the atmosphere out, maybe a little music and less stressed staff?

We had a terrible experience with this restaurant. We booked online for a table. When we arrived, the staff advised that they didnt have a table ready for us and couldnt say when one would be available. Then, three other groups of people turned up in the exact same situation. Clearly, management had overbooked / taken walk-ins greedily. It was unacceptable as we needed to have a early dinner to make an appointment. Avoid if you need to eat at a certain time.

Probably the worst customer service ever - it felt like it was staffed by a group of people who have never waited before! Whilst we were there I saw at least 4 tables of people get up and leave as their food hadnt arrived and the service was so bad. We had to get our own menus and call the staff over to order. The food arrived before the drinks (and the food didnt arrive quickly!) with no cutlery - this wasnt really a problem as we had pizza but not the point. The drinks arrived without any glasses to drink from and took a further 5/10 mins before they arrived along with the cutlery. We ended up giving our cutlery to the table next to us as they had ordered pasta which arrived with no cutlery We overheard one table behind us asking if the vegetarian pizza they were eating had meat in it as it looked like it did, and the waiter had no idea if it did or didnt. The food was average at best and the service awful. So many better places to eat in London so would avoid at all costs! Great pizzeria in the Piccadilly area. Its a unique place where you can also get some excellent cocktails. I asked the waiter if I could have my meal in half an hour because I was in a hurry to catch a theatre show, and they accommodated me with super quick service. The Bufalina and Margherita pizzas were tasty, and the prices are moderate for central London. I would happily return.

Decent Italian restaurant in the theater district. The food was tasty and fresh. However, the person who would take the orders and bring you the bill with disappear at 30 minutes at a time. It was impossible to order a refill. Servers were quick but otherwise there are better options.

Ate at Italos in Piccadilly tonight after walking around London for an hour or two! The service was great and they went above and beyond! As a fellow italiano I have very high standards for the cuisine. The food didn t disappoint at all, I had the carbonara and honestly one of the best I ve had! Thank you so much! I will be back, special mention for lafifa who served us towards the end :)

Wouldn t recommend at all unfortunately. The service was terrible, the food was cold and overpriced for the portion size/quality of ingredients.

Honestly if I could put no stars at all avoid this place at all costs the menu on the outside of the restaurant is completely different to the menus in the restaurant, the staff have no clue what they are doing at all! We was served rotten, burnt microwaved food just avoid at all costs not once did the staff apologise or offer to take the food back and get us something different and expected us to pay for food I would not feed to my dog! Just avoid the photo attached is a veg 5 points to who can guess what it is!

Nice classic decoration with authentic taste. Highly recommended, The pizza was delicious and the stuffs are very friendly. Was in rush for the theatre but the survice was quick. Diavola pizza and homemade tiramisu highly recommended. Food : 5/5

Comically bad! Seemed like inexperienced front of house staff (but friendly and concerned) and a cook ill. Waited over an hour for food - not sure if our order got lost but we had to really complain to get our order. The manager was not there. Food was mediocre. They said they had only been open a few weeks! Turned it to be a cheap meal: No service and half the wine taken off the bill. Avoid until they have sorted themselves out!
