Really nice roast dinner, shame no roast potatoes though, this is my reason for 4 stars.The new potatoes were nice but I expect roast potatoes with my roast dinner. The meat was delicious & lovely desert too. Service was excellent.
Met my daughter for a birthday meal. We had a lovely Sunday roast. Good portions and fresh vegetables. Staff were polite and attentive. Will definitely dine there again. Many thanks for a memorable day!
Great place to eat. Front of house is one of the best in the business! Would definitely go back. Slightly more expensive than other places close by but the food is very good. Would recommend the salmon salad to start as the size of it was very big for a starter. The cheese cake for dessert was definitely the best as I have tried them all! Plenty of different choices on the mains depending on what you fancy that day. Would recommend. On a Friday or Saturday there is normally live music you can listen too when eating which makes the experience better. Have to book in advance for Friday's and Saturday otherwise wait time is rather long.
The food was excellent but the service time was really awful once our full party was seated we had to wait an hour to be served others was served before us (restaurant was not busy ) and the food took even longer to come. Rate (4 stars ONLY for the food.) (1 star for poor service)
On arrival at the restaurant, it can take half an hour for you to be served by waitress, then your drinks will take equally long. The service is very slow and waitresses don't acknowledge any other request you make-basically they just ignore you. This the worst service I have ever had in London. No exaggeration!
Service was acceptable, however the food was not up to standard. Pasta dishes are over cooked and tasteless so do not order that option as you'll just end up regret it, I had to end up sending back my food to the kitchen. Ended ordering fish and chip which you think you can't go wrong with however it did went wrong as the fish had bones in it which was shocking and disappointing as I noticed too late. If your in the casino and hungry your better off popping out to get something to eat elsewhere and food was really not enjoyable. P.s check your cutlery before you start to eat as you'll be surprised.
Located on the corner of the casino floor in its own area which offers a break from the hustle. The layout is open with lots of booth style dining which is perfect for socialising. I've visited here a few times and whilst the service and presentation has got a lot better the food standard for the price sadly hasn't improved, it's just all very... average. I ordered the lamb rack which was very flavoursome however each lamb piece was a 1/3 fat. For a non member price of £30 (members £22.50) it is a bit steep. I'm not saying the price should be dropped here but the quality of ingredients should improve which would help attract more visitors.
Excellent place for late night food, especially when everything else is closed
We have eaten many times in Clarys but it is Hit and miss !! Tonight it is very busy and we have been sitting here 25 min and two people have just come in and drinks and food order taken !! I have to say staff do not have a clue Very pleasant though but need training !! We have been in hospitality nearly 50 years and i found it very frustrating seeing the chaos wanting to get up and supervise !! Such a shame as the menu could be reinvented and restaurant making a good profit . And buzzing .

service was very poor had to wait hours for service food was tasteless and on a vegan dish they put egg white on the rice that my sister ordered they did not even bring the sides that was meant to go with the meal

Twice this year so far in this establishment, not for people who are in a hurry though, but still very nice,well presented and taste great...prices are a little higher than pubs but it is expected in a place like this...
Food quality is very poor.Cook do not know how to cook stake.Some staff are not properly train hours before your food is serve.Menu not change for many months and regularly some food are out of stock almost weekly.

Pros: Very nice atmosphere, food well cooked, nice variety in the menu, quiet restaurant, nice wine and cocktails list Cons: Even though the restaurant was empty the servers were rarely available and uncaring.
Meal was nice but too expensive. This is the first time that i paid £30 for a steak and still had to pay separately for fries and salad.
Service very poor and very slow. Food was burnt didnt enjoy the experience. Hopefully will improve.
