Food was fairly good, the service was efficient but robotic and not too friendly, music was much too loud, very high bass! Impossible to hear anybody. No drinks menu, too expensive for the value you get

Came here for a christmas work lunch and was greeted by Anteo and yeasin, and they welcomed us with opened arms and cracked up jokes in-between courses. Hopefully we can see them both cracking up jokes next time we visit.

A great place to go with friends and family IF you want to have drinks and nothing else. Its a lovely building. Staff are ok as well. But... Their food was utterly average to just below average. They burnt my salt and pepper squid starter. Over cooked my sirloin steak with soggy chips. No sauce was offered with the steak. It was served completely plain, which to some is fine but this was a £50 per head set menu (£10 supplement for the steak). Quite disappointing. Mini Christmas pudding the size of a golf ball was ok. They did not overcharge for the beers, which was a relief. I would only come back for tea/coffee or beers. I will not be buying any food from this establishment in future.

We had a booking for 20:00 and was told to wait at the bar for 10 mins as our table wasn t ready yet as the previous customer was having a coffee 50 mins later we are still waiting being told the table is being cleaned 3/4 times and it s only a couple minutes. Whilst waiting at the bar we had no choice but to order drinks to fill the time. As orderimg our white wine and pink gin and lemonade we then received a red wine and a normal gin and tonic. Now at 21:00 we are finally going to our table. Our ordering at the table and the service from the waiter/waitress we eventually ordered our dinner. The food came out and again it was wrong. The actual food was subpar to say the least. It was warm and just wasn t what u would expect from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Apon getting out bill they added service charge witch we refused only then once we payed out £120 bill for 2 mains and a couple drinks WITHOUT service charge we got an apology for our disaster of a night. Will not be coming back

Took ages to get served, got asked if we wanted any sauces which I said mayo. Didnt get mayo untill the last two bites of my meal after reminding the server. Asked the server if something was a cider which they said yes. Received my drink and it turned out it was a beer not a cider. Food was good quality, especially the flat iron sauce but received 5 chips with the meal. Prices were good for that quality of food but overall disappointed with the whole experiance.

I and my friends ordered 6 burgers, all of which were incredibly dry and tasteless. Really disappointing as they had evidently been left under a heat lamp for a while so that they would be ready to serve for a large group. I imagine that this was due to the football game and the high number of clients the restaurant had catered to earlier in the day. Regardless, one of the worst burgers Ive had in a long time and certainly not what youd expect from a restaurant with the Gordon Ramsay name.......

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bread Street Kitchen in Stratford, and Yasmin made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he provided attentive, warm, and incredibly friendly service that made us feel right at home. Yasmin went out of his way to explain the menu, recommend dishes based on our preferences, and even suggested ideal drink pairings to complement our choices. Despite the restaurant being busy, Yasmin never missed a beat, checking in on us at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. Great atmosphere, music and service! Really enjoyed the starters (Caesar salad and cod bites). But made a mistake ordering the flat iron steak, was so tough and chewy! I d come back to try something else as my mate s main was excellent so I made the wrong choice I think. For comparison, the flat iron steak at the restaurant Flat Iron is so much better and £9 cheaper.

Was underwhelmed with the whole experience if i m honestly, Food was ok, had a fish and chips and 2 steaks and the steaks weren t that warm, for how much it cost i personally don t think it s worth it, i also understand dimed lighting is needed for atmosphere but it was so dark it was quite awkward to read the menu.

Food was delicious. We were grateful to be seated without a reservation. Staff were attentive. Waitress serving us was either rude or entertaining. Cant decide but we warmed to them in the end. Very straight to the point, even brash. An enjoyable experience overall.

One or two mistakes were made with the orders but otherwise it was a very enjoyable evening with decent food and drinks all round and very reasonable prices. We had an incredible experience with Yeasin on a Sunday Our Sunday roast was so good and we had the beef Wellington too. Yeasin was so attentive and we had such a good time because of him!

We had dinner here yesterday evening and cannot fault a single thing. The burgers looked incredible and very generous portion sizes, my partner said that it was one of the best burgers hes ever had, juicy and the toppings and sauce were perfect. I had the caesar salad with chicken, which was again a large portion and was so delicious. We were far too eager to get pictures of our food Kids eat free all day, everyday (at time of writing this review) which you dont see in many places anymore, and my 5YO ate everything on her plate and even had room for dessert. We obviously couldnt leave before trying the famous sticky toffee pudding and that didnt disappoint. The sponge was light and fluffy, drenched in thick toffee sauce served with the nicest ice cream Ive ever had. The waiting staff couldnt have done more for us. All of the staff working were so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back on our next trip to London.

