After five years of living in this city, I ve finally found the perfect pizza spot. The service is amazing, the people working there are extremely nice and is the perfect place for a break after a long day of shopping and fun with the family and friends. I will definitely visit again xx

I am Italian and I went to Franco manca to enjoy an Italian pizza after a few years of not having pizza at all. I thing this was the worst experience so far with this chain: pizza was row but burnt at the bottom, it had a very bitter dough, the mushroom were cut very thin and got burnt and the ham was really low quality. This place changed drastically in the last 2 years. I remember coming here and enjoy the pizza that used to be similar to what you get in Italy. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.

The worker wearing classes at the Westfield startford branch is a rubbish worker. I asked for any vegan vegetarian options and he showed me a list of the pizzas that are vegan. I asked him where on the actual menu is the pizzas you pointed out and he was struggling to point them out. Plus the vegan menu wasnt even detailed properly it looked to me as if certain ingredients are vegan. After talking to him that took long minutes then did I find out that all the vegan ingredients come together in the pizza. It was so hard to communicate with him honestly. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza options not labelled properly.

Delicious Margherita pizza but crust was slightly thick for my liking. Good flavour in the sauce and cheese. Clean place and quick service.

Customer service terrible. Especially male manager - I bought £20 worth of food. As it is not a restaurant but a food court you have to take your pizza on a tray and find a place to sit down. As I sat down the coke I bought slid off the tray!!!!! And went all over me. I went up to the man at the till and asked for another coke as I was wet through it was clearly obvious what happened. He refused and said he would not give me a coke. He was so rude, I resorted to tears. He then gave me a coke but his response was I can give you a coke but I now have to pay for your coke . Terrible, terrible customer service.

Had the Truffle mushroom pizza and I personally thought it was mediocre. The sourdough base and pizza flavour was unfortunately bland. It could have had more cheese and mushrooms as also quite dry.

Really good pizzas, well worth the money (compared to the more expensive chains one floor up), and they were pleasant, kind and fast!

This was one of the best Italian pizzas in London. Now, the choice of toppings are not Italian style, the quality of the products is very poor, and worse the dough itself is a chewing gum. Dry pizza, on a cheese paste base not looking particularly fresh and with a few ingredients thrown on top. Clearly no effort or care, it just wasn t a good meal. And a weird tasting lemonade. Yeah..not coming back.

I recently visited Westfield, Stratford restaurant for the first time with my friends, and I must say we were all very disappointed with the vegetarian options. I ordered a veg pizza, which sounded great on the menu, but when it arrived, it was a complete letdown. The pizza was overly salty and dry, making it practically inedible not just for me, but for all my friends as well. The toppings were minimal, with only a few small pieces, and overall, it felt like a waste of money. Important :- Additionally, I ordered a lemonade, but when I took a sip, I noticed that the glass had a broken edge, which cut my lips. This is a serious safety issue that should be addressed before serving customers. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope you can improve the quality of your food and ensure the safety of your glassware in the future.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and a regular pizza. They sent two regular pizzas. Asked if they would send another. They refunded only the gluten free surplus of £2. They said we received the regular pizza so we must pay for it. Super lol. Imagine.

There is a lady with 3 kids that have ordered a pizza, and they couldnt help her to cut the pizza for her. Even if you dont do it normally, Im sure that your cook has a big knife that can slice the pizza for her. Come on, she is by herself with 3 kids, and you can not slice the pizza.

The lady at the counter was rude and didnt look like she liked doing what she was doing. The experience made the food less desirable. The pizza wasnt great either. The crust was burnt and too hard to even consume, so I had to cut the whole crust out, the rest of the pizza was alright.

A nice food court version of Franco Manca, quick service and same standard that you expect across the chain. Great quality as always, and the seating in Westfield food court is quite nice given the size and busy-ness of the shopping centre.

I have been a Franco Manca customer for years and visited most of their stores across London. This is the first time that the quality of the pizza was so low that I didnt even finish it. We had the marinara pizza and it came with nearly no tomato sauce, the dough was uncooked and the garlic was burnt. My recommendation is to avoid this venue.

Brexit at its best here. None of the pizza maker was italian. Sauce was saulty. Kind of indian bread more than pizza. Not as good as it used to be.

The service was wonderful. I visited this establishment yesterday and the guy that served me was very personable. I ordered the anchovy and caper pizza, something which I ve ordered before. It was pleasant. Didn t tickle my tastebuds totally but that was down to me getting the wrong pizza for that day.

