The food and service never fails! Thank you to the manager Ali for your service. It’s always a good vibe here. We had Mac and cheese, Brazing burger, mash and bbq ribs. Delicious and would definitely return! The price point is also very good and affordable. Portion sizes are great too.
The food was delicious, each dish had amazing seasoning and taste. We were able to finish everything because it was this tasty. They also serve rice with platters. The staff is really friendly, especially mr Ali he was really kind and helpful. Overall I really recommend this place if you haven’t tried yet !! (We were 5 people in total)
Couldn’t recommend this highly enough!! We had such a lovely experience, from the food to the friendly, helpful staff and manager. The food was amazing, so perfectly cooked and quick service too! 🙂 will definitely be back the next time we visit Stratford. Only suggestion (you can tell I’m a software developer) is that the app should always show the basket so it’s easier to know if anything’s been added, couldn’t work it out initially 😅.

Went on a very quiet day, started with just me and my wife and our child then 1 more couple came in so atmosphere wasnt very lively or anything. Music level (nasheeds) was on a good level, not too loud. Food was great and so was the service. Id say it was value for money. So overall a 4 out 5 👍

Best food ever get the mini feast with the sticky sauce. We are on a week long trip to london and this food was better than anything else. The meat is tender and amazing and everyone is so nice. VERY happy customers. Side note I never ever leave google reviews but this place was so good I had to. Ali was the one who thought of this food and he deserves an award omg

Food was really good! Had burgers and chips. Burgers had great flavour and chips were nice and crisp. No alcohol is served here as just a note. They also have all sorts of different grill options and chicken and halloumi which all look really good.
Went to the Grill with my family for a meal and a catch up. Service was attentive and prompt. We ordered quite a lot of food and it all arrived on time, nicely presented, and at the same time so noone was left out. Everything was delicious, the mac and cheese is amazing! A big thank you to Ali for accommodating us at short notice and being so kind to us during our visit.

First time visiting The Grill today with my group of colleagues. Ordered a Franco chicken dish - half chicken with bbq sauce. The Good: 1. The chicken was absolutely amazing! Chicken, particularly chicken breast, is easy to make it dry and difficult to swallow. Not this one - the entire half chicken was perfectly cooked and very moist and succulent throughout, bursting with flavour. I daresay its better than Nando s! Dont take my word for it, please go and try! 2. Excellent customer service overall - I was served by Ali, who was very attentive to my needs throughout our stay and no request went unanswered. He even let me charge my dead phone behind the counter which needed recharging - he goes above and beyond for customers, very impressed! 3. Lovely venue as well - great atmosphere for an evening out. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Our group s food options came out at variable times, so I felt slightly bad starting before my colleagues who had to wait for their food. Having said that we were a large group of over 20, so some of that is probably expected! Overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!!

THIS REVIEW WAS FOR THE EAST HAM BRANCH. I BELIEVE THAT PLACE HAS NOW CLOSED DOWN. Been there a few times and their food is really nice and price is reasonable. However, when we visited the place last night, we saw a mouse running around in the restaurant. When I mentioned it to the guy behind the counter he replied Ill let the manager know and just carried on as normal. I know London has issues with mice and its not unusual for establishments to face these issues but it seemed like these guys arent bothered about pest control in the slightest. I am writing this review in the hope that they get their act together.

Ordered chicken stake and lamb chops. While the stake was good but the lamb chops were not that good, too chewy and a bit smelly.
Not worth the money. Little portions, lack of presentation, poor recipes. We ordered a burger, it comes without any salad inside or on side, just bun and patty. No chips either.
After a 6 year hiatus from the closure of their East Ham branch, I visited The Grill - Stratford after discovering this branch, with my wife. I must say this was one of our best experiences dining out in a long time, especially when looking for a high quality burger. The food, grade of meats in the burger and wings, alongside the sides were outstanding, mAtA! We ordered 2 burgers with the owner akhi Yasin paying attention to our order and recommending we upgrade to the OG (which he graciously did so on the house), buffalo wings, homemade onion rings and their mash. Alongside a strawberry mocktail. The black Angus burgers were cooked perfectly to the order of medium well with great seasoning, juicy and succulent. The onion rings were fresh and crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The mash was creamy in a generous portion size and the wings were grilled in a tangy buffalo sauce. The mocktail was perfect in volume, sweetness and flavour. We shared their famous Belgian waffle which was accompanied with the most amazing vanilla ice cream. Sweet, fluffy and a lovely drizzle of chocolate sauce. To cap an excellent dinner, we were then treated to a complementary hot chocolate and karak chai to complement the meal! Fantastic service from all of the staff, clean premises and above all, food of the highest quality. Can t wait to visit soon, iA.

We went for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It wasnt too busy, you have to use a QR code to order and pay online from the table. The food came out quickly not sure if itll be this quick when its busy. We really enjoyed our food, and the staff were very friendly making sure we were happy with everything. After being rejected by the rude service of nandos not letting us in, this place a 2 min walk from nandos deserves the money more we spent. I ve been here many times but this time with my family. I was having a rough week and THE GRILL went out of their way to send me 2 extra piece of chicken, extra chips, free 5 drinks and free onion rings. I tried to order milkshakes with my friend and they said they didn t have any or something like that although I saw another person Having one.Then, my and my friend ordered cookie dough and it took SO LONG to make.I took it as takeaway and when I reached home I realised it was burnt and the guy had covered it with chocolate sauce all over.For around 6 pounds that was such a small portion and added to that it was burnt.

The food and experience at The Grill was awesome. Staff is friendly and makes your visit worthwhile. My wife and I enjoyed our time here while visiting London. We recommend you visit if youre nearby and want something delicious to eat.
