Not worth the price for food, service or atmosphere. Will not be returning. Ordered new york strip (which wasnt a new york strip) mac and cheese and creamed spinach (which was not creamed), all of which was not very good. My family were also unhappy with their starters, mains and dessert. In all fairness if you enjoy club music while youre eating this will be more your vibe. I would say if you want a better steak in a quieter dinner environment go to Hawksmoor - similar prices but much better food. Also while our waitress was nice, she asked how the food was and then when my family said not good and that it was too salty for them she did nothing about it. There is no point in asking in my opinion if youre not going to do anything about it.

I was invited to this restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a family member - because she wanted a good steak, my first thought was very impressed, had to go 18 floors up to reach the restaurant on top of a hotel. The view is amazing, we were welcomed with a smile and directed to our table. I am pescatarian so was looking at what fish options where available, I ordered Cod and Chips and I got 5 chunky chips and a chunk of cod in battered, and sadly I was not impressed with how is tasted, even though it came with tarter sauce it was bland like it was missing something. And the portion size was small I thought for what I paid £45 My niece had enquired if there where any burgers as we did not see any on the menu (i had a teen aged son), she said she had looked on online (one of the the main reason for choosing this restaurant) and was told the burgers were part of the lunch menu and was directed to 2 mini burgers, and 2 mini chicken burgers (for my husband). You had to order sides as they did not come with any an additional £10, so season chips was ordered - you could count how many came in the bucket, and they where very salty. Sadly I did not enjoy the food and would not be repeating the visit though my sister in law did enjoy her steak, and my niece her Mac and Cheese (should have gone for that option). Parking: Parking can be found close by, though there will be a charge by the hours rates are displayed

Had an amazing experience tonight at the new STK venue! The food was great but I m only giving 4 stars as the spinach had no seasoning and was just soggy and bland but the steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was outstanding, our waitress loredana checked on us multiple times so we never needed to ask for anything. Loredana has an amazing vibe and is so polite and kind and also has great banter which made our night! Whatever she gets paid needs to be doubled!

The DJ is gooood!!! His music selection great. Went there with family and friends to celebrate my husband s birthday and I will highly recommend for celebrations. Definitely go back Dietary restrictions: They will ask you of any allergies and accommodate your needs.

The drinks in this place are too good. Old fashioned and spiced mule were excellent recommendations by the bartender. Thank you Gian Carlo for looking after us with so much attention the entire time we were sat by the bar. Great service and a great experience overall. We only come for drinks, so couldn t rate the food, THANK YOU GIANNNN, you are a real honor to STK, howeverrrrr this is what let my night down.. the really overweight coloured manager , when approaching him to praise his staff, he had an idc attitude, it s people like him that put down great experiences, nobody was coming over to chat to you love, just wanted to praise your staff and your face is push up like you can smell poo and screwed up cause I called you boss man. Think a managers course is needed, lucky I didn t catch his name but from the description given he s not hard to point out.

I had such an amazing birthday there yesterday. The staff were so kind and helpful the food was so yummy and affordable. I got the steak medium rare and it was the most perfect steak I ve ever had. Exactly how I love it. The entertainment was so cool we had a magician come to our table and do some really cool tricks. We will defo come again.

I had the waitress Grace and she was so lovely and attentive. She carried the conversation well and gave recommendations that were amazing. We went here for a friends birthday Food and drinks are too expensive for no reason. Small steak on its own was £63!! Cheapest bottle of read was £43!! Double JD was £26, not to talk of the moet champagne for £160 which you can buy from Tesco for £40. The food to me did not tast all that good and the services was slow.

