This place is incredibly busy, to the point where its almost impossible to even fit at the table comfortably. Its clear they are only focused on making profits, with no attention to the customers experience. The outdated furniture, crowded space, and lack of proper maintenance make it feel like they don t care about providing a good environment. For a place in Westfield, this is unacceptable. I won t be coming back until they seriously improve things.

Service forgot to bring me a side and I had to remind them twice. So that other finally received my side when my entire meal was finished. Very bad experience. We came for this very Nandos cause its halal to be surprised that i cant get my babys buggy in. LESS THAN 50% CAPACITY, There were no space to leave in at the entrance since 2 other buggies were there. We were instructed to wait in the cold outside until a space is free at the entrance. Rafael is always very friendly, he served us twice now and hes always in a happy mood. He offered to bring us all the sauces, cutlery etc. and nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the good work Rafael!

We were initially sat directly under the north pole of air cons so needed to be moved. After that it was fine. Food was as expected. Can be a bit hit and miss with how fresh the corn is but this was great. They do a good Mac n cheese.

Zee. Amazing employee and the company is very lucky to have him! I went in for a quick dinner as I was in a rush to go to work. SUPER busy, with a queue outside. As I was alone, he was able to accommodate a table for me instantly. I expressed my urgency of leaving within 30 minutes as the expected wait time for my food to come out was 30/40 minutes. I kid you not, ordered and within 5 minutes my order was out as he told me would make a request for me. He made experience seamless in any restaurant. Wish you the best Zee!

The customer service was terrible. Had me waiting for 30 minutes for my takeaway order when they said it d take 10 mins. When I asked for an update on my order, Raina (I think her name was) was rude and condescending. Avoid at all costs.

Went on a Sunday late afternoon. We didnt book, thought we might have trouble getting a table as it looked busy, but we got one straight away. Staff friendly and helpful.

I went there with some of my friends yesterday for lunch. We went there around 2:30 pm nobody welcomed us and after some time we went to a table and a lady came to us and said why we came to the table by nobody s supervision with bad attitude and rudeness and said us to go back to the door again. After we ordered food she served the food without any professional way, she just slammed foods on the table and hit one plate to others plate. The lady was very unprofessional and rude towards us. She wore a red T-shirt but I didn t catch her name. The experience was really bad for us. The food and environment was good but behaviour of that employee was unexpected.

I am delivery driver , the treatment of us couriers is shocking , there is a bell that is there but after 10 mins there is no response even though order was ready inside hot cupboard. Poor staff , no order within this Nandos, rude , aggressive and no quality at all or respect to delivery riders.

This used to be a good nandos. However, the manager needs to work on her customer service skills, making the experience awful. Also, why is the top seating area always closed until its convenient for them this place needs a revamp from the manager to the restaurant. Parking: Morrisons was the closest

Always a good place to get relatively quick food. Unfortunately the increase in price for the basics on the menu did feel slightly difficult to justify as there werent really any improvements to it.

Today me and my wife went in there for lunch. We go to this brunch most often but I would say this time the food was awful. We ordered boneless platter with lemon and herb seasonings. My wife can t eat spicy food so I made sure there were no spices on the chicken but when it came it was spicy. My wife didn t eat at all and I ate some very hardly. No taste on chicken, portioning was poor. It s not our first time there, we will be coming back again and hope will get some food that we can eat and enjoy. Thanks.

I ve got to be honest. One of my best experiences in Nando s. Me and my partner were hosted by Zee. He made sure we got a table we wanted. Ordered online and the food arrived pretty quick even though it was busy. We were asked if everything was okay and it didn t feel like we were being pestered for the chicken stick to be handed back! Honestly, I hadn t been to this branch in a long while but I will now remember to visit more often. Big shoutout to Zee! He made things that bit smoother.

Disappointing Experience at Nando s, 1A Romford Road London My recent visit to Nando s left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I placed my order, it was a series of mishaps and lack of communication that marred what should have been a pleasant dining experience. To begin with, the lady who took my order mistakenly recorded the wrong table number. This error became apparent later, after a prolonged wait for my food. Despite my inquiries to the staff, there was a complete lack of updates or acknowledgment of the mistake. Even after bringing the issue to their attention multiple times, including showing a banking transaction as proof of purchase, the staff seemed disorganized and unable to locate my order. It was only after persistent insistence that they finally managed to find it in the till. What struck me the most was the absence of any apology throughout the ordeal. Not a single word of regret was uttered for the inconvenience caused. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Nando s based on this experience. The combination of errors, lack of communication, and the absence of basic customer service leaves much to be desired. Its a place I have no intention of returning to.

Ordered a full peri peri chicken with fries, restaurant was very clean & hygienic and tidy, staff lady on the till said we couldn t pay by card when I enquired, but told me she needs to speak to her manager, the manger said the same at first, that the PDQ machine was down but this could be down to WiFi issues, the card payment did go through after trying few times, the cashier lady taking payment was friendly good communications skills & helped me find my Nando s table point via my phone, then showing us me what table we were sitting on, so I pointed out the table then sat down, food was promptly sent, to our table one mild, and one hot, there was sauce on our table and on the counters loving Nando s sauces, food was hot & fresh, chicken was grilled with love & chips was nicely seasoned especially the peri peri chips, the restaurant was nicely decorated, and spacious which was perfect, toilet clean and hygienic & the restaurant had a very nice Dyson air blade dryer, dried my hand well, overall a good experience, there is also outside seating areas, for dinners very pleasant, pleased there was, vegan and Halal options available, would recommend eating in this Nando s.

