Staff is super slow and really rude. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and there was barely anyone there. Don't get it cus it's staffed well enough. Disgusting. Awful.
Really bad service seems like they don’t know what they doing I order one small double double they gave me then I order sir classic Bagel with bacon and egg didn’t make it properly no tomato 🍅 no lettuce 🥬
The service today was not available; they were not serving sandwiches nor wraps. On two prior occasions this Timmies either did not have staff to stay open or the food was mediocre.
Hi, I just come and doors are closed for people coming in. A guy who works here told me that only people without a car can go in, that if I have a car I need to other with my car Through the window. Then, he when in and closed the door. I mean, it is this allow? It is possible that the store is open but you can only order through the windows? And only people without car can pass and order inside of the store??? Very, very disappointing
At the drive thru this morning the cashier was super rude because my card to pay wasn't ready. This is most likely due to the stress of having a lower time of serving(I over heard it). My bagel was cold and barely toasted. Also, having to repeat my order a few times because doing two things at the same time is not optimal. Got a few mistakes in my previous orders.(wrong meat, no sauce, wrong coffee etc...) This is not the 1st time this happens.
Very nice and quiet. Tasty food, ordered the bagel with cream cheese and they're very generous with the cheese. We also ordered tea, their small cups are quite big and not small so be careful when you order large sizes!
I ordered a wrap, they gave me a sandwich :( my friend ordered a chipotle wrap, for some reason they put mayo and not chipotle in it... Smh. Its a good thing the staff was nice and apologetic, they offered to remake them for free but we were on lunch break and didn't have time to wait for a second wrap :/
A place that I visit regularly. The staffs are friendly, however, the lack of coefficient in English from the employees somehow amazed me, as one of the cashier had to make me wait over 6 minutes because she could not understand my order and was constantly calling her other coworkers for help. Overall, the food is just passable like any other fast food chains, but it is definitely a great place to go to after gym.
We always order at the drive-thru and this is one of the only Tims that offers good customer service. Very fast. They even give my dog treats when I go :)

I showed up on 04/12/24 at 11 a.m. I wanted to take advantage of the promotion on the morning tim and iced cappuccino, so I placed this order + a morning worker sausage wrap. I had my promotion scanned and then paid. While waiting for my order I received the wrap and the tim morning by a kitchen employee. Subsequently another customer placed an order for cappuccino and he made it for her instantly. I asked the employee at the cash register again because it seems that he is the one in charge of the drinks. Asking him if he had forgotten my cappuccino, he replied: you didnt order an iced cappuccino, you only ordered 2 tim morning. I replied that I did not order this order but rather the wrap, the tim and the cappuccino. He says the same thing again and orders me to get back in line if I want a cappuccino. I explained to him that I had shown him my promotion and that he had scanned it in my application. He told me that it didnt work and that I just had points. When I was about to show him my order to prove that I didnt order 2 tims but he cuts me off saying: shh shh shh get in line. By getting back in line, he at least had the decency to delegate the situation to his colleague who placed my order. I explained this situation to the lady. she was very courteous and made me my cappuccino. It seems that the cashier employee needs coaching on how to serve his customers. Cutting, persisting, saying shh shh shh with a sign of silence when he mentions having been poorly served is not at all professional. Especially since I remained polite and never raised my voice during the entire situation. This demonstrates a lack of good citizenship on the part of the employee.
I poisoned myself with a rotten egg one morning and I asked for a return from the owner and then nothing, no return. An action will be taken against the tim.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done so. I come freaking 6 times a week to this tim its always a disaster when 2 associates specifically serve me there. Today I was treated to cream that went bad in my undrinkable coffee and above all it is DANGEROUS for your health without forgetting that the guy made a mistake in my order (well he didnt do what he wanted, at the checkout I had specified hazelnut and he kept saying Nutella and I corrected him for hazelnut and I still received Nutella... when he did it again I got something ....the image is meant to depict extra nutty, extra foam cold brew coffee without ice
I have my good tim their coffee is often very hot so I imagine that he takes care to make a good rotation

