I work at night near this place and every time I want to stop by a cafe the employees hide and dont want to serve. Not only has this happened to me once, they do it very often.

It says open day and night, yet its 10 p.m. Im at the drive-thru, an employee saw me but acts as if no one was there, I would at least like to be told that Im not going to be served rather than to behave in this way.

Without even exaggerating, always errors in our orders.. we are regular customers and we are given a BLT lunch without tomato or bacon.. we ask for a large hot chocolate and we are given a medium saying: my colleague wrote medium This was the last time we went to this Tim.

Drive-thru really problematic... since when does it literally take 28 minutes to wait when there are only 2 cars in front of me? And when you get to the window, you wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get a simple coffee. Its been a long time since I went there because of the service which really leaves something to be desired and I confirm that I regret having gone back...

I was alone at the drive-thru and they also found a way to get the order wrong. Really incompetent!

Never seen it flip a simple roast beef sandwich 3 times!! It doesnt seem complicated to make a sandwich! I dont know whats wrong with this guy but the service is lousy, the waiting time is super long for a simple sandwich... 20 minutes! And theres no one other than me! Forced to ask for my coffee, they serve the drive-thru and you get stuck inside. It just doesnt look good and thats not to mention one employee in particular who has a shitty attitude!

This is truly the worst Tim Hortons. The employees apart from one, the supervisor Marie Laure and the manager Serge have no sense of organization. Waiting in line takes forever (15 minutes when there are just 2 people in front of me!) when I know what its like to be fast since I already worked at a Tim Hortons! 15 seconds and my coffee is ready! Every time I order something simple like coffee it smells burnt! I ask to make new coffee or to give me fresh coffee, it changes nothing, either they change it for me with fresh coffee and it always smells burnt or they refuse! An extra on top of that they dont say when my order is ready! We have to guess whats ours! They are always missing things from their displays! Really the worst Tim! If I could vote 0 stars I would!

I go there practically 7 days a week and despite being a regular customer half the time I get very poor service and when I take the time to prevent the employees from making a mistake on my order they look at me as if Im I was crazy and made the mistake anyway...not to mention that something is always missing (egg, decaf, etc.) which is unbelievable.

Ok firstly $7 for a cheese fondue sandwich from the pass. Especially since half the sandwich had cheese. Secondly, it took 15 minutes to make the cashier understand what a grillcheese is. What to say??? This Saturday, February 24 afternoon, the saleswoman at the counter is unfriendly, impatient, and politeness I think is a concept that is completely unknown to her. Its a scam. I placed an order on 17th of February through the mobile app, said the store was open an accepting orders but when I went to pick up the order the store was closed and the funs had been taken, funnily enough the store was still open and accepting orders on the mobile app.

Ordered a workers wrap, it didnt have chipotle or sausage... ok, I ordered it with extra bacon in the end no potato, no extra bacon. Oh yes, they have reduced the worker wrap formats so you dont have that its no longer what it was!

This Tim Hortons is really not recommended. Ive ordered from DoorDash twice now. The first time I order a sandwich, the delivery guy texts me saying that theres no more bread at all when you say no more bread, so much bagel, croissant, Even the delivery guy told me that this Tim is horrible the second time I ordered another BLT bagel this time I received my order except that the sandwich was not even packaged properly, all opened it looks like everything was spoiled in the bag the salad doesnt look fresh and not very hygienic and appetizing so I will never order from this tim again.

Honestly you will have to close it I did 40 minutes of blocked drive-thru service, the service leaves so much to be desired I place an order already the man at the Interphone tells me he doesnt really know what is written on the menu so I had to I changed my order to something he knew, and my order honestly received another disaster. Ive never had such slow service at a Tim Hortons but this one broke the record for slowness. At the counter, I ordered chicken noodle soup, it took exactly 30 minutes to wait to get it. The customer before me waited 20 minutes for a coffee. However, the other Tim Hortons have many more customers but the service is much faster. Lack of manpower does not explain this poor service. This Tim Horton needs a reorganization in the way it works.

Food at Tim is absolutely garbage nowadays, quality is non existent. The eggs are flavorless and it seems like someone had a seizure when assembling my sandwich. This is a total waste of money. Only reason to go to tim now is for coffee and even McDonalds coffees better. Such a shame for a homegrown Canadian brand.

no soup, no shredded beef... ok sliced is okay (I imagine! its the first time Ive had a chipotle beef wrap!) but the kid doesnt know what to put in it and I the request is something else! He has a good will and improvises one for me with more wit than anything else. I dont know if its because its Sunday lunchtime, but not sure Ill come back
