Very bad service tried taking away my food because it was outside food and when my daughters friends mum pushed her away for it the employee went crying and we got kicked out also when her friends mum was asking why the manger wouldn t tell us and keep saying your not eating here today very bad service and very racist and also when we asked them to take a look at the cameras they said they couldn t because they know we were right. You call this customer service????!

Our server was Andres, he was brilliant, friendly and kind to us. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. Never had this experience in Nando s before, he was so fantastic!!

On 2 occasions I have ordered from nandos, 1 at the till and another time online. The waiting area for deliveries is so clear but they don t come, after waiting 25+ minutes I keep having to take the initiative to go ask and then they pull out my order. This is horrible and it has happened twice.

So me and the missus went Nando s Stratford and safe to say we were satisfied. Our server, Taher, was on the ball like Salah. We gave him a lot of information and he was able to tell the kitchen exactly what we needed and the food came out exquisite. The till staff though, need to wake up fr (it was packed tbf)

Absolutely awful service. Couldn t wait to close although we were allowed in by the host and had a good 20 mins spare before closing. Very rushed, awful till service and all round not worth the £50 we paid for 2 people to be rushed out of the restaurant. Absolutely gone down hill over the years I ve been visiting and will NOT be visiting again. For sure.

I have been to many Nando s restaurants but tonight has been exceptionally amazing experience thanks to Rafael for absolutely going out of his way to make sure we had everything, thank you Rafael this has been my first Nando s experience were the staff has actually interacted with us and made sure we have everything, thank you.

We had an amazing time in Nando s. One of workers his name is Rafael was so kind and caring, great personality gave us full service making sure we had everything and enjoyed our meal. Food was lovely and order was just on time. Thank you so much for the great service from Nando s team specially Rafael! :)

The quality of the food was great. It was very busy though and we had to wait a bit to get a table. The table we got was filthy and I suppose understandable due to it being so busy. You need to order your food at the till and then the food is delivered to your table. This was not clearly communicated on entry.

When we arrived at Nando s the restaurant was very busy but all of the staff were very attentive and organised all of us that were waiting in a queue well. Our waiter Rafael was so accommodating and even bought over our sauces/condiments for us (see picture). Gracias Rafael! You made our dining experience very enjoyable!

We came across this place by accident, it was our first visit to this chain. We were really fascinated, the chicken is delicious, as well as the side dishes, which are offered in different options. The staff was very friendly and always kept an eye on our table. The prices are very good and the ordering system is quite efficient. I highly recommend it.

First time ever trying nandos so I wanted to see what the hype was all about and it sadly disappointed. Ordered a medium boneless chicken platter and it had no flavour, not sure if I was given the wrong order. The chips and the seasoning were lovely though. Shout out to the (I think he s Greek.) man who works there as a server, he was super welcoming & friendly, checked my allergies and just made the atmosphere in there great with his cheerful attitude and lovely singing. I would go back here just for him

Just wanted to highlight Babloo s AMAZING service. He just checked in on how our meal was going and we ended up having a really nice conversation - he not only taught us a lot about London but also introduced us to some must try menu items for our next visit. As for the food it was phenomenal - the chicken thigh with the Fanta sauce was among the best I ve ever had; crunchy slightly sweet skin with juicy melt in your mouth meat. Also Angel at the register was very kind and helpful !! Also this Nandos was far superior to the one we tried in Vancouver Canada.

We went to Nandos Halal in Startford to celebrate our daughter s GCSE results.While we were waiting in the queue outside the resturant ,Nandos staff was so rude,couple of guys tried to jump the queue,the red shirt guy from Nandos staff opened the door and told us to wait outside not near the door and told the guy to wait outside. He said to us in such a rude manner like we were there for free food or begging, there was another family who waited in the same place but never been told off. Inside the restaurant the red shirt guy was very rude to other customers as well.While we wait for our order so many items were missing,have to chase them up and staff like don t care. Everyone looks too exhausted and done with customer service. First time experience really bad won t go again,food was cold,drinks were warm,really dirty place,drinks were spilled on the floor,Won t go there again.

The food here is amazing we need this in Florida the only downfall is it was very smoky I had to leave halfway into my meal, I couldnt breathe I went again at the Gatwick Airport location on my way back to Florida. I had a better experience enjoyed my whole meal. The Food was definitely a 10 at both locations please bring Nandos to Orlando.

