Rosa's Westfield is our third addition to Rosa's family, which opened in 2011. We love bringing our signature Thai dishes to new customers, so we joined the other Westfield Stratford restaurants in the World International Food Court at Westfield Stratford City. You'll find us on the first floor in the food court number 262 on the Westfield map.

Dear God! Where do I even start!! The staff there were so uncoordinated and unprofessional even after all that I’d never expected Rosa’s Thai’s food quality to drop so low it’s so disappointing! So I went there on a date. I ordered the cashew stir fry with veg and tofu. When I received the order there and started eating I saw that there is not a single cashew on the cashew stir fry! So I went to the counter to ask for some cashews she said she’ll get me another dish (she was being nice) I said I don’t want another whole dish as I didn’t wanted to waste food adding some cashews would be fine and as it was their mistake i’d accept a refund. She agreed to give me the refund but as my husband paid for the dish I went back to get his phone to get the refund. When I came back there was another guy he was so rude! He asked me “why are you asking for a refund we can fix it for you bring your dish we’ll add the cashews” I went back again to get my dish and as we were on stratford westfield, we did not sit nearby the rosa’s thai we sat far away. I came back with the dish they added cashews and by the time i went back with my food my date had already finished eating. Not just it was a horrible experience dealing with that guy! His tone was rude made me go back and forth 3 times!! And when he added the cashews my rice was drenched in soy sauce it was inedible. Few more things, the plates weren’t clean. It had stains so wasn’t washed properly. And why would a stir fry be so drenched on soy sauce!! It’s not a curry it’s just soy sauce. So salty and inedible! And no way I could get the refund for the horrible experience, rude behaviour, and inedible food.
First class cooking from this Thai restaurant in the food Court.all the dishes were very tasty and my Thai partner was very impressed with her food. Lovely eating experience and well worth a visit.they do their own pale ale and light beer in cans.i had the light beer which was OK but I wouldn't buy again.
I have been here number of times, it’s a hit or miss. On most days, it’s a hit, on few occasions I have had very poorly made Thai green curry or Tom yum soup. Overall the service is nice and quick. The guys at the counter are quick and nice. My last experience of dunken noodles was nice. Will visit again.
The Massaman curry was full of flavour and the chicken was tender. It wasn't overly spicy which I really liked. There are a lot of mixed reviews whether the place is halal or not. I asked the kitchen and service staff and they both confirmed the chicken is halal. The staff were friendly and service was quick. It's in the food court area, so sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat but definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and lovely staff which is definitely a great place to enjoy your lunch/dinner with friends and family. The food portion is big and very traditional Thai Thank you! We had a great Saturday afternoon eating here.

I had Som Tum (green papaya salad) and Pad Thai with King Prawns. Both were tasty. There were 5 king prawns. Unfortunately, I found a long white hair in the Son Tam after I ate half of the dish So I had to deduct a star. The food court was very noisy and busy so the atmosphere was average.
Abdul at the counter was amazing and very helpful also very patient. He s always happy and has got good customer service and always meets our needs. Alex the chef was also amazing.

Food was great, But unfortunately my order was just served to someone else, And while waiting they had a similar issue with other people as well. Having to wait again while people you are with receive your order, wait for you, and finish eating is really just a bad experience. Because now while I eat, the people I am with will have to wait for me to finish.

Firstly, I ordered cashew nut but they gave me green curry. Secondly, the green curry was easily the worst I ve ever had. Absolute embarrassment to Thai food. Shame

Deeply disappointing if youre expecting anything resembling Thai flavours - The calamari starter was admittedly nice but the Pad Thai was rubbish sickly sweet with no other flavour whatsoever
Normally enjoy the red and green curries here however had an off putting experience two weeks ago. I went to the counter to order a beef check green curry however the male staff member at the counter did not seem to realise this was on his menu and looked at me like I was stupid. Gave me sass when I attempted to explain and said something along the lines of well if its on the menu then go ahead order it. The menu is not that large. Please train your customer facing staff to know what food they are serving because the cooks in the kitchen are doing a good job. Probably will not return and will look for different options when I am in the area.

They are talking very rudly with Uber delivery driver the behavior of all the staff is very bad.
THE BEHAVIOR OF Mr.patel is not good.Because ,I did order from uber.And,they add second driver for just small order.Because of that , I not received hot food.I call them .but ,they didnt give me any response. This whole situation told by uber driver. I never order from this restaurant.

Fantastic service matched with super tasty food
Been A Customer at Rosa in Westfield Stratford City for 10+ Years now. I love their drunken noodles with extra chilli love the spice as well as the occasional Pad Thai. Its my main place for Thai food would recommend to anyone who oves Thai food. Dan, Bianca & the rest of the team from the cashiers to the chefs are doing a great job give them all a pay rise.

Got a table, table was a little sticky! Waited around for a server to take our order. Watched them walking around but no one was interested in taking our order! It s a shame, few of these are popping up around London! Always wanted to try their food, but I guess not, as we walked out after waiting too long! I don t think the staff even cared!

Been in Rosa Thai many times and am a big fan of the food for a number of years. I must say that I was surprised today with the service provided. Patel was professional but at the same time funny and had a smile, basic skills but skills that lack so much in this city in loads of restaurants and other similar places. Well done!

We had our dinner at Rosa s in Westfield centre it was awesome food . We had Tom yum soup ,Tom yum noodle with prawns,but I will recommend to have Papaya salad as a side, it is delicious.

The tofu quantity ans quality in drunken noodle has been very poor. We have had better experience everytime at other rosa thai chains
The staff should be well-trained for taking orders. Today I ordered chicken rice which is supposed to come with hainanese chicken as it is described on the menu. But instead when i received my order, it came out as fried rice. The staff should have double checked the order with customer for confirmation. When i asked him if it was the right order chicken rice, the attitude from the staff was unacceptable responding as if i cant differentiate what is chicken and what is not. He said here is the chicken. There is chicken pointing at the plate. I just left because i dont want to argue. Overall, staffs should be trained properly and the most important thing is their attitude towards customers. This is not my first time being treated like that. Very poor customer service.

Ordered the minced chicken Pad Kra Pow and it was a far cry from the same dish I had at the Baker Street outlet. This one was overcooked and as dry as the desert.

Literally my favourite restaurant in London. Eating Thai flavours in a mall food court always reminds me of home. The food here is so consistently good and the staff, especially Romana, are always excellent.
