Elondi Restaurant, Bar and Terrace in London

I booked the restaurant for my husbands. Birthday trip to London to include my sister in law, between us we have certain allergies and tastes, the menu of this Restsurant was ideal for the group I looked forward to treating them. The very restricted lunch menu was advertised for the bar, I did not expect this to be extended to the restaurant! We found it hard to make any selection, and were on the point of leaving, but the waiter was able to arrange agreement for the expected menu advertised. It was beautiful, every dish was a delight and lived up to expectations. Thank you so very much for bringing the near disaster to an amazing experience for us

Quality of the food was superb and cooked to perfection. We had the roast, we were disappointed that the Al Carte menu was not available on Saturday. However, the food was so good and and service was faultless that in the end it was irrelevant. The restaurant is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Very disappointing birthday meal at Elondi restaurant on a Monday evening. I struggle to believe its overall Google rating is genuine (see also the strange 5* Tripadvisor reviews). Despite only one other table being occupied, our waitress took 20 minutes to take our drink order, and a further 20 minutes to bring it (after I had complained). The food was below average quality and overpriced. The charcuterie board was no better than a pre-made supermarket version. The supposedly slow cooked rack of lamb was small and tough. For £26 without any side it was very poor. The other two dishes we had - salmon and prawns - were similarly expensive but tasted ok. Perhaps we were unlucky, but there are other reviews which suggest this isnt a one off. When we told them we werent paying the 13% service charge on the bill there was no attempt from the staff to ask why or apologise.

Photos of the restaurant looked promising online but the over all experience was a bit lack luster. We sat out on the terrace expecting it to have a beautiful exterior but the view wasnt very nice. Food was okay but portions quite small and felt it was far too expensive for what we actually got. We were also expecting to be able to taste our zodiac cocktails but they only had half the menu available. It didnt state online that they actually change their menu every 2-3 months so felt a bit mislead. We came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and left feeling very disappointed with the experience. Staff werent very hospitable either.

We attended the ABBA Voyage show nearby & wanted a good restaurant nearby to have a pre-show meal. We were not disappointed. The seafood meals was very good as was the wine list. Relaxed & comfortable dining experience

Enjoy the hospitality here. Especially the service of Head bartender Gibson. He recommended a Gin & Tonic made with Perfume Trees Craft Gin from Hong Kong. The gin is floral with a sandalwood aroma. Definitely will come again soon.

I primarily used it for breakfast. Not to exaggerate, but the meal may be the most delicious English breakfast Ive ever had! It is served in a buffet style, with cold items being served cold and warm items being served warm, and the ingredients are fresh... While it is common for many places to cut corners, the staff here meticulously replenish and always neatly arrange, making it truly enjoyable to dine. But what is most remarkable is the movement of the staff. They move gracefully, rhythmically, and sharply, as if watching a delightful musical, and they uplifted my spirits from the morning. They also clean up the tables swiftly and beautifully without making loud noises, and they quickly prepare seats even when its crowded. Thank you so much The management should cherish the staff here. Its not easy to find such wonderful staff even in Japan.

Visited Elondi Restaurant which is on the third floor of the Hyatt Stratford Hotel. It was a work get together as we all were staying at the hotel so it was decided to eat there. Service was slow Tried the steak and the charcuterie s board and they are on / nothing delicious/ average. Tried the tiramisu which was not even as good as the one you get in supermarket. Overall we spent 50-60 a head and in my opinion you can go out of the hotel and find so many different options to eat / and probably more tastier than Elondi ( within the same price range ) Verdict 3/5 Budget - meal for 2 is 100 easily with couple of glasses of wine

We spent a wonderful evening at the bar, indulging in the relaxed atmosphere it offers. The menu was a delight with a variety of excellently prepared dishes, Special thanks to Marek. He mixed up a fantastic Negroni. Gelene, our other server, matched Marek s service with her attentiveness and friendliness, making us feel right at home. Together, they made sure that our evening was nothing short of perfect.

Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed every bit of the 7 days we spent here. ELONDI (East London Dining) We had a great time, the manager of the restaurant very friendly! First time we had such good service and full treats. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Fact of the day we ve been imformed that the name of the restaurant stands for East London Dining (ELONDI). I d highly recommend this restaurant.

Hi, just wanted to say a thank you to your staff, who were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed whilst we had a sunch afternoon late lunch. The food was very good. There were only 2 other tables with anyone on them whilst we were there so atmosphere suffered, but we were happy to have the place practically to ourselves. Only small comment is with the Game Terrine starter. 1You actually served us a rectangle of brussels Pate. It certainly was not game, and it was definately not a terrine. You really should get that right. Lost a start due to that.

Modern and innovative bar, the cocktails is good and creative, especially the 12 ZODIAC SIGNS SIGNATURE COCKTAILS, the bartenders are nice here, Gibson s bartending skills is quite good and he s very friendly, love the atmosphere here :)

We are regulars at Hyatt House and love our epic brunches here. It feels like home from home and all the staff feel like friends now. Thank you Stoyan, Tatiana and Halina for another amazing stay. We love the new additions to an already brilliant spread - like the caramelised cinnamon poached pear and the mini fruit salads alongside the cooked breakfast.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how much I enjoyed my 4-month stay at Hyatt Houe. Big thanks to the whole team especially Alex, Inout, Halina, Stoyan, Rin, for taking such good care of me. The restaurant was always bright and cosy, with its variety of fruits, cheese, and pastries - a perfect way to start the day. The amazing new macha made by Claudio was a real treat! For lunch, the Caesar Salad and Scotch Egg were always my go-to-choice. My favorite spot of the day was the bar, where I could spend 8 hours work with the winter sunlight shining on my face. Ill definitely be back someday. Thanks again, and please keep up the great work!