I had the worst experience here. My best friend took me on my birthday, we had a booking for 8.30 and didnt get a table until 9.10, which would have been fine had we had a good experience! We got upstairs and ordered and I said to the waiter I couldnt eat cheese so please make sure if I order anything with it to tell me. They then proceeded to bring bread to the table covered in blue cheese which we werent told at first but it looked questionable so I asked, when I said to my waiter remember I cant eat cheese he just shrugged and walked away, I thought ok fine, my friend can eat the bread Ill wait for my meal (even though at this point it had been like an hour and I was starving!) On top of this our waiter was very chaotic, its as if he didnt know what he was doing, every time we ordered a drink hed pour it without looking and run away so quick that he spilt every single drink on the table which dripped nicely on my trousers! At one point he was so out of it he picked up a bottle of empty water from the table next to us forgot what he was doing and came to pour the last few drops in one of our glasses and we werent even drinking water! Next the main came, i ordered steak and lobster with mash specifically asked previously if the mash could come without the parmesan crust and I was told of course, when it came guess what was on it? Parmesan so I had to send it back, it took more than 20 minutes to get a new one and at that point Id practically finished my steak. Again this isnt even the worst part. My friend ordered a steak dish, fhe waiter specifically asked, how do you want it cooked, he said medium rare, when it came it was way too well done and when we told the waiter he tried to argue and say you cant have this steak medium rare it must be medium (it was also way beyond medium!) We told him its ridiculous its a steak restaurant and you asked how he wants it so please take it back and fix, he took it only to come back 20 mins later and say the chef said he cant do it, it has to be medium, he asked my friend if he wanted anything else but by that point Id eaten so he said theres no point now and so he didnt get a meal. At this point we were both fuming and so asked to speak to the manager the manager wasnt really sympathetic and handled it so poorly, I told him it was my birthday and this experience was a joke and he asked us if we wanted a dessert or anything for the trouble but it was way too little too late and so we said please just bring the bill so we can go and my friend can get fed elsewhere. So he left to get the bill, made us wait another 20 minutes and then proceeded to do the worst thing he could, he sent over a birthday ice cream with sparklers and which just drew attention to us that we clearly didnt want as we were so angry by that point. The manager just watched from the corner as the waiter whos service had been awful all night had bought this half ass attempt of a gesture over, when I refused the dessert he just left it on the table and the manager in the corner just shrugged and walked away. The woman next to me even turned to me and asked if I was OK and said that was the worst thing they could have done. The whole experience was a disaster, worst service Ive probably ever received and really ruined my birthday evening out. Absolutely awful, dont waste your money, its really not worth it! So many better real steak houses that will actually cook your steak the way you want it instead of arguing with you to have it the only way they know how to cook it! Literally the only 1 good thing about this place was the dj who did a great job which is why I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere but unfortunately the good music wasnt enough to make me want to return for a terrible dining experience!

Family Birthday meal booking and absolutely no complaints. We were seated quickly and were given a high chair for a toddler and a cushion for another child to make her more comfortable around the table. We were served by Grace who approached us promptly and with 10/10 energy. She was really bubbly, super helpful, gave birthday blessings to the birthday boys & treated us all with kindness, respect, lovely manners and great energy. She was smiley and fun, had great product knowledge when we were ordering food and drinks and she added to the overall birthday vibes. Were very grateful. The food was PERFECT. Not one complaint around the table from 3 generations. Children, parents and grandma were all happy. The ambiance was great, it wasnt too busy as we booked for early evening. Highly recommend. Compliments to the chef and thank you again Grace, you were fabulous

The 18th floor restaurant,the two hostesses were cold and with poker face all the way who have been the worst I have ever seen, honestly I don t think they are a good fit there .Moreover, the music was loud, decoration was vulgar, food and beverages are all over priced in this area if you compare it with other 4 stars hotels nearby. The only one star is for the waiting staff in the restaurant who was very kind and proactive.

Wow well not going there again if I wanted to go to a night club I would go. Seated quick but people were turning around and leaving as soon as they got out of lift and music hit you in the face. Blaring music and gogo girls . Could not hear each other talk or waiter/waitress .decided to see if the food could make it a good night still. service was very slow Starter was chicken slider nothing really special at all. Asked for medium rare and got medium steak sauce was blah the steak I could easy cut however. Wine was very nice but it took 25mins to get us a bottle after ordering it and it was not even busy. Will never go here again. For the price not worth it at all had better at other places for cheaper. Does not do the franchise justice.

For the prices I expected a better service. Food arrived cold and it was hard getting waiter. Everything took ages to arrive. Not impressed.

Nice location and the venue is done well. The food is tasty but a bit pricey for the amount you get. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively. Lots of music playing in the background but is it a restaurant or a night-club? Im all for a lively atmosphere but the music is so loud that I could not have a conversation with people on my table! So imagine, you travel all of the way in on a delayed public transport, and you sit at a table eating your pricey food not able to speak to anyone, unless you like shouting in between your mouthfuls - fab!... It is a very busy venue, so the waiting staff are run off of their feet. So you feel quite rushed to make your choice from the menu ( make your choice prior from their webpage, otherwise they are on-you to make a decision). I was brought the wrong drink, but then I think thats because the music is so loud things got lost in communication! Our waiter was courteous but my table had an issue with one of our orders and someones attitude (a more senior staff I believe) was quite poor about it... and over the already loud music, they really got into it with the customer, rather than a quick apology, and a quick correction that was all that was needed! Parking: In near-by Westfield carpark. Kid-friendliness: Waiting staff courteous but senior waiting staff had a bit of an attitude that evening. Wheelchair accessibility: Floor to floor access by lift. Quite crowded with people though. Disabled toilet available.

