Terrible! Tourist trap. The food is frozen. Terrible attendants who judge you. Plus the 15% service charge that I havent seen at any other establishment.

AVOID. I ll keep this as short as possible (but not really): my wife, daughter and I picked this restaurant at random as we d just left a show and were ready for dinner. My daughter ordered a bowl of gnocchi with pesto, my wife ordered a salad with feta and a margherita pizza, and I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and peppers. The pesto in my daughter s dish had turned and was rancid; my pizza was palatable but greasy; and my wife s salad had a chemical taste to it, and her margherita pizza had no basil anywhere near it, and was greasy. We called the server over and politely explained everything - she apologized and took the salad and gnocchi away. A woman who appeared to be the manager returned with both dishes and began to argue that they d been serving the same food all day without a single complaint, and that there couldn t possibly be anything wrong with it. We disagreed and seemed to be at an impasse, as she refused to consider there might be something wrong with the food. At this point we said we d just take the check, as we hadn t had more than a couple bites of the food and needed to get something to eat. The server returned and offered to discount the bill slightly? Rather than make a big scene and have this tarnish what has been a great trip, we paid the remainder of the bill and left. Key points to make here: red flags everywhere, such as clearly being able to see all the surveillance monitors (including the one covering the kitchen) from the dining room seats, as well as two of the three toilets in the men s room being out of order, and the interior was not kept up very well at all. I could add more, but we were only there for about 20 minutes. Possibly the worst dining experience we ve ever had.

The owner and the manager should be ashamed of the absolute garbage they sell as Italian Food. Thought I was in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Kept looking for Gordon to show up. Stay Clear and make sure to spread the word.

The place was cold both literally and figuratively. The service is one of the worst I have encountered in my life but the main thing is that while we were eating suddenly a mouse was found walking between us at our feet! When we said that, they simply replied that they never enter from the outside because they open the doors to air the space! They didnt even try to apologize...nothing...we paid the bill and left. Unacceptable in everything...and the food was overrated!

AVOID! If I could give zero stars I would! Waiter was rude and bought out the wrong dish, when I queried it with him he said I ordered the wrong thing! I asked for the correct food and he shook his head and tutted at me! I m convinced he either did something to my food or they fished a gone off bit of salmon out the bin - within an hour of finishing it, I was projectile vomiting followed my diarrhoea - missed Mrs Doubtfire show as to unwell to watch! This place needs to be shut down reading all the reviews, wish I d read them sooner!!

Dont come here to eat, 40 euros for a pizza and a beer per head, they tell us when we enter that they close the kitchen at 00 (not the restaurant), we finish eating and the blonde waitress harasses us from every corner of the table to pay her now, we complain and she gets upset and makes a fuss when we leave, rude as she is, its very easy to tell us to sit down and charge us 200 euros for pre-cooked food and then throw us out quickly and hurry up, tourist scam

Pistachio croissant not worth it,dry for an Italian restaurant. Service of the staff was not great. The lady that serve us was very unprofessional and not welcoming. We came there hoping for authentic Italian dessert and coffee. After 30min this lady came to us while we are still enjoying our aperol and coffee ask if we still going to order more.When we said no, she suddenly said there is a reservation in 10min. If there is why would you let us seat there in the first place?Too expensive for what they offer. Not worth it!

Disappointing! We ordered a starter and a main. The food came out worryingly fast and the mains were served while we were still eating the starters. I was literally left holding my main meal in my hand while trying to finish eating. Had to ask 4 times for the drink we ordered, the staff really weren t interested and it was all about getting you in and out as fast as possible. Then, to top it off, a 15% service was automatically added! Don t waste your money, much better places to go to!