The food was bland and out of the three dishes that me and my partner tried we did not enjoy any of them. The dishes were so underwhelming we agreed that we have had better ready meals. The Burger was a dry, had no seasoning and was a tasteless thin patty dwarfed by overly large buns that were also dry :( This was not the bold, flavourful experience one might expect from a Ramsay kitchen. The butter chicken curry was the worst. The meat pieces were oddly textured, and the sauce if one could even call it that had a peculiar, unmistakable taste of butane gas. Both my partner and I noticed it, and it was difficult to ignore. The Caesar salad was horrible. What passed for dressing tasted more like plain mayonnaise hastily slathered on top of soggy lettuce. The anchovies, typically a salty highlight of a Caesar salad, were curiously bland devoid of the rich, briny flavour that elevates the dish. In short, every bite was an exercise in disappointment. The Service Fell Far Below Expectations. If the food was disappointing, the service wasnt any better. A waiter repeatedly walked past our table coughing openly, without so much as an effort to cover his mouth. This was shocking behaviour. Despite our hunger, we were unable to order additional dishes. To not enjoy a single plate on our table is, in our experience, an unprecedented failure. My partner and I left the restaurant not just unsatisfied but genuinely disappointed. As fans of Gordon Ramsay, it is disheartening to say we will not be returning. Dining at a Ramsay establishment should be a memorable experience, but sadly, it was not worth the money, not even half considering none of the food was enjoyed at all.

Had high hopes for this venue but chaotic service, tasteless calamari and cold mains, I was left disappointed. The keenness of the staff didn t make up for the overall slowness of the service and it was nearly two hours to order, eat and pay for two partial courses. A bit of work needed to bring it up to other Bread Street/Ramsey venues. Sadly.

I had an incredible dining experience at Bread Street Kitchen, and I have to give a special shout-out to Daniele for making our visit unforgettable. The highlight of our meal was the beef Wellington, which was cooked to absolute perfection. Daniele s service was impeccable, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was perfect, the soft lighting and scandi style exposed wood gave the place a really wholesome feel, especially with the seasonal added touch of the Christmas trees, very Swiss chalet from the outside I realise I haven t even mentioned the food yet, but was delicious! And so reasonably priced. Would also recommend the Cinnamon 75! Absolute winner and will certainly be back when I m next in East! Thank you to you all, great team!

Took my mum here for a Sunday lunch. Food was great, roasted cod and cod bites tasted v fresh, Sunday roast was good as well. Service was quick and impeccable from our server Anteo who added a touch of humour to the experience as well.

Booked for hen party for 19 people. Menu picked beforehand with placecards with choices on it making it really quick and simple for everyone to get their meal. Well organised by Mandy over email! Such good value and great quality food everyone was raving about the quality and portion sizes! The staff were so nice and helpful making it a really special occasion especially Yassin!

This place is excellent! I m not in the least bit interested in giving the benefit of the doubt to a restaurant because of the star power attached to the name. But I m telling you this is excellent! We went for the pre 6pm seasonal fixed menu with bread to begin; warm, crusty and with a good knob of salty butter all whilst the good and strong raspberry mojitos were served. To start proper excellent cod bites with a fierce tartare, crisp batter, succulent fish, great stuff. A top notch burger for main, good pate, brioche, cheese, excuse the pun but it was a smash hit. And then for dessert, a tall glass of sundae on a Monday, fruity, chocolatey, lime chantilly, huge cuts of brownie and sauce and a salted caramel ice cream. I mean come on. Gordon, you ve got a hit on your hands here. This whole 3 courses was £24.50. It is competing to be the best quality and best value dining experience in London. The venue used to be a fondue restaurant and the skiing wall paper in the bathrooms is a nice saved feature, the wood ambience of the dining hall is excellent and the staff were attentive, professional and polite. Also on the evening we dined Jane Torvill OBE was on an adjacent table with Christopher Dean OBE celebrating her birthday with friends. N-ice! Happy as Larry to have this in the neighbourhood.

Some of the worst service Ive ever had. The waitress was rude and condescending; very poor at her job. Had a great male waiter that brought us drinks; not sure why he wasnt our waiter for food service. Meal was just okay. S&P squid was small and average tasting. Roasted cod look fantastic when it arrived at table, but the sauce had an odd taste that didnt go with the dish. Verry disappointing meal made much worse by the horrible waitress.

I recently attended a private function at this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed! The ambience is absolutely stunning, especially the rooftop patio the perfect setting for a special event. The food was fantastic; the butter chicken was a standout, and the sticky toffee pudding was the perfect way to end the meal. Service was top-notch as well, with a special shoutout to Yeast and Ejas for their attentiveness and helpfulness throughout the evening. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Fantastic meal and even better service from Anteo! We ll definitely be back! Would highly recommend the tamarind chicken wings and scotch egg for starters, and the beef wellington for main!

Had a wonderful time thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel so welcome and were so friendly. Special mention to our waitress Jenna who recommended the best dishes and provided us with an enjoyable experience.
