Pablo served us for our night. He was incredibly friendly and patient with us while we decided what we wanted to order. He gave us great laughs and an overall pleasant experience.

Watched our food sit on the side waiting to be brought to our table for over half an hour. Literally then saw it get put into a microwave before being served to us as it had clearly gone cold and Camembert probably rock hard again. Didnt overly mind as if you join the wifi you get a code for a free main. Staff were rushed off their feet, felt for them.

I m not sure where to start with this review to be honest, I booked a table to surprise my friend for her 18th birthday, there was more people than she was expecting. When we was queuing to be seated he asked me how many people I then was about to say it s a surprise and he goes well how many 2,3,4,5 in a very condescending way! I then had to say 4 which had there ruined the surprise for the birthday girl. He then did not take us or sit us at a table he told up to go to the upstairs seating area and pick what table we wanted to sit at, I personally find this appalling for a restaurant. When he finally came over a brought our menus he was being very impatient for our other friends to arrived. He then came back over with menus and told us that if we wrote a Google review we would get a free drink, so we did. At the end he came over with our bill and said to us that the reviews were not correct as we hadn t wrote his name which again is very very rude. He sat there and watched us write them for our free drinks that he had gave us before he then gave us our bill. Overall he ruined the entire experience for our friends birthday. His name was Gabriel. I genuinely do believe he took the mick with us because we was 4 young girls. The food was okay.

Pre booked our visit here for after a show across the road (6pm 08/12/24) We walked in and checked in by a member for staff who told us to go downstairs and another staff will take us to our table. We went downstairs to the staff member, who was seemingly confused as to our presence, we had to tell him, we have booked a table, could you take us to it? We were seated at our table, opposite the kitchen service window, where we had waited 15 minutes to take our order. Other tables had been seated and served in this time. Drinks had arrived around 5 to 10 minutes later (2 pints of coke) whilst waiting for our food it became visibly clear that this restaurant was completely out of control and mismanaged. Food was constantly being returned, either wrong or cold was the common reason. I had noted one of the waiters had returned a pizza, as the customer had said it was cold - the kitchen had then heated up the pizza and the sever had dipped it finger to test if it was hot, after having handled various other plates / cutlery/ iPad etc At this point it had been nearly an hour waiting (6:55) all other tables had been served and eaten their meals in this time, including diners who had arrived after us. We hear the staff who served us ask the kitchen, where s 64? (our table) Unsurprisingly, they were not aware of our order. Our sever asks us, have you had your food? No what did you order? At this point we decided to stand up and leave, offering to pay for our drinks. Our server says not to worry about the drinks. On the surface, as a gesture of good will, however, it is because he had not put this through their system, nor had he done with the food. We leave the lower level, with the only words said by the 3 staff being - sorry On leaving, the staff who had seated us said, thank you Which was ironic, as we then said we waited and hour, and never got our food A group was entering as we were leaving and told them what had just happened with our experience, and rightfully so, they turned away. In summary, all 4 staff who were serving that night had failed to provide any level of service that would be considered caring, attentive or even satisfactory The 2 kitchen also seemed to be consistently making mistakes with other customers food, although I cannot comment on our food, as we never received any. Ignore the majority of positive reviews as the servers ask (and bribe) for positive 5 star reviews There are plenty of food places in central London to visit, this is definitely not one of them.

The pizzas look frozen and not big at all. He Service not good either, it took them a long time to serve us dessert. They put us at the first table next to the entrance, when they have a very large place, it seems that foreigners saw us and thats why.

Went for our Christmas party meal before going to the theatre. Was service by Diogo who was really nice and attentive, we were a party of 10 and he handled it really well not missing anything and remembering who ordered what. Food was good, nothing special but pretty good. Dietary restrictions: One of our group as a dairy and gluten allergy and there was plenty for her to eat.

I took a group of 49 pupils and 6 staff for dinner the other evening before a trip to the theatre. We had pre booked meals and when we arrived were shown to our seats downstairs. When we enquired about our food we were told that we were getting margarita pizza for everyone. I told them that we had pre ordered meals via their group menu and was greeted with an aggressive response that that was all they had received and we were wrong. The staff just wanted rid of us and were extremely unhelpful. We had spent a lot of money for our booking ( which they blamed the tour company for) and received a pathetic small thin pizza per person. I am disgusted at this restaurants poor customer service. I understand that staff are busy but this booking was made months ago after a previous visit which was fine. It is very stressful taking students away and we always try to ensure that they have a positive experience yet this restaurant seems to think that it is ok to treat children this way. We even had to ask for water to drink as the ordered drinks were not available for us. I have contacted the tour company and insisted that they remove this so called restaurant from their options as I consider their poor food and customer service sub standard. The most enjoyable aspect of my visit to bella Italia was the exit. Dietary restrictions: The food was pathetic. Kid-friendliness: I wouldnt take my pet dog to eat here

First time visiting this particular Bella Italia, terrible meal, pasta dish had variable heat throughout, ? reheated, salad leaves wilted and pizza dry. My experience of other branches of this chain have been excellent so this was surprising and disappointing for Bella Italia.

No authentic Italian recipes on the menu, poor quality ingredients and extremely arrogant service. The cacio e pepe came with chicken, peas and some sort of pancetta in it go figure!

Worst ITALIAN food I ve ever had. Same taste as IKEA meatballs but they charge you for £10. Food is not even hot. Carbonara has no flavour of cheese, it s very watery and most importantly I can swear this is microwaved. Bland flavour as well. Waitirs was super unresponsive, I was half hour to theatre and waited 25 mins to have my bill checked, and they will scam you registering the app only knowing the coupon inside can t be used because you ordered a set menu!! They wrote me a hand written bill which was very suspicious and they used every excuse to reject my payment method, whether it s gift card or AMEX. If I can give zero or negative points I would not hesitate a bit.

We had a fun dinner here! The menu had plenty of veggie-friendly options along with Italian classics, and prices were very reasonable. The mushroom risotto was really good. Our waiter Pablo was friendly and provided just the right amount of attention. Would recommend!

Pre-show dinner early Monday evening and restaurant not particularly busy. Service slow and had to ask twice for bill. Food order not taken correctly but think lack of staff meant those working were struggling. Food was good but given slow service didn t have time for desert and coffee!