The atmosphere and location of the restaurant are nice. Service could of been a lot better, as it took a while to get a staff members attention and our food. And the food was OK but would expect better considering the price.

I recently visited STK in the Stratford region, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful atmosphere, complemented by quality background music. Being on the 18th floor, I had the chance to enjoy a stunning view of East London, which was absolutely breathtaking. On the downside, the calamari was not very impressive as it had too much breading, but it was still somewhat acceptable. What truly made my evening special was a young bartender, Denis (if I recall his name correctly), who took the time to chat with me. His friendly demeanor and conversation made my night, especially since I was dining alone. Overall, I recommend this place for its cozy, welcoming vibe and incredible views. It s definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful view however extremely over rated. I have ordered a Mac & cheese truffle and tasted burned. When I told the waitress she disregarded my comment. We have spent over £200 there to eat an average food. £59 for a surf and then that comes with only 2 prawns (joke)

Attended the vibe brunch here which was very overpriced (there a various tiers though) but that aside, the atmosphere was great as was the service. The food was ok, not bad not great. Noticed the steak was supposed to be accompanied by rosemary fries but our table received normal fries. Extra effort was made by a particular waiter (Raúl) which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Raúl.

Excellent service from Gian, Alex and Chris!!!

Grace in the Stratford branch was amazing. Gave great recommendations on cocktails and was so smiley and welcoming. She made sure our glasses were filled at all times. Such a lovely girl. Genuinely made the experience much warmer! We need more grace s in this world. Love Mais & kot x Food

Lovely experience at STK, we were very well looked after by Alex all evening and had top notch steak, Parmesan mash, sautéed mushrooms and red wine. Service was beyond expectations and food super delicious- highly recommended :)

Such a lovely lunch today for our friend Samantha Jane 60 th. . Delicious food and top atmosphere with the DJ. Our main server Sean was super efficient, friendly and kind. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a good time would have been 5 stars if the wait time for a table and food wasn t nearly 45mins . I m guessing cos it was a really busy night but I had a great time in the end cos the ambience was lovely, good vibes, good music and good food too.

Sotiris was brilliant honestly made our experience one to remember, an asset to the establishment on a whole, I had come for a business lunch initially but stayed longer due to his service.

The restaurant, look itself is very nice and aesthetically pleasing, however when we got there I got to the bar with my and my friend, we ordered a cocktail, the cocktail is £16 and we will automatically billed £20.81 when we did contactless payment. They did not tell us what the extra charge was for and if we wanted it, it was service change which we did not want to pay. They ended up giving us a free shot watch, didn t ask which one we would like just gave us tequila and that was it. When we got to our table which was an hour later we were a group and 5 of us ordered stake off the summerset menu and all our meat were not cooked correctly. They were all pink when they should have been well done. One of us girls had to have the stake made 2 twice as it was pink in the middle both times which she was not happy about which she ended up getting burger instead because she was tired of waiting and the chefs getting it wrong. Another one of our girls ordered burger and the burger meat was pink in the middle. Which resulted in it being returned and made another one, no offer to discount the bill or anything complimentary was done. The next day our stomachs including were rumbling and we have diarrhoea and being sick since then. Two of the girls who had this were PREGNANT, and they are not feeling well and due to have their baby soon as well. I m not happy with the service that was given as our food was not made correctly serval times, and now we re all suffering with being ill and having diarrhoea and being sick. I m never coming back here again to eat. The DJ that was good and the vibe was nice but that s it.

Sotiris a phenomenal member of STK staff, so welcoming, down earth and accommodating! A great addition to the team. Toton the bar staff made my experience more enjoyable, great hospitality and the food was fantastic.

I had an exceptional experience with Alex at STK London bar. His service was prompt and he demonstrated impressive knowledge of the menu, especially when explaining the differences between Rosé options. He made a thoughtful recommendation based on my preferences, which I ended up loving. Alex was friendly, engaging, and made the evening enjoyable.

I went for my friends birthday yesterday for the brunch settings and it was a big vibe. I had such a good time and would recommend it. It is a bit pricey depending on the package you get but the atmosphere makes up for you. I went for the Wray and nephew punch package which was surprisingly quite strong. I must commend and give a special shout out to Omar and Saule who catered to the birthday party. They were both very attentive and kept the drinks flowing. My glass was never empty and I would recommend asking for them if you can. The decor is nice and has some good views of Stratford

went for the Saturday brunch. The food was the biggest let down. Why have steak with BBQ sauce?! The salmon was DRY. Wow sooooo bad. The drinks was ok. The DJ on the day was good but she didn t even play one extra song when the whole restaurant was begging her to. Please get better brunch menus. Those rice balls GET RID OF THEM.