I visited this place with my friend for dinner on a weekday. The food was terrible, I ordered their og burger with chicken however the bun was rock hard and had to get it replaced. Even then it was just a bit warmer but still too dry. Also the new signature menu item was apparently unavailable as they had no garlic bread which was a bummer. The seating offered to us in the beginning was next to toilets or some entry way which was very cramped and the staff kept bumping in my seat as I was sitting at the table. I believe the table number was 1. Although after complaining the server changed our seat as the restaurant was pretty empty , But then why sit us at such stupid table in the first place.

If I could give this nandos 0 stars I would, Stratford nandos is the worste nandos Ive ever been to, terrible service and the servers there have very bad attitude problems, I live in Stratford and Id rather drive all the way to Walthamstow nandos instead of this one, the food took ages to come down aswel and when it came down it was cold and soggy, obviosly because it had been sitting there for ages, I will never ever come back to this nandos ever again, the staff need to really sort them selves out, if you dont want to take peoples orders and do your job then find another job or go and sign on the dole, never again!

I decided to give Nandos another try after a disappointing experience at their Wembley branch in the past. This time, I visited the Nandos in Stratford, and I must say it was a remarkable experience. Firstly, the staff at Nandos Stratford were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. They greeted us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Their friendly attitude definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. Secondly, the food at this Nandos branch was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. The dishes were prepared perfectly and were truly delicious. Each item was up to the mark in terms of flavor, quality, and presentation. It was evident that the kitchen staff took pride in their work. Overall, my visit to Nandos Stratford was nothing short of amazing. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable dining experience. Very bad service waited over 35 minutes for food to arrive and in last have to go to counter by myself to take my food

I went there with family recently but I used to go occasionally many years ago. The way they make people wait outside these days makes for some bad optics and I am sure it makes patrons feel like they are not valued. The restaurant is always busy, and it is often hard to get a table. I am not sure why people spend ages waiting outside instead of going to another restaurant. It is not like the food is so unique that they MUST eat here. The Nando s had a refurbishment a month or so ago, and the old entrance is now a place where delivery drivers congregate, which looks pretty bad, as there is always a crowd of them out there, looking confused and bewildered, often shouting through the windows asking for orders. It is weird. The food at Nando s is not bad, and once you get a table, the experience is OK, but everything before that is quite aggravating. All the crowds outside put me off from ever baiting this place. Thankfully I did not have to wait outside as I came late and the people I was dining with (who were paying for the meal) had already arrived so I just joined them. However, looking at the people waiting for ages outside did not impress me, and I think they should have a system where if you don t have a reservation you shouldn t be allowed to queue outside. It just looks like people are desperately waiting for food rations or something. Sort it out Nando s.

When to try the new Saka sauce. We had Zee take us to our table and said if we needed anything to speak with him. Zee has great customer service and is very attentive. I will definitely be coming back to dine again.

August 20 2022: The Food First: Only 7/10. I took my 10 year old daughter there and she ordered spicy hot chicken breast, spicy rice, corn on the cob and vanilla gelado to finish. It was a childrens size portion and she loved it. I had what I expected to be a reasonably sized chicken butterfly breast but was surprised when it was brought and the size of a small pigeon breast. Nandos are known for this stinginess in other reviews so give customers who part with £20 a reasonable portion-it only costs Nandos £1 at most for a good sized chicken breast. The salad and chips were of a reasonable size and quality with a bottomless soft drinks glass for me whilst my daughter only likes iced water. The Staff Now: 10/10. I placed my order with Shiann who was exceptionally welcoming, very warm and my daughter commented she was very nice and I agree with her. Very impressed indeed. Thank you Shiann for your really excellent service and warm attitude. Our table was tended by Sylvain and he too was exceptionally warm, friendly and very helpful indeed. He was a pleasure to have as our attendant and thank you again to himself. He very quickly brought my daughters waiting Vanilla Gelato and a doggy bag for her with a smile. It was clear he was very willing to do all he could to make our experience pleasant (even though Nandos was by this time closing.) Very pleasant staff and the doorman was very polite too. Best wishes to Shiann and Sylvain and if Nandos recognise staff for their quality of service and proficiency I hope both Shiann and Sylvain get that recognition and are put to the front of the line when promotions become available. We are both planning to go there again soon so do say hello if you remember us. UPDATE: Went in June 17 2023 for the same but owing to the cashier printing table 36, not 26, we were waiting for our food for 35 minutes. Spoke to manager, Eddie, and he ensured we not only got our freshly cooked food to the correct table but refunded half the cost and gave us ice cream too. He asked what drinks we would like and I asked for and got two beers too. Absolutely wonderful response and, yet again, the service was excellent. Thank you Eddie! UPDATE: Went in on 20 January 2024 and price rise from £20 to £29.90 in 18 months. They also have cut down on the food given aswell as the salad no longer being a salad. There is ONLY rocket salad leaves with ground nuts; no tomatoes or cucumber. This penny pinching (to save them literally pennies) has ensured Nandos is no longer on my list for eating out.
