This is a chain restaurant, but it’s great. Now it has a Christmas special menu. Besides the normal menu, there’s a set menu from which you can choose 2 courses or 3. They are both around £20 and £25 if I remember correctly. We all chose the 2 course menu and we ate well. Didn’t have space for dessert or even dinner! Food is tasty and prices are not bad. Service is friendly. The location makes this restaurant a popular stop as it is in a busy area. Nonetheless, we didn’t have to wait long to get a table. Bear in mind that they are going to charge a service fee and it’s rather high (we paid £2,6 pp). They add it to the bill without asking and I’m not sure if it’s optional. Toilets are downstairs so not really accessible and the restaurant is small and not much space between tables so I would not recommend for wheelchair users or people with movement difficulties. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. They have a loyalty card!
Went for a pre-show dinner and had a lovely experience! Even though it was quite busy, it never seemed loud or crowded. I loved the menu and the food was excellent. The pizza crust was so light and fluffy and just delicious. Damian was my server and he took such good care of me. I would come back again to try other things because it was so good I know it wouldn’t disappoint.
Amazing food. Everything came so fast and was extremely delicious especially the lasagna. The service was also great. We were served by Sujoy he was very polite and helpful. 100% recommend
Shocking, Waited over 1 hour for main course to arrive and only then after prompting twice. My Spaghetti Bolognese was 90% spaghetti and 10% watery Bolognese sauce. Disgusting, uneatable. We went because of the extensive gluten free menu for my wife. Every other customer was offered parmesan cheese with their pasta but not us. The excuse was 'allergens' even though cheese is gluten free and I'm not Coeliac anyway... They did give us a free glass of wine each and didn't charge me for the disgusting spaghetti Bolognese, but all we wanted was a nice meal in London. Disappointing, Bella Italia never again.
This is a tale of two restaurants, the first had excellent service a warm cozy atmosphere and The otheir disappointing lack of care food . It started well the waitress was lovely and attentive, drinks came quickly. We then ordered.. the starter should of been a warning. We had calamari and garlic bread. There was more crumb than calamari which was also painfully small. The garlic bread was no better.. it was cooked but very bland and lacked colour. Then main courses came as we were a group of five two had pasta dishes, the feed back was positive but not outstanding. The biggest disappointment were the pizza based dished, the calzone base was bland undercooked the tomato and cheese topping sloppy and rather than a golden crust with no Charing to bring depth of flavour, the margaritas and the ham and mushroom the same. It cooked enough to be edible but just lacked love and care. Would we go back sadly no not even for the lovely funny waitress @£150 for five an expensive mistake.

Had a very nice Italian diner here. Restaurant was full which is a good sign! At first we thought that only 2 persons serving the entire restaurant was way too little, but they managed easily. Big compliment to them!! Food was delicious. We had pizza and pasta. Dessert was also very good. We loved the tiramisu and the small donut balls. Never had these before but they were delicious!

Waiter Sujoy: 5/5 without a doubt. Friendly and professional, knows how to make good recommendations. The food, however, was poor. I had pasta with shrimp while you know you re eating pasta, you have no idea with what unles you look at it, as there was almost no flavor at all.
The food was really amazing especially the garlic butter which came with our starters and mains was really tasty and the service by Sujoy was the icing on the cake will definitely be going back!

We accidentially fell into this restaurant. A busy place at a busy corner with a good chance to be a tourist trap. But it is NOT, despite the fact most of the guests are tourists. The staff is really friendly, especially Tereza who loves her job - you can see it. The food - especially the sourdough pizze - are great and have quite unique toppings. Its worth to try them. The lasagne was good too and what we saw on other plates looked also fine. For being right in the centre at one of the busiest spots in London, the prices are great. Go there, you wont regret it

The restaurant is very nicely and lovingly furnished, although the seating is a bit cramped. Our waiter, Sujoy, was very friendly and provided good service. However, if you love Italian cuisine as much as I do, you should avoid this place. You can eat it, but there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of taste. If you want, Parmesan can be grated over every dish - even a calzone, which is also served with a pizza cutter. Oh well.

We came a late evening, where there was very busy - despite that was everything perfect, both food, service and the environment. The waiters were wonderful - especially Sujoy. He had such a great energy and went to check up on us many times to make sure everything were good. This is definitely a place I will recommend to any friends and family far Denmark, when they comes to visit:) 10/10 from me

After 2 long hours looking for where to eat, poor us ended up in this devils den. My friend ordered a calzone and they put an aberrant dough filled with a mixture of meats that would make a crocodile vomit. As soon as he took the first bite, he had to go urgently to the bathroom, not even all the bleach in the world will clean it. I tried a meatball from my friends calzone because How can a meatball be bad? Thats IMPOSSIBLE and the feeling was indescribable. As I put it in my mouth, refluxes ran through my body that made the food come out again from where it entered in a reflex act, before the astonished gaze of the waiter. The next time I want a meatball from this place Ill better eat detergent.

Had very rude servers. she actually snatched the receipt away from me when I asked for the service charge to be removed when paying the drinks bill to leave . She told me that we HAD to eat because it s restaurant policy but after seeing our next door neighbours table with their food - which by the way looked horrible and reheated - we decided to swiftly finish up with this horrible establishment.
