Excellent food and charming staff/chef

This place is pretty bad in my opinion. Its expensive for ok quality food. If youre able to get out of Stratford you will find better things. If youre stuck here its ok, but Id get pizza from yard sale or make pasta at home. Not to disparage the service, theyre nice.

SUCH a HORRIBLE costumer serivuce, I call at 8:40 pm to order a pizza for take away and she tells me no pizza, no food for takeaway and when I ask when they close there s no answer. They clearly close at 11 as stated online and their Deliveroo service is still working. What a way to treat your locals who support you. Me and the family won t be going there anymore.

Was a lovely day and whilst in Stratford we chose to sit and dine at Santi. Nice restaurant, wasnt over impressed with my order, lasagne - far too dry, could have done with more sauce. Overall though, good experience a little steep considering I wasnt 100% with my meal

Food was great, atmosphere was nice. We went for the seafood pasta wrapped in foil, pizza and another pasta. The service is good but could still be improved. One of our orders was missed out and resulted in 1 person having to wait much longer for his food. And we were asked to pay twice And when we sat outside, the man in the table next to us sat really far out and didn t leave much room for us to sit, he didn t want to move either. We had to move our table and chairs to get a bit more space. Overall the staff could be more proactive and attentive

Absolutely amazing experience at this restaurant! We had a small dinner with 3 people for my friends birthday and we had an amazing experience. Our waiters Vladimir and Alessandro were very nice and responsive and so was all the other staff members on the floor. The manager Francesco was a star and made us feel so welcome. We got 2 starters a we all had pizzas, the food was very good. The celebrant got a free dessert with a candle as a surprise which was such a sweet gesture. Overall a very good experience and I really look forward to going back to see the team again and enjoy other dishes!!!

We came with my daughter on Friday because the restaurant looked very well presented and it was certainly very nice inside too my daughter has noticed. The menu is good. I was impressed by seeing a pet inside, which was very sweet. I shall definitely recommend this place to my friends in Hampstead, as they always look for pet friendly restaurants in London and Santi is only 5 minutes walk from Westfield and Stratford International station. I am please my daughter was left happy with the menu. We shall be definitely coming again with my family and friends! Grazi!

We ate at Santi to celebrate our first anniversary and could not speak highly enough of the experience. All the staff, especially Daniella, were extremely attentive and friendly. They even got the chef to bake my wifes pizza in a heart shape when they heard it was our anniversary. We will definitely be returning as soon as possible!

We had a big family lunch at Santi yesterday and it was wonderful. Service was great and food was delicious, we had one small issue and management dealt with it straight away. We will be back. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu, plus there is a play ground just outside so kids ran around between meals.

I wish I had photos to show you the lovely food we had this evening - alas, we all ate too quickly and didnt think about it until the food was gone. We were a big party (15 of us) and we were all catered for beautifully. The manager was in touch with me in advance to make sure we all had the dishes we wanted. The food is absolutely delicious, flavourful, well presented and the portions are generous. They dont cut corners, to make sure they are serving you high quality dishes that arent overly pretentious but are made with love and care to be eaten and enjoyed! The staff worked so hard to make us feel welcome, which as the meal organiser, Im very grateful for. They even made paying the bill infividually really easy, which is great for such a large group! Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options for veggies in all catagories Dietary restrictions: We had a gluten free diner and she was happy with her food Parking: There is an app-paid car park at Chobham Academy near by and a few street parking spaces (but not many). Pizzeria Santi is one of the best pizza restaurant in London. I ve been here many times and was happy with the service. Things have become even better with the new general manager I met tonight. A pretty relaxed vibe in a nice restaurant. Fairly quiet for a Thursday night. We came just to try the pizza after walking past a few days earlier, when an older man stopped us to comment that it was the only truly Italian pizza in the area. It was delicious and the pizza came out within minutes of ordering. Staff were very friendly, just a bit slow to get the bill at the end. The reservation process online was a bit odd and didn t accept my reservation for hours. There s probably no need to make one for the weekdays - at least in the winter.

Food was amazing, staff were very friendly and accommodating and knew their stuff about the food and wines. Will definitely be back when we return to Stratford! Both times my partner has had the Vesuvius pizza (with egg) and I have had two different fish based pasta dishes and the flavours and food quantity are perfect. Would also highly recommend the desserts, all of them..! The wines are perfect for the food, great quality at a reasonable price. The staff are attentive but not overly so, so you can eat your meal with being bothered but when you call them theyre there to help! Shout out to Daniella for being so friendly, informative and genuine this weekend when we visited. Thank you Santi :) a hidden gem and our regular favourite when we visit Stratford. Food was excellent, as was the service. Friendly and attentive, topping up your wine glass etc. I had calamari and Lasagne , my partner had the prawns and aribiata. This is a kids friendly place if you have them,quite a few families were dinning. Kid-friendliness: I dont have kids myself. There were definitely families there.

This is one of the most easy-going, welcoming and cozy pizzerias in London. Situated at the heart of an incredibly modern area, it has been consistent in serving fresh and delectable pizzas. Of course, the staff are really courteous and attentive. Overall, the restaurant is not to be skipped.

Really like it here, have been a few times now. They have nice outdoor space for the summer, and its relaxed and informal inside. Their pizza is really good. I also recently visited and I made a mistake when ordering, but they changed the dish with no problem and very quickly brought a replacement. They were also very kind to not charge for the extra dish even though it was my mistake. Definitely recommended

Friendly service.