The quality (for a Tim) of the food is generally good but there are frequent errors in orders. When TWO English muffin sausage breakfast sandwiches turn into ONE breakfast bagel with bacon, there is a problem...
2 years that every morning I am charged $1 too much per coffee because the employees are incapable of using the cash register correctly In addition, my bagel had the entire pot of margarine, it was so overflowing everywhere. The employees shout, its unpleasant Worst winter place

Very nice place and generous choice of fresh donuts. What I liked is that the place is quiet, intimate with small, dark rooms. Very welcoming and inviting to relax Parking: Free and a few steps from the door in a parking lot intended for the place
Do you want to eat what you order? So don t go there you ask for a sausage and bacon BLT and you receive a cheese, egg and bacon bagel . Nothing else... you want a bagel yer cold and not edible! You want bacon and sausage in the morning, well youre going to miss one of them... TIM to absolutely avoid the mistakes there, its huge... and whats more, you pay the full price for not even receiving what you ordered...

We tried the pizza. We had the peperoni, for the superb bread choice. For the rest, no sauce, cheese only in the center, for the peperoni ok. Parking: Small parking lot.

Je trouve sa décevant de me déplacer et 1 x sur 4 ma commande nest pas bonne. Je commande un simple deux lait deux sucre et je met de lemphase sur le LAAAAAAIT pour etre sure quil nentende pas creme, mais il sobstine a men mettre et je peu pas en boire. Cest pas cher, mais a force de se faire donner la mauvaise commande sa finit que sa coûte cher..

Waiting too long and wrong order
Everything you want from a Tim. Dont usually go for the iced cappuccino. Sometimes the drive-thru is a little slow but hey... Not bad the same prices as elsewhere.

A little too many extra coffee beans for my taste I was stared at for at least 5 minutes by three employees (who were mopping, etc.) before being taken care of (uncomfortable and unpleasant). + Doors closed at lunchtime on a weekday, dont know why I tried to go back

Always the same story are supposed to open A5 according to the schedule confirmed by Tim Horton but it is never open. Before 6 even 6:10 sometimes..... And what about the pleasant sigh (sarcasm) of the employee in the morning who doesnt give you time to finish your sentence before cutting you off to move on to the next one but you dont finished ordering... TK too bad I have no choice to go there its the least worst of the three in the area..... McDonalds will become a possible solution...

The worst Tim Hortons I ve ever been so far! The cash lady at the drive thru is very rude. And got my coffee order all wrong! Also, They close the dine in area and asked us to go through drive thru and order from there. Lastly the coffee taste like sht.

UPDATE: I tried again this morning. ANOTHER mistake in my order and on top of that a HAIR in my morning wrap!!!! The employees dont wear nets?!?!?! Disgusting!!! Order errors are a regular occurrence and its very frustrating. Yesterday? Error in my order of ONE item. Today? Error in my order of ONE item. Tomorrow? No mistake, because I dont go back to that Tim Hortons anymore.
we ordered at the drive thru the girl was going so quick and kept asking questions to which we d answered like the size or flavour when we got to the window she never looked at us was very rude and let our stuff sit in front of us without giving it to us.
The main cash register was not working so it was not taking cash and the employees were not listening. Fortunately I had my order repeated otherwise I ended up with an error.
Today I go to Tim Hortons for a special on the app, it works, then I go to the Drive to pay and then the problems arise. Of course its raining and its rushing. However, because of this, the card machine reads debit and credit cards poorly. But the attitude of the people was horrible, sigh, chain after me saying that my card doesnt work. She decides to reorder, which means that I have to pay the normal price, plus my card has no accumulated Tim points and when he places the order on me, 1 complete, really great item is missing. PS: luckily after sighing a few times, the lady looked at me and explained the reason for the screen and that you have to click 1 on the button on the machine.