The chicken was a little raw, I asked a waiter to be able to do it more, who called the Manager and this girl replied that she had been working for the company for 15 years as a Manager and that the only thing she could do is change the chicken portion that We think it is undercooked! Incredible to know that I pay to eat and they charge me for telling me how to eat a chicken! I dont like chicken with the pink middle!!! Incredible

I went Stratford city Westfield mall to watch a movie, before that me and my fried bought chicken wrap from Nandos. I chose medium spicy but there was no spice at all and Tortila was not cooked properly. The overall ambience is good. Shop was super busy at that time.

Food was good by chain restaurant standards. A bit noisy but that is to be expected in a mall setting. Fast and efficient but service was not particularly friendly.

So busy they forgot 2 parts of our order

Really good Nandos considering how busy it was even on the middle of the afternoon! I thought we would be waiting for ages for food but it was served quickly and was good quality. Very BAD food, worst service: Im a Celiac and I got there, without a single Portuguese person in a Portuguese restaurant, I ordered chicken, rice and a portion of fries, it said WITHOUT SPICY and WITHOUT SAUCES, I know that all food is spicy but you said: No problem! No spicy and sauce. The dish arrived and it was full of spicy sauce, on the rice and meat, after complaining they removed the spicy sauce from the meat/chicken, and when it came back IT STILL HAD IT. I caused a scandal because I think it is unacceptable to give me and my family wrong information, and after everything they said that the meat contains chicken even if you dont want it, no one told us that, regarding the rice, they didnt say anything. He didnt advise anyone to go, much less to a Celiac, a TERROR restaurant.

The queue I saw when going up the stairs scared me quite a bit but the staff were super efficient in ensuring that everyone got a table in about 7 minutes which was not bad at all. Despite how busy it was, we got our food served in about 10 minutes which was fab. Mark was super helpful on this one visit, so a big thanks to him! Food was delectable as it always is, very filling and unbeatable flavours. Kid-friendliness: Staff are super friendly to children, they have high chairs for those that need them.

Before Nandos accepted Blue Light Card to get discount by NHS. I went there today with my family and they are not accepting Blue Light Card anymore, just the ID with photo. They told me they dont do the rules, but Im not happy about this change of rules. So, NHS workers, if you want your discount, come over with your NHS card with photo. Blue Light Card is not working for them anymore.

The food was awful, and i wasnt impressed at all. I would not go back there. The first time I went there a few years back, it was nice. I think the food is not as great as a few years ago. The one in Walthamstow wasnt nice either .

I love the service at Nando s. The staff were friendly, and a lovely lady escorted us to our table, which was a nice touch. The food was up to the usual Nando s standard no complaints there. However, I did notice that the cola tasted more like water than anything else, which was disappointing. Also, during my 20-minute visit, 4-5 different staff members asked how everything was, which, while friendly, became a bit intrusive when all I wanted was to enjoy my meal in peace. Overall, a decent experience, but a bit more attentiveness to these details would make it better.

Absolutely trash. We got cheated with loaded chips a month ago. They just added little bit of cheese in the middle and rest of the plate was filled with dry chips. Shame on them. They wouldn t even refund for the dirty food after giving them an online feedback on their website. Wish I had a picture to show you all of the chips. Very stingy they are with cheese

The moment we were seated, this very nice worker immediately came to our table and told us to contact him if anything. He sang, and always said Hello my friends! whenever he came over to our table, something all of us found very entertaining. He even went and refilled our glasses, which was really nice of him, especially since me, my partner and their mom had spent the whole day traveling. Wish I could say goodbye to this amazing man Never gonna forget you Mr. R, you made my day.

We ordered the Boneless Chicken Sharing Platter and found the chicken extremely dry. The chicken portions were also very small, especially the chicken thighs. On the bright side, service was fast and the staff friendly. Everything was also clean.

Me and my wife went out to Westfield to eat and we chose Nando s we ordered houmous chips and coleslaw as we eat halal But to our horrific experience fell ill vomiting we realised that it was bread came with homous which was not cooked properly and must be contaminated We will not visit Nando s again

I recently visited Nandos at Westfield Stratford City and had a mixed experience. The staff at the till gave me a cold welcome. They didnt utter a word other than to take my menu item probably overworked. The food was standard Nandos and arrived quickly, which was nice. The ambience was pleasant, with some seating on the outer mall. Overall, an okay visit but could be improved with better service.

Rafael was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the absolute best service! You guys need to make sure he gets a raise or atleast employee of the month. Will definitely come back again!