The interior design of this restaurant is nice, however after eating their pizza (margherita) I had stomach issues for all night long which means that the ingredients used to make the pizza were not fresh. I dont have and never had any intollerances or allergies to cheese, tomatoe, or dough and eating pizza since I was born and never had issues with my stomach in the past after eating pizza. Restaurant NOT RECOMMENDED!

Let me start by saying I was slightly disappointed they didnt have gluten-free pizza dough when my friend and I went (around 7pmish on a Tuesday) but this was ultimately a good thing. Instead I had Spaghetti Carbonara which was possibly the best pasta dish Ive ever had in 28 years of living. If I could give more stars, I definitely would, and Ill certainly be eating there again. Dietary restrictions: When I went they had gluten free pasta but not pizza dough. If your heart is set on a certain dish, Id call ahead to check.

Shown to table, sat 20mins, no water offer, no order taken, walked out, no questions, no have a good evening. It wasn t that busy.

We were shown to our table and it took around 10 minutes to be given a menu. We waited for staff to approach us to offer us water or drinks, but after 35 minutes of no service, we left. When we walked out, the staff didn t even notice. Will not be returning.

Really love the food at Santi. It never disappoints. However, its a real shame that the prices seem to go up every time we go, and big disappointment to have seen many pizzas removed from the menu... the Regina and the O sole mio, amongst others, are gone! Bring them back :o

Embarrassing service Was two of us as starter we went for parmigiana that to be fair looked good but took ages to be served and arrived dead cold! After complaining about it I thought I would receive a fresh one but what they did instead was smash it all up reheat it and serving back to us thinking was funny. We refused the dish and asked to proceed with pizzas, one Margherita and one 4 cheese, those were the wrost pizza I had in an Italian restaurant in London. Margherita tomato sauce was tasteless like salt was missing, the cheesy on e had massive base of ricotta and that was the only flavour could be tasted. At the end we got off the bill parmigiana and the service as it was terrible. I am Italian and really disappointed

As a kid i loved pizzaa d dreamed to work for pizza place after all that i came to Santi and enjoyed once again. got myself calzone and sauteed potatoes! as the one who used to work for stuff like that im pleased how the dough tasted and how it was cooked, not to mention staff that was friendly and chill! Best pizza in London! Authentic Italian Must try!

Pizzas were great, one of the best ones we had in london. The toppings amount/quantity on the pizza is also very good. We left the place really satisfied. I would recommend this place! Unfortunately pizza prices have skyrocketed everywhere in london, and you can see it here too. Some pizzas have very aggressive prices, but I guess still in line with other places. Perhaps you would expect prices to be 1 or 2 pounds cheaper than some pizzerias located more towards the city centre.

Awful & shambolic! We booked a family dinner weeks ago for Saturday night and they had booked the remainder of the restaurant out for a large bus party. Completely rushed mains served within 5 mins arrived before starters, mains sent back as were cold only to be heated up in microwave! We won t be going back!

Very excellent service from the lovely Alex. Always welcoming with his wonderful smile. The food was tasty. defo coming again.

Every single time I come to Santi and Alex serves us he does so with a smile and is so pleasant! Santi does incredible food and the atmosphere is great too. Agathe served us during our most recent visit and was lovely! If you re a prawn lover try the Linguine Gamberoni it is amazing!

Perfect end to our last day of vacation in London. We were served by Alex. We didnt expect such service - very accommodating! The main course was served at the appropriate time after we had finished the starter. In addition, every little thing was asked for and, for example, we were served extra parmesan with our pasta. Pizza is also highly recommended! For London standards you get much more than expected for the price! Gladly again on your next vacation! :)

Its been few years that i go Santi for either dinner or lunch since the East Village is open. It is always nice to see that the staff is welcoming and smiley, specially Alex, who works there at least few years now.. Highlight of the menu is chicken with amazing italian cheeze scamorza! Aperol spirits is !!

Great meal as ever here, the food was excellent. Service was really good from Alex and his colleagues. It is very dog friendly (they brought him a bowl). Also, I left something behind on my table and when I returned an hour later they had stored it in lost property and I was able to reclaim it

Four of us had a lovely lunch on Saturday. The pizzas were magnificent and the calzone delicious - perfectly cooked thin dough and tasty filling. Alex looked after us really well and the whole experience was very good. I would recommend if you re in the area and it won t break the bank.

SANTI has never disappoint me. They are probably one of the best Italian restaurants in London. I m so glad that I have such a wonderful restaurant in my neighbourhood. While food is irresistible, Alex definitely adds a big on to the experience. He is extremely attentive, nice and caring. If anyone passes by SANTI, you would definitely be delighted with his service.

We had fantastic food and service here. One of the best arabiatas Ive had and a great wine list too. The decor could be better but the main event is the food and that did not disappoint!

I came in for dinner with a friend and the food was so yummy. The beautiful Xmas decorations made it feel festive and welcoming. Our highlight had to be our waiter Daniela - she made everything perfect from her knowledge of the menu to her warm friendly but professional service - Thank you we will be back :)

I had a pre-Christmas dinner with some people from uni! We had a lovely experience, with food and amazing wine that was keeping us in the mood. The food was delicious I personally had some bread with olives and the amazing lasagna - you could add as much as parmigiano as you like! Alex was one of our waiters, very attending and funny! I would definitely return!!
