Ordered a burrito large from here, but I saw they only put a small scoop of meat the same they done for the smaller burritos, when I asked why the said they do a larger one, which they didn’t. Super rude and didn’t offer to put any more meat. So I have paid £10 for a burrito of salad etc Go elsewhere..
First of all, the food was not too bad as I am a regular customer of Tortilla and love to come here due to the amazing burritos they make! However, on this occasion I was very upset with this worker that scammed me and my partner with the food, we wanted to order a large burrito combo from the sunset menu which is £11 and comes with a side that is included with the main. In this case, we opted for the chips & salsa which should come with a fresh dip. This worker was very rude and said that we have to pay extra £3 for this fresh dip and gave us the cholula hot dip instead. On top of this, we added a Diet Coke with our order which was £1.95. Our total of the order came to £14.00 when instead we should have paid £12.00. So I am not sure why he has overcharged us even when we opted for takeaway also. I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and I really question coming back to Tortilla again because of this worker. Proper training should be done as we paid more and didn’t get our full food order as stated on the menu…
I’ve just been and i can’t say anything bad. The food was great and fresh. And the service was one of a kind. Would like to mention Ana Maria for her great service. She was very helpful and patient and i’d just like to say couldn’t have had a better experience!!!
I went for the first yesterday with my daughter. Not busy we were the only ones there. I was asked if it was my first time I said yes. The man rushed me he had no patience’s I didn’t know what the toppings were. He spoke so fast I had to ask him to slow down. He was rushing us and no one was there. The next stage the lady added sauce and and wrapped it. It was done so rough and it was very sloppy. Everyone looked depressed working. We went to sit down … the rice was tough hardly any meat literally half of spoon. And it didn’t taste fresh. Bad experience and end results bad food. We paid nearly 20 pounds for two wraps that ended up on the bin. And I am a big fan of Mexico food. This was the worst. Staff needs not to be so impatient and rushy. Handle the food with care as well as preparing fresh food. 12 afternoon i should not be eating old food. It wasn’t cheap. And we were hungry and this happens. Very very unhappy customer.
I am a regular customer at Tortilla. The food is good however whenever I order a large naked burrito box the portion size is always the same to regular. I end up paying more just for the box size and never actually get more food for the value. Also unfortunately I witnessed a female staff (seemed like the manager or supervisor- Possibly Caucasian ) talk to their colleague in a very rude and disrespectful manner. It was very uncomfortable to watch whilst she was taking my payment. It was unfortunate to see this as a customer and felt sorry for the worker.
I am working in Westfield Statford its been more that I year and I never got enough of Tortilla. Always fresh, tasty food and quick delivered! The staff are very flendly and polite. Rashma always gives a beautiful smile to everyone, she's polite and professional. Thank you for your service!
Worst service ever. Ordered from uber eats and apart from the drinks being delivered not chilled, the packaging was terrible. All smashed, sauces and rice everywhere. 30 pounds to the bin. Overpacked in one weak paper bag broken with all the sauces and wet
Grabbed a large burrito with multiple fillings including, chicken, rice, black beans, sour cream, guac and more. For a large burrito, didn’t seem like a ‘large’ one. However, it is filled up well by the staff and wrapped up neatly. I did ask a staff member to cut the burrito in half and I was requested to do it myself - charming! Taking a bite into the burrito, you can immediately taste the rice, chicken and beans. The rice tastef fine although the chicken didn’t seem to have any distinctive taste - a clear lack of flavour. Similar story with the beans and the remaining ingredients. It was warm and cooked and the wrap used was fine. Overall, this is probably a place just for a quick bite on-the-go and wouldn’t really recommend if you want a really enjoyable meal.
I love tortilla Stratford, the food is so fresh and the portion size is good. The staff are also very helpful so I go there all the time

The employees were very bad in there behaviour it was are first time so we were asking for there help but rather than being helpful they were making fun of me and my friend plus the cutlery were very bad not recommended.

Lost my appetite and left without the food. One lady has a hostile attitude, scowled at me and ignored my question about extra toppings. When confronted another person, H starred at me blankly when I asked for the food that s just sitting there and started antagonising me when I decided to leave without the food. Shocking service, I won t be coming back.

Very quick, even if there s a queue it moves quickly and you can choose what they put in. The chicken is halal, but not the beef. If you re confused the employees know what s halal and what isn t and don t mind explaining. Tastes great too.

I have ordered Chicken asado bowl and i got the worst food ever. I paid 15 pounds for this food and not worth for this price, i requested for a large meal and paid an extra 1.50 pounds and i have got the smaller portion also there was no sauce in the meal. You guys didnt gave me a spoon or fork in the package, how you are expecting to eat this without a spoon? I have waited for more than 1 hour and this was my experience.

Rejane is the best!
disgusting staff behind the counter. disgusting attitude unprofessional. girl behind the counter pushed my food away in the bag so rude. I asked for cutlery she said eat with hands. then i asked again for cutlery. She made bad face and gave me a 1 cutlery and pushed my food bag away towards me. In two days i have spent more then £50 to eat with my colleagues. we will never come back and I will stop my friends and colleagues not to buy food from them anymore.

Has halal chicken but it s right next to the pulled pork, those are eating from here plz try to avoid it as cross contamination is taking place. I ve seen it here and will avoid this place going forward unless they completely move the halal chicken to another part of that area where cross contamination is zero
Great burrito, but barely any rice, little chicken and covered in greens. Not worth price but a good snack.

Food was cold and when I was being served, the servers asked me if I wanted cheese. Before I could even say no, she put me cheese. Then while taking the cheese away she also took some from my ingredients. This also happened to the person behind me. I am not happy.

If i could 0 starts I would, this is so bad. FOOD IS OK, but the service is disgusting. Head office you need to change your staff, they are lying to customers saying they dont have things on the line but as soon as she served me pinto beans she asked her colleague to get what we wanted. This is ridiculous, we are paying money and being forced to eat what we dont want. Disgusting and absolutely dissappointed in your disgusting staff at Westfield stratford. CHANGE YOUR STAFF ASAP

I ve ordered via Uber a number of times and let the fact that they ve missed a few things slide many times. However today they completely sent the wrong item and a huge inconvenience. Really really poor from the Stratford branch. Who on Earth does your quality control? Do you not know the difference between a Veggie box and a Burito/Wrap? Due to dietary requirements, I don t even know what s in the burrito. Food just wasted!