Don t go there! The staff is incredibly rude, the food is warmed up frozen food at best. First, when we entered and were seated, the manager had a loud argument with another customer in front of everyone. We ordered food (pizzas and pastas) and it wasn t very good. The pizzas tasted like frozen pizzas and the pasta like pasta from a can. The chicken was very strange and had weird bits in it. We didn t eat it all. While we were still eating, the staff tried to take our plates already and rush us. We hadn t been there for long. Anyways, we let them take our plates 2 min later as we weren t going to finish the food and asked for the bill. Again, very rushed, they printed the receipt and rush you to tap your card. I did while I was still looking at the receipt and I noticed that they charged us for another tables food and drinks. I pointed this out immediately and the first thing the waitress said was you should check first, then pay ! Then another waitress walked by to correct the mistake and refund us for the amount we were overcharged. Also 15% service charge were included for terrible food, rude waitresses and overall terrible experience!!! Rather go to another place or go to the markets! Don t waste your money here! 0 Stars! Don t recommend!

So many better places to eat in London. Food was our least favorite during our entire week visiting. They do their best at pulling you in for a meal by offering you free garlic bread or someting else. Then they automatically charged a 15% service fee. Not impressed. Go somewhere else.

I am leaving a review regarding one of the people that gets paid standing outside trying to to get people to come in. Not sure what his type of job is even considered as, however when walking past he swore at me in Italian and said racist slur. Also the fact is that there were other groups of people who walked past in front of me who were not confronted with unsolicited racial comments. I dont want a reply from you guys with an apology, I want the name of the guy and his contacts to resolve this. If you guys arent able to give me the personal information of the guy thats paid to stand outside, I want contact information of the man who is responsible for him.

AVOID!! Absolute joke of a place, service was very poor, dinner was ok but not brilliant!! They added on a 15% service charge, which I asked for it to be taken off, they said they cant only the manager can do it, but guess what, apparently there wasnt a manager working (seriously) i know you can have this removed, but they were not having any of it (wish i had cash as i would have deducted it myself)!! The staff especially the girl that served us was extremely rude and had a massive attitude!! They girl behind the bar (Chloe) thats if it is her real name was ok but again not sorting the service charge out, just repeating the manager has to do it We will not return at any means, very annoyed customer

Staff seemed although they really couldn t be bothered,eating behind the bar and readjusting them selves in the mirror, tried explain to a waiter who s English was poor that I hadn t ordered the lasagne after waiting an addition 10 minutes for my food after my partners, then waited another 10 for my original dish. when bill came it had a 15 percent tip on which I refused to pay as service was far from friendly. Safe to say we won t be returning, much nicer Italian food elsewhere! Cocktails were bland and just tasted like pure alcohol for 14 quid they were terrible!

Dont, dont, dont! If you dont want to hate Italian cuisine, especially Risotto, dont go. Ive never seen such a bad Risotto in my life. I bought 1 fork and returned it immediately. They didnt even ask why. A so-called Italian restaurant that serves something called risotto with rice in water.

Waited over an hour for the food, got the wrong order, the waiter forgot about us completely and made us wait 10 minutes for something as simple as cheese, and the food was mediocre at best with barely any flavour. A complete waste of money, so overpriced. Dont go here if you want to have a good time, spare yourself the pain and just go to the burger king next to it People who came in and ordered after us were already finished with their entire meal by the time we only started ours. Only half the staff were actually competent! The others were just arguing with the other customers. Dont come here. Period.

Awful. Wanted to pay for my meal by cash, waitress took it upon herself to count the cash out herself before we were able to ourselves. Overcounted the cash before we could say anything and put it into the till where it couldn t be recovered . Overcharged more than £10. Service was slow, not coming around to check for an hour after finishing food. Food was average considering the price.