Nandos is my favourite restaurant for my family, friends, or working meetings. Its prices are according to the services and the quality that they are offering. The environment is always the same, tidy nice and focused to help guests and give to the guests more than their expectations. Stratford is one of the biggest restaurants, but they are great, even though they are always busy, but they give very fast service and delicious food. The team works together, and the main thing is to make customers happy. I just want to say thank you so much to Andres, Rafael, and Alex. They are icons in Nandos, I havent seen them for many years, and I found them the same as my first day. All of them are lovelies persons. CONGRATULATIONS TO NANDOS STRATFORD FOR THEIR AMAZING TEAM.

5 stars for Filipe! Amazing customer service he really went above and beyond for us, when a lot of the other staff members wasn t willing to help in my situation he literally saved the day! The food was very mediocre fries came warmish like they ve been sat around for a while having hot fresh fries isn t much to ask for. Service wasn t the best by other staff members forget to give me my Bottomless glass forgot the additional sauces we paid for etc etc very very mediocre Chicken was okay a lot of us left alot of the chicken because some was over grilled and dry but we really didn t want to complain as we was in a group setting and it just wasn t the time n place

Refael was our server , he went over and beyond for us it really uplifted our mood and changed the atsomphere for the evening. I am a regular nandos customer, first time at this branch, and i have never experienced a server who is so positive and outgoing as Refael it genuinely made us feel welcomed and want to return back! Excellent service today. It was a hard day for the team. The systems didnt work due to technical issues and we waited so long for the food. We didn t get the manager name but he was so lovely, came to our table and explained the whole situation and gave us some freebies. He definetely managed the room excellently.

Nando s has really gone down hill. Food was average. Service and atmosphere were below average - staff sat us as at a table with dirty chairs and floor was littered with food from previous customers - nobody cleaning them. Wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

Was paying by cash, went up and ordered, i scanned my reward card, I wanted to use my red reward to pay for one of the meals, he said cash or card, I said cash, before I had even handed money over my receipt came out, I mentioned I wanted to use my reward, he proceeds to say its already gone through you will have to use it next time, so I paid, to then realise Ive been short changed 5p. Then, when we got our meals, mine had rice instead of chips (I had ordered chips) The whole process was just a joke. The staff just didnt care. We will not be going back.

A large and very popular Nandos in Westfield Stratford. Even on a weekday seemed always a queue, but moving reasonably. Our experience was alright, seated fairly quickly, choice given subject to availability, and food came reasonably quickly. Our only complaint was that the MacCheese was a bit dry. For me, its a bit noisy. The staff were very friendly.

I want a give a massive shout out to Rafeal who was an absolute legend!! I m pregnant and he really looked after me and my friend (and the unborn baby )

We were seated quite quickly and the line went really fast. However, where we were seated wasn t relaxing. Every time someone walked past to get cutlery, sauces or a drink our chairs kept being knocked. At first it was ok but then it was quite frustrating. When I told the waiter, he said you re going to get the same experience everywhere because you re table of 3 . The food came out very quick! I thought it was excellent service but it wasn t served hot like I m used to and now I m suffering an upset tummy.

I am disappointed with this food. the portion is small, and paying £10 for a sandwich with a piece of chicken, a tomato and a leaf of lettuce is too much. the bread was hard and not tasty... moreover, when I looked at the photo there were chips and salad but I got my food without it... this is the bottom this is some kind of joke. here only the name comes from caesar salad. when you want to order a salad, you only get lettuce leaves, croutons and sauce! Do you even know what a caesar salad should look like??? when you want to add chicken or something else, you pay twice the price, or maybe even more... complete disappointment...

Me and my wife love coming here whenever we are in stratford and recently discovering it s halal! Our food today was delicious and I especially want to thank Rafael for his brilliant customer service. Be aware! Food poisoning! Came here today for dinner, everything seemed fine. However, less than 3hrs after my meal I started developing stomach pain, its now 3am and I ve been suffering for the past few hours with intense stomach pain on the toilet, vomiting + diarrhoea. Reading other negative reviews seems like 2 people had exact same experience 3 weeks ago. This restaurant needs to be checked that it s passing all food safety regulations! Something is not right. AVOID!

Went for a day out with my aunt in westfield and had something to eat in nandos, customer service by Raphael was amazing and had some good laughs! food was great too, but big thanks to him for a lovely time!

Hello this chinese guy and indian guy i was with both ordered a quarter chicken but the chinese guy who got mild got this really tiny chicken and the indian guy got the huge tetesterone pumping chicken and he chose extra hot. I am concerned there is a prejudice that the nandos employyes gave the chinese guy a small chicken because he is a and cant handle spice. But the food was good.