I had a wonderful experience here thanks to a very hospital, polite, and warm member of staff who served us called Rin. She looked after us well. We had the fish and chips and some selection of teas. I highly recommend if people are looking for somewhere to dine in a fancy atmosphere in the area for a reasonable price.

I stay regularly at this hotel and know my way around the breakfast table well. The food is always good and the staff in the front of house and in the kitchen are excellent. They go out of their way to make you feel you ve welcome and they want you to have a good experience. They work hard and the regular staff always friendly, Ilona, Halina and tatiana are the backbone of the team, but there isn t one that doesn t deserve a mention! The coffee machine needs putting to rest now and replacing, like me it s tired and broken! These people, though are a dream at breakfast.

We booked for Valentine s night. The restaurant had no atmosphere and had made no effort with any candles or flowers. It took a while for anyone to come and take our drinks order, we then waited 30 minutes for our drinks. Our starter arrived before our first drink. Despite enquiring about the delayed drinks we still had to wait. The £30 steak was tough with minimal vegetables, chips were extra. The sea bass was cooked well but the side dish I ordered claimed to be Butter Leaf, Lemon Vinaigrette, Soft Herbs , it was in fact just a green salad with tomatoes and cucumber. This was sent back only to return with some sweetcorn on after I had finished my fish. All in all a disappointing evening, our special Valentines s evening spoilt. I certainly wouldn t recommend.

STORYAN was a perfect host ensuring we had everything we needed. Food was good. Service was excellent.

A hidden gem in Westfield in Stratford. Found on Google searching for a restaurant. I was in front of it but couldnt find it as Elondi isnt written anywhere outside the building. I asked a guard at the entrance of the building who kindly told me to take the lift to the third floor. I and my partner got an outside table. Great time. The sun warming us but from time to time a lovely breeze to make us breath fresh air. Just that was great. But we were there for lunch, so lets get to the restaurant review. A short menu which means quality ingredients. I had a gazpacho for which I almost had an orgasm! My partner a steak tartare that was really good too. Then a Sardinian dish, Fregola with seafood, again, I almost got a second orgasm. Well... a really long review. Ill stop here. You must try it. A+ service too. Staff is very friendly, attentive and professional without being intrusive. What a gem.

Special thanks to stoyan who treated us super nice and went the extra mile for serving us. The outside terrace is nice just the view could be better. On the ground you are seeing like a wood palett cover up. Cocktails are very nice and breakfast is nice too. Would only wish also a la carte dishes to order like other Hyatt regency hotels have too. Mixed between a la carte and buffet not only buffet. But all in all very nice

Extremely overpriced for totally underwhelming food especially the prawn and cod fish pie that was mainly mashed potato with 3 prawns and a little cod in a small bowl. Not worth £18! Zero ambiance - no (audible) mood music or lighting. Given that only three tables were being used the staff member also took quite a while to take orders. It was a disappointing experience.

We had an amazing time at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Stratford where Elondi is located, the bartender Georgie and bar Manager Ionut were fabulous, all the service staff was very good but we dealt mostly with Georgie and Ionut, definitely be back when were in Stratford, came from the US, the hotel and the restaurant gave us a great experience.

The bar here is a favourite of ours and we do come here on a regular basis. Drinks and service always top notch and can highly recommend the Expresso Martini. Very well made for an Expresso Martini connoisseur. Very cool place to hang out in Westfield. Thanks guys for a fun time.

We were the only diners in this great-looking restaurant early on a Sunday evening. Greeted by a very professional Maitre d, we were then served in the most odd way by a waitress that seemed like she had never even eaten out in her life, let alone worked in hospitality. It was one of the weirdest experiences. When taking the order, she asked if we wanted the food all at once, or did we want the starter first. I ordered a bottle of wine - she brought one glass of wine, then said she would bring the rest of the bottle. Another member of staff then arrived with a fresh bottle. I ordered a side dish, which was coming soon when I asked about its whereabouts. When I asked the Maitre d, he disappeared and it sounded like someone was being murdered in the kitchen! The food was excellent, and hard to fault, so its such a shame that their waiting staff training regime does not match the rest of the establishment. As a footnote, I was presented with a bill with all the wine on it, plus a sauce that we didnt order. This was sorted; they must have known that I wasnt happy, as not only did they not add the service charge, they deducted a 15% discount. It just shows that eating out is a package, all elements have to be right to make it an enjoyable experience.

It was an exceptional experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the food it was undeniably delicious and incredibly diverse. What truly set this dining experience apart, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was not only attentive but also genuinely friendly. In particular, Ionut and Andreea deserve special recognition for going above and beyond in terms of customer care. They were incredibly helpful in assisting us in choosing the best dishes for our small kids, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions. Its not every day that you find servers who are so considerate and understanding.

Good ambience restaurant. We ordered tacos (spicy tuna and chicken tandoori) both were tasted good but the spicy tuna was little bit salty for me. We also ordered frozen mojito and smoky stratford and both were amazing. The service was great especially Gelene and the crews were very friendly and attentive. Food : 4/5

Stayed at Hyatt House for 2 nights and had the pleasure to enjoy my breakfast at this wonderful restaurant. The food was very good. But the part that really stood out was the service. Especially Ms. Gelene whom I have had the pleasure of receiving an impeccable service from. Well done Gelene, well done Elondi.

wonderful experience

After a dodgy start over our reservation we had a really great lunch experience. We were well looked after by Ionut despite a large Christmas party going on at the same time. Food was good and reasonably priced although the menu is quite limited. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Tin is lovely and very helpful

We enjoyed all the meals while we stayed at Hyatt hotel there. The food was more than you would get from usual hotel restaurants and the service was great. Especially, Halina was very kind and helpful. My kids were very well treated and satisfied here too.