They do one of the best Pizzas. I only gave 4 because they do not have their own restaurants or seated area. The service is for food court which is fine but it would be better if they get their own shop.. I love the food

They charged me 16 pounds for a small bottle of water, small flat piece of raw dough (supposed to be a focaccia) the surprise was the burrata. Was a small sour dry mozzarella. No service. Unfortunately I didn t eat there because the smells of many foods made me nauseous so I asked to a box to bring with me. I found out only when I returned home. I tried to call the restaurant but was close. I know very well how must be a good burrata. First because I love it, second because I m tour leader and guide so in Campania I used to visite with tourists group places where they made the best burrata and mozzarella in the world. Now I understood why in the other Westfield Franco manca is close.

Pizza took a long time, we saw a pizza dropped and think it was ours. Not an issue to wait for another, but they should have let us know.

Surprisingly one of the better Franco Manca experiences I have had. I was surprised because it is in a mall, but it was genuinely very fresh and delicious. The ingredients are the same and I think not being in a restaurant, if you collect your food right away the pizza is very hot and fresh. I enjoyed the special with ricotta. I would come back. I have been a long time diner at Franco Manca from back when it was in Brixton market so I think this one, except for atmosphere bc it s a mall, is just as tasty as I remember.

I was there on Saturday 24/06/23 around 1 pm very busy time..but I was surprised that the service and pizza was so good,I spoke with one guy from Italy I think aldo (Im not sure ) and he suggested me pizza number 9 and the pizza was sick ,I definitely recommend If you around Westfield.

You always know a pizza is good when their most basic pizza, the Margherita tastes so good. The sourdough was the stand out for me. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Its in the food court area, so sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat but definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place.

The pizza from Franco Manca was tasty and the service was great, even told me that the pizza I picked (for my sister and mother) didnt have a tomato base so that I could add one on. As its in the food hall, you dont get the Franco Manca experience, but the food was still as good as the ones in the restaurants. The pizza really hit the spot after a long day in London.

Had an amazing pizza (Number 10 Special). Really liked the puréed yellow cherry tomatoes. I added caramelised red onion as an extra topping to the pizza as I thought it would enhance and add more flavour to it. It was perfect!

Ive been visiting the startford branch for many years and always seen the same manager. Ive asked him many times as you serve Halal lamb and Im a Muslim would the pizza chef wash hands prior to making my pizza, always said yes thats not a issue. On my last visit this was not the case, I was told sorry unfortunately he cant do that as its busy, baring in mind Im the only customer there and nobody behind me. It didnt feel very inclusive, felt like I wasnt treated as a valued customer as it was need for me, instead he turned away my custom. So theres no point advertising youre serving Halal meat if you cant respect a customers need, a simple request mind you. So they either said they had washed hands previously and I gave them the benefit of doubt. But certainty Ill be avoiding this establishment from now on, its sad because it was a family favourite. Its more disappointing this came from teh store manager, its probably time to retrain him or perhaps a change of management is needed (short guy with dark hair). To all Muslim customer please be careful whilst choosing this place to dine. Absolutely horrible experience and thought others should be aware.

Unfortunately, the Stratford restaurant reconfirms why I shouldnt have pizza from Franco Manca. Although the pizza was very rich in strong flavour(garlic, capers, anchovies) the dough was completely undercooked, not even hot along the gummy crust. After ten minutes, I already have a bellyache. The other pizza I tried from my fiancé was with ham, and mushroom. The ham was not good quality, and so was the mozzarella, very very bland. I give two stars only because the service was nice and quick, perhaps too much, as the pizza didnt cook properly. On the same price range, Pizza Pilgrim is on a different level.

Tasty pizza, reasonably priced and with good selections. Even at busy periods the pizza is ready on your plate within 15 minutes of placing your order.

Ive here for first time and felt really bad as an experiencing first visit over here. When I ordered food it felt i she (was in white outfit manager/supervisor) didnt even cared whether i do order or not. Also Ive been getting butter in pizza express so i asked her if they provide butter but she said (in very rude way) what butter and walked away.

Usually they serve coke in a bottle at the price of £3.30. I get a can with the same price. So I asked if I can get a bottle instead. The server was not polite at all he said we only have cans and Im not the one who is making rules. The pizza it self how on earth you cook the basil with the pizza untill it get burned and lost taste of it. The dough and specialy the edges was like having a chewing gum also the Mozzarella you have to work on it again and order a decent one as it was before. Well done Franco Manca you lost a customer whos been loyal to you for more than a year.

Far less ingredients that what it must. As far as I know the pepperoni pizza must have 16 pieces of salami not 8 and 30 grams of red onion instead of 5.

Ordered a Pizza Four via deliveroo which is my favourite as I always get the same from the Holborn store. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza may has well have eaten naan bread with toppings. 14 pounds down the drain
