They have very friendly staffs specially catalina (manager) who was very nice . Overall nice experience.

The Ahi poke bowl had a vibrant mix of texture and colours combined with excellent flavour. The meal was has been so much more enjoyable because of the great customer service offered by Catalina! I will for sure be back at Honi poke !! Food

Friday 18.oct.24, afternoon If you are celiac be careful, they dont understand what gluten is. I was about to eat there. I have been told by a woman how works there the rice is gluten free and the condiment also, so I was happy to take a try. When I received the bowl I realised she put a sauce, which looked like soya sauce to me (contains gluten). When I asked her what is inside, she mentioned about chilli sauce, I insisted on knowing if soya sauce was one of the ingredients. Her answer shocked me, saying yes but not to much. A celiac person like me can lose their life from eating gluten. These days people who work with food should know about important allergies.

Thebservice from Katalina and her colleague was above and beyond their remit. Helping and informing all the things I asked, and I asked. Their manorism and professionalism was excellent and I was a pleasure to get good food from with a smile. The food was excellent and the visual effect given in the preparation of my food was outstanding. Well done guys and thank you for a most pleasant experience.

The standards are dropping massively. It s not good quality for money. Soggy rice. Missing ingredients on takeaway orders stingy served bowls. Not ordering or eating here anymore.

Have eaten here over the years and been generally decent. Lately things seem to have slipped and I got a bout of food poisoning which it is likely to have occurred from eating here. I felt compelled to post as others seem to have suffered as well and I hope this gets fixed..

Ordered a poke bowl through uber eats. Absolute scam for what you pay for. Worst poke bowl experience in London. 20 pound poke bowl absolutely soggy, the ebi fry tasted really odd and was super soggy and is absolutely not the typical ebi fry you get at other places. Money wasted ..

Lovely service, amazing food and very good price, I was last weekend at this fantastic shop served by Catalina, she was very kind and made a delicious poke bowl, I just loved it

Took so long to deliver an order, so I called the shop to cancel it and the guy agreed theyd cancel. They didnt, and instead waited until the delivery driver picked up the order. The delivery driver had multiple stops on the way. When I called the store back to ask why they didnt cancel and said we couldnt wait another 30 minutes for this order, they didnt have a good reason. They said to just raise it with Uber. Poor customer service, now I have to pay for an order I cant even have as Ive left the place Id ordered to after the restaurant agreed theyd cancel it. I shouldnt be waiting over an hour for one order.

Iv been returning with my colleague just to be served by her! New update: 07/05/24- Zaineb has not only made my day but she has made my week! Firstly, while Zeinab was packing an order behind the kitchen, she overheard about an item that I was about to try and ran to tell me that it was not halal. She is very attentive and immediately catered to me and my faith and I really appreciated it. Zeineb then told me the items that was halal and I went on to order 2 bowls when I only wanted one! Her upselling skills is immaculate! I ordered the katsu curry and she added extra sauce just how I like it and was very smiley and polite. I also ordered the Siracha mayo bowl and she gave me extra Siracha on my salmon. I took it home and it was devoured in an instant by me and my brother. Jeri also served my friend and he was an absolute star to both me and my friend. Very attentive and respectful. Not often do I come across very polite and respectful hosts but Honi Poke Stratford Westfield have hired great staff and it is purely because of them, I recommend it to all my friends and family! Honi Poke restaurant was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and patient, and the food was fresh and tasty. Ordered food at the Stratford location on 9 February 2024. However the guy that was working (kind of tall and wearing a black hat) on the 7PM shift was beyond useless. A big queue had built up and he was just nonchalantly doing nothing in the back or serving customers. At one point we were the only people in the queue and he still wouldn t serve me. The complete lack of professionalism or desire to work from this employee is laughable. If the owner reads this review - I strongly recommend for you to reprimand him.

Been meaning to take my friend to try this place. We opted for the salmon signature poke with sriracha sauce £10.95 each. We were shocked to see staff fill the bowl with rice, only to scrape half of it back into the rice container...he shaped a hole in the centre and then reduced the rice portion Even when the server used the ice cream scoop to portion the diced salmon, there were still a few pieces attached to the scoop and this was put back into the topping tray. Felt we were sold short. I found the ingredients fresh, salmon, mango and seaweed but for that price, your portions should really refect this. The worst thing was, we both felt that bits of the rice were not fully cooked through and had a hard bite to it. This was such a disappointing factor, the rice is the foundation to all of your dishes so it definitely needs to be done correctly. I felt bad introducing the dish to my friend and I was even bigging it up, only to be left disappointed. The 3* were for the fresh toppings, but again, you really need to sort out your portion sizes and be more consistent with this, as we noticed other customers had more generous portions.

Went to the Stratford westfield branch and a member of staff named Catallina served me. I orded my food and she informed me that it wasnt sutable for a halal diet due to the sauce. She then gave me a alternative option. He level of professionalism and customer service was amazing!!!

I really would like to give a better rating because the food is good and for £10 is a reasonable price for a bowl of food. What is absurd is the service, the staff is just unbelievably slow, they seem like they are unsure of where they are and what they are doing! And if that wasnt enough with a queue of 6 people standing and waiting for food they also stop to chat between themselves! Please improve and monitor the service better for the mental sake of your customers!

I had a great experience at Honi Pok! The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and very helpful in choosing what I should get. Portions were okay but the pulled pork was like someone chewed it up and spat it out, the sushi rice was warm and wet, and the only thing that really makes it Hawaiian is the mango and pineapple they slap on top

Service was great, the staff were well trained on what s halal and what s not (not all sauces are halal). They were able to offer alternatives too. Actual poke bowl was okay. I ve had better before which were more flavoursome.

All of the ingredients were great except rice, which is overcooked.

The lady behind the bar rushed through the order, didn t listen or provide the options available. When it was my turn I said the same as the person before me (menu set bowl) and she gave me a look rolling her eyes and rushed my order even more!

its a food hall in Stratford so no complaints about ambience. I had the falafel bowl which was terrible: cold falafel with a dressing. falafel should be crisply fried, as we all know, but transform into pastey unpleasant balls when abandoned in a chill cabinet. I suggest getting an air-fryer to resuscitate them before serving.

Was happy with the service, allowing me to swap out items and quick to prepare, however when I received my poke bowl the rice was piping hot, literally steam coming off it when I moved the rice around. When I asked the server why it was hot she said it had to be for food hygiene, despite having 100s of poke bowls in the past where the rice was cold, it s a raw fish and rice / sushi salad! Of course it should be served cold. The heat ruined the food and for £11 I m quite frustrated, wasn t expecting fireworks but at least something edible.

Ordered take away from here from deliveroo - super good value for money as they were quite generous with portions! Can customise literally everything with build your own bowl and felt like a healthier choice than most other takeaway foods
