I ordered flat white which was really nice and a cheesecake was soo Delicious,enjoyed every bite of it yum

I was walking by this cafe and stopped by. The service, food & drinks are amazing! I ordered the hugo spritz and the Prosciutto di Parma e Mozarella di Bufala, both are delicious. I 100% recommend coming here if you are in the area!

I ordered the tiramisu with americano. The service was good and friendly. However, the dessert was incredibly sweet.

Perfect location for a good aperitif. Excellent spritzes and aperitifs that lived up to expectations. I went 4 times in 3 days also thanks to the kindness and hospitality of Federico and the other staff. Super recommended

We got dinner at Prosecco Caffe in Leicester Square. Enjoy took great care of us. The service was incredible, the food amazing, and the cocktails just as good as you would expect from a place named after Prosecco !

Prosecco Caffe is the definition of a hidden gem. I can t tell you how much I love privacy in combination with high end hospitality. That being said, I would never expect to find such a combination in SoHo.. Should you wish to visit there will be an amazing general manager named Enzo who provides amazing service. It s a two story bar/restaurant which serves fantastic food and beverages. Highly recommended.

Lovely spot in soho for a drink before or after dinner. Excellent service, me and my friend had a hot chocolate with cream that was delicious, as we couldnt drink alcohol, but we ll definitely be back to try the prosecco! Food

Amazing place to spend time and treat yourself with some delicious dessert. Coffee was also good. Highly recommended place to visit inside Westfield Stratford City Shopping Mall.

Virgin Mojito tasted like medicine. I have asked for a new drink and they made me wait 45 mn. When I complain about that and try to explain I was pregnant and needed something to drink. They didnt want to serve me the new drink and wanted to force me paying for the Mojito medicine drink. I was thirsty and the waiters were rude. They thought I didnt have money to pay the drink of £8.25. They asked me and told them money is not a problem. I am pregnant and thirsty. I complain about the time and the woman waiter told me to stop complaining about the 45mn and this not their fault. The waiters do not value customers. The new mocktail drink wasnt good at all. Plus the table was dirty. I dont recommande this place for people looking for quality time with friends and trying to rest during shopping at westfield. The juice, mocktail, cocktail are not made with fresh fruits. VERY RUDE WAITERS especially the guy with beard and punk hair style. He doesn t respect woman. Also I have noticed that people speaking italien and/or spanish were very welcome comparing to other customers like me.

Food and coffee are very tasty! With reasonable price! And the location & environment was so cool. Its definitely worth a visit.

Great little spot. Annoyingly gave us cheese and onion crisps when we asked for ready salted (my kid has dairy Intollorance) they replaced so A1 but for a portion one third of the size

Great location but found we waited to long for a member of staff to take our order, asked what flavour the Cheese cake was and was told she didnt know, waited even longer to get our food, coffee was warm and i sent the Tiramisu back only to get the woman behind the counter laugh at me. We wont be coming back

Awful customer service. We were waiting to be served for ages.. Apparently a waitress had no mood before we came and so took her frustration out on us by being ignorant and so rude. They should be trained to respect the customers and keep their problems out of work place.

Ordered two cheesecakes which had virtually no flavour and the coffee was mediocre and lukewarm. Atmosphere was okay but the most of the sofas arent very clean. Quite disappointing!

Best Prosecco bar, we had the best time following a shopping trip. With a brief but interesting education from Nello around the sourcing and careful selection process of the wine and Prosecco they serve, we can honestly say it was the best Prosecco we tasted. We had the Villa Sandi rose and even went online to order some for home. Coupled nicely with 3 Chiccetti dishes, all of generous portion sizes, we look forward to returning and trying the main meals. The ambience is lovely, beautiful booths, tables and service is 10/10. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Met with friends here last night. Mia served us and she was lovely, warm, attentive and informative. The food and drinks were very good and great value. There was no rushing us to leave even though it was close to closing time. Will definitely go back!

Fabulous little meeting spot in the middle of a very busy Westfield shopping centre in Stratford but we returned several times to refuel . Absolutely amazing staff, food was lovely and an even better drinks menu. Would highly recommend stopping here for a drink and nibbles.

Nello,s coffee brought me back to Italy

I was thinking of having an aperitif so as politeness teaches I said hello first; the Manager was messaging on the phone and I had to say hello to her twice before receiving a response from her; I was already leaving but at that point she asked me for my order, I replied that I wasnt ready to order and that I just greeted her out of politeness as I do everywhere I go... at that point I found myself a Romanian who she wanted to explain to me how the service works at my home in Italy and I also heard that I have to learn education... incredible... tell her that in Italy it lasts 2 hours with a service like that and that education is the first thing in life, not just at work

The highlight of this charming café is undoubtedly its exceptional service. The staff, notably the delightful and humorous young woman who serves as the manager, adds a special touch. From the décor to the perfect caffelatte and a delectable pistachio and ricotta sponge cake, every element contributes to an excellent afternoon. Kudos to the team for their fantastic work Ill definitely be back! One final comment, Id encourage you to play some contemporary music rather than the overbearing whiny Italian pop songs I had to endure during my visit.

I know its a proseco bar as the name says it but like me loads of people out there prefer champagne , it used to be a champagne bar before and it was lovely. It is also lovely after the change but they could offer at least 2 different champagne not only 1 type.

I ordered tiramisu and it came with ice inside. They delivered my order wrong 2 times, the coffee was cold and watery.

Lady took the order so we sat and waited. 10 minutes later we were approached by the waiter to be told Sorry the lady is busy with something what did you order? What??? If she was busy then 1) why take the order in the first place and 2) why not see to the order first then continue with what youre busy with. Terrible service

We had to glasses of Prosecco which was sever in wine glasses we ask for some nibble because we wanted another glass and the girl said there was none the time was 2.30 in the afternoon to run out of nibbles at that time is very wrong they have lost our custom we always go to your bar but the staff were not trained properly they should have made sure there was food on a Friday afternoon there busy time we were so upset has it ruined our day out.Linda .