We had nice day out and decided to have some stakes. One of the ladies was taking our order which was 2 stakes medium rare. Food was really quickly on the table and it started one stake was well done second was half medium rare and other half rare. We have changed the well done. Fries was cold and not tasty at all. Because we were hungry we had just stakes. Staff was just passing by throwing questions if everything is ok not even waiting for the answer. When comes to bill we saw that order was taken for 2 stakes one medium one rare. we said what was wrong but the waitress started to be so rude and saying that they kept asking if everything is ok. Finally we ve got 10% discount on stakes but the service charge which is not obligatory was included and waitress didn t agree to remove. I m not recommending this place to anyone. Client is treated with no respect. Food cost us around £60 and bill comes to £98 that s ridiculous. Customer service below 0. We won t go there anymore. Another place to avoid

The outside dining area was awesome, especially next to the fireplace. As an Italian I can confidently say that this restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine and the best part is that they are Halal! I would recommend the beef lasagna as it served hot and fresh from the kitchen and does not lack on flavour. The pizza was also delightful and the toppings were fresh. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy another meal with my family. Dietary restrictions: Has some vegetarian options and a wide range of halal food.

By coincidence we went to this restaurant and was positive s surprised by the food and kind people. We were in a rush and didn t have much time, but they managed to deliver the food in time and well prepared. It was absolutely great.

Italian restaurant that cant make a Negroni because they dont have Campari. Got two cocktails which was nearly 30 quid but then waitress added 15% gratuity without even telling us. Wasnt even fun.

One of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to... I ate pasta worthy of a motorway pasta box, costing £22. I wanted to eat inside thinking it would be quieter, but that didnt take into account the young blonde woman behind the bar who didnt stop shouting at her waitresses, without worrying about disturbing her customers.

What a horrible place! The food was cold, the service was terrible and they still charge a very high service fee! When we asked to remove the fee, the attendant was rude and rude, stating that she did her job (as if she wasnt paid for that), that there was nothing wrong and that the service fee was mandatory! Thats a lie! The service charge is optional by law! DO NOT VISIT this place!

They added on a 15% service charge, which I asked for it to be taken off, they said they cant. The waitress said it was mandatory and that she would not take it out under any circumstances. She was extremely rude and impolite. She also said that she only serves customers because of this 15% service charge. What about the salary that the company pays her to work? And is that the way to server a customer? I will go back there to make a personal complaint to the manager, if there is one!

I went to dinner with my wife and we ordered two risottos. Hers was risotto with salmon and mine was seafood. The mother fruit risotto only had mussels, which I didnt eat. It was terrible and with a lot of pepper. I went to complain to the attendant, and she said she couldnt do anything. I was charged a 15% service fee and I complained and she was extremely arrogant, repeating that I had to pay and couldnt do anything. Terrible restaurant, terrible food and terrible service. I dont recommend it.

Food was really good however one think to be awere of is theyr discount system, We have been told we would get pizza for 15£ however we were charged 16£. Otherwise great restaurant.

I personally wouldnt recommend it. The pizzas tasted more like ready-made pizza to me and the service was terrible. I found the quality of the pizza toppings to be very poor. Plates were taken away after an eternity or a long wait for the bill, even though the staff stood around bored. And a 15% service fee is then added to the bill. When I read the other reviews, Im not the only one who rightly complains. We paid 101 pounds for 4 pizzas and 4x 0.33 liter soft drinks.

I visited ristorante Roma tonight with my friends. Its a beautiful place in Leicester Square, The staff is very helpful and friendly they have shining smile. They made our day. Especially Blerina, Mery and Arki they gave us wonderful service. It was my first time there. I was afraid because I eat halal food but they told me they serve halal food in the heart of London. Pizza and pasta were really delicious We really enjoyed there and we will definitely visit again. Thank you soo much Blerina, Mery and Arki. Vegetarian options: They serve vegetarian too.

Arki was a the most wonderful ambassador for this restaurant. The food was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fabulous. They even have patio heaters. A place not to be missed.

Food was ok, nothing special. Poor service. Tourist trap as its a busy walkway. They add a 15% service charge to the bill automatically and this isn t one of those optional service charges. There were only 2 of us not a large group. When questioned they point to the menu and it says it will be added for 1 or more people so they are adding it to evryone. Total ripoff. Don t eat here.
